Sulfur element doped RbNa₃(Li₁₂Si₄O_16-yS_y):Eu²⁺ narrow-band blue emitting UCr₄C₄ phosphors were synthesized by a conventional high-temperature solid-state method. The zero-thermal-quenching performance for the UCr₄C₄ structure was obtained, i.e., the integrated emission intensity at 250 ℃ increases to 107% rather than that at room temperature. The sites occupation of Eu²⁺ ions and defect analysis reveal the corresponding luminescence adjustment and zero-thermal-quenching mechanism. Also, the cationic substitution strategy of Ti⁴⁺ for Si⁴⁺ is designed to eliminate the shoulder band peak located at 525 nm for RbNa₃(Li₁₂Si₄O_16-yS_y):Eu²⁺ phosphors, and the color purity of blue emission is improved from 61.1% to 83.7%. It is indicated that the as-prepared RbNa₃(Li₁₂Si₃TiO_16-yS_y):Eu²⁺ phosphors could be used as a blue-emitting candidate material for liquid crystal display backlighting. This work can provide a guidance for the design of UCr₄C₄ phosphors to achieve the zero-thermal-quenching performance and high color purity.

采用传统的高温固相法合成出了硫元素掺杂的具有473 nm和525 nm双发射的UCr₄C₄型RbNa₃（Li₁₂Si₄O_16-yS_y）：Eu²⁺窄带蓝光荧光粉，并在UCr₄C₄结构中实现零热猝灭发光性能，其发光积分强度在250 ℃下提升至室温的107%。Eu²⁺离子的格位占据分析及缺陷表征揭示了对应的发光调控和零热猝灭机理。采用阳离子取代策略（Ti⁴⁺部分取代Si⁴⁺）成功消除了荧光粉位于525 nm的肩带峰，将蓝光色纯度从61.1%提升至83.7%，使RbNa₃（Li₁₂Si₃TiO_16-yS_y）：Eu²⁺荧光粉有望成为应用于液晶显示背光的蓝色发光候选材料，为UCr₄C₄型发光材料零热猝灭性能的实现及色纯度的优化提供了新的设计思路。
