SUZ-4 zeolite was synthesized by a one-step method with silica fume and coal fly ash as main raw materials. The effects of gel ratio, seed amount, crystallization parameter on the synthesis performance of SUZ-4 zeolite (C-SUZ-4) with a high crystallinity of 96 % were investigated. The adsorption of methylene blue (MB) by C-SUZ-4 zeolite is effective due to the electrostatic interaction on the external surface of the zeolite. The adsorption ability of C-SUZ-4 zeolite could be affected slightly by the impurities in the zeolite.

以工业废渣硅灰为主要原料，加入少量粉煤灰以调节体系适合的硅铝比，可尽量减少体系中石英等杂相的残留，从而实现一步法合成分子筛。在无外加药剂原料条件下，通过调整凝胶配比、晶种胶添加量、晶化条件等参数，有效抑制杂相生成，得到较高纯度和高结晶度（96%）的低成本SUZ-4分子筛（C-SUZ-4）。吸附研究发现，C-SUZ-4分子筛对水中亚甲基蓝（MB）具有较好的去除效果，且该吸附主要在分子筛的外表面上通过静电作用。分子筛中少量的杂质，对其吸附性能并无大影响。
