针对光伏燃料电池等新能源联合供电系统,提出1种非隔离型双输入高增益直流变换器。该变换器基于双输入 Boost 电路,两输入源与输出以及各开关管均共地。在后级引入二极管电容网络以实现高电压增益,并降低开关器件电压应力。该变换器在不额外增加开关管的情况下不仅能实现两输入源同时供电,还能实现其中任意一路输入源单独供电。此外,还可以通过拓展增压单元进一步提高电压增益以适应不同应用场合。详细分析了变换器及其拓展电路在3种供电模式下的工作原理、电压增益特性、开关器件电压应力等,并与现有同类变换器进行了性能对比。最后,搭建实验样机验证了其可行性。

Aimed at new energy combined power supply systems such as photovoltaic and fuel cells, a non-isolated dual-input high step-up DC-DC converter is proposed. This converter is based on a dual-input Boost circuit, and the two input sources and output, as well as each switch tube, share a common ground. A diode capacitor network is introduced at the later stage to achieve high voltage gain and reduce the voltage stress of switching devices. The two input sources can supply power at the same time, and any one of them can supply power independently without adding extra switch tubes. In addition, the voltage gain can be further improved by expanding the booster unit to adapt to different application scenarios. The working principle for the converter and its extended circuit and the corresponding performance such as voltage gain characteristics and voltage stress of switching devices in three power supply modes are analyzed in detail, and its performance is compared with those of the existing similar converters. Finally, an experimental prototype was built to verify its feasibility.

近年来, 随着能源危机和环境污染的日益加剧,寻求清洁、可再生的新能源以替代传统化石能源已成为迫切需求, 在世界各国都引起了广泛关注^[14]。由于光伏、燃料电池等新能源发电单元的电压等级较低, 无法直接供给并网逆变器的直流高压母线$({380}\mathrm{\;V}$ 以上),需要进一步提升电压等级^[5-6]。由于两者电压等级悬殊, 传统 Boost 变换器无法胜任,必须采用更高增益的变换器才能满足需求^[7-8]。新能源发电易受外界环境影响, 发电具有波动性和间歇性,供电质量差。通过多输入变换器接入多路发电单元,不仅可以根据不同发电单元的特性扬长避短, 更好地适应外界环境的变化, 还能提高新能源发电系统的供电可靠性和能量利用率^[9-11]。

文献[12]提出了 1 种组合型变换器, 可以通过增加 Buck-Boost 结构单元来提升电压增益,但其开关管的电压应力均大于输出电压, 且开关管为浮地, 控制电路复杂; 文献[13]提出的变换器利用自举电路来提升电压增益, 结构简单, 磁性元件少, 但其电压增益较低, 且对两路输入源的电压存在限制, 应用场合受限;文献[14]提出了 1 种基于双输入 Boost 电路和开关电容结构的拓扑, 其输入、输出和开关管均共地, 但该变换器电压增益较低, 并且仅能工作在两输入源同时供电的场合, 不能单输入独立供电；文献[15-16]提出的拓扑在双输入 Boost 电路后级增加了不同的二极管电容网络, 相较于文献[14], 电压增益得到进一步提升, 但电路仍然无法单输入供电;文献[17]所提拓扑基于文献[14]增加了开关器件, 使电路可以单输入供电, 但其对两路输入源的电压存在限制；文献[18]提出了并联型和串联型 2 种变换器结构,二极管电容网络的引入使其具备高电压增益和低器件应力, 但是这 2 种结构的输入、输出均不共地, 且并联型电路只能实现两源分时供电,应用场合受限。

针对现有拓扑存在的问题,本文提出了 1 种基于双输入 Boost 电路和二极管电容网络的双输入高增益直流变换器。该变换器的两输入源与输出以及各开关管均共地, 不仅可以实现两输入源同时供电,又能使任一输入源单独供电,还具备电压增益高、器件应力低、可拓展等优点。

1 拓扑工作原理分析

1.1 拓扑结构

图1为所提双输入高增益直流变换器结构,包括:由输入源${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 、${V}_{\text{in }2}$,开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 、${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$,电感${L}_{1}$ 、${L}_{2}$,二极管${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{1}\text{、}{\mathrm{{VD}}}_{3}$ 组成的双输入 Boost 电路; 由二极管${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{2}\text{、}{\mathrm{{VD}}}_{4}\text{、}{\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 、电容${C}_{1}\sim {C}_{3}$ 组成的升压单元；输出电容${C}_{0}$ 和负载$R$。

1.2 工作原理

为简化分析, 作以下假设: ①所有元器件均为理想器件, 不考虑寄生参数; ②变换器工作在连续导电模式; ③电容的取值足够大, 电容的稳态电压值保持不变。根据输入源连接方式的不同,本文所提变换器有 3 种供电模式, 下面分别对 3 种供电模式的工作原理进行分析。

1.2.1 输入源 ${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 和 ${V}_{\text{in }2}$ 同时供电模式

在该模式下,二极管${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{3}$ 始终截止,开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 和${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 交错导通,占空比满足${D}_{1}+ {D}_{2}> 1$。 1 个开关周期内有 4 个工作模态。图2为各模态的等效电路,图3为该模式下电路的主要工作波形。

模态$1\left\lbrack {{t}_{0},{t}_{1}}\right\rbrack :{t}_{0}$ 时刻,${\mathrm{S}}_{1}\text{、}{\mathrm{\;S}}_{2}$ 导通,${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 通过${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 给${L}_{1}$ 充电,${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 通过${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 给${L}_{2}$ 充电,所有二极管截止,$C$。给负载供电。

模态$2\left\lbrack {{t}_{1},{t}_{2}}\right\rbrack :{\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 在${t}_{1}$ 时刻关断,${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 仍然导通,${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 继续通过${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 给${L}_{1}$ 充电。${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 、${L}_{2}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{1}$ 、${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 对${C}_{1}$ 充电;${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}\text{、}{L}_{2}\text{、}{C}_{2}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{4}\text{、}{\mathrm{\;S}}_{1}$ 对${C}_{3}$ 充电。${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{2}\text{、}{\mathrm{{VD}}}_{3}\text{、}{\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 关断,负载能量由${C}_{\mathrm{o}}$ 提供。

模态$3\left\lbrack {{t}_{2},{t}_{3}}\right\rbrack$ : 此模态与$\left\lbrack {{t}_{0},{t}_{1}}\right\rbrack$ 阶段一致,不再赘述。

模态$4\left\lbrack {{t}_{3},{t}_{4}}\right\rbrack :{t}_{3}$ 时刻,${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 关断,${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 保持导通。${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 、${L}_{1}\text{、}{C}_{1}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{2}\text{、}{\mathrm{\;S}}_{2}$ 给${C}_{2}$ 充电;${V}_{\text{inl }}\text{、}{L}_{1}\text{、}{C}_{3}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 给${C}_{\mathrm{o}}$ 和负载供电。${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 继续通过${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 给${L}_{2}$ 充电。${t}_{4}$ 时刻后,开始下一个工作周期。

1.2.2 输入源 ${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 单独供电模式

在该模式下,开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 始终导通,电容${C}_{1}$ 的稳态电压值为 0,1 个开关周期有 2 个工作模态。图4为各模态的等效电路,图5为该模式下电路的主要工作波形。

模态$1\left\lbrack {{t}_{0},{t}_{1}}\right\rbrack :{t}_{0}$ 时刻,${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 导通,${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 通过${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 对${L}_{1}$ 充电,${L}_{1}$ 储能,${C}_{2}$ 通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{4}\text{、}{\mathrm{\;S}}_{1}\text{、}{\mathrm{\;S}}_{2}$ 给${C}_{3}$ 充电,${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{3}\text{、}{\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 截止,负载能量由${C}_{\mathrm{o}}$ 提供。

模态$2\left\lbrack {{t}_{1},{t}_{2}}\right\rbrack :{t}_{1}$ 时刻,${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 关断,${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 、${L}_{1}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{3}$ 和${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 给${C}_{2}$ 充电,${V}_{\text{inl }}\text{、}{L}_{1}\text{、}{C}_{3}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 给$C$。和负载供电。

1.2.3 输入源 ${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 单独供电模式

在该模式下,开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 始终导通,1 个开关周期有 2 个工作模态。图6为各模态的等效电路,图7为该模式下电路的主要工作波形。

模态$1\left\lbrack {{t}_{0},{t}_{1}}\right\rbrack :{\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 在${t}_{0}$ 时刻导通,${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 通过${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 给${L}_{2}$ 充电,${L}_{2}$ 储能,${C}_{1}$ 通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{2}$ 、${\mathrm{\;S}}_{2}$ 和${\mathrm{\;S}}_{1}$ 给${C}_{2}$ 充电,${C}_{3}$ 与${C}_{\mathrm{o}}$ 通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 和${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 并联共同给负载供电。

模态$2\left\lbrack {{t}_{1},{t}_{2}}\right\rbrack :{t}_{1}$ 时刻,${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 关断,${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 与${L}_{2}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{1}$ 和${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 给${C}_{1}$ 充电,${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}\text{、}{L}_{2}\text{、}{C}_{2}$ 串联通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{4}$ 和${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 给${C}_{3}$ 充电,同时通过${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{4}$ 和${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 给${C}_{0}$ 和负载供电。

由式 (16) 可得, 所提变换器在两路输入源同时供电时, 可以通过调节占空比来控制两源的输入电流, 进而可以灵活地对两输入源的功率进行合理分配。在光伏燃料电池联合供电系统中, 可以通过其中一个开关管对光伏输入源进行最大功率点跟踪, 通过另一个开关管对燃料电池进行输出恒压控制。通过简单的控制即可在最大化利用光伏清洁能源的同时保证输出电压恒定, 提高了系统的供电可靠性和能量利用率。

2.4 拓扑性能对比分析

表1为所提变换器在稳态特性、工作模式、器件数量等方面与现有同类变换器的工作性能对比。表1中的电压增益均选取各对比文献中双输入源共同供电模式下的电压增益, 文献[18]选取的是其串联型拓扑,以保证可比性。

由表1可得, 与文献[13]、与文献[14]和文献[17] 相比, 在相同的占空比下, 本文所提变换器电压增益更高, 器件应力更低, 因此可以采用更低电压等级的功率器件, 降低了损耗, 提高了效率; 文献[13] 和文献[17]的两路输入源电压必须在${V}_{\text{inl }}< {V}_{\text{in }2}$ 条件下才能工作, 应用场合受限; 文献[16]和文献[18]的电压增益和电压应力与所提变换器相同, 但二者的输入输出均不共地, 控制电路复杂。

3 变换器拓展方案

为了满足新能源联合供电系统中对于电压增益要求更高的应用场合, 所提变换器还可以通过扩展二极管电容升压单元进一步提升电压增益。

3.1 拓展电路结构

假设扩展单元数目为$N\left({N = 1,2,3\cdots }\right)$,双输入高增益变换器扩展电路如图8所示, 虚线框内为二极管电容扩展单元,每个扩展单元由 2 个电容和 2 个二极管构成。进行结构扩展后, 电路在 3 种供电模式下依然能够正常工作, 且开关器件电压应力在电压增益提升的同时相应地降低。变换器拓展后的工作原理与原变换器类似,故不再具体分析。

3.2 拓展后的变换器性能分析

3.2.1 输入源 ${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 和 ${V}_{\text{in }2}$ 同时供电模式

根据电感${L}_{1}$ 与${L}_{2}$ 的伏秒平衡,计算可得输出电压为

可以看出, 所提双输入高增益变换器每增加 1 级拓展电路, 双输入模式下可以提高 2 倍于传统 Boost 电路的电压增益, 单输入模式下可以提高 1 倍于传统 Boost 电路的电压增益。而各开关器件的电压应力则随着扩增单元数目的增加而减小。这就使得变换器可以通过增加拓展电路来提高电压增益、降低开关器件应力,大大拓展了变换器的应用场合。同时, 变换器增加二极管电容扩增单元后, 两路输入电流平均值的比值与未加入扩增单元时的比值相同, 依然可以通过调节两路开关管的占空比控制输入电流, 进而实现功率分配与控制。

4 实验验证

设计制作 1 台 100 W 样机用于实验验证,表2为实验样机的主要参数。

图9为所提变换器的实验样机和样机测试实验平台。

图10为所提变换器在两输入源同时供电模式下的实验波形。由图10(a)可见,两开关管交错导通, 且占空比相等, 均为 0.622, 此时变换器电压增益为 10.54。图10(b)和 (c) 为开关管漏源电压和二极管两端电压波形,开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{1}\text{、}{\mathrm{\;S}}_{2}$ 所承受的电压应力分别为${96.2}\text{、}{97.0}\mathrm{\;V}$,约为${V}_{\mathrm{o}}/4$; 二极管${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{1}\sim {\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 两端所承受的电压应力分别为 190.7、188.5、284.4、${191.4}\text{、}{95.9}\mathrm{\;V}$,远低于输出电压${380.0}\mathrm{\;V}$。由图${10}\left(\mathrm{\;d}\right)$ 可见,电容${C}_{1}\sim {C}_{3}$ 的稳态电压值分别为 96.4 、 190.7、284.1 V,输出电压稳定在 379.6 V。

图11为所提双输入变换器在 ${V}_{\mathrm{{inl}}}= {36}\mathrm{\;V}$ 单独供电模式下的实验波形。可见:开关管 ${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 的工作占空比 ${D}_{1}= {0.813},{\mathrm{\;S}}_{2}$ 始终处于开通状态; 开关管 ${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 和二极管 ${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{1}\sim {\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 所承受的电压应力分别为 191.4、 ${189.1}\text{、}{192.7}\text{、}{188.6}\text{、}{189.4}\text{、}{188.0}\mathrm{\;V}$,仅约为输出电压的 $1/2$ ; 电容 ${C}_{1}\sim {C}_{3}$ 的稳态电压值分别为 0 、 ${191.3}\text{、}{189.6}\mathrm{\;V}$ ; 输出电压稳定在 ${380.8}\mathrm{\;V}$。

图12为所提双输入变换器在${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}= {36}\mathrm{\;V}$ 单独供电模式下的实验波形。可见:开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 的工作占空比${D}_{2}= {0.812}$,开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{1}$ 和二极管${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{5}$ 始终处于开通状态；开关管${\mathrm{S}}_{2}$ 电压应力为${191.8}\mathrm{\;V}$,约为输出电压的$1/2\left({{V}_{\mathrm{o}}/2}\right)$; 二极管${\mathrm{{VD}}}_{1}\sim {\mathrm{{VD}}}_{4}$ 两端所承受的电压应力分别为${192.3}\text{、}{188.5}\text{、}{381.4}\text{、}{189.1}\mathrm{\;V}$; 电容${C}_{1}\sim {C}_{3}$ 的稳态电压值分别为${191.3}\text{、}{188.6}\text{、}{380.8}\mathrm{\;V}$；输出电压稳定在${379.6}\mathrm{\;V}$。上述实验结果符合前文理论分析。

3 种供电模式下样机的效率曲线如图13所示。在两输入源同时供电模式下, 样机最高效率可达95.78%,满载效率为 95.67%；在${V}_{\text{inl }}$ 单输入供电模式下,样机最高效率可达 94.31%,满载效率为 93.57%；在${V}_{\mathrm{{in}}2}$ 单输入供电模式下,样机最高效率可达 94.05%,满载效率为 93.34%。

图14为输入阶跃对输出电压影响的动态性实验波形。在 3 种不同的工作模式下, 将输入电压从${30}\mathrm{\;V}$ 切换至${42}\mathrm{\;V}$,输入阶跃信号的幅值为输入源的电压最值差。从图14可以看出, 在 4 组动态性实验中,阶跃电压输入前、后,输出电压均能稳定在设定值${380}\mathrm{\;V}$。同时,输入电压阶跃后,输出电压可在很短的时间内恢复至稳态,超调量小,调整时间短。

5 结论

本文提出了 1 种双输入高增益直流变换器及其拓展电路,分析了其工作原理及稳态特性,并与现有拓扑的工作性能进行了对比, 最后通过实验验证了其可行性。所提变换器拓扑具备如下特点。

(1)两输入源能单独或同时向负载供电,发电兼具灵活性和冗余性。

(2)变换器各输入源与输出侧以及各开关管均共地, 控制简单, 成本低。

(3)变换器在 3 种供电模式下均具有较高的电压增益,双输入电压增益为$4/\left({1 - D}\right)$,单输入电压增益为$2/\left({1 - D}\right)$,并且可通过电路拓展进一步提升电压增益。

(4)开关器件电压应力小,在实际选型中可选取低电压等级的功率器件以减少损耗,提升效率。变换器在双输入模式下的最高效率为 95.78%, 在单输入模式下的最高效率为 94.31%。
