In response to the defects in the right-angled domain, this paper conducts a theoretical study on the variation of the concentrated stress at the edge of an elliptical hole in this domain. Firstly, the iterative mirror image method is employed to transform the right-angled domain space into the full space. By using the polar coordinate transformation method, the expressions of the mirrored elliptical hole in the original complex-plane coordinate system are derived. Secondly, the stress expressions are deduced by using the Hankel wave function combined with the complex variable function. Then, with the help of the elliptical hole equation, the relationship between the argument of a point on the elliptical edge and the angle between the perpendicular line of this point and the coordinate axis is established, thus avoiding the use of the traditional conformal transformation method. Based on the free-stress boundary conditions of the elliptical hole edge, an infinite system of linear algebraic equations is established. Finally, a finite number of terms are intercepted to solve the unknown coefficients. Through the analysis of the distance between the center of the elliptical hole and the upper and right boundaries, the incident angle, the deflection angle of the elliptical hole, and the incident wave number, the following conclusions are obtained: the larger the incident wave number, the higher the fluctuation frequency of the dynamic stress concentration factor; when the incident wave is at a low frequency, as the distance from the right boundary increases, the dynamic stress concentration factor first decreases and then tends to be stable, and the stable value of the distance is 5. This research provides numerical conclusions for the dynamic stress factor at the edge of elliptical defects in the right-angled domain and offers detailed theoretical results for the defect detection of right-angled plates in practical engineering.

针对直角域中的缺陷,本文理论研究了直角域下的椭圆孔边的集中应力的变化情况. 本文先采用累次镜像法将直角域空间转换成全空间,利用极坐标变换法,推导出镜像后的椭圆孔在原始复平面坐标系中的表达式,其次利用与复变函数相结合的Hankel波函数推导出了应力表达式,再利用椭圆孔方程,建立椭圆边一点的辐角与该点的垂线和坐标轴之间夹角的联系,避免了传统“保角变换”法的使用,并根据椭圆孔边的自由应力边界条件,建立无穷线性代数方程,最后截取有限项求解未知系数. 通过对椭圆孔孔心距离上和右边界的距离、入射角度、椭圆孔偏转角以及入射波波数的分析,得到:入射波数越大,动应力集中系数波动的频率越大;在低频入射时,随着距离右边界的距离越大,动应力集中系数先减小后趋于稳定,距离稳定值为5. 本次研究为直角域中椭圆形缺陷边的动应力因子提供了数值结论,为实际工程中的直角板的缺陷检测提供了详细的理论结果.

针对直角域中的缺陷,本文理论研究了直角域下的椭圆孔边的集中应力的变化情况. 本文先采用累次镜像法将直角域空间转换成全空间,利用极坐标变换法,推导出镜像后的椭圆孔在原始复平面坐标系中的表达式,其次利用与复变函数相结合的Hankel波函数推导出了应力表达式,再利用椭圆孔方程,建立椭圆边一点的辐角与该点的垂线和坐标轴之间夹角的联系,避免了传统“保角变换”法的使用,并根据椭圆孔边的自由应力边界条件,建立无穷线性代数方程,最后截取有限项求解未知系数. 通过对椭圆孔孔心距离上和右边界的距离、入射角度、椭圆孔偏转角以及入射波波数的分析,得到:入射波数越大,动应力集中系数波动的频率越大;在低频入射时,随着距离右边界的距离越大,动应力集中系数先减小后趋于稳定,距离稳定值为5. 本次研究为直角域中椭圆形缺陷边的动应力因子提供了数值结论,为实际工程中的直角板的缺陷检测提供了详细的理论结果.

In response to the defects in the right-angled domain, this paper conducts a theoretical study on the variation of the concentrated stress at the edge of an elliptical hole in this domain. Firstly, the iterative mirror image method is employed to transform the right-angled domain space into the full space. By using the polar coordinate transformation method, the expressions of the mirrored elliptical hole in the original complex-plane coordinate system are derived. Secondly, the stress expressions are deduced by using the Hankel wave function combined with the complex variable function. Then, with the help of the elliptical hole equation, the relationship between the argument of a point on the elliptical edge and the angle between the perpendicular line of this point and the coordinate axis is established, thus avoiding the use of the traditional conformal transformation method. Based on the free-stress boundary conditions of the elliptical hole edge, an infinite system of linear algebraic equations is established. Finally, a finite number of terms are intercepted to solve the unknown coefficients. Through the analysis of the distance between the center of the elliptical hole and the upper and right boundaries, the incident angle, the deflection angle of the elliptical hole, and the incident wave number, the following conclusions are obtained: the larger the incident wave number, the higher the fluctuation frequency of the dynamic stress concentration factor; when the incident wave is at a low frequency, as the distance from the right boundary increases, the dynamic stress concentration factor first decreases and then tends to be stable, and the stable value of the distance is 5. This research provides numerical conclusions for the dynamic stress factor at the edge of elliptical defects in the right-angled domain and offers detailed theoretical results for the defect detection of right-angled plates in practical engineering.

研究包含椭圆孔的直角域在入射SH波下的动力分析,在工程实践和应用方面具有重要的意义. 对于弹性波的散射问题,从土木工程、地震领域、岩石力学、无损检测和海洋工程都有广泛的应用[1-4]. 从对半空间中椭圆孔或是圆形孔亦或是圆柱孔对SH波散射[5,6],到带形域中各种孔洞对SH波的散射研究[7],弹性波的研究也是不断的在丰富和完善. 对于各种均匀介质中含孔洞、裂纹及各种夹杂问题也得到了众多学者们的研究[8-12]. 对于直角域问题,目前针对缺陷和裂纹的研究比较多[13,14],对于非圆形孔前人采用“保角变换法”解决边界的问题[15,16],本文采用一种新型方法对直角域单个椭圆孔对SH波散射问题进行研究.
本文使用复变函数法建立椭圆孔的复平面坐标系,然后使用极坐标变换法将镜像后的椭圆孔变换到原始椭圆孔的复平面当中,再使用波函数展开法建立椭圆孔波场和应力的表达式,通过建立椭圆孔边的任意一点的辐角与该点和坐标轴之间的夹角的关系,避免保角变换的使用,通过应力自由边界条件,求解方程中的未知数,最后求得孔边的动应力集中系数(DSCF).
图1所示,直角域中含单个椭圆孔在入射SH波下的示意图. 图中所示,d表示椭圆孔距离直角域右边界的距离;h表示椭圆孔距离直角域上边界的距离;对于直角域中单个椭圆孔的孔心标号为O1;入射波(SH波)的入射角度为α. 对于直角域问题,本文采用镜像的方法,先向上镜像一次,在将原始椭圆孔和第一次镜像后的椭圆孔向右镜像,将直角域镜像为全空间问题,使问题得到简化. 将椭圆孔编号为第1号椭圆孔,镜像后分别得到第2、3、4号椭圆孔.
图2所示,采用镜像法解决直角域问题,将第1号椭圆孔先向上镜像一次,得到第2号椭圆孔,将镜像后的椭圆孔的孔心编号为O2;再对第1、2号椭圆孔向右镜像一次,得到第3、4号椭圆孔,孔心编号分别为O3O4;椭圆孔的偏转角之间的关系为β1=β2=β3=β4,镜像后得到全空间中椭圆孔的位置情况,边界通过镜像法消除.
对原始直角域空间的椭圆空间建立局部的坐标系. 以椭圆孔的长轴为X1轴,以椭圆孔的短轴为Y1轴,建立局部坐标系X1-O1-Y1,并引入相对应的复平面,再以水平轴为X1′轴,竖直方向轴为Y1′轴,建立局部坐标系X1′-O1′-Y1′,并引入相对应的复平面),其中复平面与复平面之间的关系为:
同理,对向上镜像后的椭圆孔建立局部坐标系X2-O2-Y2X2′-O2′-Y2′,相对应的复平面为,得:
再将原始椭圆孔和第2号椭圆孔向右镜像,得到两个椭圆孔,建立其局部坐标系X3-O3-Y3X4-O4-Y4和局部坐标系X3′-O3′-Y3′X4′-O4′-Y4′,并引入相对应的复平面和复平面. 因为是镜像得到的第2、3、4号椭圆孔,则令β=β1=β2=β3=β4,得到:

图3所示,通过建立椭圆孔边的先任意一点的辐角与该点的垂线和坐标轴之间的夹角的联系,避免使用保角变换,可以直接对原始椭圆孔进行分析,提高计算精度.
直角域中第1号椭圆形孔洞,其椭圆方程为:

图4所示为了验证该方法的可行性,将参数设置成与文献[16]相同的参数,d=12;h=12;α0=90°;a=1;b=1;β=0°,图4(a)、(b)是本次研究所计算出的结论;图(c)、(d)为文献[16]复现出的结果,此时得到的图形与文献[16]相同,说明该方法是可行的.
图5所示,此时的参数入射波的偏转角α=90°;椭圆孔的偏转角β=0°;椭圆孔距离上平面的距离h=5. 随着的椭圆孔距右平面距离变化对孔边动应力集中系数的影响. 如图5(a)所示,图形在d<4左右时,呈减小的趋势,但是当d>4时,减小的趋势变得很平缓,图形趋于稳定. 如图5(b)所示,相较于(a),此时的图形数值变化不大,但是其没有了(a)的变化规律,而是变得波动起来. 如图5(c)所示,此时图形相较于(a)、(b)来说,变得更加不规则,波动频率变得更大,数值变小. 说明,随着椭圆孔距离右平面的距离的增大,在入射波低频入射时,有明显的减小趋势然后变得平缓,在入射波中高频入射时,孔边的MAXDSCF变得波动起来,没有明显的减小趋势.
图6所示,此时的参数α=90°;h=5;d=5. 随着入射波波数的不断增加,孔边的最大动应力集中系数(MAXDSCF)的变化情况. 如图6(a)所示,此时的椭圆孔的偏转角β=0°,在k<1时,椭圆孔边的MAXDSCF波动比较大,但是到了k>1时,其变化波动减小,且呈稳定的趋势. 如图6(b)所示,此时的椭圆孔的偏转角β=90°,跟(a)有相同的变化规律,但是其数值在减小. 在随着入射波波数的不断增加,椭圆孔的偏转角变大会使得孔边的MAXDSCF变小,但是还用于相同的变化规律.
图7所示,此时的参数α=90°;β=0°;d=5. 随着椭圆孔距离上平面的距离不断增加(椭圆孔的深度). 孔边的最大动应力集中系数(MAXDSCF)的变化情况. 如图7(a)所示,此时入射波波数k=0.1,此图形上下波动,但是其波频较小. 如图7(b)所示,此时入射波波数k=1,相较于(a)波动频率变大,其MAXDSCF的值在变小. 如图7(c)所示,此时入射波波数k=2,相较于(a)、(b)来说,其波动的频率更大,数值进一步减小. 如7说明,在随着椭圆孔距离上平面的距离不断增加,其孔边的最大集中应力系数在不断变化,在入射波波数的增加,数值结果在不断的减小.
图8所示,此时的参数α=90°;h=5;d=5. 椭圆孔自身的偏转角对孔边的最大集中应力系数(MAXDSCF)的影响,在参数a=1时,此时常州与短轴相等,椭圆孔变为圆形孔,不论自身的偏转角怎么变化,其最大动应力集中系数都是不变的. 如图8(a)所示,此时入射波波数k=0.1,随着椭圆孔偏转角的不断增大,图形呈对称状,在中间位置时出现最大值. 如图8(b)所示,此时入射波波数k=1,此时的图形相较于(a)来讲,变得更加复杂,其数值变大. 如图8(c)所示,此时入射波波数k=2,此时的图形相较于(b)来讲,数值有变小,图形的最大值出现时的角度发生变化. 椭圆孔偏转角对孔边的最大动应力集中系数的影响是没有规律的,但是在k=1时数值最大.
图9所示,此时的参数β=0°;h=5;d=5. 随着入射波波数的不断变化对孔边MAXDSCF的影响. 如图9(a)所示,此时入射波波数k=0.1,图形关于中心对称. 如图9(b),此时入射波波数k=1,相较于(a)来讲,此时图形波动频率变大,数值变大. 如图9(c)所示,此时入射波波数k=2,相较于(a)、(b)来讲,波动频率变得更大,相较于(b)来说,数值变小. 孔边的最大集中应力系数(MAXDSCF)在入射波角度的变化和入射波波数的改变下,变得不断波动,其数值在入射波波数k=1时最大.
本文采用一种新型的方法,即建立椭圆孔边任意一点的辐角与该点和坐标轴之间的夹角的联系,避免了保角变换的使用,通过验证,该方法时可行的. 本文通过对直角域中椭圆孔对上平面的距离(h)、距离右平面的距离(d)、入射波波数、椭圆孔的偏转角以及入射波角度的变化对孔边最大动应力集中系数的影响进行研究,得:
(1)d对动应力集中系数的影响在入射波低频入射时有明显的规律,在中高频是呈波动状,说明,在中高频时,做大动应力集中系数更加敏感,反应更加强烈.
(2)h在不断增加时,MAXDSCF呈波动状,但是在中高频时,波动频率明显变大,说明在中高频时h使孔边的MAXDSCF更加敏感.
(3)入射角度的不断增加时,MAXDSCF图形呈对称形状,且会随着入射波频率的更加而波频变大.
说明在直角域中椭圆孔对SH波散射问题研究上,入射波中高频入射时,对孔边的MAXDSCF的影响更加明显,使得孔边的MAXDSCF波动变大,但是其数值在某些参数中会变小.
