The fractional-order constitutive model traditional integer-order model in fields due to its fewer parameters and clearer physical meaning. In this study, the fractional-order standard linear solid model is adopted to deeply explore the linear creep buckling characteristics of viscoelastic thin plates under the force-coupling effect. To ensure the accuracy of numerical analysis, the Hermite-type radial basis function (HRBF) is used in this study. The calculation results high accuracy. that the stability of fractional-order viscoelastic thin plates significant time. Specifically, as time progresses, both the critical load and critical temperature of the thin plate show a downward trend, while the deformation displacement after buckling continuously increases.

分数阶本构模型以其较少的参数和更清晰的物理意义,在很多领域中展现出了比传统整数阶模型更优的适用性. 本研究采纳了分数阶标准线固体模型,旨在深入探讨粘弹性薄板在力-热耦合作用下的线性蠕变屈曲特性. 为了确保数值分析的准确性,本研究采用了Hermite型径向基函数无网格方法(HRBF),其计算结果经过验证,展现出了高度精确性. 研究结果显示,分数阶粘弹性薄板的稳定性对时间具有显著依赖性,具体表现为随着时间推进,薄板的临界载荷和临界温度均呈现下降趋势,后屈曲的变形位移则不断增加.

The fractional-order constitutive model traditional integer-order model in fields due to its fewer parameters and clearer physical meaning. In this study, the fractional-order standard linear solid model is adopted to deeply explore the linear creep buckling characteristics of viscoelastic thin plates under the force-coupling effect. To ensure the accuracy of numerical analysis, the Hermite-type radial basis function (HRBF) is used in this study. The calculation results high accuracy. that the stability of fractional-order viscoelastic thin plates significant time. Specifically, as time progresses, both the critical load and critical temperature of the thin plate show a downward trend, while the deformation displacement after buckling continuously increases.

粘弹性材料既能够发生弹性固体的瞬时变形,也能够发生粘性流体的变形滞后行为,因此被广泛运用在工程领域. 这些材料的变形与破坏往往具有延时性,因此研究这些与时间相关的屈曲现象具有十分重要的意义. 在粘弹性研究方面通常包括对材料性能的合理描述与本构关系的准确表达,以及各种与粘弹性相关问题的数学模型的建立、理论分析和求解. Cederbsum和Drozdov[1,2]以及Potapov[3,4]等分别从解析和数值的方法讨论了线性粘弹性结构的稳定性. 沈亚鹏[5,6]、杨挺青[7-10]、何煌[11]、彭凡[12]等对粘弹性结构的动力响应、计算方法、数学理论、失稳因素作过一些研究. 过往对于粘弹性结构屈曲问题的研究,往往只注重单一力载荷或热载荷的影响,然而考虑到粘弹性材料常被用在高温高压环境下,例如航天器的减震、船舶的防撞等,同时考虑力载荷和热载荷对结构稳定性的影响是有必要的.
传统粘弹性材料的模型以整数阶为主,近年来,越来越多的学者开始研究分数阶粘弹性模型,宋鹏飞等人研究了分数阶粘弹性Pasternak地基上四边固支薄板的自由振动问题[13],王磊等人求解了分数阶粘弹性Euler-Bernoulli梁的控制方程数值解[14],Kamiński M等人根据随机有限元法研究薄板在时间分数粘弹性支撑上的固有振动[15],Yaleu T B D等人对分数阶粘弹性材料梁进行了非线性热力学分析[16]. 分数阶较整数阶具有更好的记忆性,因此本文引入了分数阶模型取代传统整数阶模型. 在使用数值方法对粘弹性问题的研究上,有限元法出现的频率最高. 然而,有限元系统方程的形成需要建立单元或网格信息,从而产生形成网格的计算成本高、自适应分析困难等一系列问题. 为了解决上述问题,数值计算中摆脱单元和网格的想法逐渐形成,无网格法应运而生. 无网格法在分析力学行为上已有了较为广泛的应用,端木玉等人使用无网格法分析船舶开孔梁的局部屈曲[17],彭林欣等人基于3D连续壳理论和无网格法分析壳的受迫振动[18].
本文基于薄板小挠度理论,建立分数阶粘弹性模型,将粘弹性问题看作模量随时间变化的弹性问题,然后引入Hermite型径向基函数(Hermite Radial Basis Functions,HRBF)来描述场函数,通过无网格伽辽金法推导出离散特征方程. 为了验证该数值方法精确有效,本文先以弹性薄板的屈曲问题为例,将数值结果与有限元方法计算解以及后屈曲解析解进行比较,之后将本文的分数阶标准线固体模型的松弛函数曲线与文献[8]中实验得到的材料数据进行拟合,对比计算结果,最后分析了影响薄板线性屈曲稳定性的因素以及后屈曲的位移路径.
有限元方法中,形函数通过单元的一组固定节点来插值构造,而无网格法则将问题域Ω用多个场节点离散,其中任意点的场变量wx)都可以用该点局部支撑域内的场节点xii=1,2,…,n)和形函数φix)来表示:

传统的点插值方法(PIM)使用多项式作为插值基函数,来构造形函数. 当基函数选择不当时,有可能产生奇异的力矩矩阵. 为避免多项式基PIM产生的奇异性问题,径向基函数(RBF)被采用. 因此,添加径向基函数的场函数可表示为:

最基本的粘弹性模型可分为Maxwell流体模型和Kelvin固体模型,Maxwell流体模型由一个弹簧与一个黏壶串联而成,Kelvin固体模型则是由一个弹簧与一个黏壶并联而成. 本文所研究的标准线固体模型,则是由一个弹簧和Kelvin模型串联而成,并且将传统标准线固体模型中的牛顿黏壶替换为阿贝尔黏壶. 修改后的分数阶粘弹性标准线固体模型的本构方程为:

后屈曲问题为几何非线性问题,本文将采用Newton-Raphson方法进行迭代计算. 如图1所示,以前面的线性屈曲问题求解得到的特征向量作为迭代的初始值,α为载荷增加的循环次数,载荷的增量Δζ为任一微小量. 之后进入Newton-Raphson迭代,计算残差R和切线刚度矩阵KT,求出节点位移增量Δd,当Δd充分小时结束迭代,增加施加的载荷进行下一个循环和迭代计算.
为了证实HRBF型无网格法的准确性,本研究将其结果与有限元法进行了对照分析. 取一块边长a=1 m,厚度h=0.01 m的各向同性弹性材料方板来做线性屈曲分析,其弹性模量E=210 GPa,泊松比ν=0.3,热膨胀系数α=2×10-6. 对板的四边施加固定约束,一种情况为不施加热载荷,仅在四边施加p0=1 kN/m的面内压力;另一种为不施加力载荷,仅施加均匀分布的变温T0=1 K的变温场. 采取不同的场节点分布,利用本文的计算程序进行线性屈曲分析.
将计算结果与商业有限元软件COMSOL的计算结果进行对比,如表1表2所示,场节点的数量越多,计算结果的误差越小,同时也验证了本文计算程序的可靠性.
取一块与上文线性屈曲分析相同的薄板进行后屈曲分析,板的四边施加简支约束,x轴对边受面内轴向压力. 参考文献[19],该板后屈曲问题的解析解为
其中为板的中心点的无量纲位移,定义为
面内轴向压力的增量Δζ取0.01,采用5×5场节点分布进行数值计算,如图2所示. 数值解和解析解求出的后屈曲路径进行对比,可以看成HRBF方法求解后屈曲问题较为精确.
为了验证所建立的分数阶模型的有效性,本研究将其与传统的整数阶模型进行了比较分析. 以文献[8]中的整数阶粘弹性材料模型为例,考虑两承载边(x=0,x=a)为简支约束,另外两边自由的薄板,其松弛函数Gt)=386+1286×e-t/4.13+165×e-t/136,泊松比μ=0.41. 该文献采用的是粘弹性方法,推导出屈曲力载荷的解析解为
利用前文推导的分数阶标准线模型的松弛模量(22),把该整数阶粘弹性模型实验得出的松弛函数作为目标进行拟合,拟合出的模型参数如表3所示. 图3表3中的参数所拟合出的分数阶粘弹性模型的松弛模量曲线,这也说明了对于一个已知松弛模量的粘弹性固体模型,都可以用本文的分数阶粘弹性标准线固体模型来近似.
以一块边长a=1 m,厚度h=0.01 m的方板的线性屈曲问题为例,采用HRBF型无网格法计算前文拟合的分数阶模型的数值解,并与例中的整数阶模型的解析解进行对比,如图4所示. 从图4可以看出,本文的数值方法计算得到的结果与解析解结果相比,趋势基本相同,误差在可接受范围内. 另外,图4也反映了粘弹性板的屈曲载荷具有时间特性,载荷足够大时板在极短的时间内发生了屈曲,该情况下板能承受的极限载荷即为瞬时弹性临界载荷,而当载荷足够小时板在相当长的时间后不发生屈曲,该情况下板能承受的极限载荷即为持久稳定载荷.
以一块长a=1 m,宽b=1 m,厚度h=0.01 m的各向同性黏弹性材料板为例,弹性模量E1E2以及粘度η选取4.2拟合得到的数值,泊松比μ=0.41,热膨胀系数α=2×10-6. 由4.2可知,粘弹性板的屈曲载荷具有时间特性,因此首先分析该板瞬时屈曲载荷(t=0)和持久屈曲载荷(t=200)的变化情况. 给定板的分数阶β=0.9646,四边固支,四边受压的同时施加均匀温度场,分别以温度载荷和力载荷为横坐标,计算另一种载荷的瞬时屈曲载荷和持久屈曲载荷,如图5所示,线上点的横坐标和纵坐标为力热耦合使薄板发生屈曲时两种载荷的大小.之后分别在两种情况下进行计算:一种给定均匀分布的变温T0=10 K的温度场,承载边(x=0,x=a)施加p0=1 kN/m的初始面内压力,计算临界压曲载荷pcr;另一种承载边(x=0,x=a)给定p0=1 kN/m的面内压力,施加变温T0=10 K的均匀温度场,计算临界屈曲变温Tcr. 板的稳定性与该粘弹性模型的分数阶β相关,另外,设定不同的边界条件与板的长宽比也会影响板的承载能力. 因此,在计算过程中,通过给定其中两个因素,将剩下的影响因素作为变量,比较分析计算结果.
综合来看,分数阶β的大小并不会影响板瞬时临界载荷的大小,而板的边界条件与长宽比对板的稳定性影响更大. 其中,由图6图7的(a)可以看出,分数阶β的取值在0与1之间,越接近0,临界屈曲载荷下降的速度越慢,而越接近1,下降速度越快. 图(b)则反应了在其他条件相同时,四边固支(CCCC)时的临界屈曲载荷要明显大于四边简支(SSSS)时的临界屈曲载荷. 在给定不同载荷的情况下,可以看出图6图7的(c)中承载能力最强的板是ab=1形状的板,不同之处在于图6的(c)中各曲线的下降趋势基本一致,而图7的(c)中ab=1.5和ab=2的曲线下降趋势一致,ba=1.5和ba=2的曲线下降趋势一致,不同形状的板的稳定性强弱还会随时间变化而变化. 由控制方程(39),本文计算热力耦合下的力屈曲载荷因子λT和热屈曲载荷因子λN为两个变量,实际计算中给定一个变量求解另一个变量,因此,在给定热载荷下求解临界压曲载荷和给定力载荷求解临界屈曲变温的情况下,由于板的长宽比不同,导致板的屈曲模态也有所不同,因此对板的稳定性影响也会有差异.
实际上,温度场的分布情况也会影响板的稳定性. 图8为不同热源下薄板的温度场分布图,对应的温度场分布函数分别为:(a)热源位于中心点;(b)热源位于顶角点:;(c)热源位于中心线:;(d)热源位于左边界:Txy)=Tmax×(1-x). 取一块长a=1 m,宽b=1 m,厚度h=0.01 m的四边固支薄板,材料属性与4.2节使用的参数相同,给定上述不同的温度场,取温度场的幅值Tmax=150 K,施加对边压力,计算t=0 s的瞬时临界压屈载荷pcr0t=200 s时的持久临界压屈载荷pcr,结果如图9所示. 通过比较可以得出,温度场的热源越靠近中心处,薄板的临界压屈载荷越小,且点状热源温度场下的临界压屈载荷比线状热源温度场下的临界压屈载荷大. Tmax越大,不同温度场下的临界压屈载荷之间的差值越大.
同样取一块长a=1 m,宽b=1 m,厚度h=0.01 m的四边简支薄板,材料属性与4.2节使用的参数相同. 在薄板上加载均匀温度场,并且四边受压,计算热力耦合下薄板的后屈曲路径,如图10所示. 结果分为t=0 s,0.5 s,1 s,1.5 s四个时间点,其中x轴为实际温度与临界屈曲温度之比,y轴为实际压载与临界压曲载荷之比,z轴为薄板中心点的无量纲位移. 从结果上看,随着时间的推移,相同加载的情况下薄板整体的后屈曲位移会变大,这也是符合粘弹性材料的特殊性质.
本研究基于分数阶粘弹性标准线固体模型,通过HRBF型无网格法分别对力热耦合影响下的分数阶粘弹性薄板的线性屈曲以及非线性后屈曲行为进行了详细计算分析. 线性屈曲分析的结果显示,薄板的稳定性显著受时间影响,初始时刻下薄板的临界屈曲载荷最大,随着时间的增加临界屈曲载荷逐渐减小并趋于稳定,且在热力耦合的情况下,两种临界屈曲载荷的大小会呈现此消彼长的趋势. 同时分数阶的大小、边界条件的类型及板的长宽比均对结果有重要影响. 分数阶的大小主要影响的是薄板临界屈曲载荷的下降速率,分数阶越大,临界屈曲载荷减小得越快,而边界条件和长宽比主要影响的是薄板瞬时临界屈曲载荷的大小. 另外,温度场的分布情况也会影响薄板临界屈曲载荷的大小. 非线性后屈曲分析的结果则更直观的体现出了粘弹性材料的流变性质,加载的载荷越大,加载的时间越长,薄板变形的位移就越大. 此外,本研究证实HRBF型无网格法在计算分数阶粘弹性薄板屈曲问题时既有效又精确,为该领域的数值分析提供了新的思路. 需要注意的是,本文所讨论的方法不考虑升温导致材料属性的变化,如果材料属性和温度有较强的关联性,则需要进一步研究讨论.
