It is essential for ecosystem-based fisheries management to investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and environmental driving mechanisms of the key zooplankton species (Acetes chinensis) during its total allowable catch project period. We applied DBSCAN (density-based spatial clustering of application with noise) algorithm to process summer 2021 Beidou VMS (vessel monitoring system) data to extract information of the fishing locations associated with A. chinensis catches. We then combined these locations with remotely sensed marine environmental data and investigated the distribution patterns and key environmental drivers of A. chinensis habitats in the Haizhou Bay during summer in MaxEnt model using geographic detector method. Results indicate that suitable habitats for A. chinensis were concentrated in mainly three regions: 120°01′~120°17′E and 34°43′~34°47′N; 119°48′~119°58′E and 34°34′~34°42′N; and 119°58′~120°12′E and 34°25′~34°33′N. Although A. chinensis is a small, planktonic shrimp, its spatiotemporal distribution was not solely determined by surface residual currents, and the dominant factors influencing its distribution varied in different fishing periods. In the entire fishing season, the water depth, phytoplankton abundance, sea surface temperature, and sea surface salinity emerged as critical drivers of the habitat distribution. The optimal conditions in Haizhou Bay were determined as: water depth of 3.5~11.0 m, phytoplankton abundance of 9.5~17.0 mmol/m3 or 27.5~30.0 mmol/m3, sea surface temperature of 24.2~25.5 ℃, and sea surface salinity of 21.0‰~23.6‰. During the peak catch period, surface residual currents became an additional important factor on the distribution of the shrimp habitats. Future research shall focus on developing a comprehensive observation indicator system for this key species and conducting further assessments to ensure the sustainable production of A. chinensis resources.

探究浮游动物关键种中国毛虾(Acetes chinensis)在其专项限额捕捞期间的时空分布特征及环境驱动机制, 对基于海洋生态系统的渔业管理至关重要。基于2021年北斗船位监控系统(vessel monitoring system, VMS)数据运用具有噪声的基于密度空间聚类算法(density-based spatial clustering of application with noise, DBSCAN)提取含毛虾渔获的捕捞网位, 结合相应的海洋环境遥感监测数据, 使用MaxEnt模型和地理探测器探究夏季海州湾毛虾栖息地时空分布特征及环境驱动机制。结果显示, 毛虾适宜栖息区域主要集中在3片海域: 120°01′~120°17′E、34°43′~34°47′N, 119°48′~119°58′E、34°34′~34°42′N, 119°58′~120°12′E、34°25′~34°33′N。毛虾虽为浮游性小型虾类, 但其栖息地时空分布并非完全由上层余流主导, 不同捕捞时期毛虾栖息地分布的主导因子有所差异。从整个捕捞时期看, 水深、浮游植物丰度、海表温度和海表盐度是毛虾栖息地分布的主要驱动因子, 水深3.5~11.0 m, 浮游植物丰度9.5~17.0 mmol/m3、27.5~30.0 mmol/m3, 海表温度24.2~25.5 ℃, 海表盐度21.0‰~23.6‰是海州湾毛虾适宜栖息环境。捕捞高峰期时, 余流亦成为影响毛虾栖息地分布的重要因素。后期研究可建立关键种毛虾观测指标体系并进行评估, 实现毛虾资源的可持续生产。

SPATIOTEMPORAL DISTRIBUTION OF ACETES CHINENSIS HABITATS AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL DRIVERS IN HAIZHOU BAY IN SUMMER BASED ON BEIDOU VMS DATA

探究浮游动物关键种中国毛虾(Acetes chinensis)在其专项限额捕捞期间的时空分布特征及环境驱动机制, 对基于海洋生态系统的渔业管理至关重要。基于2021年北斗船位监控系统(vessel monitoring system, VMS)数据运用具有噪声的基于密度空间聚类算法(density-based spatial clustering of application with noise, DBSCAN)提取含毛虾渔获的捕捞网位, 结合相应的海洋环境遥感监测数据, 使用MaxEnt模型和地理探测器探究夏季海州湾毛虾栖息地时空分布特征及环境驱动机制。结果显示, 毛虾适宜栖息区域主要集中在3片海域: 120°01′~120°17′E、34°43′~34°47′N, 119°48′~119°58′E、34°34′~34°42′N, 119°58′~120°12′E、34°25′~34°33′N。毛虾虽为浮游性小型虾类, 但其栖息地时空分布并非完全由上层余流主导, 不同捕捞时期毛虾栖息地分布的主导因子有所差异。从整个捕捞时期看, 水深、浮游植物丰度、海表温度和海表盐度是毛虾栖息地分布的主要驱动因子, 水深3.5~11.0 m, 浮游植物丰度9.5~17.0 mmol/m3、27.5~30.0 mmol/m3, 海表温度24.2~25.5 ℃, 海表盐度21.0‰~23.6‰是海州湾毛虾适宜栖息环境。捕捞高峰期时, 余流亦成为影响毛虾栖息地分布的重要因素。后期研究可建立关键种毛虾观测指标体系并进行评估, 实现毛虾资源的可持续生产。

It is essential for ecosystem-based fisheries management to investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and environmental driving mechanisms of the key zooplankton species (Acetes chinensis) during its total allowable catch project period. We applied DBSCAN (density-based spatial clustering of application with noise) algorithm to process summer 2021 Beidou VMS (vessel monitoring system) data to extract information of the fishing locations associated with A. chinensis catches. We then combined these locations with remotely sensed marine environmental data and investigated the distribution patterns and key environmental drivers of A. chinensis habitats in the Haizhou Bay during summer in MaxEnt model using geographic detector method. Results indicate that suitable habitats for A. chinensis were concentrated in mainly three regions: 120°01′~120°17′E and 34°43′~34°47′N; 119°48′~119°58′E and 34°34′~34°42′N; and 119°58′~120°12′E and 34°25′~34°33′N. Although A. chinensis is a small, planktonic shrimp, its spatiotemporal distribution was not solely determined by surface residual currents, and the dominant factors influencing its distribution varied in different fishing periods. In the entire fishing season, the water depth, phytoplankton abundance, sea surface temperature, and sea surface salinity emerged as critical drivers of the habitat distribution. The optimal conditions in Haizhou Bay were determined as: water depth of 3.5~11.0 m, phytoplankton abundance of 9.5~17.0 mmol/m3 or 27.5~30.0 mmol/m3, sea surface temperature of 24.2~25.5 ℃, and sea surface salinity of 21.0‰~23.6‰. During the peak catch period, surface residual currents became an additional important factor on the distribution of the shrimp habitats. Future research shall focus on developing a comprehensive observation indicator system for this key species and conducting further assessments to ensure the sustainable production of A. chinensis resources.

中国毛虾(Acetes chinensis)(以下简称“毛虾”), 属于樱虾科(Sergestidae)毛虾属(Acetes), 为浮游性小型虾类(陈立婧等, 2022)。毛虾是我国近海生态系统中大型浮游动物重要功能群的组成种类, 也是生态系统中上层营养级生物小黄鱼(Larimichthys polyactis)、鳀鱼(Engraulis japonicus)等鱼类的重要饵料(Xiao et al, 1993; 陈立婧等, 2022)。不同于中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)等大型浮游动物, 毛虾为重要的捕捞对象, 其产量居我国海洋捕捞虾类之首。2020年, 我国首次将毛虾纳入海洋伏季休渔专项捕捞对象, 并在黄海海州湾实施专项限额捕捞试点, 设定了毛虾捕捞时间和总许可捕捞量。随后4年在我国其他海域相继开展, 为我国稳步推进海洋渔业限额捕捞奠定重要基础。因此, 探究夏季毛虾栖息地时空分布及机制对其限额捕捞精细化管理和可持续利用乃至整个海洋生态系统的健康至关重要。
北斗船位监控系统(vessel monitoring system, VMS)是以北斗卫星导航为核心, 集成高精度定位、多模通信、电子海图、智能分析及数据库技术的综合监控系统, 实现对船舶的全天候动态管理和安全保障。根据《北斗卫星导航系统建设与发展》报告(北斗卫星导航系统建设与发展报告编写组, 2023), 我国已超10万艘渔船安装北斗船载终端, 形成具有巨大潜力的船位大数据平台。北斗船位系统是一种同步、面广、实时的海洋全天候观测模式, 其船位数据可与捕捞数据、环境数据进行耦合, 以数据驱动模型进行计算并直观地呈现, 这一模式突破了传统调查船的偶然性和时效性局限, 并在渔船捕捞行为挖掘(Li et al, 2022b)、毛虾资源分布(李国东等, 2021; 李冬佳等, 2024)及其生态系统服务(Li et al, 2023a)等研究已经具备了较好的应用基础。其中, 李冬佳等(2024)基于2021年海州湾毛虾限额捕捞期间北斗VMS数据提取得到各渔船捕捞网位点, 然后运用具有噪声的基于密度空间聚类算法(density-based spatial clustering of application with noise, DBSCAN)进一步识别含有毛虾产量的网位点。该算法可基于数据密度有效地发现不同的簇形状, 对噪声数据不敏感, 无需预设簇的数量(Ester et al, 1996; 伍育红, 2015), 能有效提取含有毛虾渔获的捕捞网位(李冬佳等, 2024)。
最大熵模型(maximum entropy model, MaxEnt)是一种依据最大熵原理来预测物种地理空间分布的模型。此模型通过结合已知物种存在数据和环境因子, 以寻找物种分布概率的最大熵, 从而对物种的分布进行评估和预测(Elith et al, 2006), 并具有较高的预测精度(Phillips et al, 2006; 唐未等, 2022)。近年来, 该模型在海洋生物生境适宜度分布研究中的应用逐渐增多(Li et al, 2023b; 刘璐璐等, 2023), 为海洋生物资源保护和管理提供了重要手段。地理探测器是一种基于空间异质性原理的研究方法, 旨在分析空间数据并揭示其背后驱动因子的空间现象(王劲峰等, 2017)。地理探测器建模无需假设线性关系, 且对多重共线性具有抗性。与传统的回归分析法相比, 它能够更有效地探索影响因素间复杂的非线性关联(黄汉志等, 2023)。为此, 本研究首先采用DBSCAN算法提取含有毛虾产量的捕捞网位点集, 再结合海洋环境遥感监测数据, 运用最大熵模型和地理探测器探究夏季海州湾毛虾栖息地的时空分布及机制, 以期作为该海域毛虾资源的可持续利用和科学管理的决策依据。
2021年黄海海州湾毛虾限额捕捞时间为6月15日至7月15日, 本文参照Li等(2022a)中的毛虾渔获量将限额捕捞时期依次划分为捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期、高峰期以及次高峰期Ⅱ期。其中, 6月15~22日为捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期; 6月23~29日为捕捞高峰期; 6月30日至7月15日为捕捞次高峰期Ⅱ期)。渔船通常以快速航行状态抵达渔场(图1), 随后进入捕捞作业阶段(细分为抛锚布网、等待渔获和起网收渔获等3种状态)。毛虾捕捞网具为多锚混合张网, 每片网具规格为60 m网长×18 m网高, 单船携带网具不能超过25片(Li et al, 2022b)。此外, 由3名观察员分别跟随3艘样本渔船出海, 记录样本船捕捞日志内容(含布网、起网时间和对应经纬度、水深以及捕捞产量等信息)。
北斗VMS数据来源于北斗民用分理服务商, 由北斗渔船终端定时发送, 时间分辨率一般为3 min, 空间分辨率约10 m (李国东, 2023)。为了降低数据量同时保持原始VMS数据的特性, 对32艘渔船在限额捕捞期间的航速和航向数据进行了处理。按照时间顺序每3条数据取平均值进行提取。同时, 为了排除无效或错误数据点, 剔除了航速低于0.1 m/s的轨迹点, 以确保所研究的渔船处于抛锚布网、起网收渔获或者快速航行状态。经过上述处理, 最终获得28 956条有效的VMS数据。根据渔船的作业阶段划分、航速以及持续时长等因素, 设定航速范围为2.3 m/s≤V<3.9 m/s, 时间阈值为30 min≤t<60 min, 以此提取抛锚布网状态数据点集。基于各船单次毛虾捕捞作业时长超过3.5 h的特点, 对各渔船在抛锚布网和起网收渔过程中的点集进行网次标记。随后, 运用平均中心算法计算各网次抛锚布网状态点集的经纬度, 得到的中心坐标被视为每艘渔船每次捕捞的网位(含捕捞时间以及位置信息)。最后, 基于毛虾张网渔船捕捞行为特征, 运用DBSCAN算法对含有毛虾渔获的网位点进行提取, 核心点和边界点为含有毛虾渔获的捕捞网位点, 而噪声点则表示该网位基本无毛虾渔获。渔船一般每日进行3次毛虾捕捞活动, 布网距离约为4 000 m (Li et al, 2022b), 结合海上渔船之间合作捕捞情况, 设定最小样本数MinPts=33、邻域半径Eps=4 000 m和时间阈值T=24 h进行提取, 并采用样本船捕捞日志对密度聚类提取的结果进行验证, 通过验证的聚类模型将用于所有渔船的含毛虾渔获捕捞网位点识别(李冬佳等, 2024)。
毛虾栖息地分布主要受海表温度、海表盐度、海面高度、浮游植物丰度、海流(含东西向流速和南北向流速)、风(含东西向风速和南北向风速)以及水深等海洋环境因素影响(江仁等, 1983; 宋海棠等, 2012; 陈立婧等, 2022)。本研究采用的环境数据来自于CMEMS (Copernicus-Marine Environment Monitoring Service; https: //data.marine.copernicus.eu/products)和GEBCO (General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans; https: //www.gebco.net/data-products), 数据原始时空分辨率见表1。其中, 浮游植物丰度数据采用以碳浓度表征的浮游植物生物量(Assis et al, 2024), 水深数据更新时间为2017年12月。由于MaxEnt输入数据中图层必须是同一分辨率以便匹配使用, 因此使用栅格计算工具并求平均值, 全部转换成0.08°×0.08°空间分辨率, 数据空间范围为119°49′~120°54′E, 34°29′~34°96′N, 采集时间为所下网次所对应的时间。环境数据图层转换为ASCⅡ格式数据, 毛虾渔获位置的经纬度数据转换为csv格式保存。以上操作使用ArcMap10.8软件完成。
本研究首先分别将捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期、高峰期、次高峰Ⅱ期以及整个时期共4个时期的含毛虾渔获的捕捞网位经纬度数据与所有环境变量导入MaxEnt (版本3.4.1, 下载地址: https://biodiversityinformatics.amnh.org/open_ source/maxent/)软件进行初步建模, 运算过程中随机选取将毛虾捕捞网位中75%的出现点作为训练集, 剩余25%的出现点作为测试集验证模型。将模型重复运行10次, 以消除随机性, 结果使用Logistic格式输出。为了提高模型的准确性, 剔除初步模型贡献率<1%的变量, 并使用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件将贡献率≥1%的环境变量进行两两变量相关性分析。若两个变量的相关系数绝对值>0.8 (Yang et al, 2013), 则只保留贡献率大的变量。将筛选得到的环境因子进行MaxEnt最终模型的构建。
将MaxEnt最终模型预测结果导入ArcGIS 10.8软件并转换为Raster格式, 得到3个时期及整个捕捞时期的毛虾栖息地分布情况。为使预测结果最接近毛虾栖息地分布的真实情况, 本研究采用相等间隔法划分为5个栖息地适宜性等级, 分别是高适宜区、中高适宜区、中适宜区、中低适宜区以及低适宜区(Rahimian Boogar et al, 2019; Ab Lah et al, 2021)。此外, 本文通过单一变量响应曲线来分析毛虾栖息地适宜性分布概率对主要环境因子的响应, 进而探究毛虾栖息环境的最适范围。
受试者操作特征(receive operating characteristic, ROC)曲线是以特异性为横坐标、灵敏性为纵坐标绘制的曲线(Hanley et al, 1982), 其曲线与横坐标之间的面积(area under the curve, AUC)用于衡量模型的整体表现并评估其准确性。AUC值的大小反映了模型预测的准确性, AUC值介于0.5~0.6表示模型的模拟效果为失败; 介于0.6~0.7表示模拟效果较差; 介于0.7~0.8表示模拟效果一般; 介于0.8~0.9之间表示模拟效果较好, 而介于0.9~1.0之间则表示模拟效果非常好(Swets, 1988)。AUC值越接近1, 表明环境变量与预测物种地理分布之间的相关性越强, 模型的预测准确度越高。
本文运用地理探测器(GeoDetector, 下载地址: http://www.geodetector.org/)的分异与因子探测以及交互作用探测模块, 对毛虾栖息地时空分布的驱动因素进行深入分析和探测。由于地理探测器对多重共线性具有抗性(黄汉志等, 2023), 自变量选取全部9个环境要素(即海表温度、海表盐度、海面高度、东西向流速、南北向流速、浮游植物丰度、东西向风速、南北向风速以及水深), 因变量为毛虾栖息地适宜性指数。
分异与因子探测用于探究因变量Y的空间分异性, 以及探测某自变量因子X多大程度上解释了Y的空间分异 (王劲峰等, 2017)。用q值度量, 表达式为

式中, h=1,2,,L为因变量Y或因子X的分层, 即分类或分区; NhN分别为层h和捕捞海域的单元数; σh2σ2分别是层h和捕捞海域的Y值的方差。q的值域为[0, 1], 数值越大表明影响因子对毛虾栖息地分布的解释力越强, 数值为0说明影响因子与毛虾栖息地分布完全无关, 数值为1说明影响因子完全控制毛虾栖息地的分布差异。
交互作用探测用于识别不同影响因子相互作用的结果, 即评估影响因子X1与影响因子X2共同作用时对于因变量的解释力是否会增强或者减弱, 或这些因子对于因变量Y的影响是独立的 (王劲峰等, 2017)。设因子X1X2的交互后影响力为q(X1X2), 若qX1X2>qX1+q(X2), 表明两因子交互后, 非线性增强; 若qX1X2=qX1+q(X2), 表明两因子呈相互独立; 若q(X1X2)>Max[qX1,qX2], 表明两因子交互后, 双因子增强; 若Min[qX1,qX2]<q(X1X2)<Max[qX1,qX2], 表明两因子交互后, 单因素非线性减弱; 若q(X1X2)<Min[qX1,qX2], 表明两因素交互后, 非线性减弱。
结合栖息地初步模型的贡献率和相关性分析结果, 筛选得到海表温度、海表盐度、海面高度、东西向流速、浮游植物丰度、南北向风速以及水深这7个环境变量, 并进行毛虾栖息地最终模型构建。然后, 利用ROC曲线分析法通过计算该曲线下面积(即AUC值)判断毛虾栖息地模型的准确性。结果显示, 各时期对应栖息地模型的AUC值都高于0.9 (图2), 说明毛虾不同时期的栖息地模型拟合结果均非常好。
基于MaxEnt模型探究毛虾不同时期栖息地分布情况(图3), 结果显示从整个捕捞时期看, 毛虾中度以上适宜栖息区域主要分布在120°01′~120°17′E, 34°43′~34°47′N、119°48′~119°58′E, 34°34′~34°42′N和119°58′~120°12′E, 34°25′~34°33′N三个区域, 与样本船记录的毛虾资源丰度分布情况基本一致。捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期毛虾中高适宜区、高适宜区聚集分布在近岸区域, 即119°57′~120°13′E, 34°23′~34°33′N范围。捕捞高峰期时, 毛虾栖息地高适宜区与次高峰Ⅰ期相比有所扩大, 主要分布于120°07′~120°17′E, 34°42′~34°47′N区域。捕捞次高峰Ⅱ期时, 毛虾栖息地中高适宜区明显扩大, 主要分布于119°48′~119°53′E, 34°33′~34°43′N和120°02′~120°13′E, 34°43′~34°46′N两个区域。
为探究毛虾栖息地分布概率与海洋环境要素之间的关系, 本研究选用水深、浮游植物丰度、海表温度和海表盐度在MaxEnt模型中进行单因子建模, 同时绘制毛虾存在概率与海洋环境因子的响应曲线。各捕捞时期毛虾栖息环境的最适范围存在明显差异(图4~7)。从整个时期看, 毛虾中等以上适宜区处于水深3.5~11.0 m, 浮游植物丰度9.5~17.0 mmol/m3、27.5~30.0 mmol/m3, 海表盐度21.0‰~23.6‰, 海表温度24.2~25.5 ℃。次高峰Ⅰ期时, 毛虾中等以上适宜区处于水深3.5~7.5 m, 浮游植物丰度22.5~26.0 mmol/m3, 海表盐度22.6‰~23.7‰, 海表温度24.1~24.5 ℃。高峰期时, 毛虾中等以上适宜区处于水深6.5~16.0 m, 浮游植物丰度15.0~17.0 mmol/m3, 海表盐度24.0‰~24.6‰, 海表温度23.7~23.9 ℃。次高峰Ⅱ期时, 毛虾中等以上适宜区处于水深3.5~10.5 m, 浮游植物丰度10.5~18.0 mmol/m3、28.5~31.5 mmol/m3, 海表盐度20.1‰~20.7‰, 海表温度25.8~26.7 ℃。
本文基于因子探测模块对毛虾栖息地时空分布机制进行探究, 结果显示不同捕捞时期毛虾栖息地分布的主导因子有所差异(表2)。从整个捕捞时期看, 水深、浮游植物丰度、海表温度和海表盐度是毛虾栖息地分布的重要驱动因子, 对应q值分别为0.294、0.184、0.153和0.144。捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期毛虾栖息地分布的主要驱动因子与整个捕捞时期的一致, 但该时期浮游植物丰度的q值最高, 为0.284。捕捞高峰期时, 除了海表盐度和浮游植物丰度, 余流因子亦成为毛虾栖息地的重要驱动因子, 其中南北向流速q值为0.101, 东西向流速q值为0.078。捕捞次高峰Ⅱ期时, 水深、海表盐度、浮游植物丰度和海面高度成为毛虾栖息地分布的主要驱动因子。
交互探测结果则进一步表明这些环境因子发生交互作用时对毛虾栖息地分布的影响(表3~4)。从整个捕捞时期看, 水深与浮游植物丰度交互作用对毛虾栖息地分布起主导作用, 交互后结果为非线性增强, q值为0.557。水深与海表温度、海表盐度与海面高度的交互作用对毛虾栖息地分布亦起重要作用, q值分别为0.464和0.455。捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期毛虾栖息地分布的主要驱动交互因子与整个捕捞时期的一致, 为水深与浮游植物丰度, 且q值有所提升, 为0.695。捕捞高峰期时, 海表盐度与海面高度、东西向流速与南北向流速、水深与南北向流速的交互作用对毛虾栖息地分布起主要作用, q值分别为0.495、0.403和0.369。捕捞次高峰Ⅱ期时毛虾栖息地分布的主要驱动交互因子为水深与海表盐度, 其q值为0.554。
以上地理分异探测结果表明不同捕捞阶段余流对毛虾栖息地分布的影响不同(表2~4)。因此, 本文通过叠加各时期捕捞海域毛虾栖息适宜性与上层余流分布情况(图8), 以进一步讨论分析限额捕捞期间毛虾栖息地时空分布机制。结果显示捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期近岸海域上层余流为东南-西北流向、东海海域为西南-东北流向和正东流向, 平均流速约为0.05 m/s, 该时期毛虾主要位于捕捞海域的B区域, 分布方向与余流方向相似。捕捞高峰期近岸海域上层余流方向与捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期一致, 东部海域为西南–东北流向, 平均流速约为0.14 m/s, 该时期毛虾栖息地主要位于捕捞海域的E区域。而捕捞次高峰Ⅱ期东部和中西部海域上层余流分别呈现西南–东北和正北流向, 平均流速约为0.10 m/s, 该时期毛虾主要栖息地分别位于捕捞海域的H和K区域。
本研究基于所有渔船的含毛虾渔获捕捞网位分布数据, 利用MaxEnt模型探究海州湾夏季毛虾栖息地适宜性时空分布情况, 结果显示所有捕捞时期毛虾栖息地预测结果与样本船记录的毛虾资源丰度分布基本一致, 部分区域出现不完全重叠情况是由于本研究采用的是所有渔船数据进行毛虾栖息地模型构建而非仅采用样本船数据。而且各捕捞时期对应栖息地模型的AUC值都高于0.9 (图2), 说明毛虾不同时期的栖息地模型拟合结果均非常好。基于生态位模型模拟或预测精度方面, MaxEnt模型通常优于其他方法(Merow et al, 2013)。Hernandez等(2006)通过比较MaxEnt、Bioclim、Domain和GARP模型4种建模方法对18个具有不同生态等级水平的物种进行测试, 得到MaxEnt模型是4种建模方法中表现最优。Li等(2023b)根据2010~2019年冬季黄海南部小黄鱼渔获分布以及海洋遥感环境数据, 运用MaxEnt和GARP模型探究小黄鱼南黄海种群越冬场分布情况, 结果显示基于MaxEnt探究小黄鱼越冬场分布的精准度比GARP模型高。相关研究也证明MaxEnt在大、小样本数据条件下均能很好地预测物种适宜分布区(Bai et al, 2018)。然而, MaxEnt模型通过最大熵原理预测毛虾栖息地适宜性分布, 但其输出结果仅反映经过共线性检验后的单个环境因子与分布概率统计关系, 难以揭示存在共线性因子对毛虾栖息地的影响机制, 以及忽视了各环境因子间的交互作用。地理探测器模型可以分析不同影响因素的交互作用及其对响应变量的非线性关系, 同时有效避免传统回归分析中环境因子的多重共线性对结果的影响(王劲峰等, 2017; 黄汉志等, 2023)。因此, 本研究结合MaxEnt与地理探测器探究毛虾栖息地时空分布及机制, 既保留了MaxEnt的高精度预测能力, 又通过地理探测器弥补了其对驱动机制解析不足的缺陷(陈梦缘等, 2024)。
海洋环境是毛虾赖以生存的基础, 其栖息分布和繁殖与海洋水文环境密切相关。春季随着沿岸海域水温的逐步回升, 越冬毛虾群体由其所分布的50 m等深线以东区域向近岸浅水区迁移, 进行摄食和育肥(宋海棠等, 2012)。海水温度直接影响并控制着海洋生物种群分布、生长及其洄游和繁殖过程(李雪渡, 1982)。毛虾的生长发育过程受水温影响较大, 当水温高于其适温范围时, 毛虾代谢过于旺盛, 低于适温范围时, 其代谢过于缓慢, 这两种情况都会影响毛虾的生长。本研究亦发现海表温度是整个捕捞时期和次高峰Ⅰ期毛虾栖息地分布的重要驱动因子, 中等以上适宜区海表温度范围处于24.1~25.5 ℃。这与张震东等(1987)的研究发现毛虾繁殖期的适温范围为20~26 ℃的研究结果基本一致。5~8月毛虾性腺逐渐成熟, 在沿岸低盐水域产卵繁殖(宋海棠等, 2012), 形成了海州湾毛虾伏季汛期。已有研究表明盐度对毛虾洄游分布的影响是在最适水温的条件下才会表现明显(曾现英等, 2016)。从整个时期看, 毛虾中等以上适宜区的海表盐度较低, 处于21.0‰~23.6‰ (图4)。同时毛虾成体的适宜盐度在15.0‰~32.0‰之间, 幼虾适盐能力较弱, 喜居在盐度20‰以上的海区(施仁德, 1986)。较低的海表盐度能够促进浮游生物的生长, 为毛虾提供好的饵料环境, 加速其生长, 从而影响毛虾的生长速率(梅永炼, 1984)。王毅波等(2019)针对渤海毛虾主要渔场的浮游植物群落结构开展研究, 其结果表明该物种的资源量波动与浮游植物现存量及空间分布存在显著相关性。安丽娜等(2021)进一步论证了浮游植物生物量及群落结构对毛虾种群动态的关键影响, 特别强调硅藻生物量与种群变动存在关系。本研究发现海州湾的海水温度在各捕捞时期均处于毛虾最适温度, 而各毛虾捕捞时期海表盐度和浮游植物丰度的q值都位居前列(表2), 这表明海表盐度和浮游植物丰度是海州湾夏季毛虾栖息地时空分布的重要驱动因子。此外, 因子探测结果显示水深q值在除捕捞高峰期外的其他所有时期都位居前列(表2)。从整个捕捞时期看, 毛虾中等以上适宜区主要处在3.5~11.0 m (图4)。该捕捞海域水深6~12 m等值线密集海域表明该区域水下地形较陡, 加之黄海暖流和黄海沿岸流在海州湾海域交汇形成明显的上升流(Lin et al, 2019; Xing et al, 2023), 在海流作用下容易将浮游生物携带到海水中上层, 从而形成相对较高的饵料丰富度及毛虾资源丰度(吴晓睿, 2023)。本文的交互探测结果显示水深与浮游植物丰度交互作用对毛虾栖息地分布起主导作用, 交互后结果为非线性增强, q值排序最高。水深与海表温度、海表盐度与海面高度的交互作用对毛虾栖息地分布亦起重要作用。可见, 水深还通过影响该海域温度和盐度等因素, 进而影响毛虾及其饵料的分布和聚集程度。
毛虾虽为浮游性小型虾类, 但其栖息地时空分布并非完全由上层余流主导。捕捞次高峰Ⅰ期和次高峰Ⅱ期上层余流及相关交互q值排序均较低, 表明其在这两个时期对毛虾栖息地的驱动影响较小(表2~4)。捕捞高峰期时, 除了海表盐度和浮游植物丰度, 余流因子亦成为毛虾栖息地的重要驱动因子, 因子探测结果显示南北向流速和东西向流速q值排序分别为第三和第四。同时, 交互探测结果显示东西向流速与南北向流速、水深与南北向流速、浮游植物丰度与东西向流速的交互因子对毛虾栖息地分布起主要作用, q值排序分别为第二至第四。本文通过叠加各时期捕捞海域毛虾栖息适宜性与上层余流分布情况发现, 不同捕捞阶段上层余流对毛虾栖息地分布的影响不同, 即毛虾栖息地时空分布并非完全由上层余流主导。这可能与毛虾在各水层昼夜垂直迁移有关。施仁德(1986)通过系统观测揭示了毛虾的昼夜垂直迁移规律, 日间毛虾群体多聚集于近底层水域, 夜间则迁移至表层活动, 黎明前在表层形成高密度聚集, 至正午时分则重新回归海水底层; 曾雷等(2019)声呐研究的结果与上述结论一致。Wang等(2024)通过粒子追踪轨迹计算得到拉格朗日拟序结构来模拟海州湾夏季毛虾的分布, 但该模型未考虑到在晴天与阴天、透明度高与透明度低时对毛虾垂直移动的影响, 以及浮游植物昼夜垂直移动对毛虾因索饵而垂直移动等情况。未来研究可通过构建长时间序列毛虾资源与海洋生态环境调查数据库, 并将毛虾栖息环境偏好情况纳入生物-物理模型, 综合毛虾资源丰度指标和补充群体组成情况, 用于科学指导毛虾捕捞生产活动确保可持续利用。
本文基于海州湾夏季北斗VMS数据运用DBSCAN密度聚类算法提取含毛虾渔获的捕捞网位, 结合相应的海洋生态环境数据, 使用MaxEnt模型和地理探测器探究毛虾栖息地时空分布及环境驱动机制, 这可作为其限额捕捞精细化管理的重要依据之一, 后期可进一步将栖息环境偏好纳入生物-物理模型, 并综合毛虾资源丰度指标和补充群体组成情况, 用于科学指导毛虾捕捞生产活动。
