A ceramic slurry with a solid content of 57% (in volume fraction) was firstly prepared with α-Al₂O₃ of 92% (mass fraction) and silica fume of 8% as main raw materials, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate of 2.5% as a binder and sodium hexametaphosphate of 0.2% as a dispersant in the presence of Y₂O₃, and then the formed specimen was sintered at 1 600 ℃ for 3 h. The results show that the addition of Y₂O₃ has little effect on the printing properties of ceramic slurry. At high temperatures, Y₂O₃ reacts with Al₂O₃ to form YAG, and promotes the reaction of Al₂O₃ with SiO₂ in the specimen, thus increasing the specimen strength. A rate of the properties change after sintering decreases, and even the slag resistance decreases when the amount of Y₂O₃ addition exceeds 1.2%. The cold compressive strength is 230.2 MPa at the optimal amount of Y₂O₃ addition of 1.2%. For slag resistance, in addition to the densification of the high melting point YAG phase and the solid phase, a dense protective layer is formed on the inner wall of the crucible, thus enhancing the resistance to the penetration of glass melt. It is indicated that the addition of Y₂O₃ is beneficial to printing the specimens with a high strength and a good slag resistance.

以α-Al₂O₃[92%（质量分数）]和硅灰（8%）为原料，外加磷酸二氢铝结合剂（2.5%），六偏磷酸钠分散剂（0.2%），制备出固含量57%（体积分数）的浆料，成形后经1 600 ℃保温3 h烧结。结果表明：Y₂O₃的加入，对陶瓷浆料的打印性能影响较小，在高温下，Y₂O₃与Al₂O₃反应生成YAG，并促进样品中Al₂O₃与SiO₂的反应，提高样品强度。当加入量超过1.2%后，烧后性能变化速率减缓，甚至抗渣性有降低的趋势，因此，Y₂O₃最佳加入量为1.2%，此时，抗压强度230.2 MPa，抗渣方面，除形成高熔点YAG相和固相密实化外，还在坩埚内璧形成致密防护层，抗玻璃熔体渗透增强。证实了加入Y₂O₃粉对打印高强度和抗渣性良好的样品有利。
