The power supply load of a high voltage direct current (HVDC) power supply system is prone to be affected by signal interruption, which will result in the unstable operation of power supply system. To effectively improve the management efficiency of power supply system, an optimization method for the management efficiency of HVDC power supply system based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The optimization of management efficiency is transformed into the problem of load distribution, and a load distribution control strategy of efficiency optimization is adopted to reasonably distribute the load current in the HVDC power supply system. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the management efficiency of the HVDC power supply system, so as to optimize its management efficiency. Experimental results show that the system management efficiency can be adjusted through the independent operation of dual power supplies, thereby improving the efficiency of power supply system. In addition, the running time of this method was maintained at 90-120 s, the optimization time was short, and the efficiency was high.

高压直流供电系统供电负荷易受到信号中断的影响而造成供电系统无法稳定运行,为了有效提高供电系统管理效率,提出1种基于遗传算法的高压直流供电系统管理效率优化方法。将管理效率优化转化为负荷分配问题,采用效率优化的负荷分配控制策略合理地分配高压直流供电系统中的负载电流;采用遗传算法对高压直流供电系统管理效率进行优化处理,实现高压直流供电系统管理效率最优化。实验结果表明:可以通过双电源独立运行来调节系统管理效率,从而达到提高供电系统效率的目的;所提方法运行时间可保持在90~120 s,优化时间短、效率高。

高压直流供电系统供电负荷易受到信号中断的影响而造成供电系统无法稳定运行,为了有效提高供电系统管理效率,提出1种基于遗传算法的高压直流供电系统管理效率优化方法。将管理效率优化转化为负荷分配问题,采用效率优化的负荷分配控制策略合理地分配高压直流供电系统中的负载电流;采用遗传算法对高压直流供电系统管理效率进行优化处理,实现高压直流供电系统管理效率最优化。实验结果表明:可以通过双电源独立运行来调节系统管理效率,从而达到提高供电系统效率的目的;所提方法运行时间可保持在90~120 s,优化时间短、效率高。

The power supply load of a high voltage direct current (HVDC) power supply system is prone to be affected by signal interruption, which will result in the unstable operation of power supply system. To effectively improve the management efficiency of power supply system, an optimization method for the management efficiency of HVDC power supply system based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The optimization of management efficiency is transformed into the problem of load distribution, and a load distribution control strategy of efficiency optimization is adopted to reasonably distribute the load current in the HVDC power supply system. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the management efficiency of the HVDC power supply system, so as to optimize its management efficiency. Experimental results show that the system management efficiency can be adjusted through the independent operation of dual power supplies, thereby improving the efficiency of power supply system. In addition, the running time of this method was maintained at 90-120 s, the optimization time was short, and the efficiency was high.

高压直流供电系统是整个城市轨道交通电力系统的动力来源,也是安全运行的基础保障,其由交流配电单元、整流模块、蓄电池、直流配电单元、电池管理单元、绝缘检测单元及监控模块组成。系统在稳压工作的基础上,能与蓄电池并联以浮充工作方式向数据中心供电。高压直流供电系统可有效避免输电材料浪费的现象,减少损耗;使用高压直流供电系统进行数据中心供电时,可不受输电距离限制,稳定性较好,不易出现短路现象,一般采用双极线路提高其运行的可靠性。但是,高压直流电源属于一级供电负荷,如果交通中断,将扰乱交通运输计划和车辆运行,对社会产生重大影响[1-2]。为了提高高压直流供电系统的管理效率,可以通过优化供电方案和继电保护配置来适应供电系统的新要求。开发新的保护算法可以保证继电保护装置的可靠性和灵敏度,还可以进行牵引故障分析、快速维护和故障排除[3-5]
近年来,关于高压直流供电系统优化的相关研究较多,如黄梦华等[6]研究的高压直流定无功功率交流故障恢复方法,分析了受端交流系统故障时直流系统固有的无功功率动态特性,探讨了交流系统与换流站在不同交流电压水平下的无功功率交换能力;杨博等[7]针对柔性高压直流输电系统的交互式教-学优化算法,在原始教-学优化算法中引入多个班级来扩大搜索范围,通过深度交互学习实现精确搜索,交互式教-学优化算法能够合理衡量搜索范围和搜索精度。但上述方法的管理效率优势不显著,稳定性较差。为此,本文有效结合效率优化分配控制策略和遗传算法,共同实现高压直流供电系统管理效率优化,其创新之处在于采用效率优化分配控制策略,通过双电源独立运行来调节系统整体效率,旨在提高供电系统整体管理效率,并以高压直流供电系统在管理效率最优时的负荷分配情况为调节系数,为提升高压直流供电系统供电能力提供依据。
高压直流供电系统是一种模块化设计的直流供电系统,蓄电池可以作为备用电源进行供电。在高压直流供电系统中,交流电源经过1次整流变换后到达负载侧的直流变换器,其供电方式结构简单,供电效率和可靠性均较高。几十年的实际应用证明,模块化设计的直流供电系统是安全、可靠、简单的供电系统。同时,供电系统还具有易于扩展和维护的特点,但其存在1个限制条件,即直流供电系统是模块化的,因此需要将负载电流合理地分配给高压直流供电系统的供电模块,故提出效率优化分配的控制策略,以达到系统整体管理效率最优的目的。
首先,需对高压直流电源负荷进行分配,结合效率优化的高压直流电源负荷分配原理,进行效率优化分配的控制策略设计,效率优化的高压直流电源负荷分配原理如图1所示。
基于图1的高压直流电源负荷分配原理,如果高压直流供电系统中有n个直流电源模块并联,那么供电系统管理效率最高时给定电流分别为I1refI2ref$\cdots $Inref,供电系统管理效率最高时给定电压为Vref,最优接入电流为iL,负荷分配控制器接收到电流的差值为$\Delta I,$ 负荷分配控制器接收到电压的差值为$\Delta U,$ 此时负荷分配控制器为均流控制器,其中外环给定信号可以用特定的负荷分配算法获取[8-9]
n个电源模块并联构成高压直流供电系统,系统的整体管理效率η可表示为

式中:Pout为系统的输出总功率;Pin为系统的输入总功率;Poutn为第n个电源模块的输出功率;Pinn为第n个电源模块的输入功率;η1η2为第1个、第2个电源模块的管理效率;ηn为第n个电源模块的管理效率。输出电流的函数与直流电源的管理效率有关,并联直流电源的总体管理效率可将式(1)简化为

式中,Ion为第n个电源模块的输出电流有效值。
在一定范围内,电流在每个电源模块内均存在输出。其中,电流输出下限为临界连续电流,电流输出上限为额定电流,电流上、下限的浮动范围不唯一,全部电流输出值为负载总电流。为实现管理效率优化,将问题简化为在约束条件基础上计算最优值,因此本文采用遗传算法求解供电系统管理效率的优化问题,进行效率优化的负荷分配。该算法本质是1种基于遗传变异和自然选择等生物学机制的全局概率搜索算法,具有很高的健壮性、并行性和可扩展性。其基本思想简单,具有良好的简单性和可操作性,可用于全局逼近和优化[10-12]
遗传算法设计如下:
1)染色体编码
为了优化系统管理效率,遗传算法的性能和程序运行将影响编码方案的选择。初始总体中的个体由传输周期Tn和浮点码表示[13],解码的精度取决于代码的总位数。一维染色体编码如图2所示。
2)群体初始化
通过随机初始化,以染色体为代表标识,利用初始化方法,生成初始群体染色体,其可以表示为传递连接时间的代码,初始化方法也可同时满足约束条件。群体大小是影响遗传算法最终性能的主要因素,作为初始种群的个体,通过初始化函数initializega实现群体初始化。
3)选择操作
利用选择操作方法从上述种群中选择优秀个体,并淘汰下一代样本,选择标准多来源于个体适应度。根据目标函数f (Ni)的计算,按照个体适应度所占比例高度f (Ni)/∑f (Ni)(∑f (Ni)为适应度的总和),挑选进入下一代的样本,并计算出不同个体被选择的概率。
4)交叉变异
新的子代是对群体中父代个体进行随机配对交叉后产生的,随机配对交叉有2种交叉方式,其中一种为节点交叉,是将节点和数据信息进行相互交叉;另一种为随机单点交叉,是将选定节点的信息全部交换,配对随机设定[14]。在交叉过程中对交叉进行变异处理,使变异数据可以用于反映局部节点的问题和不足,使群体数据多样性得到加强,交叉变异可以针对单独节点进行变异,按位进行操作,为此采用nonUnifMutate函数进行x数变异操作,采用对浮点数非常有效的arithXover函数进行交叉操作[15]。依据上述内容,得出的遗传算法流程如图3所示。
再将遗传算法应用到管理效率优化过程中,由于系统管理效率是1个有关Io1, Io2,$\cdots $, Ion的多元多次函数,求解系统管理效率最大解的问题可以转化为效率优化的负荷分配[16]问题,可表示为

为了简化管理效率最优的负荷分配问题,管理效率优化结果达到$\nabla f({I}_{\text{o1}},{I}_{\text{o2}},\cdots,{I}_{\text{o}(n-1)})=0$时,需要解决n−1元函数求极值的问题[18]。获取n−1元函数极值的必要条件和充分条件,即利用梯度法求得多元函数极大值,以极大值的取值范围为约束条件,以解决传统遗传算法容易陷入局部最优的情况,求解过程为

方程的求解式中包含n−1个偏微分。系统总管理效率函数的n−1个微偏分,是指n−1个电源模块输出电流的微偏分,表达式为${{f}^{\prime }}_{{I}_{\text{o}i}}=\partial \eta \text{/}\partial {I}_{\text{o}i}$。至此,以式(6)为依据,完成了高压直流供电系统管理效率优化的问题。
为验证本文方法的应用效果,搭建高压直流供电系统实验平台进行系统调试。该高压直流供电系统包含三相隔离变压器、上位机、隔离放大电路、中央处理单元及2个电源模块,每个电源模块上串联1个小电阻。经断路器后,其中2个电源模块输入并建立2段母线,每个分路输出各自从2路母线经分路断路器和隔离保护二极管后再汇合输出,以此获取高压直流供电系统调试结果,如图4所示。
图4中,双电源运行调节系统在双电源切换过程中经过2个电源模块接收2路直流输入﹐既可以随时同时接入,也可以经过多路分路馈出,是1个有效地解决充、放电回路干扰的应用系统。为验证本文方法的管理效率优化效果,令系统中2个电源模块单独运行一段时间,进行多次实验后统计2个电源模块在负载不同电流情况下的效率,统计结果如表1所示。
选取文献[6]高压直流定无功功率交流故障恢复方法和文献[7]针对柔性高压直流输电系统的交互式教-学优化方法,与本文方法进行对比分析。以表1为基础,生成优化前的效率曲线,应用3种方法分别对该系统进行管理效率优化,优化后的电源模块1、电源模块2及系统的整体效率优化结果如图5所示。可以看出:与优化前的效率曲线相比,3种方法优化后系统电源模块1、电源模块2及系统整体效率曲线均呈现一定程度的上升,但上升程度存在差异。如图5(a)所示,在负载电流较小时,本文方法优化后电源模块1的效率低于文献[6]、文献[7]方法优化后的效率;但当负载电流变大时,本文方法优化后电源模块1的效率高于文献[6]、文献[7]方法。如图5(b)所示,与电源模块1相反,在负载电流较小时,本文方法优化后电源模块 2的效率高于文献[6]、文献[7]方法优化后的电源模块2的效率;在负载电流变大时,本文方法优化后电源模块2的效率比文献[6]、文献[7]方法低。分析图5(c)可知,本文方法优化后的系统整体效率上升尤其显著,原因在于本文方法并不是简单地改变其中1个电源的运行效率,而是采用效率优化分配控制策略,通过双电源独立运行效率来调节系统整体效率,从而达到了提高供电系统效率的目的。
为验证本文方法的管理效率优化效果,统计3种方法的优化时间,结果如图6所示,可知:随着数据规模的增加,3种方法的优化时间随之增加,但不同数据规模下本文方法的优化时间始终处于最低值。在数据规模为2 000 MB时,本文方法的优化运行时间仅约为110 s,原因在于本文方法采用遗传算法求解供电系统管理效率的优化问题,利用梯度法求得多元函数极大值。实验结果表明,优化后的系统整体效率上升尤其显著,且优化运行时间保持在90~120 s,优化运行时间较短。
针对现有方法的管理效率优势不显著、稳定性较差等问题,本文提出了1种基于遗传算法的高压直流供电系统管理效率优化方法,基于效率优化的高压直流电源负荷分配原理进行基于效率优化分配的控制策略设计,用梯度法求得多元函数极大值,以此为依据完成高压直流供电系统管理效率优化。实验结果表明,本文所提优化方法可以提升高压直流供电系统的整体效率,节省优化时间。
本次研究尚未考虑混合多馈入高压直流系统的最大效率控制方法,无法实时确定效率参考值的问题,这将是后续研究的方向。
