Aluminium-based ceramics are widely used in aerospace, rail transit and national defense due to their advantages like light mass, high specific strength, small thermal expansion coefficient, high dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, remarkable fatigue resistance and excellent wear resistant. In this paper, SiC_p-B₄C_p(m(SiC_p)∶m(B₄C_p)=1∶1) reinforced Al matrix (i.e., (SiC_p-B₄C_p)/Al) composites were prepared by a selective laser melting (SLM) method with SiC and B₄C as reinforcing phases and pure Al powder as a matrix material under certain conditions (i.e., powder layer thickness and hatch distance of 0.05 mm, scanning speed of 300 mm/s and laser power of 350 W). The effect of SiC_p-B₄C_p content on the microstructure, porosity, microhardness, friction and wear properties and flexural strength of (SiC_p-B₄C_p)/Al composites were investigated. The results show that the (SiC_p-B₄C_p)/Al composites reinforced with 10% SiC_p-B₄C_p exhibit the minimum apparent porosity (i.e., 4.5%) and flexural strength (i.e., 177 MPa), and the composites reinforced with 20% SiC_p-B₄C_p have the maximum hardness, lowest friction coefficient and wear rate (i.e., 172.6 HV_0.1, 0.4 and 3.4×10^-5 mm³N^-1m^-1).

以SiC和B₄C为增强相、纯Al粉为基体原材料，采用选区激光熔化（SLM）法在粉层厚度和扫描间距均为0.05 mm、扫描速率为300 mm/s、激光功率为350 W的成形条件下，制备了SiC_p-B₄C_p[质量比m（SiC_p）∶m（B₄C_p）=1∶1]增强的Al基（（SiC_p-B₄C_p）/Al）复合材料，研究了SiC_p-B₄C_p含量[10%、15%及20%（质量分数）]对SLM成形（SiC_p-B₄C_p）/Al复合材料显微组织、显气孔率、显微硬度、摩擦磨损性能和抗折强度的影响。结果表明：当SiC_p-B₄C_p含量为10%时，试样显气孔率最小且抗折强度最大，分别为4.5%和177 MPa；SiC_p-B₄C_p含量为20%时试样的硬度最高、磨损率和摩擦系数最小，分别为172.6 HV_0.1、3.4×10^-5 mm³N^-1m^-1和0.4。
