The Chang’E-7 mission will deploy China’s first independently developed lunar seismograph at the Moon’s south pole to record ground motions generated by moonquakes and meteoroid impacts. The instrument is designed for an eight-year operation lifetime aimed at characterizing the seismic activity and shallow interior structure of the Moon. To ensure measurement accuracy and long-term operational stability under the extreme conditions of the lunar environment, it is essential to establish a systematic calibration methodology. This will guarantee that the instrument’s key technical parameters and calibration indicators meet the requirements for scientific exploration and data inversion. Based on the technical criteria for ground-based seismograph network integration, and considering performance specifications such as bandwidth, dynamic range, and magnitude range, this paper proposes a comprehensive ground calibration test plan covering critical indicators, including amplitude-frequency response, sensitivity and sensitivity error, self-noise levels and measurement range. Furthermore, in accordance with the operational requirements during the lunar surface phase, an autonomous in-situ calibration scheme has been designed, along with a proposed manual source calibration method on the lunar surface. This study establishes a comprehensive calibration framework for the functionality and performance of the lunar seismograph, providing systematic procedures for performance testing and evaluation throughout all mission phases—from ground validation to in-situ operation on the lunar surface. The proposed framework lays an essential foundation for acquiring high-precision lunar seismic data and conducting subsequent scientific analyses.

嫦娥七号任务计划在月球南极部署中国首台自主研制的月震仪, 用于监测天然月震与陨石撞击等事件激发的振动信号, 并开展为期八年的科学探测. 为保障月震仪在月球极端环境下的测量精度与长期工作的稳定性, 需建立系统的定标方法, 以确保其关键参数与技术指标符合科学探测与数据反演的要求. 依据地面地震计入网技术标准, 结合月震仪的带宽、动态范围、震级测量范围等性能要求, 设计了涵盖幅频响应、灵敏度及其误差、自噪声、量程等关键指标的地面定标试验方案. 此外, 针对在轨运行需求, 设计了月面在轨自主定标方案, 并提出基于人工震源的月面定标方法. 研究构建了完整的月震仪功能与性能定标体系, 为月震仪从地面验证到在轨运行各阶段提供了系统的性能测试与评估依据, 为后续获取高精度月震数据并开展科学解析奠定了重要基础.

嫦娥七号任务计划在月球南极部署中国首台自主研制的月震仪, 用于监测天然月震与陨石撞击等事件激发的振动信号, 并开展为期八年的科学探测. 为保障月震仪在月球极端环境下的测量精度与长期工作的稳定性, 需建立系统的定标方法, 以确保其关键参数与技术指标符合科学探测与数据反演的要求. 依据地面地震计入网技术标准, 结合月震仪的带宽、动态范围、震级测量范围等性能要求, 设计了涵盖幅频响应、灵敏度及其误差、自噪声、量程等关键指标的地面定标试验方案. 此外, 针对在轨运行需求, 设计了月面在轨自主定标方案, 并提出基于人工震源的月面定标方法. 研究构建了完整的月震仪功能与性能定标体系, 为月震仪从地面验证到在轨运行各阶段提供了系统的性能测试与评估依据, 为后续获取高精度月震数据并开展科学解析奠定了重要基础.

The Chang’E-7 mission will deploy China’s first independently developed lunar seismograph at the Moon’s south pole to record ground motions generated by moonquakes and meteoroid impacts. The instrument is designed for an eight-year operation lifetime aimed at characterizing the seismic activity and shallow interior structure of the Moon. To ensure measurement accuracy and long-term operational stability under the extreme conditions of the lunar environment, it is essential to establish a systematic calibration methodology. This will guarantee that the instrument’s key technical parameters and calibration indicators meet the requirements for scientific exploration and data inversion. Based on the technical criteria for ground-based seismograph network integration, and considering performance specifications such as bandwidth, dynamic range, and magnitude range, this paper proposes a comprehensive ground calibration test plan covering critical indicators, including amplitude-frequency response, sensitivity and sensitivity error, self-noise levels and measurement range. Furthermore, in accordance with the operational requirements during the lunar surface phase, an autonomous in-situ calibration scheme has been designed, along with a proposed manual source calibration method on the lunar surface. This study establishes a comprehensive calibration framework for the functionality and performance of the lunar seismograph, providing systematic procedures for performance testing and evaluation throughout all mission phases—from ground validation to in-situ operation on the lunar surface. The proposed framework lays an essential foundation for acquiring high-precision lunar seismic data and conducting subsequent scientific analyses.

嫦娥七号是探月四期工程的重要组成部分, 将在月球南极附近开展“绕、落、巡”与“飞跃”四位一体综合科学探测[1]. 作为此次探测任务的重要科学载荷之一, 月震仪(Lunar Seismograph)主要用于监测月震、陨石撞击以及人工月面探测活动等激发的月面振动信号[2,3], 服务于月球内部圈层结构研究[4,5]、月面陨石撞击通量研究和月震时空分布规律研究. 嫦娥七号月震仪的成功部署与长期稳定运行将有望突破阿波罗月震仪的地理限制, 并获取全新的月震记录[6,7], 为探索月球内部结构与早期演化历史提供关键基础资料, 具有重要的科学价值.
嫦娥七号月震仪需在月球极端环境下长期运行, 这对其探测精度和稳定性提出了巨大挑战. 阿波罗月震数据资料表明, 月震信号普遍震级较小、持续时间长、频谱能量集中于低频段[2,3,8,9], 为能够有效监测月震信号, 月震仪必须具备较高的灵敏度、低噪声特性和宽频响应特性. 因此, 在发射前必须对嫦娥七号月震仪进行系统、全面的功能与性能地面定标试验, 确保其关键技术指标满足任务需求, 并为后续数据处理与科学反演提供精确、可追溯的技术和方法支撑.
国际上, 美国阿波罗任务期间的被动地震实验(Passive Seismic Experiment, PSE)给出了仪器灵敏度等指标[10], InSight任务的火震仪(Seismic Experiment for Interior Structure, SEIS)也建立了噪声模型[11,12]. 近年来, 中国在地震计频响测试、低噪声测量与环境模拟等方面开展了大量研究, 逐步形成地面定标技术体系. 本文综合国际上行星地震仪的定标经验, 结合嫦娥七号月震仪的实际研制需求, 参考中国地震仪器入网规范[13]与地面地震计检定标准[14], 围绕仪器的频率响应、动态范围、灵敏度、自噪声等核心性能参数, 设计了一整套系统的定标方案. 介绍了地面定标试验项目与方法, 并提出未来月面在轨定标方法, 为嫦娥七号月震仪定标提供方法与依据, 为在轨科学探测提供技术保障.
嫦娥七号月震仪(Chang’E-7 Lunar Seismograph)是高精度月震波形探测仪器, 其内部由宽频带月震计(Broadband Seismometer)和短周期微机电系统(MEMS Seismometer)月震计两套三分量月震计共6个数据通道组成, 实现三轴正交的水平轴(x, y)和竖直轴(z)月震数据测量, 两套月震计组合可以同时实现低频和高频月震信号的宽带宽月震信号探测, 在频带和量程上实现互补. 图1为月震仪整机原理, 两套月震计与内部电子学单元(Electronics unit)形成完整月震仪, 其通过线缆与嫦娥七号载荷管理单元(Chang’E-7 PMU)连接, 实现供电与数据传输以及对月震仪的指令控制.
宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计均基于弹簧质量块系统进行月震探测, 当月震信号传播至月震仪时, 检验质量受到惯性力的作用产生位移, 通过电容位移传感方法将外界加速度信号转换为可供采集的电压信号, 并通过负反馈的方式优化系统响应, 从而实现更高带宽、更大量程以及更优的线性度.
嫦娥七号月震仪具备采集高质量月震信号的能力, 月震信号来源包括深层与浅层月震、热月震、人工月震与陨石撞击等[11,12], 其中深层月震与浅层月震能量集中在0.01~1 Hz的频率范围内, 而人工月震与陨石撞击的频率则高达100 Hz, 因此对月震仪可测频率范围提出更高要求. 另外, 月震信号震级跨度较大, 月震仪需要同时具备测量小震级远震和大震级近震的能力, 即要求具有较高的动态范围和较大的测量范围. 嫦娥七号探测任务月震仪的工程指标要求见表1 [3].
嫦娥七号月震仪的频带范围是指其可线性响应的最低至最高频率区间, 通常以–3 dB衰减点为界, 表征仪器的带宽性能. 通常对单台地震计而言, 高带宽与高分辨率存在固有矛盾: 拓宽带宽需增大弹簧刚度, 这会降低灵敏度, 进而削弱分辨率. 同理, 大量程和高分辨率也相互制约, 提高分辨率需降低弹簧刚度以增强灵敏度, 而输出电压幅值存在上限, 量程也会随之降低. 因此, 为实现表1中各项指标, 嫦娥七号月震仪内部采用两套不同月震计进行频带拼接和量程拼接, 从而实现大带宽的同时也能实现低噪声与大量程.
嫦娥七号月震仪集成宽频带与MEMS两类月震计, 两者均配置xyz三个正交方向的敏感轴, 分别覆盖低频与高频信号观测范围, 其中宽频带月震计设计频带为1/120~10 Hz, MEMS月震计设计频带为1~100 Hz, 结合后频带可达1/120~100 Hz, 可以覆盖大部分天然月震信号、人工月震以及陨石撞击所产生的月震信号[10]. 两套月震计在1~10 Hz范围内具有重合频带, 即在此区间内两套月震计采集到相同的外部激励信号, 从而达到两组月震计交叉验证的目的.
测量范围指的是月震仪的最小可测月震震级和最大可测月震震级, 其中最小可测月震震级可用自噪声水平衡量, 而最大可测月震震级使用量程衡量. 动态范围(D)指的是月震仪所能测量的最大信号幅度与最小信号幅度的比值, 衡量仪器的动态信号测量能力, 其计算公式为

其中, Amax为可测最大信号值, Amin为可测最小信号值.
根据阿波罗监测到的月震震级范围通常不高于4.0级的先验信息[911,1517], 嫦娥七号月震仪的设计指标要求其可记录震级范围为–4.0~+4.0级. 震级是通过测量地震波中的特定震相(例如P波或S波)的振幅来量化地震相对大小的基本参数[18,19], 由于震级无法直接物理标定, 需通过典型地震波的地动位移与频率特征进行间接评估. 震级与加速度物理量的对应关系如图2所示.
地方性震级公式为

式中, A表示两水平向S波或Lg波最大振幅的算数平均值, 单位为μm; R(Δ)为量规函数, 补偿震动在传播过程中的衰减效应[18]. 根据地面地震的测震经验[18,19], R(Δ) 在震中距0~5 km时取值约为1.8, 震中距50 km时取值为3.0, 分别适用于–4.0~0级和0~4.0级震级范围的测量. 结合观测资料可知, 0~4.0级震级对应的地动位移约10–3~10 μm; 而–4.0~0级对应的地动位移更微弱, 为 1.6×10–6~1.58×10–2 μm. 由于如此微弱位移在地面环境下难以直接测得, 实际测试常以月震波典型主频20 Hz换算为等效加速度, 震级–4.0~+4.0级对应的加速度范围约(2.5×10–9~16×10–3)g [20]. 据此, 将对震级的定标转为测量月震仪的加速度测量上限和下限, 其中宽频带月震计震级测量范围设定为–4.0~+3.2级, 对应的加速度为(2.5 ×10–9~2.5×10–3)g; MEMS地震计则为–3.2~+4.0级, 对应的加速度范围为(16×10–9~16 ×10–3)g.
通过以上对震级测量范围和动态范围的综合分析, 两项核心指标可进一步拆解为对最小和最大测量信号的测量. 宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计均为加速度型传感器, 因此定标试验需重点确定其最小与最大可测加速度. 其中, 最小测量加速度由仪器自噪声水平确定, 最大加速度则由测量上限界定, 二者构成量程. 另外, 常规地震计在入网前均需完成灵敏度误差的标定. 因此经综合分析, 月震仪的地面性能定标进一步分解为可量化、可操作的定标项目, 包括频带、灵敏度及灵敏度误差、自噪声、量程4个定标项目.
宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计的指标要求及对应试验项目列于表2.
为验证上述指标是否达到要求, 需要对每一项指标进行严格的地面定标试验.
为提供地面性能定标试验方案, 同时保证未来月面在轨运行能获取月震仪传递函数的变化情况, 需要提供月面在轨定标方法, 这里将依次阐述地面定标试验和方法以及月面在轨定标方法.
频带定标是地震计性能验证中的核心环节, 旨在获取传感器在不同频率范围内的幅频响应函数, 确保其在指定工作频带内具备准确、稳定的响应能力. 频带响应不仅决定了仪器对地震波中不同频率成分的分辨能力, 也直接关系到后续波形数据的反演精度和科学价值. 频带定标方法主要有两类: 绝对法与相对法[21], 二者在地面定标及在轨应用中具有各自的优势和适用场景. 绝对法定标通过标准振动源(例如激光干涉仪校准的振动台)施加已知幅度和频率的正弦激励, 直接测量地震计输出响应并计算系统的幅频特性. 该方法精度较高, 可实现国家计量溯源, 是地震计入网和计量认证的主要手段之一. 相对法定标通过向地震计校准线圈输入已知的电流来模拟地动, 从而测得地震计的相对幅频响应曲线[21].
SEIS火震仪在地面定标阶段通过倾斜补偿模拟火星低重力环境, 并利用内置电激励线圈开展频率扫描(0.01~1 Hz)校准, 结合与参考仪器的对比分析, 获得了高精度的幅频与相频响应[8,15]. 参考其频带定标思路, 并结合中国地震计入网要求[13]与地表地震计检定规程[14], 嫦娥七号月震仪地面频带定标采用振动台绝对测量法, 确定月震仪的工作频带和幅频响应, 具体频带定标试验流程如图3所示. 将月震仪整机固定于振动台上, 确保其处于正常工作状态; 启动数据采集系统, 并由信号源驱动振动台输出正弦信号, 同时用振动台配套的经计量校准的参考加速度计和激光干涉仪(符合地表地震计检定规程[14])同步监测振动台运动, 获取精确的加速度值; 将月震仪输出与参考数据进行比对分析, 获得其幅频响应函数. 测试过程须符合国家计量标准, 以确保测试结果可靠.
依据地震计的通用定义, 灵敏度为指定其输出量与指定输入量之比, 表征仪器对输入物理量的响应能力. 对于加速度型月震仪, 其灵敏度定义为参考频率点处的输出电压与输入加速度的比值. 灵敏度标定误差是指灵敏度标定时每次标定结果间的误差[20]. 宽频带月震计输出电压范围为±5 V, 加速度测量上限为2.5×10–3g, 因此灵敏度为2000 V/g. 根据地震观测仪器入网技术要求, 灵敏度误差不超过3%[13], 即灵敏度标定误差为
2000±60 V/g. 同理, MEMS月震计的输出电压范围为±3 V, 加速度测量上限为16×10–3g, 灵敏度为187 V/g, 灵敏度误差范围为±20 V/g.
嫦娥七号月震仪采用绝对法振动台测量灵敏度, 其原理方法与2.1.1节的频带定标方法类似, 将月震仪固定在振动台上, 台面施加1 Hz单点频率的标准振动信号, 用标准参考加速度计与激光测距仪记录振动台幅值, 同时记录两类月震计的电压信号, 计算灵敏度及灵敏度标定误差.
自噪声水平是地震仪器的关键指标, 反映仪器的最低探测信号的能力[22,23], 该项定标试验可以确定宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计的最小测量加速度, 即量程的下限. 通过对震级量程的具体分析, 宽频带月震计的自噪声水平须达到2.5×10–9g/Hz1/2 @1 Hz, MEMS月震计自噪声水平必须达到16 ×10–9g/Hz1/2 @10 Hz.
地面地震计自噪声测定方法主要采用双台法或三台法同址比测[24]. 要求多台地震计在同址、观测环境安静、安装条件一致的情况下[25], 观测到的背景噪声具有高度相关性[26], 通过互谱与功率谱扣除背景噪声, 评估仪器的自噪声水平. 火星洞察号任务的火震仪SEIS采用了多种噪声定标与验证手段[11,27], 在地面测试阶段, 火震仪SEIS的甚宽频带(VBB) 通道通过与标准测量仪器进行比对测试, 并结合在环境可控条件下开展的自噪声稳定性测试, 构建了其噪声特性模型.
依据地震计入网要求和地震计检定规程[14], 嫦娥七号月震计将采用三台法进行自噪声定标试验. 将月震仪和比测仪器放置于山洞隔振地基, 保持方向一致, 共同观测时长不少于3天, 选取无地震事件、无明显干扰的观测数据[21], 通过互相关扣除背景噪声[22,25,28], 得到月震仪的自噪声水平.
测量范围的最小值与最大值构成量程的上下限, 自噪声定标得到月震仪测量下限, 这里对测量上限进行分析. 宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计加速度测量上限的定标分别采用了两种方法, 宽频带月震计使用振动台进行定标, 其参考标准为振动台配套的加速度计与激光测距仪, 可精确测量振动幅度, MEMS月震计使用重力场翻滚方法对量程进行测定, 其参考标准为当地重力加速 g, 该值由绝对重力仪精确测出. 由于宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计设计为互相补充且互相验证, 使用两种方法分别测得两套月震计的灵敏度后, 即可将仪器输出电压信号转换为振动加速度. 若两套月震计同时同址采集, 则其所得加速度在1~10 Hz频带内应具有一致性. 因此, 两种不同的量程和灵敏度定标方法可为宽频带月震计与MEMS月震计的互相验证提供重要手段, 下面依次对这两种量程定标方法进行介绍.
宽频带月震计采用绝对法定标得到加速度测量上限, 具体方法为: 将月震仪固定在振动台上, 使月震仪的传感方向与振动台台面运动方向一致[13], xy轴使用水平振动台, z轴使用垂直振动台, 台面施加1 Hz单点频率的标准振动信号, 用标准参考加速度计与激光测距仪记录振动台幅值, 同时记录两类月震计的电压信号, 得出其工作的加速度测量上限. MEMS月震计采用重力场翻滚方法定标量程, 地球重力场是一个较为准确的参考源. 在地面标准重力场下倾斜旋转月震计, 其不同敏感轴受到不同的重力加速度分量作用, 从而产生确定大小的加速度对月震计进行绝对标定, 该方法适用于标定量程在1g以内的加速度地震传感器, 对月震仪完全适用. 图4为重力场翻滚标定量程, 月震仪安装固定在转台台面上, 通过转台控制器精确控制转台角度, 通过改变倾角调节重力加速度作用于月震仪的分量大小并记录月震仪输出电压, 对MEMS月震计测量上限与标度因数同时进行标定.
图4所示, 对于MEMS月震计水平方向y轴, 改变转台的倾角会使月震计水平轴受到重力加速度分量变化的影响, 水平轴加速度变化与角度变化的关系为
$ \delta a=g\sin (\delta \theta ) . $
同样, 将月震仪沿竖直轴旋转90°, 即可对水平x轴进行标定, 角度对应的加速度变化关系与上式一致. 对于竖直z轴, 旋转任意水平轴会使z轴受到的重力加速度分量发生变化, z轴加速度变化与角度变化的关系为
$ \delta a=g\left[1-\cos (\delta \theta )\right] . $
MEMS月震计的测量上限为16×10–3g, 根据以上关系可知, 标定水平轴量程时, 需要使转台旋转角度超过±0.92°; 标定竖直轴量程时, 需要旋转角度超过±10.27°. 在以上两个角度范围内转动转台, 同时采集月震仪数据, 若数据未发生失真或饱和, 则可判定月震计的最大可探测加速度, 即得到月震计的量程. 通常在以上两个角度范围内选取若干个典型值进行标定, 通过线性或余弦函数拟合可以得到月震计的电压–加速度转换因子, 为后续电压解析提供转换系数.
温度、气压、湿度等环境因素均会影响月震仪的观测精度. 为获得可靠结果, 地面定标多采用绝对测量法, 需最大限度减少环境干扰. 根据2.1节的分析, 定标试验设备包括绝对法振动标准装置(垂直向和水平向振动台)及高精度二自由度惯性测试台. 为全面覆盖月震仪工作频带, 测试频带设定为0.008~190 Hz, 低频与高频定标分别在中国计量科学研究院力学与声学计量科学研究所与华中科技大学国家精密重力测量科学中心进行. 在水平方向, 低频(0.008~0.1 Hz)使用超低频振动基准装置进行定标, 高频(0.1~190 Hz)使用Brüel & Kjær 3629水平振动台定标. 在竖直方面, 低频部分同样使用超低频振动基准装置进行定标, 高频部分使用浙江大学CDZ-50垂直振动台进行定标. 定标试验使用的振动台和双轴转台型号和参数 (见表3) 均满足国家计量标准、地震观测仪器入网要求及地表地震计检定规程[14], 确保测试数据和结果可靠.
月震仪地面定标试验误差主要有三类, 即机械波传递误差、传感器转换误差以及模拟信号处理与量化误差[20].
标定振动台通过力学夹具与月震仪耦合锥刚性连接. 试验结果表明, 在20~100 Hz频段内, 能量损耗可忽略不计(<0.05%). 经过激光干涉仪对比验证, 振动台输出位移与传感器接收位移的相关系数达0.999以上.
传感器将机械振动转换为电信号的过程中存在非线性误差、方向误差和灵敏度误差. 非线性误差主要由磁路分布不均、弹性部件非理想恢复力和阻尼变化引起, 在摆体大位移下更加明显. 宽频带月震计由于测量位移微小, 非线性失真可控制在可接受范围内; MEMS月震计则通过力平衡反馈机制降低位移量, 有效抑制非线性.
方向误差主要来源于传感器安装与布放. 在地震行业内, 地震传感器的方向性误差已成为一个明确的仪器性能考核指标, 满足对标该指标要求, 即可保证地震传感器的方向误差控制在可接受的范围内. 中国地震局2020年颁布的地震传感器技术标准中, 将其归为B类指标. 该项指标定义为: 正交性误差(传感方向偏差), 即相对于标称传感方向的偏差, 规定其指标为≤0.6°[13]. 灵敏度误差反映为传递函数增益项的不确定性, 通过内标定与电路增益调整相结合的方式, 可将其控制在地震仪行业规定的3%以内.
模拟信号采集过程中, 仪器噪声与AD量化误差是主要的电子误差源. 其中, 仪器噪声由机械与电路部分共同决定, 目前已被控制在设计阈值以下. 在量化误差方面, 受限于16位ADC的分辨率, 本研究通过采用程控增益放大与过采样滤波策略, 有效扩展了动态范围并抑制量化噪声的影响. 实际测量中, 系统量化误差远小于传感器本体误差, 且整体测量精度可保持在3%以内, 符合国家相关行业标准. 综上, 采用严格环境控制、标准设备及冗余校验, 可将地面定标总系统误差控制在±1%以内, 为后续月面科学探测提供高质量数据.
嫦娥七号月震仪需在月球南极附近着陆区稳定工作8年[2]. 由于月球环境与实验室测试环境差异显著, 极端温度循环、辐照、低重力以及真空等复杂月面工况可能导致月震仪的灵敏度、频响特性等性能参数随时间变化, 需要开展月面在轨定标, 监测和校准仪器性能变化, 保证仪器长期可靠运行.
内定标机制为月震仪提供了自主性能检测能力, 是保障其在轨性能稳定性与科学数据质量的关键技术手段. 嫦娥七号月震仪设计集成了基于电激励的内定标系统, 分别设置于宽频带月震计和MEMS月震计中. 每次开机均可自动定标, 无需外部激励, 即可监测其性能指标变化. 内定标法为常用的电标定法, 通过对月震仪内部标定线圈施加电标定信号, 在磁场作用下形成等效力, 进而实现等效于真实地面运动的机械响应. 此响应过程与采用外部激励的效果相同, 可用于推导实际传递函数、灵敏度等性能参数.
具体实施时, 宽频带月震计采用阶跃函数激励法, 即通过阶跃响应获取固有频率、阻尼比等关键参数, 定期获取宽频带月震计的在轨状态与性能指标的变化. MEMS月震计则采用多频点正弦激励法[12], 在1 ~100 Hz频带内选取若干典型频率施加正弦波电标定信号, 测量动态输出响应, 获取幅频响应. 为覆盖月震仪的测量范围, 宽频带月震计的内定标源指标为: 带宽1/120~0 Hz, 输出幅值≥1.75×10–3g. MEMS月震计的定标源的指标为: 带宽1~200 Hz, 输出幅值≥10×10–3g.
除上述自标定方法之外, 嫦娥七号月震仪还将协同其他探测任务开展人工震源的在轨标定. 月震仪将监测飞跃器起飞和着陆、勘查器穿透月面和月球车行进等引起的月面振动[29,30]. 结合高精度导航信息和月震观测数据, 月震仪将通过已知方位、深度、距离和当量的振动源进行在轨定标工作, 为多器联合实现月球极区地层结构探测[4,6,7,31]提供月震学方面的可靠基础观测资料.
针对嫦娥七号任务着陆器搭载的月震仪地面以及在轨定标需求, 提出了系统的定标方法和处理流程. 基于探月四期的科学目标, 参考阿波罗月震仪和火星洞察号任务火震仪SEIS的定标思路及行业标准, 制定了覆盖不同频带范围、动态范围、震级范围等核心性能指标的试验项目与方案. 研究聚焦于月震仪的两类月震计(宽频带月震计和MEMS月震计)的关键技术指标, 设计幅频响应定标、量程定标、灵敏度及灵敏度误差、自噪声等地面定标试验项目与方法, 为嫦娥七号月震仪性能指标提供了系统的检定方法与流程. 同时, 针对月面特殊环境, 论证了月震仪在轨自标定能力. 在轨定标通过内部激励与反馈调节机制, 实现对月震仪在轨工作性能变化的监测, 确保其长期运行稳定性及测量可靠性. 本研究为月震仪在极端月面环境下的可靠工作提供了定标方法支撑, 对月震的长期监测及月球内部结构探测具有重要意义.
