Due to the inherent limitations of current remote sensing techniques, the actual occurrence and accurate abundance of water ice in lunar regolith cannot be directly identified, making in-situ verification urgently necessary. The Chang’E-7 mission of China’s Lunar Exploration Program plans to conduct water ice detection at the lunar south pole, where an in-situ micro-sampling device mounted on the rover will perform quantitative collection of lunar regolith for the volatiles in-situ measurement instrument. However, the uncertainty of lunar surface conditions leads to considerable dispersion in sampling mass. Moreover, water ice sublimation loss caused by tool-soil temperature difference and mechanical interactions during sampling will further reduce the detection accuracy. To ensure the reliability of detection data from the volatiles measurement instrument, this paper proposes calibration methods for sampling mass and water ice loss. Icy lunar regolith simulant is prepared via vapor deposition during sampling, and sampling mass calibration experiments are carried out using a self-developed calibration device. Preliminary results show that sampling mass varies significantly with regolith particle size distribution. Further research will be conducted on the physical mechanism of icy lunar regolith sampling under multi-factor coupling conditions. This study aims to provide a high-confidence physical response parameter spectrum for accurate interpretation and scientific analysis of Chang’E-7 in-orbit data.

受现有遥感探测原理的固有局限, 月壤中水冰的真实赋存状态与精准含量仍无法直接判别, 亟须开展原位验证. 中国探月工程嫦娥七号任务计划在月球南极开展水冰探测, 由巡视器搭载的月壤挥发分测量仪通过微量取样装置实现月壤的原位定量采集. 月表工况的复杂性与不确定性易导致采样质量离散性较大, 而采样过程中机–壤温差及机械作用引发的水冰升华损失会进一步降低探测精度. 为保障挥发分测量仪探测数据的可靠性, 提出采样量和水冰损失定标方法, 采用气相沉积法制备月壤水冰模拟物, 并利用自研定标装置完成采样量定标试验. 初步结果表明, 不同粒径级配的月壤模拟物采样量存在显著差异, 后续将深入研究多因素耦合作用下月壤水冰采样的物理机理, 为嫦娥七号在轨数据的精准判读与科学解译提供高置信的物理响应参数谱.

受现有遥感探测原理的固有局限, 月壤中水冰的真实赋存状态与精准含量仍无法直接判别, 亟须开展原位验证. 中国探月工程嫦娥七号任务计划在月球南极开展水冰探测, 由巡视器搭载的月壤挥发分测量仪通过微量取样装置实现月壤的原位定量采集. 月表工况的复杂性与不确定性易导致采样质量离散性较大, 而采样过程中机–壤温差及机械作用引发的水冰升华损失会进一步降低探测精度. 为保障挥发分测量仪探测数据的可靠性, 提出采样量和水冰损失定标方法, 采用气相沉积法制备月壤水冰模拟物, 并利用自研定标装置完成采样量定标试验. 初步结果表明, 不同粒径级配的月壤模拟物采样量存在显著差异, 后续将深入研究多因素耦合作用下月壤水冰采样的物理机理, 为嫦娥七号在轨数据的精准判读与科学解译提供高置信的物理响应参数谱.

Due to the inherent limitations of current remote sensing techniques, the actual occurrence and accurate abundance of water ice in lunar regolith cannot be directly identified, making in-situ verification urgently necessary. The Chang’E-7 mission of China’s Lunar Exploration Program plans to conduct water ice detection at the lunar south pole, where an in-situ micro-sampling device mounted on the rover will perform quantitative collection of lunar regolith for the volatiles in-situ measurement instrument. However, the uncertainty of lunar surface conditions leads to considerable dispersion in sampling mass. Moreover, water ice sublimation loss caused by tool-soil temperature difference and mechanical interactions during sampling will further reduce the detection accuracy. To ensure the reliability of detection data from the volatiles measurement instrument, this paper proposes calibration methods for sampling mass and water ice loss. Icy lunar regolith simulant is prepared via vapor deposition during sampling, and sampling mass calibration experiments are carried out using a self-developed calibration device. Preliminary results show that sampling mass varies significantly with regolith particle size distribution. Further research will be conducted on the physical mechanism of icy lunar regolith sampling under multi-factor coupling conditions. This study aims to provide a high-confidence physical response parameter spectrum for accurate interpretation and scientific analysis of Chang’E-7 in-orbit data.

探测地外天体中的水物质, 揭示太阳系内水分的迁移与演化机制, 并进一步实现水资源的原位提取和利用以拓展人类深空生存空间, 已成为当前月球与行星探测领域的前沿核心议题[1]. 已有研究依托雷达、中子谱仪及光谱仪等遥感探测手段[2,3], 初步推断月球两极永久阴影区, 尤其表层霜冻层中赋存丰度可观的水冰资源. 然而受遥感探测原理与技术体制的固有局限, 现阶段仍难以直接获取月壤中水冰的真实赋存状态与精确含量, 进而无法对其资源储量与开发利用潜力开展精准评估. 相较于远距离非接触探测, 月表原位采样与探测具备广域多点取样、月壤多级控温加热, 以及对水冰及其他挥发组分高灵敏、高精度识别等综合技术优势, 已被公认为实现月球水冰含量精准定量的关键技术途径[4].
近年来, 多项深空探测任务已针对不同天体表面星壤开展水冰探测与科学研究. 2014年, 欧洲空间局 (ESA)的罗塞塔号 (Rosetta)探测器计划采用钻进取芯方式对彗星开展采样分析, 因着陆后通信中断, 任务未能顺利实施[5]. 美国在火星与月球探测领域实施多次任务, 其中凤凰号 (Phoenix)、好奇号 (Curiosity)与毅力号 (Perseverance)等探测器通过铲挖和钻取等方式获取火星土壤及岩石样品, 并采用采样、筛分与定容相结合的方法实现了火星挥发分含量的原位分析[68]. 此外, 美国原计划用于月球水冰探测的雅典娜号 (Athena)月球车, 因着陆异常导致任务失利[9]. 综合分析表明, 现有星壤采样与分析方案普遍难以实现采样量的高精度定量控制, 且在任务设计中未充分考虑采样过程中水冰的升华损耗问题, 已难以满足当前科学探测仪器对分析精度与数据可靠性日益提升的需求.
在月壤原位采样探测任务中, 首要问题是依托星表有限资源, 实现非确知工况下月壤的高保真、定量化采样. 尤其在月壤水冰采样环节, 采样机具与月壤间的温度梯度及接触作业产生的力学载荷, 会引发水冰的力热耦合扰动; 而月球极端真空环境会进一步加剧水冰的热致升华与空间扩散逃逸, 直接破坏水冰的原位赋存状态, 显著降低采样保真度与定量精度. 若无法对这类水冰损失效应进行有效校正, 嫦娥七号载荷获取的月壤含水率探测数据将出现数量级偏差, 严重削弱相关科学结论的可靠性与可信度.
针对上述关键技术瓶颈, 本文围绕月壤水冰原位精准探测需求, 基于微定量采样定标方法开展系统性研究. 通过制备月壤水冰模拟试样、搭建微定量采样定标试验系统, 在月面拟实环境下开展采样水损定标试验, 有效降低月面特殊工况引发的采样量不确定度; 同时, 构建结合在轨返回力热数据的热致水损解译模型与方法, 为实现月壤水冰的原位高精度探测提供坚实的理论支撑与可靠的技术保障.
当前, 月球极区(特别是南极地区)因存在地下水冰资源的潜在赋存, 已成为深空探测领域的研究热点, 此类资源被认为是支撑未来月球探测多维度任务需求的重要战略储备[1012]. 近年来多项研究证实, 月球极区撞击坑内部的永久阴影区因长期处于太阳直射盲区, 环境温度极低, 从而形成了独特的冷阱地貌. 在该类低温环境中, 水冰的饱和蒸气压极低, 升华损耗过程近乎停滞, 为水冰的长期稳定封存创造了有利条件[13,14]. 研究表明, 冷阱的空间尺度与其内部水冰赋存的稳定性存在显著关联: 冷阱规模越小, 水冰的挥发损失速率越高. 基于这一特性, 若能在微型冷阱内探测到水冰信号, 则其极可能为近期积累的挥发组分, 可作为追溯太阳系挥发分起源与跨天体迁移过程的重要科学依据[15]. 此外, 冷阱的空间分布密度与地形可达性, 对未来载人及机器人月球探测任务的规划与实施具有重要指导意义——广泛分布的小尺度冷阱, 将大幅提升后续探冰任务对潜在含水地层精准定位与近距离探测的可行性. 中国嫦娥七号任务已明确计划在月球南极区域实施着陆探测, 并通过搭载的月壤挥发分测量仪开展极区关键资源勘查. 该仪器的核心科学目标之一是在阳照区小型冷阱内实现水冰存在性及丰度的精准探测[16]. 月壤挥发分测量仪由剖面铲、取样装置、挥发分提取装置和分析装置构成 (见图1), 各组件分别承担月壤剖面构建、目标样品采集、挥发分加热脱附与含量定量分析等核心功能. 其工作流程为: 安装于巡视器上机械臂末端的取样装置首先完成表层或次表层月壤样品的采集; 随后样品被输送至挥发分提取装置进行加热处理, 释放的挥发分由分析装置实现水冰含量的高精度检测. 借助巡视器与月壤挥发分测量仪的协同工作, 可实现月壤样品在剖面深度与空间区域的多次原位分析. 依据探测任务指标要求, 取样装置需同时具备微定量采样与粒径选择性筛分能力, 设计采样深度范围为0~300 mm.
采用原位采样与转移分析相结合的接触式探测方法, 可精确测定表层月壤中水冰的含量. 然而, 取样装置与月壤水冰直接接触时, 不可避免地会产生力热耦合扰动, 进而引发热质交换异常、水冰逃逸加剧及定量采样偏差等相关问题. 如图2(a)所示, 月壤水冰采样流程主要包括静力贯入、旋切采样和转移分析三个阶段. 在此过程中, 月壤水冰的含水率从原位状态(Cs1Cs4)逐级降低, 如图2(b)所示. 原位测量时, 月壤水冰的含水率定义如下:

式中, Ms为地面定标采样质量; ΔMs为采样量不确定度; Mh为进入加热提取装置中的水冰质量; ΔMh为采样与转移过程中热致水损量, ΔMh=(Cs1Cs4) (Ms±ΔMs). 为精准获取原位月壤水冰含量, 需依托地面采样定标试验构建高置信度物理响应参数谱, 并结合在轨返回数据, 实现原位月壤水冰含量的反演计算.
为实现月面表层及次表层月壤精准采样作业, 提出一种“静力贯入+连续回转”的协同采样方案. 该方案中, 取样装置通过旋转和下压的协同作用完成原位月壤采集; 结合科学载荷对月壤样品的指标要求, 取样装置需具备以下核心功能, 并满足相应性能指标.
(1)微量定量采样功能. 具备毫克级月壤样品的高效采集能力, 采样量需要精准控制在 (170±30) mg 范围内, 保障采样定量精度.
(2) 粒径筛分功能. 集成被动式粒径筛选机制, 严格控制采集的月壤颗粒粒径≤1 mm, 满足后续挥发分分析的样品要求.
(3)阻碍壤排除功能. 可高效将取样装置底部的大颗粒阻碍壤排至采集区域外, 有效避免颗粒随动及进样孔堵塞问题, 保障采样量稳定性与进样效率.
(4)高效感应加热功能. 采集的月壤样品可通过电磁感应实现高效均温加热, 为后续挥发分脱附与检测提供支撑.
(5)广域–纵深多维度采样功能. 在微定量采样过程中, 可同步完成空间维度的广域覆盖与垂向维度的多层次连续采集, 进而获取高分辨率的月壤水冰空间分布数据集, 支撑科学探测需求.
根据采样任务需求, 通过多方案对比与优选, 确定多孔阵列旋切式微定量取样装置的最终设计方案 (见图3). 该装置主要由取样管(带内螺纹)、螺纹推块、板簧、花键芯轴以及堆叠装配于花键芯轴上的采样片组成. 其中取样管为取样装置提供结构支撑与防尘保护; 花键芯轴与旋转电机相连, 主要实现对采样片的扭矩传递与轴向导向; 板簧集成于花键芯轴内部, 用于采样片的轴向定位与锁紧. 取样装置工作时, 花键芯轴在旋转电机驱动下带动底部采样片实现切削运动; 巡视器机械臂提供采样所需的轴向进给与样品转移运动; 采样完成后, 通过螺纹推块与板簧的协同动作将已使用的采样片顶出, 并自动切换至新采样片, 为下一次定量采样做好准备. 取样装置可以装载不少于30片采样片, 能够满足月壤多次原位定量采样的任务需求. 取样装置的主要结构参数见表1.
取样装置的旋切采样工作原理如图4所示. 采样片以堆叠方式串联安装在取样管内部的花键芯轴上, 最上方采样片顶部设有螺纹推块, 并通过螺纹与中部花键芯轴相连. 电机驱动花键芯轴回转, 可带动螺纹推块实现轴向移动. 当花键芯轴逆时针转动时, 取样装置进入采样模式. 机械臂提供轴向进给力FN, 驱动组件提供回转运动n1, 取样装置通过往复旋压切削完成月壤样本采集, 从而实现剖面点位上百毫克级、定粒径、定质量的精准采样. 当花键芯轴顺时针转动时, 螺纹推块将装载月壤样本的采样片向下推出, 使其被转运至挥发分提取装置进行后续加热与分析.
为验证所设计的采样片在不同工况下的采样质量及其离散性是否满足指标要求, 搭建月壤微定量采样定标试验系统, 如图5所示. 该系统主要由驱动单元、传感单元和电控单元三部分构成. 其中, 驱动单元包括直线电机、回转电机、电控箱及上位机等, 用于驱动取样装置完成采样、转移与吐片等一系列动作; 传感单元由压力传感器、扭矩传感器及编码器组成, 可实现采样下压力的闭环控制、采样深度监测以及吐片过程扭矩的实时检测; 电控单元主要由工控机箱和上位机构成, 可对传感器信号进行实时采集、显示, 并通过数据采集卡完成试验数据的存储与记录.
月球南极地形以高地为主, 本文参考Apollo 16返回的高地月壤样品分析结果, 配制适用于月球极区的月壤模拟物[17]. Basu等[18]研究表明, 月球高地月壤主要由风化的斜长岩基岩组成, 体积占比达73.4%; 其余成分为陨石撞击溅射与混合作用形成的玄武质风化层. 为模拟月球极区风化层的矿物组成与岩土力学特性, 选取中国河北承德大庙的天然斜长岩与吉林辉南金川玄武质火山渣为原料, 其主要矿物组成为斜长石、辉石、橄榄石及石英等. 依据相似性与等效性准则, 通过矿物筛选、机械破碎、形貌调控、粒径分级、颗粒重构等工艺制备模拟月壤, 分别按照大颗粒(粒径10~16 mm)含量低、密实度较小的典型工况, 大颗粒含量高、密实度中等的挑战工况, 以及含有大块岩块(粒径≥16 mm)且密实度较高的极端工况进行级配设计, 获得可满足嫦娥七号科学载荷定标及各类试验验证需求的模拟月壤原料[19,20]. 月壤模拟物粒径级配与密实度参数见表2表3.
所研制的取样装置主要面向0~300 mm深度的表层月壤开展取样, Slyuta等[17]研究表明, 月壤密度随深度呈指数递增分布. 为使干壤模拟物的密实度特征与月面实际状态一致, 试验中采用三维振动成型法[21]将定量模拟月壤原料压缩至指定容积的试样桶内, 并采用环刀法对制备的模拟月壤试样密度进行10组随机重复测试, 结果显示其密度波动误差控制在±5%以内, 满足试验精度要求.
采样系统机械臂为4自由度构型, 包含腰关节(J1)、肩关节(J2)、肘关节(J3)及腕关节(J4), 如图6(a)所示. 臂杆刚度远大于关节刚度Kg, 在取样刚度分析中可忽略臂杆变形的影响. 机械臂下压采样过程中, 末端等效取样刚度记为Kq; 末端输出压力F主要是由关节J2和J3的回转力矩T1T2共同提供. 因此, 关节J2和J3是决定取样刚度Kq的关键关节. 采样系统机械臂的相关设计参数列于表4.
机械臂大臂长l1, 小臂长l2, 大臂和小臂水平伸展时取样刚度最小 (见图6b), 取样刚度计算公式为

其中, b为直线模组重心位置距离.
当机械臂两关节角θ1=θ2=60°时, 机械臂展开长度为$ l_{1}^{\prime} $+$ l_{2} $ (见图6c), 以此状态为依据设计模拟机械臂的取样刚度$K_{\mathrm{q}}^{\prime} $, 计算公式为

月面重力加速度约为1.633 m·s–2, 在此工况下, 采样系统机械臂与末端工具的总重力约为10 N. 采样所需下压力FN范围为20~120 N, 通过机械臂下压力限流机制实现精准控制. 为模拟机械臂刚度特性, 在水平与竖直运动直线模组之间安装扭转刚度构件 (见图7), 通过设计该构件的刚度参数实现机械臂刚度模拟; 同时, 调整取样点与直线模组的距离L, 可在一定范围内调控采样系统的等效取样刚度. 采样过程中, 采样系统所受作用力及力矩包括: 竖直移动直线模组的支撑力Fv和扭转力矩T, 配重提供的配重力Fp, 水平模组自重G1, 取样装置重力Gq以及取样下压力反力Fq. 其二维受力及扭矩平衡关系如下:

其中, a为配重力作用点距离, b为直线模组重心位置距离.
机械臂刚度通过水平位移模组扭转刚度组件进行模拟, 扭转力矩T由该扭转刚度组件产生. 水平位移模组与其上搭载部件的总重力为G=Gq+Gl, 其综合重心位置可由式c=b+Gq/G(L–b)计算得出. 为模拟月面工况下取样装置的重力效应, 当取样下压力FN=10 N时, 需使扭转力矩T=0 N$ \cdot $m. 基于上述分析, 采样系统的受力及扭矩平衡关系如下:

经计算, 不同位置配重与力的关系如表5所示. 当配重点位置满足公式a=[(Gq–FN)L+G1b]/(G–FN) 时, 配重力Fp达到最大值39 N, 此时竖直移动直线模组的支撑力Fv为0 N. 该工况下, 取样过程中扭转刚度构件受到的竖直力影响最小, 对应配重质量为3.9 kg. 为保障取样装置与挥发分提取装置对接过程中, 扭转刚度构件能够稳定发挥刚度模拟作用, 需将配重点向左移动并靠近对接位置, 基于上述参数搭建的采样定标系统如图8所示.
为验证所设计取样装置的采样性能, 基于采样定标系统对三种工况的月壤模拟物分别开展15次重复采样验证试验. 试验参数设置如下: 采样转速nr=60 r·min–1, 采样圈数n=14, 采样下压力FN=30 N, 试验结果如图9(a)所示. 结果表明, 典型工况、挑战工况与极端工况下月壤模拟物的采样量均值分别为187.7, 173.4, 161.4 mg, 对应标准差分别为6.44, 15.11, 32.09 mg. 图中存在3个异常采样点, 经分析取样装置正下方表层月壤中出现10~16 mm岩块, 导致单次采样量出现明显偏离, 如图9(b)所示.
为获取采样过程中月壤样本的水冰损耗试验数据, 需设计一套可在拟实月面环境下开展采样作业的定标系统. 该系统需满足以下核心功能要求.
(1) 营造贴近月面真实状态的低温真空环境, 保障样本原位赋存特性.
(2) 为取样装置提供稳定的动力执行机构, 支撑“静力贯入+连续回转”采样动作实现.
(3) 可对采集后的样品进行就位含水量测量, 最大限度减少外界环境对测量结果的干扰.
(4) 具备完善的过程控制与参数检测措施, 确保试验数据的可靠性. 据此, 设计了小型真空低温水损定标试验系统, 其实物如图10所示.
该水损定标试验系统主要由采样单元、控制单元、真空低温营造单元及样品转移–加热单元组成. 其中采样单元包含取样装置、旋转电机、压力传感器及扭矩传感器等组件, 核心功能是完成“静力贯入+连续回转”的采样动作; 控制单元由上位机、工控箱及穿舱线缆组成, 负责控制取样装置执行采样流程, 并实时显示、存储试验过程中的各类传感器信号; 真空低温营造单元主要由机械泵、分子泵、真空罐及液氮槽组成, 用于营造拟实月面的低温环境; 样品转移–加热单元包括插板阀、穿舱机械手、感应加热线圈及真空腔室Ⅱ等承担月壤样本的转移与加热脱附任务. 此外, 水损定标系统内部配备真空计、温度传感器等必要检测元件, 用于实时测量并记录试验过程中的关键参数.
为精准量化月壤水冰在采样、转移等全流程中的升华与逃逸损耗, 需制备高拟实月壤水冰模拟物. 目前研究普遍认为, 月球水冰主要存在三大来源: 一是彗星及碳质小行星撞击月球所携带的外源水; 二是太阳风质子与月壤、月岩中铁氧化物经还原反应生成的内生水; 三是月球深部岩浆活动释放的原生水[2224]. 嫦娥五号、六号返回的月壤样品分析结果, 已直接证实月壤中赋存一定丰度的含水组分. 其中嫦娥五号着陆区的原位光谱探测表明, 该区域风化层中的水含量介于探测极限至约120 ppm (1 ppm=10–6) 之间[25,26], 月壤中羟基含量的平均值约为28.5 ppm[26]; 嫦娥六号采样区的平均水含量约为嫦娥五号的2倍[27]. 研究证实, 月球赤道及中低纬度区域月壤水含量普遍较低, 多数处于100 ppm量级, 平均水含量约为170 ppm[28], 难以满足规模化开发利用需求. 月球上绝大部分水以固态冰形式赋存于两极撞击坑永久阴影区内[29,30], 此类水冰资源有望为未来月球科研站的长期运行提供稳定可靠的水源支撑. 基于月壤水冰形成机制[22,3133], 本研究设计了月壤水冰模拟物制备装置, 采用在真空环境中将气态水直接吸附沉积于低温月壤模拟物的方式, 完成月壤水冰模拟物的制备. 该制备装置的工作原理如图11(a)所示[34,35], 主要由真空单元、水汽生成单元和样品制备单元三个部分组成. 其中真空单元包含真空泵、真空规及电磁阀等组件, 用于提供试验所需的真空环境; 水汽生成单元由蒸馏水、恒温水浴、手动阀及高温试管构成, 负责提供制备过程所需的气态水; 样品制备单元包含旋转滚筒、电机、液氮槽、手动阀及传动机构等部件, 通过引导水分子流至低温冷阱, 从而实现目标含水率月壤水冰模拟物的定量制备. 旋转滚筒作为装载干燥月壤模拟物的主腔室, 真空泵用于维持腔室及管道内的真空度, 电机通过传动机构驱动旋转滚筒旋转, 磁流体密封部件用于密封并连接装置的静态与动态结构, 保障装置运行的稳定性与密封性.
定标试验过程主要包括水冰样本准备、试验样本预处理和水损定标试验三个阶段.
按照地质学中含水率(水的质量与干壤质量的比值)的定义, 配置含水率为a0 (质量百分比) 的月壤水冰模拟物, 月壤水冰模拟物制备装置如图11(b)所示. 利用热重法对均一化处理后的月壤水冰模拟物进行含水率测量, 确保制备样品的含水率误差控制在±0.5%范围内, 满足试验精度要求.
根据水的三相图特性, 若水未降温至特定温度就置于真空环境中, 会以气态形式逃逸. 因此, 试验采用先降温、后抽真空的方式, 创建贴合月面的低温真空采样环境. 具体步骤如下.
(1)通氮气排水汽. 往真空罐内通入氮气, 彻底排出罐体内部的水汽, 减少月壤水冰样本降温过程中空气中的水汽对样本初始含水率的干扰, 如图12(b)所示.
(2)放置月壤水冰样本. 精准控制放入铜制月壤槽内月壤水冰模拟物的质量, 通过三维振动法分层压实, 制备符合试验要求的月壤水冰剖面样本; 样本制备完成后, 通过观察窗将月壤槽平稳转移至水损定标系统的液氮槽内, 如图12(a)所示.
(3)液氮降温. 向液氮槽内通入液氮, 快速构建符合月面工况的低温拟实环境, 确保样本处于稳定的低温状态.
水损定标试验在图10所示的水损定标试验系统中开展, 核心目的是量化采样、转移过程中的水冰逃逸量, 具体流程如下.
(1)真空环境营造. 待月壤水冰模拟物温度降到设定低温并稳定后, 停止向真空罐内通入氮气, 启动真空泵对真空罐体进行抽真空处理, 直至达到设定真空环境度, 如图12(c)所示.
(2)取样装置采样. 当真空罐内气压值低于设定值(5 Pa)时, 控制机械臂和取样装置分别执行下压、旋切动作, 完成微定量取样, 如图12(d)所示.
(3)采样片转移. 采样完成后, 利用穿舱机械手将装载样品的采样片转移至第二真空腔室, 关闭插板阀实现两腔室的空间封闭, 避免水汽交叉干扰, 如图12(e)所示.
(4)初始含水率测量. 插板阀关闭后, 向第一真空腔室内通入氮气, 使其恢复至常压状态; 用转移勺挖取采样区域表面未被破坏的月壤水冰样本, 用热重法测量其含水率, 多次测量的均值为a1 (质量分数), 如图12(f)所示.
(5)水分释放及表层含水率测量. 基于电磁感应原理, 对采样片进行感应加热, 促使采样片内样品中的水冰升华释放; 利用真空计实时监测腔室内气压变化, 待气压稳定后, 其变化值为ΔP, 如图12(g)所示.
试验结束后, 先保存整个试验过程中的所有关键数据, 随后向真空罐内通入氮气, 将罐体内部恢复至常压状态; 待常压状态稳定后, 取出已释放完水分的采样片, 精准测量其内部采集到的干壤质量, 记为ms. 基于上述测量参数, 采样过程中水损率ηs计算公式如下:

式中, Mw为水汽的摩尔质量, 值为18.0 g·mol–1; R为通用气体常数, 值为8.314 J·mol–1·K–1; T为第二真空腔室温度, 单位K.
结合月壤挥发分测量仪在轨工作流程, 系统分析了微量取样装置工作过程中采样量不确定度的来源及水冰损失的核心机理, 据此提出了针对性的采样量定标和水冰损失定标方法, 为装置性能验证与数据校正提供了理论支撑.
(1)基于月球水冰成因, 利用自主搭建的月壤水冰模拟物制备试验台, 成功制备出高拟实的月壤水冰模拟物, 满足地面定标试验对样本的拟实度要求.
(2)借助自研的月壤微定量采样定标系统, 开展了多工况采样验证试验, 结果表明, 取样装置的采样量满足设计要求: 对典型、挑战和极端三种工况下的月壤模拟物, 采样量均值分别为187.7, 173.4, 161.4 mg.
(3)设计并搭建了小型真空低温水损定标试验系统, 制定了完整的水损定标试验方案, 通过实时监测采样全过程的传感信号, 可有效解译采样、转移等环节水冰损失规律, 实现水冰损失量的精准量化.
综上研究结果充分验证了月壤挥发分测量仪微量取样装置设计的可行性与合理性, 所提出的定标方法、搭建的试验系统及获取的试验数据, 为该装置未来在轨工作的顺利开展及在轨数据的精准处理提供了重要的技术支撑与理论依据.
