Objective

To address the longitudinal vibration of long-distance belt conveyors during starting, the dynamic equations of the belt conveyor were established based on the analysis of the viscoelastic properties of the conveyor belt. Taking a practical long-distance belt conveyor as an example, a dynamic simulation model was constructed using AMESim software to study the starting acceleration curve and loading time.

Methods

The effects of common starting curves on the dynamic tension of the conveyor belt were analyzed, and a new combined starting curve (sine+parabolic) was proposed. The curve was optimized by introducing a creep phase and adjusting the pre-starting speed. The tension variations under different loading times were then analyzed.

Results

The results show that the optimized sine and parabolic starting curve reduces the maximum tension of the conveyor belt by 5.8% compared with the commonly used sine acceleration curve. Furthermore, loading materials after stable operation effectively reduces the tension impact and extends the service life of the conveyor belt.

目的

针对长距离带式输送机起动过程中的纵向振动问题,基于输送带黏弹特性分析,构建了带式输送机的动力学方程。以实际工程中的长距离带式输送机为例,利用AMESim平台搭建了动力学仿真模型,旨在探究起动过程中的加速度曲线及最佳加载时间。

方法

首先,分析了常见起动曲线对输送带动张力的影响,提出一种“正弦+抛物线”的新型组合起动曲线;其次,通过引入爬行段和调整预起动阶段的速度,对该曲线进行了优化;最后,对比分析了不同加载时间下输送带的张力变化规律。

结果

结果表明,在起动过程中采用优化后的“正弦+抛物线”组合起动曲线后,输送带产生的最大张力值较常用的正弦加速度曲线降低了5.8%;在系统稳定运行后加载物料,可有效降低输送带受到的张力冲击,从而延长设备使用寿命。

目的

针对长距离带式输送机起动过程中的纵向振动问题,基于输送带黏弹特性分析,构建了带式输送机的动力学方程。以实际工程中的长距离带式输送机为例,利用AMESim平台搭建了动力学仿真模型,旨在探究起动过程中的加速度曲线及最佳加载时间。

方法

首先,分析了常见起动曲线对输送带动张力的影响,提出一种“正弦+抛物线”的新型组合起动曲线;其次,通过引入爬行段和调整预起动阶段的速度,对该曲线进行了优化;最后,对比分析了不同加载时间下输送带的张力变化规律。

结果

结果表明,在起动过程中采用优化后的“正弦+抛物线”组合起动曲线后,输送带产生的最大张力值较常用的正弦加速度曲线降低了5.8%;在系统稳定运行后加载物料,可有效降低输送带受到的张力冲击,从而延长设备使用寿命。

Objective

To address the longitudinal vibration of long-distance belt conveyors during starting, the dynamic equations of the belt conveyor were established based on the analysis of the viscoelastic properties of the conveyor belt. Taking a practical long-distance belt conveyor as an example, a dynamic simulation model was constructed using AMESim software to study the starting acceleration curve and loading time.

Methods

The effects of common starting curves on the dynamic tension of the conveyor belt were analyzed, and a new combined starting curve (sine+parabolic) was proposed. The curve was optimized by introducing a creep phase and adjusting the pre-starting speed. The tension variations under different loading times were then analyzed.

Results

The results show that the optimized sine and parabolic starting curve reduces the maximum tension of the conveyor belt by 5.8% compared with the commonly used sine acceleration curve. Furthermore, loading materials after stable operation effectively reduces the tension impact and extends the service life of the conveyor belt.

随着现代化工业的快速发展,带式输送机由于具有运输速度快、运输量大、运输距离远及可以通过自动控制而连续运行等一系列优点[1],已经成为煤炭、港口、矿山和物流中心等多个领域不可或缺的设备。在起动过程中,输送带的黏弹特性等原因会引起输送带一系列的动态特性问题,从而造成带式输送机系统的损坏。因此,优化带式输送机的起动过程,减小输送带的纵向振动,提高设备的稳定性和安全性,具有极其重要的实际工程意义。
李冬梅等[2]研究了不同起动曲线对带式输送机动态性能的影响,优化了张紧力,以避免起动时局部应力异常,确保系统平稳运行。刘点点[3]分析了输送机在不同运行阶段输送带动张力、速度和加速度的分布,并使用波动理论解释了这些动态现象的原因。XIAO等[4]根据三相异步电动机的直接转矩控制,探讨了双电动机功率平衡的控制原理,提出一种主从控制策略:主电动机采用速度控制,从电动机则采用转矩控制。杨庭杰等[5]构建连续加载过程中的时变系统动力学模型,分析了带式输送机在实际操作中输送带各部分的速度、加速度和动张力的变化情况。FENG等[6]分析了不均匀载荷分布对输送带张力的影响,提出带式输送机的数学建模方法和一种新的组合型抛物线加速度曲线。姚艳萍等[7]基于输送带的本构方程,建立长距离带式输送机纵向振动的驱动力分配模型,探讨了输送带弹性模量对多驱动系统功率平衡的影响。LI等[8]通过对机械式自动变速箱(Automated Mechanical Transmisson, AMT)软启动系统的分析与建模,提出基于AMT输出轴角加速度控制的皮带加速度调控策略。韩京哲等[9]在RecurDyn软件中,基于Voigt模型建立了重锤式带式输送机的动力学模型,并通过电动机驱动和负载转矩反馈实现闭环控制,以引导系统平稳启动并稳定运行。
近年来,针对带式输送机动态特性的研究主要集中于控制策略和功率平衡等方面,关于起动曲线的创新研究相对较少。因此,本文建立了一种新型组合起动曲线,并确定了合适的加载时间,以减缓起动过程中输送带受到的张力冲击。
以输送带的黏弹性模型为基础,建立了带式输送机的动力学微分方程;在AMESim平台中搭建其离散动力学模型,提出一种新型加速度起动曲线;并通过引入爬行段和改变预起动阶段的速度,对该起动曲线进行优化,旨在建立一种较理想的起动方式;通过分析加载过程中动张力的变化,确定了合适的加载时间。研究路线如图1所示。
在实际应用中,带式输送机的运行受多种复杂因素的影响。为了便于分析,建立模型时提出以下假设[10]
1)只考虑输送带的纵向振动,忽略其横向振动。
2)在承载段和回程段,输送带单元质量、物料质量、托辊等效质量以及运行过程中所受到的阻力沿输送带均匀分布。
3)输送带以外的其他装置均视为刚性体。
4)输送带与驱动滚筒间无滑动,且忽略绕在各滚筒上的输送带质量[11]
5)输送机的机架和托辊架不存在弹性振动。
研究发现,在建立输送带模型时,只采用理想的弹性模型或者黏性模型难以模拟出输送带的黏弹特性,必须结合这两种模型才能精确描述输送带的动力学特性[12]。本文采用Kelvin⁃Voigt模型进行分析。Kelvin⁃Voigt模型由1个弹性元件与1个黏性元件并联构成,两种理想模型被施加外力时的应变相同,总应力为两者的应力之和,其表达式为

式中,σ为应力;E为弹性模量;ε为应变;η为黏性系数。
Kelvin⁃Voigt模型能够反映输送带对应力的变化,是模拟输送带黏弹特性的最优模型[13]。该模型在AMESim中的构成如图2所示。
输送带是带式输送机的核心部件。在输送机系统的动态分析中,重点在于研究输送带的动张力。所以,构建输送带的动力学模型至关重要[14]。本文采用离散有限元分析方法。首先,将输送带分割成多个节段,每个节段包含1个Kelvin⁃Voigt模型和1个质量单元;然后,有序连接这些节段,构成输送带的动力学模型[15]。输送带动力学模型如图3所示。
图3中,mi为第i节质量单元的质量;ki为第i节的刚度系数;ci为第i节的阻尼系数;Fi为第i节质量单元的右向拉力;Fi+1为第i节质量单元的左向拉力;fi为第i节质量单元所受阻力;a为第i节质量单元的加速度;xi为第i节质量单元的位移。
选择图3中的离散单元i及相邻的单元i+1、i-1作为研究对象,对其进行受力分析。建立的动力学方程为

以山西某煤矿使用的长距离带式输送机为例,进行动态分析,其基本参数如表1所示。
1)输送带单元的划分
将总长度为L的带式输送机等分为若干段,每段长度为l;将50 m作为该仿真模型的1个标准单元长度;将带式输送机分成多个仿真单元,每个仿真单元包含1个质量块和1个Kelvin⁃Vogit模型。单元数的计算方法为

式中,B为输送带的宽度;τ为输送带的流变常数,取0.8。
4)单元运行阻力计算
带式输送机在运行过程中受到的阻力类型有主要阻力、倾斜阻力、附加阻力和特种阻力。其中,倾斜阻力是由物料和输送带升降产生的。本次仿真中使用的输送带线路的倾斜角度为0.243°,由此产生的倾斜阻力较小,近似为水平运输。在长距离带式输送机中,附加阻力和特种阻力相对较小,不足主要阻力的1%,故在计算时可以忽略这部分阻力[16]。带式输送机的主要阻力计算方法如下所述。

式中,f为输送带的模拟摩擦因数;g为重力加速度。
根据表1中的参数以及式(6)~式(12),可计算得到在AMESim平台中建立带式输送机模型所需要的参数,如表2所示。
依据表1表2中的数据,建立该长距离带式输送机的AMESim仿真模型,如图4所示。
合理的加速策略是确保带式输送机平稳起动的关键。以上述研究为理论依据,将不同的加速度起动曲线转化为控制信号,输入到AMESim仿真模型中的驱动模块,对头部驱动滚筒绕入点的张力变化等动态特性展开深入分析。
目前,带式输送机常见的几种加速度曲线有矩形加速度曲线、三角形加速度曲线、梯形加速度曲线、抛物线加速度曲线和正弦加速度曲线[17]
1)矩形加速度曲线

式中,t1t2t3分别为预起动开始时间、主起动开始时间、主起动结束时间;am为最大加速度,am=NVN-1T。其中,t1=t3-t2=TNN为整数,取值为10。
4)抛物线加速度曲线

采用不同的加速度曲线起动时,带式输送机最大张力点的张力变化分别如图5表3所示。
由以上仿真结果可知,随着时间的推移,输送带张力先急剧变大,经过一段时间波动后逐渐减小至一个稳定值。其中,采用正弦和抛物线加速度曲线时,最大张力值明显低于另外3种,张力变化也更为平缓,并且这两种起动曲线在达到最大值时的时间比较相近。
由上述分析可知,正弦和抛物线曲线是目前较理想的起动曲线,且这两种起动曲线在开始段和结束段的速度变化曲线基本是水平的。所以,这两种起动曲线在衔接部分更为平顺。将这两种加速度曲线进行组合,可以得到4种组合方式,如表4所示。其对应的速度和加速度变化曲线分别如图6图7所示。
当采用上述4种组合型起动曲线时,带式输送机最大张力点的张力变化曲线如图8所示,关键参数汇总如表5所示。
分析上述仿真结果可知,采用组合型起动曲线时,输送带的最大张力值远小于单一起动曲线。因此,在带式输送机起动过程中引入预起动阶段能够显著减小张力波动对输送带造成的冲击。在主起动过程中,采用抛物线曲线时的最大加速度和最大张力值更小,且两者成正相关。综上所述,正弦+抛物线加速度起动曲线是这4种组合方式中效果最佳的起动曲线。
通过在预起动和主起动阶段之间加入爬行段以及改变预起动阶段的速度,确定所提新型加速度曲线的最优方案。
当采用组合型加速度起动曲线时,预起动阶段结束后速度会达到一个预定值;然后加入一段稳定运行的时间,使输送带拉紧后继续起动,这段时间被称为爬行段[18]。在正弦+抛物线曲线中引入爬行段后,整个起动过程中速度和加速度的变化过程为:预起动阶段,加速度从0升至最大,随后又降为0;爬行段时,速度维持恒定,加速度保持为0;主起动阶段,加速度再次从0升至最大后降为0;到达稳定运行阶段时,加速度恢复为0,速度保持稳定[19]
分别设置引入爬行段的时间为0、3、5、6、10 s。其对应的张力变化过程如图9所示,最大张力值如表6所示。
从以上数据可知,随着起动过程中爬行段时间的增加,输送带的最大张力值逐渐减小。当爬行段时间大于等于6 s时,输送带的最大张力值比无爬行段时小。
在起动过程中引入爬行段的同时,整个起动过程的时间也会增加,而增加起动时间同样会使输送带最大张力值减小。从图9可以看出,无论是否存在爬行段,起动过程中的最大张力值始终出现在主起动阶段。因此,可以考虑将引入爬行段的时间转移到主起动阶段。鉴于爬行段时间小于6 s时的张力曲线的效果较差,所以,只选取增加的时间为6 s和10 s时进行分析,结果分别如图10图11所示。
图10图11可以看出,引入爬行段后,第一个张力峰值会略微降低,但在其前后的张力波动幅度会更加剧烈;且延长相同的时间在主起动阶段,输送带的最大张力值更小。
综合考虑,带式输送机采用正弦+抛物线加速度曲线时,将加入爬行段所用的时间转移到主起动阶段上,可以有效降低输送带的振荡程度及输送带的最大张力值。
带爬行段的组合型起动曲线通常以运行速度的1/10为预起动速度。因此,在进行以上研究时,以0.4 m/s为预起动速度的初始值。接下来,对正弦+抛物线起动曲线的预起动速度进行优化。
设定预起动速度分别为0.5、0.4、0.3、0.2、0.1、0.04 m/s,仿真结果分别如图12图13所示,其数据如表7所示。
通过分析图12图13表7可知,随着预起动速度减小,输送带上的最大张力值和拉紧重锤的最大位移都是先逐渐减小,然后逐渐增大;在预起动速度为0.2 m/s时,这两个参数均达到最小值;并且整个起动过程中的张力波动和重锤运动也更加平稳。
综上可知,选择正弦+抛物线起动曲线时,将预起动速度设置为稳定运行速度的1/20,能够将输送带受到的张力冲击最小化。
在带式输送机起动过程中,输送带的张力变化不仅受起动曲线的影响,还与其承载段载荷的变化密切相关[20]。以往对输送带负载特性的研究,往往局限于空载、满载及半满载等特定工况,针对加载过程中输送带张力变化的研究相对较少。本节以上述优化后的正弦+抛物线起动曲线为基础,分析不同加载工况下输送带张力的变化情况,以确定最为适宜的加载时间。
在整个加载过程中,物料从给料点加入,并随带式输送机的运行逐渐铺满整条输送带。在AMESim中模拟该加载过程时,承载段每个单元的结构如图14所示,除承载段外,其余部分与图4相同。
为深入探究带式输送机在加载过程中的动力学行为,分别设定两种不同的加载策略:第一种策略是在带式输送机起动完成后,进入稳定运行阶段时开始加载物料;第二种策略则是在起动开始时便加载物料。通过仿真,对这两种加载过程中输送带的动张力变化进行研究,并与满载状态下起动时的动张力变化进行对比。相应的仿真结果如图15所示。
图15可知,随着运行过程中载荷的增加,输送带张力逐渐增大,直至达到满载状态后稳定;与起动时加载物料相比,稳定运行后再添加物料可降低输送带产生的张力;在输送带被物料完全覆盖之前,满载运行时的张力始终高于加载过程,但随着物料的增加,这一差值会逐渐缩小直至消失,最终两者张力值相等。
综上可知,应优先考虑在空载状态下起动,并在稳定运行后再加载物料,从而可有效降低输送带的张力波动。
采用理论与数值仿真相结合的方法,研究了不同起动曲线及加载策略对输送带动张力的影响,得出以下结论:
1)以预起动阶段使用正弦曲线、主起动阶段使用抛物线曲线的方式组合,并加入爬行段,可有效减少输送带受到的张力冲击;若将爬行段所用时间转移到主起动阶段,输送带受到的张力冲击会更小。在实际应用中,应根据工程需求决定是否加入爬行段。若对起动时间没有必要限制,可以在主起动阶段时间达到饱和状态之后再考虑加入爬行段,以进一步降低输送带的动张力。
2)通过分析不同预起动速度对输送带张力的影响发现,选取预起动速度为稳定运行速度的1/20时,张力变化曲线和重锤位移曲线的波动幅度更为平缓且极值最小;此时,输送带的最大张力值相比正弦起动曲线降低了5.8%,是较理想的加速度起动曲线。
3)通过对不同的加载策略分析可知,在空载条件下起动带式输送机,并在系统达到稳定运行状态后再加载物料,可以显著降低输送带所承受的张力冲击。
本文设计的正弦+抛物线加速度起动曲线,结合空载起动后再加载物料的方案,不仅能延长输送带的使用寿命,还能扩大可选用的输送带型号范围,为输送机匹配最合适的输送带,从而全面提升带式输送机的性能和经济性。
