Yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) supports with directional straight open pores were prepared by an alginate self-organization method. Ni nano-particles were impregnated into the porous supports to obtain the anodes for solid oxide fuel cells. The results show that the pore size of YSZ supports decreases with the increase of solid content and CaCl₂ solution concentration. The open circuit voltage of Ni-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-SDC cell is above 1 V at 650 ℃ and the maximum power density at 800 ℃ is 225 mW/cm² by using hydrogen as fuel and air as oxidant. It is expected that the output performance of the cell could be further improved by adjusting the porosity of the anodes and the thickness of electrolyte, and the application of the ceramics with straight open pores straight ceramics in solid oxide fuel cell could be realized.

采用海藻酸钠自组装法制备了具有定向直通孔道的氧化钇稳定氧化锆（YSZ）支撑体，向多孔支撑体内部浸渍Ni纳米粒子得到固体氧化物燃料电池的阳极。结果表明：YSZ支撑体的孔径随固相含量的增大而减小，同时也随着CaCl₂溶液浓度的增大而减小。使用氢气为燃料、空气为氧化剂，Ni-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-SDC电池在650 ℃的开路电压在1 V以上，800 ℃时的最大功率密度为225 mW/cm²。通过调节阳极的孔隙率及电解质厚度有望大幅度提高电池的输出性能，实现直通孔陶瓷在固体氧化物燃料电池上的应用。
