To improve the mechanical properties of conventional sticky rice-lime mortar, high strength pregelatinized sticky rice-lime mortar (HPR-LM) was modified with a pregelatinized sticky rice via accelerated carbonation. The effects of mass fraction of pregelatinized sticky rice and water-solid ratio on the carbonation properties of HPR-LM were investigated. The results show that the maximum carbonation reaction degree of HPR-LM with sufficient water and larger porosity can be obtained at a water-solid ratio of 0.3. The change of conductivity and pH value of saturated Ca(OH)₂ solution slows down, and the temperature increase of HPR-LM reduces due to the action of pregelatinized sticky rice, thus retarding the carbonation of HPR-LM. CaCO₃ precipitation forms fusiform calcite on the template of molecular chain of pregelatinized sticky rice. The compressive strength of HPR-LM with 3% pregelatinized sticky rice is 56.8% higher than that of pure lime mortar, and calcite grain reaches the minimum size and the density of HPR-LM becomes the maximum value.

为提高传统糯米灰浆的力学性能，以预糊化糯米为增强剂，通过加速碳酸化养护得到高强预糊化糯米灰浆（HPR-LM）。研究了预糊化糯米掺量和水固比对HPR-LM反应程度与力学性能的影响规律和作用机制。结果表明：水固比为0.3时，反应介质水充足，孔隙率较高，HPR-LM的反应程度达到最高，预糊化糯米作用下饱和Ca（OH）₂溶液电导率与pH值变化减缓，HPR-LM反应温升降低，HPR-LM的碳酸化反应被抑制，预糊化糯米分子链模板作用使CaCO₃沉淀形成纺锤状方解石；当预糊化糯米掺量为3%时，方解石晶粒尺寸达到最小，颗粒堆积最为致密，HPR-LM抗压强度较纯石灰灰浆提升56.8%。
