Chalcogenide glasses can be melted in a completely oxygen-free environment, but the effect of trace amount of oxygen on the specific properties of chalcogenide glasses is still a challenge. To investigate the effect of trace-oxide components of Se-H impurities in As-Se glass system, SeO₂ and Ge were introduced for H and O impurities in the multi-processes of dynamic-vacuum distillation. The results indicate that the co-doping of SeO₂ (i.e., 2×10^-3) can lead to the decrease of Se-H content in As₂Se₃ bulk glasses, although As-O and Se-O impurities increase. When the content of SeO₂ increases to 10^-2, the absorbing intensities of As-O and Se-O impurities increase. For the preparation of Ge-As-Se glass with low Se-H impurities, the more content of SeO₂ is needed. The introduction of Ge can weaken the efficiency of SeO₂ for eliminating Se-H impurities. If the Se-H impurities decrease to beyond a detecting limit of the FTIR in Ge-As-Se glasses, the more content of SeO₂ is needed for the compensation. This work provides a method for further clarifying the sources of impurities in chalcogenide glasses and the preparation of low-hydroxy chalcogenide glass fibers.

传统硫系玻璃必须在完全隔氧的环境下进行熔制，但是微量氧化物对硫系玻璃的具体性能影响仍是一个问题。为了探究微量氧化物对As-Se玻璃中Se-H杂质的影响，使用SeO₂药品对Se原料进行提纯，通过主动蒸馏法制备了多组玻璃样品，对比研究其在Ge引入后形成的弱还原条件对SeO₂发挥作用的效率变化情况。光谱特性和相关数据表明：2×10^-3的SeO₂可以使As₂Se₃玻璃样品中的Se-H杂质含量在红外透过光谱中没有明显的吸收，虽然会产生少量的As-O、Se-O等氧杂质；当SeO₂的添加量增加到10^-2时，As-O、Se-O等氧杂质的吸收增加。当在主动蒸馏过程中引入Ge单质之后，需要适当增加SeO₂的添加量才能最终降低Se-H杂质的浓度，相比制备的As₂Se₃样品，该Ge-As-Se玻璃样品中的As-O、Se-O氧杂质含量有所减少，Ge-O杂质明显增多。总之，Ge金属的引入会使SeO₂的作用效率减弱，要想玻璃样品的Se-H杂质在红外透过光谱中没有明显的吸收，则需要更高含量的SeO₂进行补偿，该研究为进一步了解硫系玻璃中的杂质来源和低羟基硫系玻璃光纤的制备提供了一种新的思路。
