With the rapid development of sandstone-type uranium exploration in China, the workload of production logging has been increasing year by year. Simultaneously, with breakthroughs in the exploration of the “second prospecting space”,the logging depth is gradually increasing to 1 000 meters. The existing logging equipment requires 2-3 downhole operations to complete uranium geophysical logging,resulting in long logging times and risks such as borehole collapse and pipe sticking. By developing a modular multi-parameter downhole sub,we have addressed the issues of mutual constraints and interference among electrical,acoustic,and radioactive parameters in logging applications. This has led to the creation of a flexible downhole probe that can be combined according to actual application needs. We have also developed an integrated ground control platform and accompanying logging data acquisition and processing software, forming a highly integrated, noise-resistant, and fast-responding digital control system. This has culminated in the development of the new-generation NDL461 digital integrated logging tool. This logging tool has passed third-party verification and has been field-tested in the Songliao,Qaidam,Yili,and Tarim basins,demonstrating its stability,accuracy,and applicability. The developed logging tool provides technical equipment support for China’s fourth-generation uranium exploration technology system.

随着我国砂岩型铀矿勘查快速发展,生产测井工作量逐年增加,同时随着“第二找矿空间”的勘查突破,测井深度正在逐步向超1 000 m迈进,现有测井装备完成铀矿地球物理测井需2~3次下井作业,测井时间长,且存在塌孔、卡管等风险。通过开发模块化多参数井下短节,解决电参数、声波参数以及放射性参数在测井应用中的相互制约与干扰问题,形成根据实际需求而灵活组合应用的井下探管,开发地面一体化控制平台与配套测井数据采集处理软件,形成集成度高、抗噪能力强和响应速度快的数字化操控系统,完成了新一代NDL461型数字综合测井仪的研制。该测井仪通过了第三方检定,并在松辽、柴达木、伊犁以及塔里木等盆地进行现场测井试验应用,验证该测井仪的稳定性、准确性和适用性,为我国第四代铀矿勘查技术体系提供技术装备支撑。

随着我国砂岩型铀矿勘查快速发展,生产测井工作量逐年增加,同时随着“第二找矿空间”的勘查突破,测井深度正在逐步向超1 000 m迈进,现有测井装备完成铀矿地球物理测井需2~3次下井作业,测井时间长,且存在塌孔、卡管等风险。通过开发模块化多参数井下短节,解决电参数、声波参数以及放射性参数在测井应用中的相互制约与干扰问题,形成根据实际需求而灵活组合应用的井下探管,开发地面一体化控制平台与配套测井数据采集处理软件,形成集成度高、抗噪能力强和响应速度快的数字化操控系统,完成了新一代NDL461型数字综合测井仪的研制。该测井仪通过了第三方检定,并在松辽、柴达木、伊犁以及塔里木等盆地进行现场测井试验应用,验证该测井仪的稳定性、准确性和适用性,为我国第四代铀矿勘查技术体系提供技术装备支撑。

With the rapid development of sandstone-type uranium exploration in China, the workload of production logging has been increasing year by year. Simultaneously, with breakthroughs in the exploration of the “second prospecting space”,the logging depth is gradually increasing to 1 000 meters. The existing logging equipment requires 2-3 downhole operations to complete uranium geophysical logging,resulting in long logging times and risks such as borehole collapse and pipe sticking. By developing a modular multi-parameter downhole sub,we have addressed the issues of mutual constraints and interference among electrical,acoustic,and radioactive parameters in logging applications. This has led to the creation of a flexible downhole probe that can be combined according to actual application needs. We have also developed an integrated ground control platform and accompanying logging data acquisition and processing software, forming a highly integrated, noise-resistant, and fast-responding digital control system. This has culminated in the development of the new-generation NDL461 digital integrated logging tool. This logging tool has passed third-party verification and has been field-tested in the Songliao,Qaidam,Yili,and Tarim basins,demonstrating its stability,accuracy,and applicability. The developed logging tool provides technical equipment support for China’s fourth-generation uranium exploration technology system.

地球物理测井是铀矿勘查中实现地层岩性划分、地层孔隙度研究、渗透率计算[1-2]以及圈定铀矿体位置、厚度及品位等工作的重要技术手段之一[3-4]。目前我国铀矿勘查主攻方向为可地浸砂岩型铀矿,测井深度主要集中在500~1 000 m的深度 [5],测井任务工作量及难度逐步增加。
为适应砂岩型铀矿勘查高质量发展需求,国内小口径测井仪相关企业、科研单位就如何提高综合测井工作效率与数据质量开展了相关研究,其中核工业北京地质研究院马艳芳、焦仓文等人开发了ZH404多参数组合测井探管,探管直径为40 mm、长度为1 930 mm[6-8],实现1根探管同时测量γ总量、钻孔方位角、钻孔顶角、自然电位、视电阻率和单点电阻等6种参数,提高测井工作效率,降低测井成本[9-10];新疆中核天山铀业杨正伟与东华理工大学周义朋等人开展了JCX3-3019多参数组合测井探管研制,优选组合了三侧向电阻率、单臂井径、自然电位和FD-3019定量γ等4种参数,提高了测井作业效率、降低了风险[11-14];核工业航测遥感中心孙海仁、管少斌等人开展了铀矿探采多参数组合测井探管设计,通过分析北方地浸砂岩钻孔特点和成孔测井需求,设计井温、井径、三侧向电阻率、自然电位和测斜等5参数组合和定量γ、密度2种参数的组合探管[15-17]
综上所述,铀矿测井技术与装备随着铀矿测井需求不断改善提高,但在勘查阶段裸孔测井、生产阶段固井测井和成孔测井的不同阶段,需求参数不同,现有测井产品仍需1至3种不同参数组合的探管来完成测井作业[18-19]。随着钻孔深度的增加,多次下井测量占钻耗时增加,成本随之增大;另外长时间多次下井作业,需要数据校对处理的同时还存在塌孔、卡管等风险[20-21]。为满足新形势发展需要,提高铀矿测井技术装备水平,在中核集团“第四代铀矿勘查关键技术研究”项目支持下,提出研发NDL461型新一代数字综合测井系统,在项目第1阶段主要是实现铀矿勘查测井中井斜、井温、井径、定量γ、自然伽马、声速时差、自然电位和三侧向电阻率等8种参数的模块化高效组合测井技术[22-23],并研发新一代数字化测井技术平台,提升我国铀矿测井技术水平,为构建我国第四代铀矿勘查技术体系提供关键核心技术与装备支撑。
NDL461型数字综合测井仪包含井下探管、地面操控主机与数据采集控制软件,其中井下探管部分主要针对各参数模块化、小型化、集成化以及解决参数间的干扰问题开展研究工作;地面操控主机主要针对系统控制器与电脑系统集成,形成一体化操控平台,提高抗噪抗干扰能力以及使用便捷性;数据采集控制软件部分设计了系统控制、数据传输协议,并实现测井数据的实时显示、预处理与存储功能。
NDL461型数字综合测井仪井下探管测量各参数设计为独立单元模块,具体各单元模块工作原理与实现方式可参考《砂岩型铀矿多参数组合测井探管研制》[24],文中详细阐述了井斜、井温、井径、定量γ、自然γ、声速时差、自然电位和三侧向电阻率等8种参数的设计与模块化实现。井下模块化探管与地面主机、总成以及总体系统集成后工作控制、流程如图1所示。其中:
系统采用总线结构方式,井下各参数模块单元与总成单元之间采用CAN总线方式,均可独立接收命令与独立运行;总成单元在发送程控指令的同时,可接收各参数单元返回的测量数据,总成单元对数据打包后经绞车电缆传输至地面系统显示与存储。
NDL461型数字综合测井仪地面操作台、地面绞车以及井下参数模块化单元之间采用图2所示接线定义方式,实现了全系统数字化指令控制与数据获取,井下各单元采用并行工作机制,解决了模块之间相互干扰问题。
井下各参数模块化单元在V1.0版本基础上[23],进行了参数组合方式的优化调整,将自然电位M电极设计于探管组合最底端,外管采用PEEK绝缘材质与上部其他参数隔离,较好降低外部电极的干扰;井温传感器设计于M电极底部,确保了井温测量数据准确有效;整个组合探管采用上、下2只扶正器结构设计,其中上扶正器在随孔径大小变化收缩时将伸缩量传导至井径位移传感器,进而实现井径参数测量。
定量γ与自然伽马是铀矿测井中重要的放射性参数,其中定量γ测井数据主要用于确定铀矿体位置、厚度、品位以及资源量计算;自然伽马测井数据主要用于数据预处理深度校正、岩性划分识别和地层孔渗参数研究等。
研究中设计定量γ、自然伽马复合探测技术,基于内嵌241Am自稳源的NaI(Tl)探测器,采用数字化多道技术实现γ射线的全谱采集,在多道中设计了不同的ROI能区(Region of Interest),利用ROI能区高、低阈值可实现γ射线全谱的精准划分与统计,进而实现定量γ与自然伽马(30~3 000 keV)的数字化复合探测技术。
研制放射性测井模块已通过国防科技工业1313二级计量站的计量检定,检定结果数据如表1所示,实测模型误差统计如表2所示,模块在镭点源不同距离响应数据与该距离下空气比释动能率值的线性关系如图4所示,线性响应规律较好。检定数据计算显示,测量结果重复性为0.8 %、死时间为2.92 μs、铀含量灵敏度为280.38(0.01 %eU·s)-1、照射量率换算系数为0.108 0(nC·s)/(kg·h),符合JJG(军工)27-2012γ测井仪检定规程要求。
地面控制平台是测井仪的核心组成部分,本研究设计了一体化地面控制平台尺寸与实物如图5所示,将系统工作电源、控制电路板、深度记录单元以及电脑主机、显示屏等集成于一体,系统采用统一供电系统,且在平台内部实现了部件之间的连接,系统集成度更高、连接稳定可靠,且抗干扰能力更强。
该平台通过数据采集控制软件控制测井仪工作,具有电源开关、测试和复位等机械控制与电源、运行状态与警报提示指示灯,系统采用Windows操作系统、外置USB接口、触屏和软键盘等功能,操作简单,应用便捷。
NDL461型数字综合测井仪数据采集控制软件是基于QT平台开发,软件具有数据采集实时曲线显示、刻度标定系数设置、接收数据实时缩放查看、测井作业过程动作自动记录、数据自动存储和意外中断后自启恢复等功能。具体各功能及特点如下:
1)数据采集有时间采样模式和深度间隔采样模式2种可供选择。时间采样模式为固定100 ms采样间隔连续采样,对于需要加密测量的目标层位采样效果较好,且该时间参数可根据需求软件设置调节;深度间隔模式下测量数据的间隔可选,可根据实际测井需要选择采集数据的深度间距为1、5、10、20和50 cm等。
2)井下各参数模块自动识别功能。软件能自动识别出井下可用的参数模块,并对可用参数模块的测量数据曲线界面进行自动布局排列,能够适应井下参数多种组合方式的应用需求。
3)数据实时监测功能。测量过程中会实时显示28字节状态信息数据,便于对设备状态、数据信息进行核验。
4)自动记录功能。软件会自动记录并保存测井作业过程的所有操作,包括操作动作、时间、当前设备工作状态以及测井深度、速度等信息,可完全复原整个工作过程。
5)异常断电自恢复功能。作业中如发生断电等异常停止情况,系统上电后会自动恢复至断电前作业状态,其中测量深度、速度、参数数据以及上提、下放等基本信息均能够恢复显示并可直接继续启动作业。
NDL461型数字综合测井仪总体系统组成如图6所示,包括了车载测井平台、自动化测井绞车、井下模块化参数短节和一体化操控平台等4部分,其中多参数组合探管能够实现顶角、方位、井径、三侧向电阻率、声速时差、声幅、自然γ、定量γ、自然电位以及井温等组合测井,密度与井径为单独1根探管,能够满足铀矿勘查阶段测井需求;系统可集成固井质量检测探管、电流测井探管等参数,可满足砂岩铀矿生产成孔测井需求。
NDL461型数字综合测井仪总体技术性能指标如下:

研制的NDL461型数字综合测井仪在某钻孔定量γ测井与现有在用设备的测井对比曲线如图7所示,对比可见测井响应表现正常,曲线形态、放射性强度变化深度位置、异常段厚度等与现有设备一致,定量γ测井解释结果对比如表3所示,可见研制测井仪与现有设备测量解释结果相对误差均在±10以内,满足γ测井规范中不同仪器一致性允许误差的要求。
目前,NDL461型新一代数字综合测井仪已在松辽、柴达木、伊犁和塔里木等盆地实际测井应用超20 000 m,并与现有设备测井结果进行了对比分析,对比图中NDL-代表研制的NDL461型新一代数字综合测井仪测井数据(黑色曲线)、JHQ-代表现有在用测井仪的测井数据(红色曲线)。图8所示为松辽盆地南部某钻孔测井数据对比柱状图,图9为伊犁盆地中部某钻孔测井数据对比柱状图,研制测井仪各参数总体响应规律与现有设备一致,个别参数如自然电位、自然伽马及声波等指示效果较现有设备更加明显、灵敏度更高。
通过综合测井数据对比与地质岩心编录数据结合分析可见:NDL461型新一代数字综合测井仪在松辽、柴达木和伊犁等不同盆地地区数据表现有效,数据响应与钻孔岩心地质编录结果基本一致,能够适应不同地区测井需求。具体各参数表现为:
1)顶角、方位,井径、自然伽马、定量γ以及三侧向电阻率参数,响应表现正常,与现有设备测井结果基本一致,铀矿段深度位置、厚度与现有设备一致,测量数据无漏测、跑测和量程不够等现象,其中NDL461测井仪未开展平滑处理,数据局部响应细节更加明显。
2)井温参数,总体响应表现正常,灵敏度更高,局部响应更加明显;
3)自然电位参数,测井响应表现正常,在各个盆地测井数据与岩心编录对应关系较好,在伊犁盆地测量效果优于现有设备;
4)声波参数,测井响应表现正常,在不同岩性均有明显响应。
NDL461型数字综合测井系统具有模块化、数字化、平台化以及高集成、高效率等特点,是在天然铀产业高质量发展需求背景下研发的全新一代地球物理综合测井系统,对推动我国铀矿测井技术装备进步具有重要意义。
1)实现了多种参数模块化井下探管,可依据实际需求灵活组合应用,1次下井作业可获取多种参数数据,提高了铀矿测井作业效率。
2)性能指标国内领先,能够满足砂岩型铀矿探采不同阶段的测井需求。
3)目前已在国内多个盆地地区实际应用,其稳定性、准确性和适用性得到充分验证,能满足不同地区的应用需求。
