This article investigates the ability of suction anchor foundations in clay to withstand horizontal and bending moment combined loads, as well as vertical and bending moment combined loads. First, the rationality of the finite element model is verified through numerical simulation tests. Based on the finite element method, a suction anchor foundation model with an aspect ratio of 1 is established. The bearing capacity characteristics of the suction anchor foundation under the combined action of horizontal load, vertical load and torque load are studied. The results show that under the action of torque load, the horizontal and vertical bearing capacity of the suction anchor foundation is significantly reduced. With the decrease of the horizontal load point, the ability of the suction anchor to resist the torque load shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. In the case of the combination of horizontalverticaltorque loads, the decline trend of the ultimate bearing capacity of suction anchors increases significantly with the increase of torque loads. As the angle between the load direction and the horizontal plane increases, the bearing capacity of the suction anchor to resist torque loads tends to increase.

文章对粘土中的吸力锚基础承受水平与扭矩组合荷载、垂直与扭矩组合荷载的性能展开了研究。首先通过数值模拟试验,验证了有限元模型的合理性。基于有限元建立了长径比为1的吸力锚基础模型,研究了水平荷载、竖直荷载和扭矩荷载组合作用下的吸力锚基础承载特性。结果表明:在扭矩荷载的作用下,吸力锚基础的水平和竖直承载性能均显著降低,随着水平荷载作用点的下降,吸力锚抵抗扭矩荷载的能力呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;在水平竖直扭矩荷载三者组合作用的情况下,随着扭矩荷载的增大,吸力锚极限承载力的下降趋势显著增大,随着荷载方向与水平面夹角增大,吸力锚抵抗扭矩荷载的能力呈现增大趋势。

This article investigates the ability of suction anchor foundations in clay to withstand horizontal and bending moment combined loads, as well as vertical and bending moment combined loads. First, the rationality of the finite element model is verified through numerical simulation tests. Based on the finite element method, a suction anchor foundation model with an aspect ratio of 1 is established. The bearing capacity characteristics of the suction anchor foundation under the combined action of horizontal load, vertical load and torque load are studied. The results show that under the action of torque load, the horizontal and vertical bearing capacity of the suction anchor foundation is significantly reduced. With the decrease of the horizontal load point, the ability of the suction anchor to resist the torque load shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. In the case of the combination of horizontalverticaltorque loads, the decline trend of the ultimate bearing capacity of suction anchors increases significantly with the increase of torque loads. As the angle between the load direction and the horizontal plane increases, the bearing capacity of the suction anchor to resist torque loads tends to increase.

随着风能的开发, 海上风电势必逐步向深远海域转移, 对于海上风电基础的结构提出了更高的要求。漂浮式风机基础由于受水深的制约较小, 非常适合于深水开发。漂浮式风机由锚固于海底的系泊系统来实现定位, 主要的锚固基础类型有拖曳锚、重力锚、桩锚、吸力锚等 [ 1 , 2 ] 。其中,吸力锚是空心圆柱形结构,顶盖和锚壁较薄,直径和长径比较大,能提供较大的水平与竖直承载力。与其他锚固基础相比, 吸力锚的优势在于承载能力大且安装效率高。
目前, 海上漂浮式风机通常采用 1 个风机连接 3~9 个吸力锚锚固的系泊方式,吸力锚基础在正常工作工况中承受竖直和水平荷载, 在极限断锚工况下, 吸力锚的系缆点错位, 受荷角度变化, 对吸力锚产生竖直扭矩荷载。因此,在极限断锚工况下对吸力锚承受竖直荷载(V)、水平荷载(H)及扭矩荷载(T)三者组合荷载的能力进行探究有着很高的工程应用意义。
关于 $V$$H$ 的组合荷载对吸力锚承载特性影响的研究已经广泛展开, 考虑的变量主要包括系缆点位置、加载角度、土质参数和吸力锚长径比等。Supachawarote C [ 3 ] 对软粘土中倾斜荷载作用下的吸力锚基础承载性能进行了数值模拟研究, 得出在正常固结土壤中,当基础长径比达到 5 时,荷载作用最佳深度为 ${0.65L}\sim {0.7L}(L$ 为吸力锚高度), 对于剪切强度剖面更均匀的轻度超固结土壤,最佳系缆点深度更浅。Gourvenec S [ 4 ] 通过数值方法分析了筒形基础在组合加载模式 $(V - H, V -$ $M, H - M, V - H - M)$ 下的承载力破坏机理,给出了承载力计算公式。Watson P G [ 5 ] $\mathrm{{NGI}}$ 的二维极限平衡法基础上引入上限塑性理论, 提出吸力式沉箱在竖直荷载与水平荷载作用下的破坏模式。 Zdravkovic L [ 6 ] 深入研究了多种荷载组合(竖直荷载、水平荷载和弯矩荷载)情况下的承载力计算半经验公式。Bransby M F [ 7, 8 ] 针对预估吸力锚承载性能提出了 $V - H$ 破坏包络线法,认为其破坏包络线是一个椭圆形。对于筒形基础在组合荷载下的上拔问题,丁红岩 [ 9 ] 利用 Abaqus 有限元计算软件研究了大长径比筒形基础在倾斜荷载作用下的承载特性, 得到了倾斜荷载作用时的筒形基础承载力计算公式。王康杰 [ 10 ] 对于软粘土中单锚和双锚基础的不排水抗拔承载能力进行了数值模拟研究, 得到了单锚和双锚基础在不同角度倾斜荷载作用下的 $V - H$ 破坏包络线。庞雅博 [ 11 ] 在粘土和砂土中开展了海上漂浮式风机悬链式系泊吸力锚承载特性研究,确定了系泊荷载的最佳加载角度为 ${15}^{\circ }$ , 冲刷条件下粘土地基呈现一种沿基础上部向下部发展的趋势,而砂土地基正好相反。李书兆 [ 12 ] 构建了上部滑动楔体破坏区与深部平面流动破坏区交界深度的计算方法, 提出了计算吸力锚循环承载力的简化极限平衡方法。
综上所述, 针对吸力锚在考虑断锚工况情况下承受组合荷载能力的研究仍有待提升。因此, 本文利用有限元竖直模拟软件 Abaqus 对吸力锚承受组合荷载的能力进行了研究, 得到了不同工况下的 $V - T$$H - T$ 破坏包络线以及 $V - H - T$ 组合荷载下的极限承载力变化规律。
本文基于实际工程中的吸力锚模型, 运用 Abaqus 有限元软件建立 $L/D = 1$ 的吸力锚三维有限元模型 ( 图 1 )。吸力锚直径 $D = 5\mathrm{\;m}$ ,长度 $H = 5$ $\mathrm{m}$ ,锚顶盖厚度为 ${25}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,锚壁厚度为 ${30}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。吸力锚完全嵌入到地基土壤中,为了充分消除边界效应,地基土体直径设置为 ${5D}$ ,高度设置为 ${3H}$
吸力锚模型为壳单元,材料为钢,泊松比为 0.3,屈服强度为 ${355}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ 。地基土采用基于摩尔库伦准则的弹塑性本构模型,浮密度为 ${740}\mathrm{\;{kg}}/{\mathrm{m}}^{3}$ , 杨氏模量为 ${8.67}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ ,泊松比为 0.3 ,内摩擦角为 ${8.9}^{\circ }$ ,不排水抗剪强度为 ${12.6}\mathrm{{kPa}}$ 。土体网格采用 C3D8R 单元,约束土体侧向位移及底部所有自由度。模型网格划分如 图 1(c) 所示, 锚土模型共划分为 115487 个网格。吸力锚与土体之间的相互作用设置为面面接触,切向行为选用罚函数算法, 吸力锚内外侧面与土体允许滑动和分离, 接触面的法向属性选用硬接触。
采用在加载控制点上位移直至基础极限破坏的位移控制法。 $H$ 作用点位于吸力锚筒裙上,按照作用点深度 $Z = 0,1,2,3,4\mathrm{\;m}$$5\mathrm{\;m}$ 设置 6 个作用点, $V$$T$ 作用点位于吸力锚顶部中心点,荷载作用方式如 图 2 所示。
吸力锚在不排水均质土壤中的水平荷载承载力可表示为
${H}_{\mathrm{u}}= {N}_{\mathrm{h}}{LD}{s}_{\mathrm{u}}$
式中: ${H}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为吸力锚的极限水平承载力; ${N}_{\mathrm{h}}$ 为水平承载力系数; $L$ 为基础高度; $D$ 为基础直径; ${s}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为土体不排水抗剪强度。
文献[ 13 ]采用曲线拟合方法推导了 ${N}_{\mathrm{h}}$ 的表达式,记系缆点到泥面的距离为 $Z$ ,对于 $Z/L$ 分别为 0,0.6,1的水平荷载,文献[ 14 ]所得系数 ${N}_{\mathrm{h}}$ 分别为 4.0,10.7,5.3。
本文所得水平位移-荷载曲线如 图 3 所示。 $Z/L = 0$ 时水平极限承载力为 ${457}\mathrm{{kN}},{N}_{\mathrm{h}}= {3.7}$ ,与文献[ 14 ]计算结果的误差为 7.5%。
吸力锚在不排水均质土壤中的竖直荷载承载力可表示为
${V}_{\mathrm{u}}= {N}_{\mathrm{p}}{\zeta }_{\mathrm{s}}{\zeta }_{\mathrm{{ce}}}A{s}_{\mathrm{u}}$
式中: ${V}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为吸力锚的极限竖直承载力; ${N}_{\mathrm{p}}$ 为竖直承载力系数; ${s}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为土体不排水抗剪强度。
建议圆柱形基础的形状系数 ${\zeta }_{\mathrm{s}}= {1.2}$ ,文献 [ 13 ] 建议竖直承载力因子 ${N}_{\mathrm{p}}= {9.0}$ ,嵌入因子 ${\zeta }_{\mathrm{{ce}}}= 1 +$ ${0.4L}/D$ 。对于长径比 $L/D = 1$ 的吸力锚,极限竖直承载力 ${V}_{\mathrm{u}}= {15.12A}{s}_{\mathrm{u}\odot }$
图 4 给出了长径比 $L/D = 1$ 的吸力锚在竖直荷载下的位移荷载曲线。极限竖直承载力为 ${1490}\mathrm{{kN}},{V}_{\mathrm{u}}= {15.18}\mathrm{A}{s}_{\mathrm{u}}$ ,与理论值的误差为 $4\%{o}_{\mathrm{o}}$
吸力锚在不排水均质土壤中的扭矩荷载承载力可表示为
${T}_{\mathrm{u}}= \left({\frac{L}{2}+ \frac{D}{12}}\right)\pi {D}^{2}{s}_{\mathrm{u}}$
式中: ${T}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为极限扭矩承载力,对于 $L/D = 1$ 的吸力锚,极限扭矩承载力 ${T}_{\mathrm{u}}= {1.83}{D}^{3}{s}_{\mathrm{u}}$
图 5 给出了长径比 $L/D = 1$ 的吸力锚在扭矩荷载下的有限元分析结果。极限扭矩承载力为 ${1101}\mathrm{{kN}}\cdot \mathrm{m},{T}_{\mathrm{u}}= {1.76}{D}^{3}{s}_{\mathrm{u}}$ ,与理论值的误差为 $7\%$
综上所述, 水平、竖直和扭矩承载性能的验证误差均在 7.5%以内,证明了本文有限元模拟结果的有效性。
本文采用文献[ 15 ]描述的极限承载力确定方法。如 图 6 所示, 在曲线弹性阶段起点和塑性阶段终点处分别作切线,两条切线相交于一点, 然后从交点出发画一条水平直线与曲线相交, 将水平直线与曲线的交点定义为基础的极限状态, 其对应的荷载为极限承载力。
在断锚工况下, 浮式风机位置发生改变, 未断裂的锚链系缆角度发生偏移, 对于吸力锚基础产生扭矩荷载,此时吸力锚受到 $V - H - T$ 组合荷载作用。为了分析该情况下的吸力锚基础承载性能,本文以不同的荷载分量加载比率进行了一系列有限元分析。
荷载作用点设置在锚顶的几何中心点, 荷载施加方式如 图 7 所示。
吸力锚在 $V - T$ 组合荷载下的破坏包络线如 图 8 所示。扭矩荷载对于吸力锚的竖直承载能力有显著影响, 当扭矩荷载占主导时, 吸力锚的竖直承载性能明显降低; 当 $V/{V}_{\max }< {0.625}$ 时,吸力锚的破坏模式为扭矩旋转破坏。
$V - T$ 组合荷载在实际工程中对应于吸力锚承受作用在锚顶边缘处与竖直方向呈角度 $\beta$ 的倾斜荷载的情况, 如 图 9 所示。
在不同荷载倾斜角度 $\beta$ 下的极限竖直荷载归一化曲线如 图 10 所示。由 图 10 可知: 当 $\beta ={15}^{\circ }$ 时, $V/{V}_{\max }= {0.96}$ ,即小于 ${15}^{\circ }$ 的锚链倾角对极限竖直承载力几乎没有影响; 当 $\beta$ 由 45 ${}^{\circ }$ 变化至 ${60}^{\circ }$ 时, $V$${0.69}{V}_{\max }$ 变化至 ${0.46}{V}_{\max }$ ,极限竖直承载力显著降低。
$H - T$ 组合荷载加载方式如 图 11 所示。 $T$ 作用于锚顶中心点, $H$ 作用于锚壁上,作用点深度 $Z/L$ 分别为0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8和 1.0。
$H - T$ 组合荷载下的吸力锚基础破坏包络线如 图 12 所示。由 图 12 可知:当扭矩荷载占主导时,吸力锚的水平承载性能明显降低; 当 $Z/L$ 由 0 变化至 0.6 再到 1.0 的过程中, 水平承载能力先增大再减小; 对于两种极限情况, $Z/L ={1.0}$ 时的水平承载能力明显大于 $Z/L = 0$ 时的水平承载能力。
上述 $H - T$ 组合荷载在实际工程中对应于吸力锚承受作用在锚壁上与水平方向呈角度 $\alpha$ 的倾斜荷载的情况, $Z/L = 0$ 时的荷载施加情况如 图 13 所示。
以作用点深度 $Z/L = 0$ 时的极限水平荷载计算结果为例 ( 图 14 ), 其结果表明: 当扭矩荷载占主导时,吸力锚的竖直承载性能明显降低;当 $\alpha <{15}^{\circ }$ 时,扭矩荷载对水平承载能力的影响在 $2\%$ 以内, 当 $\alpha$ 由 15° 变化至 75° 时, $H/{H}_{\max }$ 由 0.98 变化至 0.77,竖直承载性能显著降低; 当 $\alpha ={90}^{\circ }$ 时, $H/{H}_{\max }= {0.76}$
在实际海洋工况中, 吸力锚先设定好系缆角度后下沉,因为安装偏移和锚链断裂等情况会导致系缆角度变化,本文计算了吸力锚与预定安装角度分别呈 $0,{15},{30},{45},{60},{75},{90}{}^{\circ }$ 偏移时极限承载力的变化情况。
选取 $\beta$ 分别为 ${15},{30},{45},{60},{75}^{\circ }$ ,在它们的最佳系缆点处进行系缆点偏移角度 $\alpha$${0}^{\circ }$ 变化到 ${90}^{\circ }$ 的吸力锚极限承载力计算,吸力锚受荷作用状态如 图 15 所示。
吸力锚在各角度下的最佳系缆位置如 图 16 所示。当系缆角度 $\theta$ 不大于 ${45}^{\circ }$ 时,最佳系缆点在 $Z/L ={0.2}$ 处,当系缆角度 $\theta >{45}^{\circ }$ 时,最佳系缆点在 $Z/L = 0$ 处,即锚顶边缘处。
因此,本文选取 $Z/L ={0.2}$ 处进行 $\beta ={15},{30}^{\circ }$${45}^{\circ }$$V - H - T$ 组合荷载试验,选取 $Z/L = 0$ 处进行 $\beta ={60}^{\circ }$${75}^{\circ }$$V - H - T$ 组合荷载试验,归一化曲线如 图 17 所示。
图 17 可知: 随着荷载倾斜角度的增加, 极限承载力的损失速度加快; 当 $\beta ={60}^{\circ }$${75}^{\circ }$$\alpha <$ ${75}^{\circ }$ 时,荷载方向倾斜对于极限承载力的影响可以忽略; 随着 $\beta$ 的增加,吸力锚抵抗扭矩荷载的能力越强,例外是 $\alpha ={90}^{\circ },\beta ={60}^{\circ }$${75}^{\circ }$ 时的情况, 吸力锚被迅速拔出,导致极限承载力骤跌。
本文利用 Abaqus 软件计算了粘土中长径比为 1 的吸力锚基础在扭矩、竖直和水平组合荷载作用下的承载特性, 通过对计算结果的分析, 得出以下结论。
①吸力锚受到作用在锚顶的扭矩荷载和竖直荷载共同作用时, 锚体与周边土体产生缝隙, 锚土间摩擦力降低,导致吸力锚承载竖直荷载的能力显著降低,并且扭矩荷载越大,竖直承载力的降低越显著。
②吸力锚在承受作用在锚顶的扭矩荷载和锚壁上不同高度处的水平荷载共同作用时, 水平承载性能会随着扭矩荷载的增加而不断降低。受扭矩荷载影响的水平承载性能依然保持着仅受水平荷载时的承载力规律,即在系缆点深度与锚高之比等于 0.6 时,水平承载性能最大。
③在竖直-水平-扭矩组合荷载作用下, 吸力锚会随荷载倾斜角度的增加而逐渐丧失承载能力, 同时随着荷载方向与水平面的夹角增加, 吸力锚抵抗扭矩荷载作用的能力增强, 直到超过吸力锚竖直承载能力极限, 吸力锚会被迅速拔出。
