As an integration product of new intelligent ammunition and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, loitering munitions are reshaping the form of modern warfare. In this paper the current development status of loitering munitions both at home and abroad is reviewed. Typical combat modes and application scenarios for loitering munitions are summarized. Design elements are discussed from multiple aspects including classification of loitering munitions, structural composition, main development content and core elements. Development directions are pointed out for key technological bottlenecks such as platform design, precision strike, integrated launch, anti-jamming communication, swarm coordination, etc. This study provides a reference for future development and application of loitering munitions.

As an integration product of new intelligent ammunition and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, loitering munitions are reshaping the form of modern warfare. In this paper the current development status of loitering munitions both at home and abroad is reviewed. Typical combat modes and application scenarios for loitering munitions are summarized. Design elements are discussed from multiple aspects including classification of loitering munitions, structural composition, main development content and core elements. Development directions are pointed out for key technological bottlenecks such as platform design, precision strike, integrated launch, anti-jamming communication, swarm coordination, etc. This study provides a reference for future development and application of loitering munitions.

巡飞弹作为一种兼具侦察与导弹打击能力的新型武器,具有“传感器-射手-弹药”三位一体特征[1],能精确打击敌方目标,破坏敌方作战体系关键点,成为现代战场上的重要力量。巡飞弹通过预设程序或人在回路的控制方式,在任务空域内执行数十分钟至数小时的待机巡航,最终自主选择攻击时机[2-3],其独特的结构设计是遂行战场侦察、火力引导、中继通信、察打一体、毁伤评估等多样化任务的基础。深入研究巡飞弹的国内外现状、典型作战场景、技术瓶颈、设计要素和未来关键技术发展趋势对理解其作战优势和未来发展方向具有重要意义。
经过数十年的发展,巡飞弹家族已枝繁叶茂,典型巡飞弹有以色列的“黛利拉”和“陨石”,美国的“弹簧刀”和“快看”,俄罗斯的R-90、“柳叶刀”和KUB-BLA,英国的“火影”,伊朗的“见证者-136”,印度的“阿楚克”,等等。中国的“CH-901”和“FH-901”性能也非常出色,其中“CH-901”的续航时间长达2 h,而“FH-901”的战斗部质量达3.5 kg。它们不仅已列装陆军部队,还成功出口至多个国家。
从全球范围来看,巡飞弹主要涵盖3大类型:单兵便携式、车载/舰载/机载发射型和蜂群化系统[4-7]。单兵便携式巡飞弹以其便携性和隐蔽性著称,成为特种部队和前线士兵的理想选择,其典型代表为美国的“弹簧刀-300”和中国的“蓝鹭-30”。它们采用筒式发射方式,配备折叠弹翼,其质量控制在1.36~5.00 kg,续航时间可达15~30 min,尽管战斗部质量较小(仅0.32~0.50 kg),但足以对轻型目标构成有效威胁,是执行侦察和精确打击任务的利器。车载、舰载或机载发射型巡飞弹则侧重于中远程打击能力,俄罗斯的“柳叶刀-3M”和以色列的“英雄-400EC”便是其中的佼佼者。这类巡飞弹通常采用滑轨或弹射方式发射,战斗部质量增加至3~5 kg,航程更是拓展至40~70 km,使其能够应对更加复杂的目标环境,具备了中程打击的硬实力。蜂群化系统的出现标志着巡飞弹技术的又一重大突破。中国的CM系列和飞刀系列巡飞弹支持集群发射模式,一次可同时释放数十枚巡飞弹。通过集群协同算法,实现高度智能化的饱和攻击,极大地提升了战场上的火力密度和突防能力。
巡飞弹按照构型分为折叠固定翼和旋翼巡飞弹,主流产品为折叠固定翼巡飞弹。折叠固定翼巡飞弹采用单筒拄地、储-运-发一体化结构,具有微光、微声、无烟发射功能,其外观如图1所示。
折叠固定翼巡飞弹由飞行平台、引信战斗部、储-运-发一体发射模块、操控终端、操控软件和携行具组成。飞行平台由机体结构,制导、导航、通信、控制(Guidance, Navigation, Communication and Control, GNCC)系统及动力系统组成。GNCC系统包括图像制导模组、北斗定位导航模组、通信数据链、飞行控制器、外围传感器和舵机伺服机构;动力系统包括电子调速计、电机、电池和电源管理模块。引信战斗部包括引信和战斗部。储-运-发一体发射模块由发射筒(筒盖+底座部件)、发射组件、活塞、支杆部件和发射架组成。操控终端由手持终端和通信数据链两大部分组成。手持终端主要包括工控主板、遥控器和电源。操控软件是完成人机交互的巡飞弹控制软件,可以获取打击目标和位置信息指令,具有航迹规划、飞行监控、参数设置、自动跟踪天线和训练打击的功能。
典型巡飞弹的性能参数对比见表1,巡飞弹的不同发射形式如图2所示。
巡飞弹的发展可以分为3代:第1代以20世纪80年代以色列的Harpy和美国的Aquila为代表,它采用机械陀螺惯性导航(圆概率误差大于50 m)、单一反辐射导引头和模拟信号传输技术,其作战半径为50~500 km,但无实时侦察能力,且目标不可重选;第2代自2000年到2015年,以美国的Switchblade和以色列的Harop为代表,采用微惯性导航系统+全球定位系统(Global Positioning System, GPS)(圆概率误差小于5 m)、人在回路控制(延迟不足1.5 s)、数字数据链等技术,实现了实施侦察、打击目标重选功能,其作战半径为10~150 km,但仍然存在依赖通信链路、抗干扰能力弱等问题;自2015年以来,第3代巡飞弹以俄罗斯的 KUB-BLA和土耳其的 Kargu为代表,采用嵌入式人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)芯片(算力大于4×1012次/s)、多模融合识别(红外+雷达+光电)和蜂群协同作战技术,其作战半径为30~300 km,其“侦察-评估-打击-毁伤评估”闭环时间压缩至3 min以内,与传统体系(闭环时间超过45 min)相比,其作战效率得到大幅提升,尤其是在探测精度、决策时间、成本控制等关键指标上实现显著突破。在探测精度方面,第 3 代巡飞弹从早期的 10 m提升至 0.3 m,先进传感器和多模态探测技术的融合使其能在复杂战场环境中快速、精准地识别目标。决策时间也从分钟级缩短至毫秒级,借助人工智能和自主决策技术,巡飞弹能在瞬间完成目标识别、威胁评估和攻击决策,极大地提高了作战效能和战场适应性。在成本方面,第 3 代巡飞弹从每发 1 000 000 $降至 30 000 $,通过模块化设计、标准化生产及新型材料的应用,实现了大规模部队列装,增强了其在现代战场上的应用价值。此外,第 3 代巡飞弹还具备轻型化、模块化、隐身性等特点,具备单兵操作和集群使用能力,可根据任务需求快速更换战斗部,并通过隐身设计提高战场生存能力[8-10]。不过,第 3 代巡飞弹还存在能源密度瓶颈问题。
巡飞弹得益于网络化和智能化技术的引入,实现了技术升级和多样化作战模式,显著提升了作战效能和战场适应性,能够在反辐射作战、城市巷战、海上蜂群作战等多种复杂战场环境中发挥重要作用,使得杀伤链从固定向动态、单一向多源转变,增强了其实战性和鲁棒性。
在反辐射作战场景中,巡飞弹能够有效压制频段覆盖2~18 GHz的S-400雷达系统。凭借其高精度探测和快速决策能力,巡飞弹可对敌方雷达系统进行精准打击,从而降低敌方的防空能力。在城市作战环境中,巡飞弹配备的穿墙雷达可对建筑物内的目标进行精确定位,其分辨率达到0.3 m。这一能力极大地提高了单兵作战的灵活性和精确性,能够有效识别和打击隐藏在建筑物内的目标。在海上作战场景中,巡飞弹可采用集群发射方式,通过车载、舰载或机载平台发射,对航母战斗群进行饱和攻击。其成本仅为传统反舰导弹的1/20,显著降低了作战成本。同时因其集群作战和自主协同能力,作战效能也得到提高。
巡飞弹技术的迅猛发展为现代军事带来了前所未有的变革,然而,其背后的技术瓶颈同样不容忽视[11-14]
(1)动力系统的限制
电动方案受到能源密度的限制,虽然巡飞弹的续航时间长,但其速度普遍小于200 km/h,难以满足高速机动的需求。若采用涡轮喷气发动机,虽然巡飞弹能够实现高速飞行,但其质量大,油耗高,维护困难。这两者之间的取舍成了一大难题。
(2)抗干扰与生存能力弱
随着作战环境的恶化及敌方反无人装备技术的发展,高度依赖卫星导航的巡飞弹极易受到敌方电子战的压制。实例已多次证明,GPS信号受到干扰可直接使巡飞弹失去控制,进而导致任务失败。此外,巡飞弹通常采用低空飞行策略以规避雷达探测,但这也使其暴露在传统防空系统(如俄罗斯的“铠甲-S1”防空系统)的射程之内,对其构成了严重威胁。
(3)模块化与标准化缺失
模块化与标准化的缺失进一步限制了巡飞弹的灵活性和互操作性。各国巡飞弹产品在接口和通信协议上存在显著差异,这不仅阻碍了不同平台间的协同作战,还大大降低了战场响应速度。例如,乌克兰的ST-35需要长达15 min的组装时间,严重降低了发射效率。同时,战斗部的适配性问题也日益凸显,使得巡飞弹难以根据任务需求快速更换弹药。
(4)智能化水平不足
尽管人工智能算法已在目标识别方面取得了显著进展,但在复杂环境下的自主决策能力仍然有限,在大多数情况下仍需操作员介入,这种“人在回路”的模式限制了巡飞弹的大规模集群应用,无法充分发挥其数量优势。因此,提升巡飞弹的智能化水平,提高无人编队自主协同能力,实现真正的自主飞行和智能决策,是未来巡飞弹技术发展的重要方向之一。
(5)成本问题
面向大批量、可消耗的要求,需要进一步降低巡飞弹的成本,以进行饱和攻击。
巡飞弹的主要研制工作细分为4 大类24 项(图3),包括平台设计、载荷设计、发射携行设计和操控终端设计。平台设计涉及总体设计、气动设计、结构设计、电气设计、飞控设计、导航设计、动力能源设计等内容。载荷设计包括光电导引设计、数据链设计和战斗部设计。发射携行设计包括发射筒设计、发射组件设计、发射架设计和携行具设计。操控终端设计包括手持终端设计、数据链设计、天线设计和操控软件开发。
平台设计指标包括18个核心要素:巡飞弹总长、巡飞弹折叠后直径、前翼翼展长、前翼翼弦长、后翼翼展长、后翼翼弦长、参考面积、主要速度域、升阻比、巡航功率、失速速度、起飞质量、电池组总容量、电池组质量比能量、留空时间、发射筒、筒射方式及电机持续功率。
巡飞弹的自主控制、材料与结构轻量化、储-运-发一体化发射和模块化战斗部设计,是当前巡飞弹设计与制造的关键技术。
传统无人机的操作复杂,需要操作人员具备巡飞弹姿态控制、路径规划、回传图像信息处理的能力,对人员的操控技术要求较高。除发挥传统无人机功能外,巡飞弹需要执行的任务类型更加复杂,操作人员需同时完成目标搜索、识别、锁定攻击等任务,而传统飞控系统和人机交互模式完全无法满足使用需求。为解决以上问题,需要提升巡飞弹的智能化控制水平,从根本上解放操作人员的双手,降低操控复杂度,使操作人员将主要时间和注意力集中在目标搜索和识别上。控制系统需具备一定的自主任务执行能力,同时,作战人员介入任务执行过程应简便、安全、可靠。
巡飞弹的载重和续航能力是一对矛盾的指标,对巡飞弹的材料、气动设计和结构设计提出了苛刻要求,在满足发射过载冲击条件的同时,需要满足空气动力学特性全机升阻比大于9。
采用气动-结构一体化设计技术,在机翼厚度约束下,综合机翼升阻比、失速特性和机身阻力特性,进行机翼、翼身组合体优化设计。同时,优化机翼成型工艺,通过优化材料、成型结构、厚度和内部加强筋的几何形式,减小巡飞弹机翼翼尖挠度和机翼气动扭转。
动力系统是巡飞弹设计考虑的重点要素。研发固态氢高能量密度推进剂有望显著提升武器系统的速度与续航能力。同时,混合动力技术(即电动方案与微型涡轮喷气发动机相结合)也逐步应用在新型巡飞弹设计中,旨在实现速度与续航力之间的平衡。
巡飞弹的机翼形式限制了升力面面积和布置形式,势必造成较大的全机翼载荷,转而对飞行速度和动力推进系统提出了更高的要求。同时,巡飞弹采用弹射方式起飞,较高的发射速度导致较高的发射过载,高过载给全机结构质量和任务载荷的抗过载性能造成了很大影响。为增加巡飞弹的有效载荷装载量,同时不恶化起降性能和总体性能,对全机的气动布局进行合理选型和优化设计显得尤为重要[15-18]
为了适应多样化的作战环境,多平台适配性也成为巡飞弹发展的重点。例如:潜射、空投、车载、舰载等多模式发射系统存在与其他武器发射器具适配的问题。巡飞弹的物理尺寸较小,但载荷质量较大,在达到正常起飞速度的过程中会产生较高的发射过载,而发射过载太高会对巡飞弹的强度产生不利影响。同时,巡飞弹需要在有限的加速距离内完成起飞。因此,在保证筒装巡飞弹总质量和发射初始速度的前提下,发射系统的轻量化设计以及降低发射过载和物理特性的发射技术是单兵巡飞弹储-运-发一体化发射设计的关键。
(1)发射系统轻量化设计
铝合金、玻璃钢、镁稀土、碳纤维等材料都可以作为发射筒的材质,但综合发射系统受到总质量、发射筒强度、发射筒刚性、发射筒成本、仿真试验情况、大量发射试验情况等诸多因素制约,因此,使用碳纤维作为发射筒的材质是目前较优的选择。在发射系统总质量的限制下,可以通过在发射筒外壁增加碳纤维加强筋,来解决发射筒因刚性不足在发射过程中出现变形漏气的问题。
(2)低过载发射
为保证巡飞弹发射的初始速度满足起飞要求并同时降低发射过载,除了采用火箭助推发射方式外,还可以选择高低压室燃气发射方式,并通过高低压室结构设计、发射药类型设计、发射药量精确控制、发射试验等手段,来平滑发射过载曲线,降低发射过载峰值。
(3)低物理特征发射
低物理特征的要求包括微光、微声和无烟。可通过优化活塞结构、调整活塞定心部尺寸、调整活塞与发射筒内壁的间隙、增加活塞束缚结构等手段,达到发射过程微光、微声、无烟等指标要求。
为了适应多样化、多变的作战环境,数字化、标准化接口支持的模块化战斗部设计已成为提升巡飞弹任务灵活性的关键[19-21]。通过快速更换不同类型的战斗部(如高爆弹头、电磁脉冲装置或侦察设备),使巡飞弹能够在攻击模式与侦察模式之间进行快速切换。
对巡飞弹的精确打击控制、抗干扰通信和蜂群协同控制方面的研究与应用必将为巡飞弹技术的发展注入新的活力,推动其在多个领域的广泛应用。
巡飞弹的使用环境比常规无人机恶劣,其飞行高度低,地形复杂,飞行环境易受电磁等的干扰,影响传感器等系统的正常工作,执行任务时正常飞行所需的条件难以满足。为此,需要提高控制系统的鲁棒性和复杂环境适应性,使之在某些飞行条件缺失(如传感器数据缺失、失效,数据链系统被干扰)的情况下,能够自主进行飞行数据失效诊断、辨识,通过切换控制模式,保证巡飞弹仍能安全升空和具备一定的任务执行能力。不同于传统侦察类无人机,巡飞弹的任务包线内还包括目标毁伤任务。巡飞弹的打击精度与目标毁伤效果密切相关。末段制导打击精度是单兵巡飞弹武器系统最关键的指标之一,末段制导打击控制率设计与打击精度密切相关。由末段制导导引系统向导航控制系统发送经图像识别锁定的目标视线角和视线角速率,完成目标打击毁伤任务。末段制导可以采用比例导引制导方式,比例导引具有末端弹道平直、过载小、鲁棒性好、导引精度高、工程实现简单的优点。同时,可以通过建模和仿真技术,在设计阶段验证打击制导精度,但最终的打击精度还需在外场实际环境下经多发飞行打击测试来验证[22-25]
在复杂的作战环境中,确保通信链路的安全与稳定至关重要。因此,开发量子通信、激光数据链等新型通信技术,可以有效减少对卫星导航系统的依赖,增强巡飞弹在对抗环境下的生存能力和信息传输的保密性,并将极大地提升其自主性和战场适应性[26-35]
巡飞弹的理想模式是自主完成目标搜索、敌我目标实时分类、多目标攻击等任务。因此,降低对地面控制中心的依赖,研究去中心化网络架构下的蜂群协同控制技术就显得尤为重要。采用集成边缘计算与深度学习算法和半实物半仿真的验证方法,通过群体智能动态任务分配,可实现目标优先级的智能排序和抗干扰路径规划,增强系统的灵活性和鲁棒性[19-21, 36-38]
巡飞弹作为“低成本战争”的核心装备,其技术发展正从单一打击工具向智能化、网络化作战体系演进。未来需在结构、动力、智能、抗干扰等多个关键技术领域取得突破,同时平衡成本与性能,以实现从战术武器到战略威慑工具的跨越。
