Aiming at the difficult problem that the existing ballistic telemetry antenna turntable system is required to configure telemetry antennas with different received powers according to the target types, the lightweight medium-sized ballistic telemetry antenna which is easy to maintain is proposed. Elevation-azimuth type is selected for the turntable system. A mechanism for pitch axis is designed to disassemble the drive shaft from the transmission lugs without disassembling the antenna array, which adopts the shaft-locking to ensure the transmission accuracy and improve the disassembly and maintenance efficiency of the transmission system. In addition, an azimuth transmission mechanism with an adjustable center is designed for the azimuth axis. This mechanism not only improves the antenna pointing accuracy by reducing the gear gap but also realizes in-site adjustment, which greatly reduces the disassembly and maintenance difficulty at site. The telemetry antenna with pitch axis accuracy of 0.4° and azimuth axis accuracy of 0.03° meets the preset accuracy requirement and has been delivered for use, which shows excellent antenna telemetry tracking performance and provides a reference for the structure design of the other ballistic telemetry antenna.

文中针对现有弹道遥测天线转台系统需根据目标种类配置不同接收功率的遥测天线来完成遥测的难题,提出一种易于维护的轻量型中型弹道遥测天线转台设计方案。该转台系统选择俯仰-方位型基座形式。为俯仰轴系设计了一种无需拆卸天线阵面而是从传动支耳处整体拆卸传动轴系的机构。该机构采用抱轴设计,在保证传动精度的同时提高了传动系的拆卸和维护效率。此外,为方位轴系设计了一种可快拆的调心方位传动机构。该机构在减少齿隙提高天线定位精度的同时解决了在位调整问题,大大减少了系统在外场环境下的拆卸和维护难度。该遥测天线已交付使用,经实测,天线转台俯仰轴系的精度为0.4°,方位轴系的精度为0.03°,达到预设精度要求与设计效果,天线遥测跟踪效果良好。该设计方案可供后续弹道遥测天线总体结构设计参考。

文中针对现有弹道遥测天线转台系统需根据目标种类配置不同接收功率的遥测天线来完成遥测的难题,提出一种易于维护的轻量型中型弹道遥测天线转台设计方案。该转台系统选择俯仰-方位型基座形式。为俯仰轴系设计了一种无需拆卸天线阵面而是从传动支耳处整体拆卸传动轴系的机构。该机构采用抱轴设计,在保证传动精度的同时提高了传动系的拆卸和维护效率。此外,为方位轴系设计了一种可快拆的调心方位传动机构。该机构在减少齿隙提高天线定位精度的同时解决了在位调整问题,大大减少了系统在外场环境下的拆卸和维护难度。该遥测天线已交付使用,经实测,天线转台俯仰轴系的精度为0.4°,方位轴系的精度为0.03°,达到预设精度要求与设计效果,天线遥测跟踪效果良好。该设计方案可供后续弹道遥测天线总体结构设计参考。

Aiming at the difficult problem that the existing ballistic telemetry antenna turntable system is required to configure telemetry antennas with different received powers according to the target types, the lightweight medium-sized ballistic telemetry antenna which is easy to maintain is proposed. Elevation-azimuth type is selected for the turntable system. A mechanism for pitch axis is designed to disassemble the drive shaft from the transmission lugs without disassembling the antenna array, which adopts the shaft-locking to ensure the transmission accuracy and improve the disassembly and maintenance efficiency of the transmission system. In addition, an azimuth transmission mechanism with an adjustable center is designed for the azimuth axis. This mechanism not only improves the antenna pointing accuracy by reducing the gear gap but also realizes in-site adjustment, which greatly reduces the disassembly and maintenance difficulty at site. The telemetry antenna with pitch axis accuracy of 0.4° and azimuth axis accuracy of 0.03° meets the preset accuracy requirement and has been delivered for use, which shows excellent antenna telemetry tracking performance and provides a reference for the structure design of the other ballistic telemetry antenna.

近年来,随着航天装备的快速发展,需要大量的外场遥测数据作为研究依据[1]。为了便于监测飞行器的性能和状态,需要在飞行路径下方装备多台遥测天线。现有遥测天线存在探测区间有限、质量较大、转台机构不便于在位调整等问题。
弹道遥测天线通常具有天线波束窄、T/R组件功率高的特点,必须通过两轴传动机构才能覆盖整个跟踪空域[2]。两轴天线基座按照结构类型主要分为俯仰-方位型、X-Y型和极轴型。俯仰-方位型基座中方位轴与地面垂直,位于方位轴上方的俯仰轴与方位轴垂直。与其他类型的基座相比,俯仰-方位型基座具有结构紧凑、承载能力大、传动系调整测量方便等特点,较适合矩形平板遥测天线的基座设计。俯仰-方位型基座在国内外应用较多,如ORBIT/FR公司[3]设计的方位-俯仰-方位型三轴天线跟踪转台,其方位与俯仰轴系的最大回差为±0.05°,但它不具备调整方位回差的功能,维护方位传动系时需要将方位与俯仰壳体分离开来,增加了一定的维护难度。文献[4]设计了一种Ka波段通信天线转台。该转台为俯仰-方位型转台,采用双电机消隙和电机抱轴直驱形式来提高天线的测量精度,但因采用 2 个电机驱动,系统质量较大,结构较庞大,其方位与俯仰定位精度皆为±0.02°,且在 6 级风条件下能正常工作。文献[5]设计了一种艇载三轴雷达转台,其方位传动机构采用由交叉滚子轴承和直齿小齿轮组成的传动系,虽结构紧凑,但维护轴系时需要将基座与台面分离开来,不便于转台维护。文献[6]设计了一种带升降机构的二轴转台。该转台采用四点接触轴承连接方位与俯仰壳体,方位传动组件和波导组件安装在俯仰壳体内,这样的排布虽然结构紧凑,但维护时仍需使俯仰部分从方位上脱离开来,存在一定的难度。
虽然上述文献在转台精度和结构紧凑性上做了很多工作,但在实际使用中发现,传统二轴转台在维护传动结构时需要将俯仰与方位壳体完全分离,造成维护效率低下甚至需要二次装配,导致转台的遥测精度下降。针对以上问题,本文以中型弹道遥测系统技术指标为设计依据,研制了一种俯仰-方位型二轴弹道遥测天线结构。该二轴遥测天线具有结构紧凑、指向和定位精度高、质量轻、便于快拆和维护等特点,在满足精度的前提下极大地提升了设备的维护性能。
中型弹道遥测天线总体结构分为平板天线和天线座。平板天线为64个微带两频段共孔径平板天线阵,天线阵面端部带有焦距为35 mm的摄像头,用于远程视频观测。天线座为俯仰-方位型二轴转台,其结构设计直接影响遥测天线的指向精度和跟踪精度[7]。因此要求二轴转台的传动结构具有一定的刚度和较小的回差间隙,以提高测角精度,同时保证天线阵面受6级风载荷作用时,方位与俯仰轴系都能稳定工作。
中型弹道遥测天线的技术指标和应用环境,要求遥测天线二轴转台具有较高的指向精度和跟踪精度。中型弹道遥测天线结构的外形尺寸不大于800 mm× 800 mm×600 mm,整体质量小于80 kg,传动结构便于拆卸,其主要技术指标如下:
1) 方位轴为0°~360°,无限制;俯仰轴为-3°~+90°,其中90°为天线收藏位;电气上限位为+91.5°~+92.5°,下限位为-4.5°~-5.5°。
2) 天线运动角速度不小于30 (°)/s(双轴),最大角加速度不小于60 (°)/s(双轴),天线定位精度不大于0.1°,指向精度不大于1.5°。
3) 在6级风条件下保证精度,在8级风条件下不被破坏。
对上述天线的定位和指向精度指标进行分解,天线转台需要达到的指标要求为:俯仰轴系精度主要由带 100%天线阵面负载的减速器回程间隙来保证,它需要在 0.4°以内才能保证天线的指向精度。方位轴系的精度主要由二级减速齿轮的齿隙来保证,通过调整调心盘来调整齿轮的齿隙,使之在 0.03°以内,以保证天线的定位精度。天线需要在室外全天候工作,因此要求传动结构便于拆卸和维修,能抗 8 级风载荷。遥测天线的外形结构如图1所示。
遥测平板天线与俯仰壳体相连接,连接方式为左右双支耳支撑形式。右支耳为驱动支耳,左支耳为内部掏空的穿线支耳,供天线线束过线。俯仰壳体与方位壳体通过四点接触式外齿轴承相连接。在方位壳体的四个支角处安装调平支腿,完成天线基座的调平与固定。
从遥测天线的结构布局可知,平板天线的负载主要由俯仰轴系来承担,因此需要加强俯仰轴系的结构刚度来保证天线的指向精度。如图2所示,俯仰轴系的传动系统由伺服抱闸电机、行星齿轮减速器、传动轴和驱动支耳组成。在天线转动过程中,需要反馈天线的位置信息和速度信息给控制器以实现精确的位置和转速控制。这些信息由绝对值编码器提供,为了保证编码器读数准确,采取抱轴形式将编码器安装在穿线轴端。
俯仰轴系所受主要载荷为天线重力载荷、惯性载荷、摩擦载荷和风载荷,其中风载荷与重力载荷占比最大。对于俯仰轴系,最大重力矩出现在天线收藏位(90°),此时风载荷最小。最大风载荷出现在受风面积最大、天线俯仰转动到0°时,此时重力矩最小。对于俯仰工作区间0°~90°内风力矩与重力矩的耦合关系,将在第4节进行详细分析。
图3所示,方位轴系的传动系统分为两级传动,由伺服抱闸电机、直角行星齿轮减速器、方位小齿轮和四点接触式外齿轴承组成。考虑天线的指向精度,一般会采取方位抱轴形式来保证传动精度[7],但遥测天线基座需要安装汇流环,故传动系采用齿轮传动形式。齿轮传动存在齿隙,齿隙会直接影响指向精度。为解决这一问题,设计了专用齿轮调心盘来减小齿隙的影响。在方位旋转过程中,为了获得精确的天线位置和速度信息,将绝对值编码器抱轴安装。汇流环也采用抱轴形式安装在方位壳体中,其结构为定子和转子甩线形式。转子部分通过拨叉与俯仰壳体连接,定子部分通过汇流环定子安装架固定在方位壳体上。汇流环的配置如下:电源环 20 路,信号环 30 路,射频环 4 路,千兆网 1 路和备用线 5 路。
根据拆卸维护性要求,俯仰传动轴系应便于减速器和电机的拆卸。如图4所示,根据俯仰轴系的结构布局,拆卸减速器与电机模块时,需要先拆卸天线阵面,再通过拔轴器将传动轴与减速器输出轴脱开。采用这种拆卸方式,天线经重新装配后需要再次进行校核。为了解决该问题,将其优化为图5所示的拆卸方式。改为在传动轴上开顶丝孔,将减速器法兰盘紧固件松脱后,通过螺钉顶推减速器的输出轴来拆卸,其受力固定端为天线和左右支耳,这样就不用拆卸天线阵面了。
图6所示,在传统的方位轴系设计中,减速器固定在方位壳体上且以紧配合方式与二级减速齿轮之间抱轴安装,维护时需要将俯仰壳体与方位壳体分开,该方式增加了外场维护及调整难度。为了避免拆卸汇流环组件、俯仰壳体和方位轴传动调心结构,将其优化为图7所示的拆卸方式。新的拆卸方式是在调心盘结构的基础上通过增加螺纹盘,使得方位壳体上的开口大于二级减速齿轮外径,保证齿轮、减速器和电机可以从方位壳体下方沿拆卸方向整体脱离转台基座且不需要拆卸调心盘,方便方位轴系的在位调整。
中型弹道遥测天线的限位止挡分为电气限位止挡和机械限位止挡。从设计指标可知,电气限位的调整角度范围为 0°~1°,需要有微调设计。如图8所示,电气限位采用非接触式光电开关形式,将开关装置布置在俯仰壳体内部的穿线轴上,上下限位止挡环抱轴安装在穿线轴上,止挡环上安装不同尺寸的止挡调整块并添加 0.2 mm和 0.5 mm厚的垫片来保证 0°~1°的限位微调。
机械限位止挡为天线俯仰转动伺服控制失控后的最后保证。如图9所示,机械限位止挡布置在传动支耳上,方形止挡块与俯仰壳体为一体,圆形止挡块为可更换式,安装在传动支耳上,其外圈套入缓冲橡胶套作为缓冲。机械上下俯仰限位状态如图10所示,机械上限位为 94°,机械下限位为-7°,保证伺服控制失控后天线基座结构不被破坏。
遥测天线处于收藏位(90°)时,需要具备锁止功能,以保证搬运过程中俯仰和方位结构的固定。收藏位锁止功能采用电机抱闸模块和机械锁相结合的方法,为了方便远程控制,机械锁止需要具备反馈机械锁开关信号的功能。俯仰收藏位锁止功能中俯仰电机增加制动器模块,制动器选择的制动力矩按俯仰输出轴承受的最大力矩值来选择。俯仰机械锁设计如图11所示。天线阵面和俯仰壳体需用重型合页和M6 碟形螺母连接、固定和支撑,完成俯仰锁止。支撑折叠板下翻闭合后,表示俯仰机械锁已解锁。接近开关感应到此信息并将它反馈给远程上位机系统,俯仰伺服传动即可解锁俯仰电机抱闸器。
方位机械锁设计如图12所示。机械锁包含锁座、锁销和接近开关。锁定时,锁销落下锁定方位并与俯仰同时通过方位电机制动器实现双重锁定。工作时,拔出锁销后,接近开关感应到锁销被拔出而解除方位锁止,同时方位电机抱闸器解锁。锁销拔出后通过锁链固定在方位壳体上防止丢失。
中型弹道遥测天线的硬件模块布局需要考虑天线电性能损失最小的布局原则,将 16 dB低噪声放大模块布置在天线阵面内的和差器盒体输出端,天线电信号通过导线经过穿线支耳将信号引入俯仰壳体。在俯仰壳体内部依次排列自跟踪组件、35 dB低噪声放大器、腔体滤波器和 1 kHz方波盒。最后通过汇流环将电信号传递给安装在方位壳体内部的单板遥测组合设备。俯仰与方位壳体内部电子模块的布局如图13所示。
风载荷对天线结构的影响主要体现在天线阵面结构设计和天线基座结构设计2个方面。天线阵面结构设计主要考虑风载荷在天线阵面上的风压分布[8]。天线基座结构设计主要考虑风载荷通过天线阵面传递给天线基座俯仰轴系的风力矩影响。根据技术指标要求,天线系统需要在-3°~90°工作区间内,在最大8级风条件下正常运行,所以俯仰轴系需要考虑天线阵面风力矩与重力矩的合力矩影响。从合力矩定理可知,空间交汇合力力矩系的矢量和M (θi)可以表示为:
式中: M1为风力矩; M2为重力矩;θi为各分力的俯仰角。
天线阵面所受风力矩可以表示为:
式中:ρ为空气质量密度(在标准大气压和15 ℃下,ρ = 1.25 kg/m3) ;V为风速;Cm为风力矩系数;A为天线阵面特征面积;Cr为风力系数;Dm为与转轴垂直的天线直径;n为天线转速;R为与转轴垂直的天线半径;q为风压强;θ为俯仰角。
天线俯仰机构所受重力矩可以表示为:
式中:m为天线质量;g为重力系数,取 9.8 N/m2
在俯仰工作区间 0°~90°内,风力矩与重力矩的合力矩矢量关系如图14所示。从图14可以看出,俯仰角度在 47°时力矩最大,为 151 N·m。结合惯性载荷和摩擦载荷,减速器输出端的额定力矩值为155 N·m。为了保证天线的指向精度,在进行减速器选型设计时,回程间隙需要考虑加载力矩的情况,即在减速器输出轴加载 155 N·m力矩的条件下,回程间隙在18′以内。
在风载荷条件下,传动机构需要满足驱动能力、结构刚度和强度[9]。同时,需要避免传动系部件结构刚度和强度的设计冗余,保证天线基座的轻量化设计要求[10-11]。本文通过Anasys Workbench中的Fluid Flow模块,将简化后的遥测天线结构模型导入软件中,建立大小为2.5 m × 3.5 m × 12.0 m (高×宽×长)的风场,设置风向正吹,选择风场模拟型,并在网格处理模块采用四面体网格对风场进行离散,从而得到天线结构的风压分布[12]。参照GJB 74A《军用地面雷达通用规范》,对遥测天线结构进行风载荷参数设置[13-16],如图15所示。湍流模型计算方法设置如图16所示。
对于方位传动系,当风速为 20 m/s时,结构的三维矢量图和风速流线图如图17图18所示。从图17可以看出,天线阵面的 4 个边中,上边面及左右两边面对风具有加速作用,天线基座因八边形的设计减弱了风速影响。从图18 可以看出,天线背面形成的背风涡旋影响很小,所以方位轴系承受的风力矩较小,约为 10.59 N·m。
对于俯仰轴系,当风速为 20 m/s时,结构的三维矢量图和风速流线图如图19图20所示。从图19可以看出,天线阵面的上边面及左右两边面对风有较大的加速作用。从图20可以看出,天线背面有较大的背风涡旋,由风速差引起的俯仰轴系的风力矩约为 90.15 N·m。
当俯仰轴系俯仰角度为0°(即天线竖立)时,风速为20 m/s,风力矩系数为0.75,天线阵面特征面积为0.64 m2,与转轴垂直的天线直径为0.8 m,天线转速为5 r/min,与转轴垂直的天线半径为0.4 m,风阻系数为0.25,风压强为0.27 kN/m2,根据式 (2) 计算得风力矩约为 103 N·m。此时的仿真风力矩约为90.15 N·m。由此可以看出,计算结果只是略大于仿真结果。可以将计算结果与仿真结果结合起来进行俯仰传动轴系的功率匹配,即俯仰角对应0°位时,用仿真数值替换计算值来进行合力矩矢量计算,从而减少设计冗余。
中型弹道遥测天线转台为俯仰-方位型转台。根据设计指标要求,俯仰传动采用抱轴设计,方位传动采用两级减速且第二级减速为可调心设计,达到了天线定位精度不大于0.1°、指向精度不大于1.5°的天线精度指标要求。同时针对结构的在位调整能力进行了优化设计。对天线转台结构设计进行分析,可以得出以下结论:
1) 设计了一种无需拆卸天线阵面而是从传动支耳处整体拆卸传动轴系的机构。该机构在保证传动机构整体刚度的前提下,提高了遥测天线结构的拆卸与维护效率。
2) 设计了一种可快拆的调心方位传动机构。该机构能在在位调整齿隙回差值的前提下更换传动系部件,不需分离方位壳体与俯仰壳体,且可在无需剥离汇流环部件转子线束的条件下拆除传动机构,同样提高了遥测天线结构的拆卸与维护效率。
3) 为了解决传动系载荷的理论计算值偏大带来的设计冗余问题,在力矩计算中将风力矩的仿真结果引入理论计算中,从而减少多余的传动载荷,优化天线基座结构。经实测,转台的俯仰轴系精度达到0.4°,方位轴系精度达到0.03°。
