An acid leaching solution containing aluminum ions was obtained by a sulfuric acid leaching process after calcining clinkers using coal fly ash as a raw material. Aluminum hydroxide was precipitated through adjusting the pH value of solution and used as an aluminum source. Magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite was synthesized via hydrothermal reaction with magnesium oxide and sodium carbonate. Based on the results by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite with a good crystallinity, a pure phase and a complete lamellar structure can be synthesized under the hydrothermal conditions (i.e., mole ratio n(MgO)∶n(Al(OH)₃)∶n(Na₂CO₃) of 2∶1∶1, at 160 ℃ for 14 h). In addition, the feasibility of adsorbing phosphorus by Mg-Al hydrotalcite was also investigated. The removal rate can reach 97.4% when the concentration of phosphorus solution is 20 mg/L, the dosage of Mg-Al hydrotalcite is 0.7 g and pH value is 4-10.

以粉煤灰为原料，将其焙烧后得到的熟料经过硫酸酸浸工艺处理得到含有铝离子的酸浸液，通过调节pH值将氢氧化铝析出，以其作为铝源，与氧化镁、碳酸钠在密闭条件下进行水热反应合成镁铝水滑石。Fourier变换红外光谱仪，X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对产物进行分析，结果表明：摩尔比n（MgO）∶n（Al（OH）₃）∶n（Na₂CO₃）=2∶1∶1，160 ℃反应14 h，可以合成结晶度较好，物相纯净且片层结构较完整的镁铝水滑石。此外，初步考察了镁铝水滑石对磷吸附的可行性，当磷溶液浓度为20 mg/L，镁铝水滑石投加量为0.7 g时，去除率可达97.4%，pH值适用范围为4~10。
