This paper derives the analytical solution for the buckling load of extension-twist multicoupled laminates. The optimization targets both the buckling load and coupling effect, with verification through simulations and experiments. Using the double trigonometric series method, the analytical solution for the buckling load of the extension-twist multicoupled laminate, simply supported on all four sides and subjected to in-plane compressive loads, is obtained. Based on this, a multi-objective optimization design model for the extension-twist multicoupled laminate is established, with the optimization objectives of maximal buckling load and coupling effect. The optimization is achieved using the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) algorithm, and the laminate with enhanced coupling effect and buckling load is designed. Based on the ply angle sequence of the optimal laminate, numerical simulations and robustness analyses confirm the buckling model. Compared to the simulation results, the analytical solution error for the buckling load of the laminate is within 5%, validating the theoretical framework. Experimental measurements using a multi-directional loading test machine reveal that the discrepancy between measured and theoretical buckling loads is within 3%, further verifying the theory's accuracy. This research provides valuable insights for improving the load-bearing capacity of structures such as wings and wind turbine blades.

多耦合效应的引入有利于增强层合板的耦合效应,但同时会削弱其稳定性. 因此,如何实现拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的解析求解和多目标优化设计,是具有一定理论价值的问题. 首先利用双三角级数法,求解了面内压缩载荷作用下四边简支拉扭多耦合效应层合板的屈曲载荷解析解,建立了拉扭多耦合效应层合板的屈曲分析模型. 在此基础之上,以最大屈曲载荷和拉扭耦合效应为优化目标,建立了拉扭多耦合效应层合板的多目标优化设计模型,并利用序列二次规划算法(Sequential Quadratic Program,SQP)完成了优化,设计出了具有更大耦合效应和屈曲载荷的层合板. 然后基于最优层合板的铺层角度规律,完成了对屈曲分析模型的数值仿真验证和鲁棒性分析. 与仿真结果相比,层合板屈曲载荷的解析解误差在5%以内,验证了理论的正确性. 最后用多向加载试验机完成了拉扭多耦合效应层合板层合板屈曲载荷的试验测量,测量值与理论值误差在3%以内,验证了理论的正确性.

多耦合效应的引入有利于增强层合板的耦合效应,但同时会削弱其稳定性. 因此,如何实现拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的解析求解和多目标优化设计,是具有一定理论价值的问题. 首先利用双三角级数法,求解了面内压缩载荷作用下四边简支拉扭多耦合效应层合板的屈曲载荷解析解,建立了拉扭多耦合效应层合板的屈曲分析模型. 在此基础之上,以最大屈曲载荷和拉扭耦合效应为优化目标,建立了拉扭多耦合效应层合板的多目标优化设计模型,并利用序列二次规划算法(Sequential Quadratic Program,SQP)完成了优化,设计出了具有更大耦合效应和屈曲载荷的层合板. 然后基于最优层合板的铺层角度规律,完成了对屈曲分析模型的数值仿真验证和鲁棒性分析. 与仿真结果相比,层合板屈曲载荷的解析解误差在5%以内,验证了理论的正确性. 最后用多向加载试验机完成了拉扭多耦合效应层合板层合板屈曲载荷的试验测量,测量值与理论值误差在3%以内,验证了理论的正确性.

This paper derives the analytical solution for the buckling load of extension-twist multicoupled laminates. The optimization targets both the buckling load and coupling effect, with verification through simulations and experiments. Using the double trigonometric series method, the analytical solution for the buckling load of the extension-twist multicoupled laminate, simply supported on all four sides and subjected to in-plane compressive loads, is obtained. Based on this, a multi-objective optimization design model for the extension-twist multicoupled laminate is established, with the optimization objectives of maximal buckling load and coupling effect. The optimization is achieved using the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) algorithm, and the laminate with enhanced coupling effect and buckling load is designed. Based on the ply angle sequence of the optimal laminate, numerical simulations and robustness analyses confirm the buckling model. Compared to the simulation results, the analytical solution error for the buckling load of the laminate is within 5%, validating the theoretical framework. Experimental measurements using a multi-directional loading test machine reveal that the discrepancy between measured and theoretical buckling loads is within 3%, further verifying the theory's accuracy. This research provides valuable insights for improving the load-bearing capacity of structures such as wings and wind turbine blades.

复合材料层合板凭借其优异的力学特性被广泛应用于航空航天和风力发电等工程领域. 利用复合材料拉伸-扭转耦合层合板设计弯扭耦合风机叶片自适应结构,能够解决变桨控制技术调节响应速度慢和过度激励等问题,使风机叶片能够根据转速或风速自发地改变气动扭角,实现载荷的重新分配,进而达到提高叶片结构可靠性和抗疲劳特性的目的. 同时具有拉扭耦合效应和其他耦合效应的层合板称为拉扭多耦合效应层合板. 在利用拉扭多耦合效应层合板构造弯扭耦合结构时,弯曲内侧的面板会承受压缩载荷. 当压缩载荷达到临界值时,层合板会发生屈曲失稳,导致结构承载能力降低. 因此,求出拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的解析解、设计出具有更大屈曲载荷和耦合效应的层合板对完善弯扭耦合结构设计的理论基础和工程应用具有重要意义.
在复合材料层合板屈曲性能的分析研究方面,Behrooz[1]提出了一种混合优化方法,研究了具有不同层数、边界条件、纵横比和载荷模式的层合板屈曲载荷. Le[2]研究了轴向载荷下粘弹性层压板的屈曲响应. Tenenbaum[3]导出了一种不同边界条件下正交各向异性矩形薄板屈曲载荷的解析解. Mahdy[4]分析了在轴向压缩和扭转载荷作用下复合叠层圆柱壳失效. Moradi[5]提出了一种新的策略来寻找加筋层压复合板的最佳纤维取向以达到其最大屈曲载荷. 王云飞和孙云普等[6]推导了反对称层合板承受面内双向压缩约束时的屈曲方程,并实现了临界载荷的解析计算,发现铺层角对临界应力影响较大. 孙士平[7]提出扰动GDQ法,解决了求解复合材料层合板剪切屈曲时存在计算精度差、计算振荡不收敛问题. 刘鹏洋[8]对在压缩、剪切或压剪复合荷载三种工况下板及加筋板的弹性屈曲及后屈曲行为进行了分析研究. 石峰[9]采用n阶剪切变形理论分析了复合材料层合板的屈曲问题,根据虚功原理推导出了复合材料层合板在面内载荷作用下临界屈曲的控制微分方程. 中国民用航空飞行学院的付为刚等[10]高效求解了各向异性层合板的屈曲失稳问题,证明了反对称角铺设层合板(具有拉扭耦合效应)相较于对称角铺设层合板(不具有拉扭耦合效应)具有更强的屈曲承载能力.
在复合材料层合板的设计方面,美国加州州立大学Chen[11]以湿热各向同性层合板的铺层为优化对象,以拉扭耦合效应最大为优化目标进行了优化设计,得到的层合板同时具有拉扭和拉弯耦合效应. York等[12]对多耦合层合板进行刚度设计,提高层合板的刚度性能. 有学者设计了同时具有拉剪和弯扭耦合效应的层合板[13],使得自适应柔性机翼盒结构的剪切屈曲强度最大化. Li和Li[14]针对6-14层拉扭耦合HTCS反对称层合板进行了多目标优化设计,利用加权函数法建立了一个新的目标函数,期望层合板的拉扭耦合效应和屈曲强度同时达到最大.
综上所述,在复合材料层合板屈曲性能的研究方面,还未实现多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的解析求解,在复合材料层合板的设计方面,多耦合效应层合板的优化设计还没有形成系统的理论. 为了解决上述问题,本文首先推导拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的解析表达式,并以最大屈曲载荷和耦合效应为优化目标,建立基于权重系数法的多目标优化设计模型,接着对屈曲分析模型进行数值仿真验证和鲁棒性分析,最后进行试验测量,以验证理论的正确性和实用性.
由经典层合板理论,如图1所示的复合材料层合板刚度方程为
其中,NxNyNxyMxMyMxy分别是层合板横截面上单位长度的内力和内力矩,εxεyγxyκxκyκxy是层合板的中面应变和中面曲率. AijBijDijij=1,2,6)是层合板的刚度系数. 层合板的刚度系数可由几何因子ξii=1,2,…,12)和材料常量Uii=1,2,…,5)表示.
层合板在加工过程中要经历从高温到室温的过程,这可能会导致层合板发生剪切或翘曲变形. 为避免层合板在加工过程中发生变形,本文设计的层合板都要满足湿热稳定性. 满足湿热稳定的拉扭耦合效应层合板类型与解析充要条件如表1所示[15]. 由表可知,具有湿热稳定性的拉扭多耦合效应层合板共有3种,分别为拉扭-弯扭耦合层合板(ASBtDF层合板)、拉扭-拉弯-剪扭耦合层合板(ASBFDS层合板)和拉扭-弯扭-拉弯-剪扭耦合层合板(ASBFDF层合板). 且湿热稳定性只与几何因子ξi相关.
忽略非对称层合板在屈曲前由于耦合效应而产生的离面变形,当非对称层合板受面内载荷时,其屈曲微分方程为[16]
式中,δ表示从屈曲前的平衡态开始的变分,NxNyNxyMxMyMxy分别是层合板横截面上单位长度的内力和内力矩,是层合板横截面上单位长度受到的外力,w是层合板的离面位移.
以四边简支板为例分析层合板的屈曲载荷,板的四个简支边界分别为x=0,x=ay=0,y=b,在边界x=0,x=a上受到沿x向的轴向压力作用,如图1所示.

该方程为位移函数uvw的高阶微分方程,要求出的解析解十分困难. 为消除高阶微分项,采用双三角级数法

p1=p2=p3=p4=p5=p6=0,q1=q2=q3=q4=0时,式(16)是ASBtDS层合板屈曲载荷的表达式;当p1=p2=p3=p4=p5=p6=0时,式(16)是ASBtDF层合板屈曲载荷的表达式;当q1=q2=q3=q4=0时,式(16)是ASBFDS层合板屈曲载荷的表达式.
根据经典层合理论,当层合板的材料属性、层数和厚度一定时,拉扭多耦合效应层合板的拉扭耦合效应大小和屈曲载荷的大小均由各单层板的铺层角度规律唯一确定,因此可以通过改变各单层板的铺层角度规律,来提升层合板的屈曲载荷和拉扭耦合效应,以满足实际设计任务的需要. 本节以最大拉扭耦合效应和屈曲载荷为优化目标;以各单层板的铺层角度为优化设计变量;以层合板的湿热稳定性为约束条件,确保优化得到的层合板为无湿热翘曲和湿热剪切变形的ASBFDF层合板.
一般情况下,利用权重系数法可以将一个多目标函数转换成一个单目标函数,即将多目标函数用若干单目标函数加权求和表示
式中,子目标权重系数αii=1,2,…n)满足. 某个权重系数取值越大,对应的单目标函数对多目标函数的影响程度就越大.
在ASBFDF层合板的优化设计问题中,关于拉扭耦合效应和屈曲载荷的多目标函数可以通过权重系数法转换成如下单目标函数.
式中,分别是拉剪耦合效应大小和屈曲载荷的绝对值. 分别是在设计空间内的最大值,分别由对层合板耦合效应和屈曲载荷的单目标优化设计得到.
在利用权重系数法完成拉扭多耦合效应层合板的多目标优化设计时,首先分别实现层合板拉扭耦合效应和屈曲载荷的单目标优化,找到这两种力学性能指标在各自设计空间中的最大值. 然后设定合适的权重系数取值,完成对单目标函数式(14)的优化设计,计算得到最优层合板的各单层板铺层角度规律.

ASBFDF层合板屈曲载荷的优化模型为
拉扭多耦合效应层合板优化设计模型是一个典型的非线性优化模型,因此可以利用SQP算法实现单目标优化. 优化过程中,各单层板铺层角度的初值从区间[-90°,90°]上随机选取. 本文随机选取1000组优化初值进行优化,计算得到1000组局部最优解,再从所有局部最优解中选出全局最优解. 优化过程中使用IM7/8552型碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,其材料参数如表2所示.
在完成单目标优化后,即可开始多目标优化,其数学模型为
为了便于对比验证优化效果,表3给出了12-14层ASBtDS层合板(未优化)的拉扭耦合效应大小和屈曲载荷大小. 由于不同铺层层合板耦合效应的差距较大而屈曲载荷的差距较小,故以α1=0.2,α2=0.8为例进行多目标优化,得到12-14层ASBFDF层合板铺层优化设计的结果分别如表4-表6所示,其中α1=1,α2=0代表对层合板拉扭耦合效应的单目标优化结果,α1=0,α2=1代表对层合板屈曲载荷的单目标优化结果,α1=0.2,α2=0.8代表对层合板多目标函数式(17)的优化结果.
表3-表6计算可知,12层层合板在完成多目标优化后,拉扭耦合效应提升了11.4%,屈曲载荷提升了6%,13层层合板在完成多目标优化后,拉扭耦合效应提升了8.4%,屈曲载荷提升了4.5%,14层层合板在完成多目标优化后,拉扭耦合效应提升了11.4%,屈曲载荷提升了4%. 由此验证了SQP算法在拉扭多耦合效应层合板的铺层优化设计当中具有较好的优化效果.
利用数值仿真软件MSC. Patran对表4-表6给出的优化后的ASBFDF层合板的屈曲载荷进行数值仿真验证. 在仿真软件中,分别将层合板层数设置为12-14,铺层规律由表4-表6给出,单层板材料参数如表2所示;建立尺寸为0.3 m×0.15 m的矩形平面模型,划分15×8个有限壳单元(如图3所示);将板的四边进行简单支撑,在矩形板x=0、x=0.3的两边施加纵向均布载荷. 随后利用MSC. Nastran的线性屈曲载荷计算模块计算层合板的屈曲载荷.
计算得到ASBFDF层合板在均布压力作用下发生屈曲时的位移云图和屈曲模态如图4所示. 层合板屈曲载荷的仿真计算结果、理论计算结果及其误差如表7-表9所示. 由表7-表9可知,本文理论的屈曲载荷计算结果与仿真软件计算结果之间的误差保持在5%以内,验证了理论的正确性.
在复合材料层合板的加工制造过程当中,存在着难以避免的人为或设备误差. 为了确保设计得到的拉扭多耦合效应层合板对铺层随机偏差具有较好的鲁棒性,本节以表4-表6当中的ASBFDF层合板为例,对层合板的屈曲载荷模型进行鲁棒性分析. 图5给出了随机抽样10000次时,层合板屈曲载荷响应偏差的分布,以及95%置信水平下屈曲载荷偏差均值的置信区间. 屈曲载荷响应差值为层合板实际屈曲载荷大小与理论屈曲载荷大小之差.
图5可知:铺层角度存在误差时,拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的偏差服从正态分布,且在95%置信水平下,屈曲载荷偏差最大均值控制在±1.0%之内,即本文建立的拉扭多耦合效应层合板的屈曲分析模型具有较好的鲁棒性.
为了验证拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷解析计算公式的正确性,本节进行湿热稳定拉扭多耦合效应层合板的屈曲载荷测量实验. 屈曲载荷的测量设备选取了多向加载试验机,如图6所示. 试验机由试验平台(A)、控制器(B)和数据处理计算机(C)等组成. 试验平台对称安置了四组拉伸单元X1、X2、Y1、Y2,控制器通过调节拉伸单元伸缩的速度来控制其伸缩运动;数据处理计算机与控制器连接,通过软件对试验平台进行方案控制和数据采集,采集的数据包括四个拉伸单元的位移、受力大小和加载时间.
鉴于理论设计采用的层合板材料(IM7/8552型)的价格十分高昂,试验改用T300/5280型复合材料进行层合板试验件加工,其材料常数如表10所示. 试验件尺寸及铺层规律如表11所示,试验件1和试验件2均属于ASBtDF层合板.
在实验过程中采用插销将夹具与拉伸单元的夹头相连接,以模拟四边简支的边界约束条件并能沿轴向施加均匀的压力载荷. 采用调整多向加载试验机的加载速度为0.001 mm/min的方法,层合板可以视为处于平衡状态. X1移速设置为0.001 mm/min,X2移速设置为1.5 mm/min,Y1和Y2的移速为0,以确保加载仅在X轴方向进行. 拉伸单元上的位移传感器和力传感器能够实时采集位移大小和载荷力的大小,同时在计算机软件终端绘制“载荷-加载时间”曲线. 从试验开始时进行计时,当层合板发生屈曲行为时,结束计时,曲线上对应时间的载荷的取值即为层合板的屈曲载荷测量值. 对试验件进行多次试验,处理数据后得到“载荷-时间”曲线图(如图7图8所展示).
屈曲载荷的试验测量结果在表12中进行汇总. 为了验证屈曲载荷分析理论的正确性,根据屈曲载荷计算公式得到试验件的屈曲载荷理论值,利用MSC. Patran/Nastran软件仿真得到试验件的屈曲载荷仿真值. 表13展示了试验件的测量值、理论值和仿真值以及测量值与两者的偏差.
根据表13的数据可知试验件1和试验件2的屈曲载荷的试验测量值与理论计算值之间的误差均保持在5%以下,从而验证了拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲分析理论的正确性和有效性.
本文基于湿热稳定的拉扭多耦合效应层合板,求解出其屈曲载荷的解析表达式,设计了具有较大屈曲载荷和拉扭耦合效应的层合板,进行了仿真验证和鲁棒性分析,完成了屈曲载荷试验测量,得到如下结论:
(1)实现了拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷解析求解,数值仿真结果与理论计算结果之间的误差小于5%,验证了理论的正确性.
(2)实现了多目标优化设计,设计出了具有更大拉扭耦合效应和屈曲载荷的拉扭耦合层合板.
(3)在95%置信水平下屈曲载荷偏差控制在± 1.0%之内,本文建立的屈曲分析模型具有较好的鲁棒性.
(4)完成了拉扭多耦合效应层合板屈曲载荷的试验测量,测量值与理论值偏差在5%以内,验证了理论的正确性.
