Aircraft ground handling is significantly impacted by shimmy, which reduces landing gear lifespan and increases accident rates. This study employs a nonlinear energy sink (NES) to mitigate landing gear shimmy. Focusing on the landing gear of a light aircraft, a dynamic model incorporating an NES device is developed. First, the NES device's impact on the stability region and amplitude of landing gear shimmy is analyzed, demonstrating its effectiveness in mitigating shimmy. Beside, the study examines how parameters such as nonlinear stiffness, linear stiffness, mass, damping coefficient, and vertical distance from the NES device to the landing gear's S-axis influence damping. Furthermore, under specified optimization goals, suitable parameter ranges are selected and a genetic algorithm is employed for global optimization. Finally, the reliability of the optimized results is confirmed through time-domain analysis. This research indicates that NES devices can enhance landing gear anti-shimmy performance, offering significant practical value.

摆振对飞机地面滑行的操纵性与安全性等影响较恶劣,大幅度地缩减起落架的使用寿命,从而增加事故发生率. 为了抑制前起落架发生摆振,本文采用非线性能量汇(Nonlinear Energy Sink,NES)对前起落架进行减摆. 以某轻型飞机起落架为研究对象,建立了含有NES装置的单轮前起落架摆振动力学模型. 首先,分析了NES装置对起落架摆振稳定性区域和发生摆振时振幅的影响,证明了NES装置对减摆的有效性. 其次,分析了NES装置非线性刚度、线性刚度、质量、阻尼系数和NES装置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离对减摆效果的影响. 再次,在给定的优化目标下,选择合适的参数优化范围,通过遗传算法对参数进行全局优化设计. 最后,通过时域分析验证了优化结果的可靠性. 研究表明,NES装置能够提高前起落架的防摆性能,具有很好的实际应用价值.

摆振对飞机地面滑行的操纵性与安全性等影响较恶劣,大幅度地缩减起落架的使用寿命,从而增加事故发生率. 为了抑制前起落架发生摆振,本文采用非线性能量汇(Nonlinear Energy Sink,NES)对前起落架进行减摆. 以某轻型飞机起落架为研究对象,建立了含有NES装置的单轮前起落架摆振动力学模型. 首先,分析了NES装置对起落架摆振稳定性区域和发生摆振时振幅的影响,证明了NES装置对减摆的有效性. 其次,分析了NES装置非线性刚度、线性刚度、质量、阻尼系数和NES装置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离对减摆效果的影响. 再次,在给定的优化目标下,选择合适的参数优化范围,通过遗传算法对参数进行全局优化设计. 最后,通过时域分析验证了优化结果的可靠性. 研究表明,NES装置能够提高前起落架的防摆性能,具有很好的实际应用价值.

Aircraft ground handling is significantly impacted by shimmy, which reduces landing gear lifespan and increases accident rates. This study employs a nonlinear energy sink (NES) to mitigate landing gear shimmy. Focusing on the landing gear of a light aircraft, a dynamic model incorporating an NES device is developed. First, the NES device's impact on the stability region and amplitude of landing gear shimmy is analyzed, demonstrating its effectiveness in mitigating shimmy. Beside, the study examines how parameters such as nonlinear stiffness, linear stiffness, mass, damping coefficient, and vertical distance from the NES device to the landing gear's S-axis influence damping. Furthermore, under specified optimization goals, suitable parameter ranges are selected and a genetic algorithm is employed for global optimization. Finally, the reliability of the optimized results is confirmed through time-domain analysis. This research indicates that NES devices can enhance landing gear anti-shimmy performance, offering significant practical value.

飞机滑跑过程中,起落架支柱侧向运动与围绕支柱的扭转运动相互耦合产生的自激振动现象,称为起落架摆振. 起落架摆振给飞行安全带来严重危害,在新机研制过程中,减摆设计是一项重要的设计任务.
为了了解起落架的摆振现象并解决摆振问题,国内外学者开展了大量有关起落架摆振模型的研究. Somieski[1]建立了前起落架二自由度摆振动力学模型,忽略了系统的非线性因素,分析了影响前起落架稳定性的因素. Sura等[2]建立了一个三自由度前轮起落架线性摆振模型,得到了摆振速度和摆振频率的解析表达式,前轮起落架最低模态频率近似等于摆振频率. 诸德培等[3]编写了一部有关起落架摆振的代表性著作《摆振理论及防摆措施》,该书详细介绍了线性摆振模型的分析方法(直接法和间接法)、减摆器阻尼计算与测试、减摆器研制,并指出采用点接触理论和张线理论两种不同模型对摆振进行分析所得到的结果相差不大. 随着对起落架摆振模型进行深入研究,分析模型也从线性模型发展到非线性模型. Thota等[4]建立了前起落架三自由度非线性摆振动力学模型,其中三个自由度分别是支柱侧向弯曲、支柱扭转和轮胎侧向变形,采用数值延拓法对起落架摆振进行了分岔分析,得到了起落架的稳定区域. Thota等[5]在其前期研究模型的基础上又考虑了支柱的纵向弯曲,研究表明支柱的纵向弯曲对起落架摆振的稳定区域影响很小,可以忽略. Feng等[6]研究了多个接头间隙下的振动特性. 结果表明:接头的径向和轴向接触力由下而上逐渐减小,且连接轴端部位置的径向接触力相对较高,导致磨损不均匀. 当关节间隙达到一定值时,起落架会发生周期性摆振,增加扭转阻尼可以减小摆振幅度. Du等[7]建立了随机侧向风扰动下具有扭转间隙的双轮前起落架摆振动力学方程,分析扭转间隙和随机载荷对摆振稳定性的影响. 研究表明,扭转间隙和随机载荷之间的相互作用会导致摆振临界速度显著降低,对飞机前起落架的稳定性产生不利影响. Jiang等[8]建立时变载荷与库仑摩擦耦合的前起落架摆振的非线性动力学模型,研究表明,在时变载荷作用下,库仑摩擦的减摆效果降低. 高相国等[9]建立了考虑支柱轴向位移的双轮前起落架摆振非线性动力学模型,研究发现支柱轴向位移使得支柱扭转摆振和侧向摆振的区域范围减小. 刘冲冲等[10]基于轮胎张线理论,构建了一种考虑时滞效应的轮胎模型及考虑轮胎侧向变形模式动态变化的起落架轮胎耦合摆振分析方程,通过某型飞机起落架摆振分析及试验验证,得出该分析方法适用于工程上.
学者们一致认为抑制摆振的重要手段仍然是安装减摆器,减摆器能够大幅度提高起落架的稳定性和安全性. 目前减摆器结构形式主要有液压式[11]、摩擦式[12]和安装惯性质量[13]等,控制方法也由被动控制发展为主动或半主动控制. 非线性能量汇(Nonlinear Energy Sink,NES)通常由立方非线性刚度、阻尼和质量组成,是由Vakakis和Gendelman[14,15]在2001年提出的一种新型非线性吸振器. 与线性动力吸振器相比,NES减振频带更宽,能量转移方式(靶向能量传递)更优. 刚度和阻尼是影响NES减振性能的重要因素. 近年来,国内外学者对NES结构的非线性刚度进行了大量研究. 张运法等[16]分析了由非线性刚度和线性刚度组成的NES的组合非线性刚度对减振性能的影响,组合刚度NES比立方刚度NES的减振效果整体更好. Liu等[17]对带有非线性阻尼的NES系统进行了研究,结果表明,非线性阻尼可以提高NES系统的减振性能. 张运法等[18]对非线性阻尼和线性阻尼构成组合非线性阻尼的NES系统进行了研究,结果表明,组合非线性阻尼非线性能量阱模型具有较好的振动抑制能力.
国内外学者从理论上和工程领域都证明了NES具有很好的减振效果. 刘艮等[19]将直线式桁架等效为连续梁,对含有NES的桁架结构进行瞬态减振研究,研究表明,结构振幅显著下降,NES具有很好的减振作用. Bab等[20]研究了位于圆盘和轴承上的多个NES对转子-整体叶盘-轴颈轴承系统在偏心力激励下的减振效果,结果表明,NES能降低油膜失稳和轴承共振. Amoozgar[21]研究了NES在吸收阵风环境中飞行导致机翼振动的能量问题,在机翼上安装NES结构,并通过合理地配置NES结构参数,能够显著降低机翼的阵风振荡幅度. Sanches等[13]将NES概念运用到了起落架减摆中,NES能够提高发生摆振的速度,并使得在滑跑的速度范围内振幅降低,NES在减摆领域具有潜在的应用价值. 目前,NES结构参数对起落架摆振的影响规律尚不明确,对NES安装位置和结构参数优化设计的研究也较少. 本文设计了在上、下扭力臂连接处安装被动控制NES装置,其由质量块、线性阻尼器、线性弹簧和立方弹簧组成. 建立了含NES的起落架摆振动力学分析模型,分析了NES装置的相关参数对起落架摆振系统的影响规律,对结构进行优化设计,实现降低起落架摆振振幅的目的,为起落架摆振控制提供了一种新的方法.
含NES的轻型飞机单轮前起落架的模型如图1所示,参数定义详见表1. NES装置安装在上、下扭力臂连接处上,到前起落架S轴的垂直距离为d. 本文通过前起落架支柱绕定向轴S转动产生的扭转角(θ)和轮胎侧向变形(Δ)来描述前起落架摆振. 前起落架滑行反方向定义为X轴的正方向,Y轴由右手坐标系决定其正方向,竖直向上为Z轴的正方向. 假设飞机在跑道上滑行过程中,不考虑机身对前起落架的影响,轮胎相对于地面不发生滑移.
由于存在前倾角δ,机轮的转向角ζ略低于前起落架支柱的扭转角θ,其大小等于ζ=θcos(δ). 采用Von-Schlippe提出的张线理论对前起落架的轮胎模型进行简化,如图2所示. 用轮胎侧向变形Δ和侧偏角η来描述轮胎变形程度,其中侧偏角η大小可由轮胎侧向变形Δ和轮胎松弛长度σ来表示η=arctan(Δ/σ)≈Δ/σ.
轮胎压缩量λ可由下式得到:

NES装置是弹簧振子结构,采用被动控制,其刚度由线性和三次非线性组成,阻尼是线性的. 在前起落架发生摆振时,NES装置产生控制力矩. 该力矩作用在前起落架支柱上,从而对前起落架摆振进行控制. 含NES装置的前起落架摆振动力学分析方程组如下:
由于存在前倾角δ,有效稳定距Leff不等于L,满足下列关系:
MN是由NES装置提供的控制力矩,表示如下:
MF由轮胎非线性扭转回正力矩Mn和侧向力Fn组成的合力矩:
MD是轮胎胎面与地面之间的阻尼力矩,其大小由机轮在滑跑时的速度大小、轮胎胎宽力矩系数以及机轮的转向角大小共同决定:
上述式(1)-(13)中的参数代表含义均在表1中显示.
在进行分岔分析之前,需要先将式(5)-(7)改写为一阶状态方程:
其中:X为起落架摆振状态变量,在本文中为状态变量关于时间的一阶导数;a表示一阶状态方程中所涉及的起落架摆振延拓参数.
在飞机滑跑过程中,希望起落架不发生摆振. 因此,在进行摆振模型的分岔分析时,主要分析零平衡状态下的稳定性以及相应的Hopf分岔,流程如图3所示. 本文使用了Matlab中的Matcont工具箱对摆振模型进行分岔分析. 为了保证摆振模型计算精度,本文选用变步长ODE45延拓算法.
根据图3分析流程,选取滑跑速度V为延拓参数画单参数分岔图,其他参数取值如表1所示. 以垂直载荷为1800 N和3600 N为例,图4图5分别给出了支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形单参数分岔图. 从图4可以看出,在垂直载荷为1800 N时,安装NES装置的起落架在速度26.0 m/s和52.9 m/s时发生Hopf分岔,在分岔点前后摆振动力学特性发生改变. 在两个分岔点速度区间内,支柱扭转角振幅先迅速增大后又相对缓慢减小,振幅最大值为0.054 rad. 轮胎侧向变形与支柱扭转角的变化趋势相同,发生Hopf分岔的速度也相同. 但是,轮胎侧向变形和支柱扭转角振幅的最大值所对应的速度不相同,轮胎侧向变形最大值对应的速度较大,与支柱扭转角最大值相比出现一定的滞后. 前起落架没有安装NES装置时所对应的两个Hopf分岔点速度区间明显大于安装NES装置的情况,同时支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的振幅也比安装NES装置的显著增大.
图5可以看出,随着垂直载荷的增大,与垂直载荷为1800 N相比,当垂直载荷为3600 N时,两个Hopf分岔点对应的速度区间增大,同时支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形振幅的最大值也显著增大. 是否安装NES装置对初始Hopf分岔点速度几乎没有影响,对支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的最大振幅影响也不大. 但是,总的来说安装NES装置能够有效地增大起落架的稳定区间.
图4图5可以看出,NES装置能够减小起落架发生摆振的速度范围,降低支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的振幅,在提高起落架摆振稳定性的同时减小摆振振幅.
为了了解NES装置对起落架稳定性区域的影响,对摆振模型进行双参数分岔分析,如图6所示. 根据图3分析流程,选取滑跑速度V和垂直载荷FZ为延拓参数画双参数分岔图,其他参数取值如表1所示. 在双参数分岔图中划分为了几个不同的区域,蓝色曲线包含的区域(右倾斜阴影)代表了含NES装置的摆振模型不稳定区域,其余区域是稳定的;黄色曲线包含的区域(左倾斜阴影)代表了无NES装置的摆振模型的不稳定区域,其余区域是稳定的.
通过对比图6中稳定区域的大小可以得到如下结论:NES装置能够显著减小前起落架摆振的不稳定区域,提高摆振稳定性;在相同速度下,发生初始Hopf分岔时所对应的垂直载荷增大. 从力学角度分析,当垂直载荷较大,给前起落架一个初始扰动扭转角,即使速度为零,前起落架依旧是不稳定的,此时相当于前起落架产生了压杆失稳.
为了验证分岔分析得到的稳定性区域的可靠性,在三个典型的区域内取A、B、C三点进行时域验证. A点:含NES和无NES均不稳定;B点:含NES稳定,无NES不稳定;C点:含NES和无NES均稳定. 图7给出了支柱扭转角在A、B、C三点的时域图.
A点滑跑速度为40 m/s,垂直载荷为1800 N,支柱扭转角初始值为0.1744 rad,从图7(a)所示A点支柱扭转角时间历程响应曲线可以看出,摆振模型是否安装NES装置都发生摆振,前起落架均处于不稳定状态. 然而,与未安装NES装置相比,通过安装NES装置扭转角的振幅由0.083 rad降低到0.053 rad. B点滑跑速度为70 m/s,垂直载荷为1800 N,支柱扭转角初始值仍为0.1744 rad,从图7(b)所示B点支柱扭转角时间历程响应曲线可以看出,安装NES装置的支柱扭转角振幅随时间衰减为零,未安装NES装置的支柱扭转角振幅经过瞬态衰减后稳态振幅保持为常数. C点滑跑速度为100 m/s,垂直载荷为1800 N,支柱扭转角初始值仍为0.1744 rad,从图7(c)所示C点支柱扭转角时间历程响应曲线可以看出,摆振模型是否安装NES装置都不发生摆振,前起落架均处于稳定状态. 然而,与未安装NES装置相比,通过安装NES装置扭转角的振幅衰减为零的时间由5秒降低到4秒,并且瞬态振幅也相对较小.
图8给出了NES装置非线性刚度KN在102~1010范围内取值时的单、双参数分岔图,其他参数取值如表1所示. 图8(a表示是非线性刚度KN在[VFZ]平面的双参数分岔图,从图中发现五条曲线几乎完全重合,这表明非线性刚度系数的变化对前起落架摆振稳定区域几乎没有影响. 图8(b)、(c)分别是垂直载荷1800 N下的支柱扭转角(θ)和轮胎侧向变形(Δ)的单参数分岔图. 通过分析图8(b)可知,随着非线性刚度的增加,支柱扭转角振幅逐渐减小;非线性刚度在106以下,支柱扭转角振幅随着非线性刚度的增加变化不明显;非线性刚度在106以上支柱扭转角振幅随着非线性刚度的增加变化十分明显,当非线性刚度为1010时,其振幅是未安装NES时振幅的10%. 非线性刚度对轮胎侧向变形的影响规律与支柱扭转角的类似.
由于NES装置的刚度是由非线性刚度和线性刚度组合而成,分析线性刚度对稳定性的影响十分必要. 图9给出了不同线性刚度下的单、双参数分岔图,其他参数取值如表1所示. 图9(a)表示NES装置线性刚度关于速度和垂直载荷的双参数分岔图,将图中线性刚度分为低、中、高三类,低刚度:0、102和103;中刚度:105;高刚度:107、109. 从图中可以发现,当线性刚度较低时,刚度数值变化可以略微增大稳定区域. 对于中等线性刚度,刚度系数的增加可以增大稳定性区域. 当垂直载荷在5000 N以上时,刚度系数的增加对稳定性区域的增大显著;在垂直载荷5000 N以下,稳定性区域的增大不明显. 对于高线性刚度,NES装置减摆效果非常有限,稳定性区域与无NES装置类似.
图9(b)、(c)分别给出了垂直载荷1800 N下的支柱扭转角(θ)和轮胎侧向变形(Δ)的单参数分岔图. 从图中可以看出,与无NES装置相比,中等线性刚度和高线性刚度对支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的振幅几乎没有影响;低线性刚度使支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的振幅比无NES装置有较明显的降低,对前起落架摆振振幅有很好的抑制效果. 研究表明,NES装置采用中等线性刚度和高线性刚度,对减摆的抑制效果作用不大.
当非线性刚度的取值保持不变时,当线性刚度与非线性刚度比值小于0.001时,稳定性区域比无NES装置大,同时在发生摆振时,振幅也比无NES装置小. 当线性刚度与非线性刚度比值在0.001-0.1时,垂直载荷5000 N以下,稳定性区域和振幅与无NES装置的情况区别不明显. 当线性刚度与非线性刚度比值大于0.1时,NES装置则几乎失去了减摆效果.
图10是NES装置质量mN在0.5~2.5范围内取值时的单、双参数分岔图,其他参数取值如表1所示. 图10(a)表示不同NES装置质量下的[VFZ]平面双参数分岔图,图10(b)、(c)分别考虑了在垂直载荷1800 N下的支柱扭转角(θ)和轮胎侧向变形(Δ)的单参数分岔图. NES装置质量的增加能够较明显的降低支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的摆振振幅,同时缩小两Hopf分岔点速度区间的范围.
图11是NES装置安装位置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离d在0.12~0.20范围内取值时的单、双参数分岔图,其他参数取值如表1所示. 图11(a)表示NES装置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离d取不同值时的[VFZ]平面双参数分岔图,从图中可以看出,增大该参数对提高前起落架稳定性区域有益.
图11(b)、(c)分别考虑了在垂直载荷1800 N下的支柱扭转角(θ)和轮胎侧向变形(Δ)的单参数分岔图. 增大NES装置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离d能有效提高摆振稳定性区域并降低摆振振幅. 但是,增大该距离会大幅度的增加前起落架收放空间,因此要综合考虑选取合适的数值.
NES装置的阻尼系数CN在50~150范围内取值时的单、双参数分岔图如图12所示,其他参数取值如表1所示. 图12(a)表示NES装置在不同阻尼系数下的[VFZ]平面双参数分岔图,从图中可以看出,随着NES阻尼系数的逐渐增大,前起落架稳定性区域也逐渐增大,但当NES阻尼系数增大到一定程度后稳定性区域基本保持不变.
垂直载荷1800 N下,NES装置的阻尼系数单参数分岔图如图12(b)、(c)所示,NES阻尼系数的增加对Hopf分岔点的初始速度影响较小. 随着NES阻尼系数的增大,支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的摆振振幅也逐渐减小,分岔点速度区间范围也逐步缩小. 但当NES阻尼系数增大到一定数值后,随着NES阻尼系数的增加,支柱扭转角和轮胎侧向变形的摆振振幅则会逐渐增大. 如NES阻尼系数取150 N/m/s时反而比125 N/m/s时的摆振振幅大,这表明NES装置的阻尼系数需根据实际情况合理选择,不能无限增大.
NES相关参数对起落架摆振的影响规律可以通过综合考虑式(5)、(7)、(9)得到,在控制力矩表达式中,(-yN)是一个微量,(-yN3是高阶微量,非线性刚度对控制力矩的影响很小,对特征值实部几乎没有影响,故非线性刚度对起落架稳定性区域的影响很小. NES装置安装位置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离和NES装置的阻尼系数对控制力矩有一定影响,对特征值实部影响较大,增大这两个参数对提高起落架稳定性有益. 线性刚度对控制力矩和特征值实部有一定影响,在中/低线性刚度时,线性刚度的增大能适当增大起落架的稳定性区域;在高线性刚度时,特征值实部发生正负变化时的速度与无NES装置的区别不大,NES装置的减摆效果非常有限. NES装置质量的增大,同时增大了NES装置的惯性力,能够提高NES装置的减摆效果.
NES装置的减摆性能主要取决于其相关参数的合理匹配,进行参数优化是研究减摆性能的重点. 通过对上述NES装置相关参数的研究,本文NES装置采用组合刚度,同时考虑其非线性和线性刚度. 对该轻型飞机,前起落架收放空间的大小是一个定值,NES装置优化设计时不考虑其安装位置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离d. 基于上述分析,NES装置相关参数优化范围如下:NES质量为mN=0.5~2 kg,NES阻尼系数为CN=100~200 N/m/s,NES非线性刚度KN=105~108 N/m3和NES线性刚度KNL=103~106 N/m. 为了避免NES装置过于笨重,在优化过程的中,限制NES装置的振幅yN<0.05 m,NES装置优化目标为:
(a)在垂直载荷1800 N下,飞机在全滑跑过程中不发生摆振;
(b)在受到外界干扰时,摆振的振幅衰减到零所需要的时间最少.
遗传算法是一种随机全局搜索优化方法,在产生初始种群后,遵循了遗传中发生的复制、交叉和变异等现象和模拟了优胜劣汰,逐代演化产生出越来越好的个体. 在NES装置相关参数的取值范围内,种群通过随机采样获得初始100个个体;根据适应度选出5个精英群体,在下一代种群中保留上一代的精英群体;采用实数编码,交叉概率和变异概率分别为0.8和0.01. NES装置优化设计流程如图13所示.
经过遗传算法的全局搜索,获得一组优化后的参数:NES质量为mN=1.9903 kg,NES阻尼系数为CN=147.6948 N/m/s,NES非线性刚度KN=21377000 N/m3和NES线性刚度KNL=28519 N/m. 优化后的NES装置和无NES装置在[VFZ]平面的双参数分岔对比如图14所示,其他参数取值如表1所示.
图14可以看出:优化后的NES装置,在垂直载荷1800 N下,全滑跑过程中不会发生Hopf分岔,即,前起落架在该载荷下不发生摆振;优化后的NES装置的稳定性区域显著增大.
为了验证优化后的NES装置减摆性能,分析了在垂直载荷1800 N下,支柱扭转角、轮胎侧向变形和NES装置质量块时间响应曲线. 该轻型飞机起飞抬轮速度为28.29 m/s,降落速度为33.44 m/s,分别选取滑跑过程的低速度10 m/s、中速度20 m/s和高速度40 m/s进行数值模拟. 低速度10 m/s时,支柱扭转角、轮胎侧向变形和NES装置质量块时间响应如图15所示. 研究表明,速度较低时,NES装置在振幅衰减时间上与未安装NES装置基本相同. 中速度20 m/s时,支柱扭转角、轮胎侧向变形和NES装置质量块时间响应如图16所示. 研究表明,安装优化后的NES装置比未安装NES装置瞬态衰减速度有显著提高. 在高速度40 m/s时,支柱扭转角、轮胎侧向变形和NES装置质量块时间响应如图17所示. 前起落架安装NES装置后其动力学特性发生了根本改变,未安装NES装置时起落架是不稳定的,发生了摆振,通过安装NES装置前起落架则是稳定的. 从图15-17可以看出,在此三种滑跑速度下NES装置都保持了起落架的稳定性.
将非线性能量汇(NES)安装在前起落架上,建立了含有NES装置的前起落架非线性摆振动力学模型. 采用分岔分析方法分析了NES装置相关参数对前起落架摆振的稳定性区域和摆振振幅的影响规律. 通过合理配置NES装置相关参数,能够显著提高前起落架摆振稳定性,同时减小前起落架摆振的振幅,得到的主要结论如下:
NES装置非线性刚度对前起落架稳定性区域几乎没有影响,但对抑制前起落架摆振的振幅有很好的效果. 合理配置NES装置线性刚度能略微增大稳定性区域并减小摆振的振幅,过大的线性刚度则会导致NES装置丧失减摆性能. NES装置质量和安装位置到前起落架S轴的垂直距离的增大能够增大摆振的稳定性区域,同时减小摆振的振幅. 在一定范围内,NES装置阻尼系数的增大会提高起落架减摆性能,但NES装置阻尼系数如选择不合理则会削弱其减摆性能. 采用遗传算法获得了一组最优的NES装置参数,通过分岔分析和时域分析验证优化参数的正确性. 通过安装NES装置并对该装置参数进行优化设计,提高了前起落架摆振的稳定性,获得了很好的减摆性能.
