The core-shell composites (FeCo@TiO₂, FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄) were fabricated via hydrolysis reactions with flattened FeCo as the core and TiO₂ and Fe₃O₄ as the shell. The morphology and phase composition of the core-shell composites (i.e., FeCo@TiO₂, FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄) were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the core-shell composite is flattened with diameters of 20-50 μm and thicknesses of 3-5 μm. The main components of the coating layer are TiO₂ and Fe₃O₄, which are uniformly distributed on the flattened FeCo core. The complex permittivity and permeability of the samples were measured in a frequency range of 2~18 GHz, and the reflection loss of the samples was calculated based on the transmission line theory. It is indicated that the effective absorption bandwidth of the FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄ samples at room temperature is 3 GHz (RL<-10 dB) with the thickness of 2.5mm, and the minimum reflection loss of the sample is -35.4 dB. The effective absorption bandwidth is 2GHz, and the minimum RL value is -29.2 dB after annealing at 500℃. The thermogravimetric analysis indicates that the weight gain of FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄ is 20% less than that of FeCo at 800℃.

以扁平化FeCo为核，通过水热反应法将TiO₂和Fe₃O₄包覆在FeCo表面，成功制备了扁平FeCo@TiO₂和FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄ 2种核壳结构。采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射对扁平FeCo@TiO₂和扁平FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄核壳结构的微观形貌和物相组成进行了表征。结果表明：制备粉体呈片状，直径为20~50 μm，厚度为3~5 μm；包覆层TiO₂和Fe₃O₄均匀地分布在扁平化FeCo表面。通过测试样品2~18 GHz频率范围内的复介电常数和复磁导率，采用传输线理论计算样品的反射损耗表明，当样品厚度为2.5 mm时，FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄核壳结构在常温下的有效吸收带宽（反射损耗RL<-10 dB时的频带宽度）为3.0 GHz，RL最小值达到-35.4 dB，500℃空气氧化后的有效吸收带宽为2 GHz，RL最小值为-29.2 dB。热重分析表明：由室温升温至800℃，FeCo@TiO₂@Fe₃O₄增重较FeCo减少20%。
