The dispersion and orientation of steel fibers in the matrix have a significant impact on the mechanical properties and durability of steel fiber concrete (SFC). Some factors affecting the dispersion and orientation of fibers in SFC were summarized in terms of mixing proportion, rheology of the mixtures, construction technology and element shape. The results showed that the distribution characteristics of the fibers were affected synergistically by various factors before the mixtures were formed and hardened. Moreover, the distribution of steel fibers was optimized accordingly under different working conditions. There were three types of poor dispersion of steel fibers. Besides, three approaches were used to improve the orientation of steel fibers based on the construction technologies and the element shapes. In addition, some problems in steel fiber distribution characteristics and possible future research direction were also discussed.

钢纤维在基体中的分散和取向对钢纤维混凝土力学性能和耐久性能都有显著影响。从钢纤维混凝土组分、拌合物流变性与施工工艺、构件形状4个方面分别阐述了影响钢纤维混凝土中纤维分散和取向的因素。分析表明：在材料成型硬化之前，纤维分布特性是各因素综合作用的结果，在不同的工况下，各因素显著程度不同，因此改善纤维分布需要根据实际工况进行调节；依据影响因素可将纤维分散性不良的情况分为3种；针对不同的施工工艺，总结了改善纤维取向效果的3种方式，并结合构件形状提出了改善纤维分布的方法；最后指出了当前钢纤维混凝土中纤维分布特性研究存在的问题和研究方向。
