In the current design process of offshore wind turbine monopile foundations, the shape of the local scour pit is usually ignored and directly simplified to the global scour, which leads to a conservative design of monopile foundations. A hyperbolic py curve for largediameter monopiles was adopted to construct the pilesoil interaction model. The concept of equivalent depth was introduced and modified to establish a simplified onedimensional monopile analysis model considering the shape of scour pit based on available centrifuge test data currently. The rationality of the proposed model is verified by comparison with the test results. Furthermore, several modified models were compared and analyzed, and the prediction effects of each model on the lateral response of monopile foundations subjected to local scour were discussed. The results of the study show that the local scour mainly leads to the reduction of the soil resistance along pile in the shallow range of seabed, so a reasonable correction of the py curve of shallow soil is the key to the analysis of lateral response for monopile subjected to scour. Because the existing models underestimate the effective vertical geostress of shallow soil after local scour, whose prediction results of lateral responses of monopile are closer to those of the global scour model.

在当前海上风电单桩基础设计中,通常会忽略局部冲刷坑形态并直接简化为整体冲刷,造成桩基设计偏于保守。针对这一问题,文章采用适用于大直径单桩的双曲线型py 曲线构建桩土相互作用模型,引入等效深度的概念,并基于土工离心机试验数据对其进行修正,建立了考虑冲刷坑形态的单桩基础一维简化分析模型。通过与试验结果的对比,验证了模型的合理性。进一步对比分析其它修正模型,探讨了各模型对冲刷条件下单桩基础侧向响应的预测效果,结果表明:局部冲刷主要导致浅层海床的桩侧土反力减小,故合理修正浅层土的py 曲线是分析受冲刷单桩侧向响应的关键。现有模型由于低估了局部冲刷后浅层海床土的竖向有效应力,导致桩基侧向响应预测结果更接近于整体冲刷模型。

在当前海上风电单桩基础设计中,通常会忽略局部冲刷坑形态并直接简化为整体冲刷,造成桩基设计偏于保守。针对这一问题,文章采用适用于大直径单桩的双曲线型py 曲线构建桩土相互作用模型,引入等效深度的概念,并基于土工离心机试验数据对其进行修正,建立了考虑冲刷坑形态的单桩基础一维简化分析模型。通过与试验结果的对比,验证了模型的合理性。进一步对比分析其它修正模型,探讨了各模型对冲刷条件下单桩基础侧向响应的预测效果,结果表明:局部冲刷主要导致浅层海床的桩侧土反力减小,故合理修正浅层土的py 曲线是分析受冲刷单桩侧向响应的关键。现有模型由于低估了局部冲刷后浅层海床土的竖向有效应力,导致桩基侧向响应预测结果更接近于整体冲刷模型。

In the current design process of offshore wind turbine monopile foundations, the shape of the local scour pit is usually ignored and directly simplified to the global scour, which leads to a conservative design of monopile foundations. A hyperbolic py curve for largediameter monopiles was adopted to construct the pilesoil interaction model. The concept of equivalent depth was introduced and modified to establish a simplified onedimensional monopile analysis model considering the shape of scour pit based on available centrifuge test data currently. The rationality of the proposed model is verified by comparison with the test results. Furthermore, several modified models were compared and analyzed, and the prediction effects of each model on the lateral response of monopile foundations subjected to local scour were discussed. The results of the study show that the local scour mainly leads to the reduction of the soil resistance along pile in the shallow range of seabed, so a reasonable correction of the py curve of shallow soil is the key to the analysis of lateral response for monopile subjected to scour. Because the existing models underestimate the effective vertical geostress of shallow soil after local scour, whose prediction results of lateral responses of monopile are closer to those of the global scour model.

单桩基础凭借其结构型式简单、设计施工经验成熟等优势,被广泛应用于海上风电工程中 [ 1 ] 。 在波浪与海流的联合作用下, 桩周产生的马蹄形漩涡将带走附近海床表面的泥沙, 最终形成冲刷坑 [ 2 ] 。冲刷不仅会降低风机基础的承载力,还会导致风电机组整体固有频率下降, 引发结构共振等危害。
目前, 行业内普遍使用的 DNV 和 API 设计规范采用 $p - y$ 曲线法计算水平受荷单桩的侧向响应 [ 3 , 4 ] ,但 DNV 和 API 设计规范并未考虑到冲刷坑形态的影响。因此, 工程设计中通常保守地忽略冲刷坑形态, 并直接简化为整体冲刷。文献[ 5 , 6 ] 通过离心机试验探讨了冲刷坑形态对砂土地基中的桩基 $p - y$ 曲线的影响,发现局部冲刷坑底泥面线以上覆土层的存在会增大桩基的承载力。文献[ 7 ]计算了冲刷坑底泥面以上覆土层在地基中产生的附加应力, 相应地提出了考虑冲刷坑形态的 $p - y$ 曲线修正方法。
本文基于现有离心机试验结果, 通过分析冲刷对 $p - y$ 曲线的影响,建立了考虑冲刷坑形态的单桩基础一维计算模型, 实现了考虑冲刷作用下海上风电单桩基础侧向响应的预测, 并通过与试验结果的对比, 验证了该模型的合理性。最后对比分析了现有的几种修正模型, 为海上风电单桩基础在考虑局部冲刷条件下的设计分析提供参考。
API 规范提供的 $p - y$ 曲线法是目前分析水平受荷桩基最常用的方法之一。该方法将桩基简化为一维的 Winkler 弹性地基梁模型, 桩周连续土体用离散的非线性弹簧代替以模拟桩土相互作用。由于该方法是基于小直径单桩(桩径为 0.61 m) 现场试桩试验结果提出的,被认为不适用于海上风电普遍使用的大直径单桩 [ 8 ] 。因此,本文采用文献[ 9 ]基于大直径单桩模型离心机试验提出的双曲线型 $p - y$ 曲线构建桩-土相互作用模型。

对于砂土地基,初始刚度 $k$ 与深度 $z$ 成正比。

式中: ${n}_{\mathrm{h}}$ 为地基反力系数,根据砂土的密实程度按 表 1 取值。
本文的桩基和地基土参数参考文献[ 6 ]中的取值。其中,桩基的桩径为 ${2.75}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,壁厚为 ${56}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ , 截面模量为 ${88.1}{\mathrm{{GNm}}}^{2}$ ,未冲刷前的入土段长度为 ${31.25}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。地基土体为细硅质砂土,平均相对密实度为 ${68}\%$ ,内摩擦角按文献[ 6 ]建议取 ${34.9}^{\circ }$ ,其余具体参数见 表 2
描述冲刷坑形态有 3 个关键参数:冲刷深度 ${S}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 、冲刷坑坡角 $\beta$ 以及冲刷坑底宽 $t$ ( 图 1 )。在缺少实测数据时, API 规范建议 ${S}_{\mathrm{d}}$${1.5}\mathrm{D},\beta$${30}^{\circ }$ , $t$ 为 0。本文中, $\beta$ 保持为 ${30}^{\circ }$ 不变, $t$ 固定为 0。为便于后文讨论, 分别以冲刷前泥面线和冲刷后局部冲刷坑底泥面线作为基平面,建立整体坐标 $z$ 和相对深度 ${z}^{\prime }$
局部冲刷坑形成后,由于坑底泥线以上覆土层的存在, 桩周浅层地基土体中产生了附加应力, 导致侧向土抗力相对整体冲刷增大。基于这一认识,部分学者引入了等效深度的概念 [ 6 , 7 ] ,代替原有的相对深度 ${z}^{\prime }$ 带入 $p - y$ 曲线计算公式中,得到了修正后的 $p - y$ 曲线 ${z}_{\mathrm{e}}$
为探究冲刷后 $p - y$ 曲线的等效深度 ${z}_{\mathrm{e}}$ 和泥面以下 ${z}^{\prime }$ 之间的定量关系,首先基于双曲线型 $p -$ $y$ 曲线模型,对文献[ 6 ]在局部冲刷深度 ${S}_{\mathrm{d}}$${1.82D}$ (5m)和 ${2.73D}\left({{7.5}\mathrm{\;m}}\right)$ 两组离心试验工况下得到的 4 个不同相对深度处的 $p - y$ 曲线进行反演,并相应地确定等效深度。 图 2 为反演计算结果与实测数据的对比。
图 2 可知:二者吻合程度较好,表明计算局部冲刷后 $p - y$ 曲线所选取的等效深度是合理的; 随着局部冲刷深度的增大, 冲刷坑底以上的上覆土层变厚, 导致同一相对深度处的侧向土反力显著增大。
为进一步确定等效深度随相对深度变化的规律,分别将 图 2 中不同冲刷工况下各条 $p - y$ 曲线所对应的 ${z}^{\prime }$ 作为横坐标, ${z}_{\mathrm{e}}$ 作为纵坐标,除以桩径 $D$ 进行量纲一化后绘制 图 3
图 3 可知: 冲刷后的等效深度与相对深度满足线性关系; 不同冲刷工况所分别对应的两条曲线之间也近似表现为相互平行的关系。这表明不同局部冲刷坑深度条件下,随着相对深度的增大,对应的 $p - y$ 曲线等效深度也以相同的速率线性增大。
在目前的工程设计当中, 通常将冲刷坑底以上土体全部移除, 把局部冲刷简化为整体冲刷, 然后直接采用冲刷后的相对深度带入 API 公式中计算 $p - y$ 曲线。为考虑上覆土层的影响,需要在相对深度的基础上再加上一修正项 ${\Delta z}$ ,二者之和即为计算冲刷后 $p - y$ 曲线的等效深度 ${z}_{\mathrm{e}}$${\Delta z}$${z}^{\prime }$ 的函数, 确定该项是解决当前忽略冲刷坑形态问题的关键。

根据 图 3 可知,局部冲刷后 $p - y$ 曲线的等效深度与相对深度近似成线性关系。从这一变化规律出发,本文假设 ${\Delta z}$ 正比于 ${z}^{\prime }$ ,其比例系数为 $\alpha$

为进一步考虑冲刷坑几何形态对等效深度的影响, $\alpha$ 中包含了 $\beta$$t$ 两项,并将其相乘得到 $\alpha$ 的计算式。

式中: $C$ 为一常数,通常需要经过物理模型试验或数值计算结果来确定。根据文献[ 6 ]的试验结果并经过试算,本文分析中将其经验地取为 2.9 。
众多研究及 API 规范指出, 上覆土层的存在会显著提升冲刷坑泥面以下浅层土的侧向承载力, 但对深层土的影响可以忽略不计。这表明到达泥面以下一定深度以后, 修正项可以直接取为冲刷坑深度 ${S}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 。故等效深度的计算式可以进一步改写为

图 4 为根据式(7)得到的等效深度曲线模型随冲刷坑形态变化的示意图。根据整体冲刷和冲刷前 $p - y$ 曲线等效深度的物理意义,分别绘制二者对应的曲线, 如图中虚线段所示。从 图 4 中可以看到,本文提出的等效深度 ${z}_{\mathrm{e}}$ 计算曲线分为直线段 a 和直线段 b。
结合式 (6),当 $\beta$ 趋近于 ${90}^{\circ }$ (无冲刷)时,直线段 $\mathrm{a}$ 与冲刷前的 $p - y$ 曲线计算深度曲线的交点 $X$ 无限靠近泥面,局部冲刷的等效深度趋近于冲刷前等效深度; 反之,当 $\beta$ 趋近于 ${0}^{\circ }$$t$ 从 0 逐渐增大(整体冲刷)时,等效深度曲线趋近于整体冲刷曲线。上述等效深度随冲刷坑形态变化的规律与文献[ 7 ]的结论一致, 这也在一定程度上证明了本文所提模型的合理性。
为了验证本文提出的一维简化模型, 基于 ANSYS APDL 参数化语言建立了梁-弹簧有限元分析模型。 图 5 为在不同冲刷工况下, 桩顶荷载- 位移曲线和桩身弯矩实测值与本文模型计算值的曲线。分析模型的桩身采用两节点的 BEAM 188 梁单元, 土弹簧则采用能够描述非线性刚度的 COMBIN 39 单元。
图 5 可知, 本文模型很好地预测了局部冲刷条件下单桩基础的侧向响应, 且较为准确地反映了小应变状态下桩基的初始刚度, 但略微低估了冲刷后桩基的侧向承载力。
由于砂土 $p - y$ 曲线的计算公式中包含竖向有效应力一项,故当前修正冲刷后 $p - y$ 曲线的一种常见方法是评估冲刷前后地基土竖向有效应力的变化。API 规范给出了一种推荐做法(以下称为 API 方法), 认为土体的有效应力从冲刷坑底开始,线性增大至原泥面以下 ${6D}$ 深度后恢复到冲刷前的应力分布, 但该计算方法仅适用于冲刷深度为 ${1.5D}$ 的情况。此外,文献[ 7 ]基于布内辛斯克计算了冲刷坑泥面以上覆土层在地基中产生的附加应力, 提出了可以考虑任意冲刷坑形态的修正模型(以下称为 Lin 方法)。为了进一步分析不同修正模型间的异同, 本文对比了局部冲刷深度为 1.5D 工况下 API 方法、Lin 方法以及本文模型的计算结果( 图 6 )。
图 6 可知: Lin 方法根据理论公式给出的等效深度分布曲线与 $\mathrm{{API}}$ 法在 $0 \sim {4D}$ 的相对深度内基本重合; 本文模型的结果显示出上覆土层仅对泥面以下 $0 \sim {1D}$ 内的土体承载力有影响, $\mathrm{{Lin}}$ 和 API 方法显示更大的影响范围,达到了 ${4D}$ 以上。 这意味着在同一冲刷条件下, Lin 和 API 方法预测的土体承载力会更低,计算结果偏于保守。
借助本文建立的有限元分析模型,在桩顶分别施加 2,5 MN 和 8MN 的水平作用力,提取采用不同修正方法得到的桩身位移和桩身弯矩计算值,对比结果如 图 7 ~9 所示。由 图 7 ~9 可知,现有 3 种考虑局部冲刷的修正方法给出的桩身响应预测值介于冲刷前和整体冲刷二者之间。
图 10 为不同冲刷计算模型对桩身泥面处位移和桩身最大弯矩的预测结果。由 图 10 可知:相比桩身强度 (弯矩),冲刷对桩基刚度 (桩身位移) 的影响程度更大; 采用 Lin 方法和 API 方法预测得到的最大桩身弯矩十分接近整体冲刷的计算结果。
图 11 为不同修正模型在原泥面处的荷载- 位移曲线。
图 11 可知,同本文模型给出的冲刷后桩基承载特性预测结果相比, API 和 Lin 方法则明显低估了桩基刚度, 在相同桩顶水平荷载作用下, 桩基在原泥面处的位移更大。以原泥面处桩基位移达到 ${0.1D}$ 作为桩基的设计承载力 [ 11 ] ,对比不同模型的桩基承载力预测值与冲刷前承载力可以发现,冲刷深度达到 ${1.5D}$ 时,冲刷导致的桩基承载力损失均达到了 20% 以上, 而直接等效为整体冲刷得到的桩基承载力则仅有冲刷前的一半左右。
从数值模型中提取 $H = 5\mathrm{{MN}}$ 时桩侧弹簧内力, 绘制桩周土反力分布曲线 ( 图 12 ), 图中土反力的正负仅代表作用方向。
图 12 可知:在冲刷坑泥面以下 $0 \sim {4D}$ 深度内, Lin 法、API 法和整体冲刷法给出的桩侧土反力均明显小于本文模型; 深度达到 ${5D}$ 以后,不同模型计算得到的分布曲线基本重合。上述变化趋势与 图 6 给出的等效深度曲线对比结果相吻合, 充分表明不同模型承载力预测结果的差异主要来源于海床表面以下 $0 \sim {4D}$ 深度内的浅层土。
由于 Lin 方法采用的布氏解是以集中荷载作用于半无限空间弹性体表面为条件得到的, 忽略了土体的塑性, 表层土中的竖向有效应力的计算值相较于实测值往往偏小 [ 12 ] ,而将局部冲刷等效为整体冲刷的计算方法更是直接忽略了上覆土层的影响, 导致 Lin 方法显著低估了桩基承载力。
本文基于物理模型试验结果提出了砂土地基中考虑局部冲刷坑形态的海上风电单桩基础 $p - y$ 曲线修正模型, 并通过与实测数据进行对比验证了本文提出模型的合理性。对比分析了不同 $p - y$ 曲线修正模型对受局部冲刷桩基预测结果的影响, 得到以下结论。
①本文建立的一维受冲刷单桩计算模型通过引入等效深度的概念, 考虑了冲刷坑形态的影响, 可以合理地反映冲刷坑深度、宽度以及坡角对 $p -$ $y$ 曲线的影响规律,并能较好且快速地预测冲刷后桩基承载力和桩身弯矩变化情况。
②局部冲刷导致浅层范围内海床土的地应力场发生变化,进而影响冲刷前后桩侧土反力的大小。因此准确评估冲刷对浅层土 $p - y$ 曲线的影响是解决受冲刷单桩侧向响应预测问题的重点。
③与本文建立的模型相比, API 方法和 Lin 方法由于低估了局部冲刷后浅层海床的竖向有效应力,使得通过 $p - y$ 曲线法计算得到的桩侧土反力相对较小, 故给出的桩基侧向响应预测值更接近于整体冲刷时的情况。
