Aimed at the disadvantages of a traditional AC-AC variable frequency converter such as too many power devices, complex control and low power factor, a control method for an AC-AC variable frequency circuit with continuous output frequency based on the plugged pulse AC-AC variable frequency circuit control principle is proposed. The circuit topologies and working principle of a three-phase to three-phase converter and a six-phase to three-phase converter are presented in detail. The simulation models of these two variable frequency speed control systems are established in a MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment, and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. Finally, prototypes were fabricated, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed novel control method for variable frequency speed control system were verified by simulation and experimental results.

针对传统交-交变频器功率器件多、控制复杂、功率因数低等缺点,在脉冲阻塞式交-交变频电路控制原理的基础上提出1种输出频率连续的交-交变频电路控制方法。首先给出三相输入三相输出和六相输入三相输出这2种交-交变频电路拓扑及其详细的工作原理。然后,搭建 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真环境下2种变频调速系统仿真模型进行仿真实验,仿真结果与理论分析相一致。最后,制作实验样机进行验证,实验结果证明了所提新型变频调速系统控制方法的有效性与可行性。

针对传统交-交变频器功率器件多、控制复杂、功率因数低等缺点,在脉冲阻塞式交-交变频电路控制原理的基础上提出1种输出频率连续的交-交变频电路控制方法。首先给出三相输入三相输出和六相输入三相输出这2种交-交变频电路拓扑及其详细的工作原理。然后,搭建 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真环境下2种变频调速系统仿真模型进行仿真实验,仿真结果与理论分析相一致。最后,制作实验样机进行验证,实验结果证明了所提新型变频调速系统控制方法的有效性与可行性。

Aimed at the disadvantages of a traditional AC-AC variable frequency converter such as too many power devices, complex control and low power factor, a control method for an AC-AC variable frequency circuit with continuous output frequency based on the plugged pulse AC-AC variable frequency circuit control principle is proposed. The circuit topologies and working principle of a three-phase to three-phase converter and a six-phase to three-phase converter are presented in detail. The simulation models of these two variable frequency speed control systems are established in a MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment, and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. Finally, prototypes were fabricated, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed novel control method for variable frequency speed control system were verified by simulation and experimental results.

我国能源工业将面临巨大的压力,对节能减排的要求也逐渐提高, 而变频调速技术在交流电机调速系统中的节能效果显著, 越来越受国内外学者的关注[1-2]。交-交变频是 1 种直接交流变频方式,其基本原理是从输入电网电压波形中截取若干电压波形片段来拼接出具有希望基波分量的输出电压波形[3]。以晶闸管为功率器件的传统交-交变频电路拓扑通常采用移相控制的方法[4-5],存在使用功率器件多、输出频率范围窄、功率因数低等不利因素[6-7]
近年来, 国内学者将功率器件控制的连续脉冲替换成按一定规律变化的阻塞式脉冲, 提出了阻塞式交- 交变频技术[8-10]。脉冲阻塞式交-交变频可减少功率器件的数量, 但输出频率不能实现连续可调, 属于有级变频[11-12]。文献[13-14]提出 1 种实现输出电压连续的交-交变频方法, 但至少需要 9 个双向功率器件方可实现, 这样将造成功率器件多和控制复杂。基于此, 本论文提出了 1 种新型输出频率连续的交-交变频调速系统,其主电路仅需 6 个全控功率器件,并分别给出了三相输入三相输出 TTT(three-phase to three-phase)和六相输入三相输出 STT(six-phase to three-phase) 这 2 种频率连续的交-交变频调速系统。
三相输入三相输出频率连续的交-交变频主电路如图1(a)所示。在功率器件 1 个开关周期内, 依据输出电压的平均值随期望电压变化, 对输入电压按照一定规律进行斩控[14],从而实现输出电压的变频调幅。由图1(b)可以看出, 该电路的输出电压波形是由输入电压正、负波头的片段拼接而成。
图1(b)所示, 将输入系统网频电源的 1 个周期分成 6 个区段,即每个区段${60}^{\circ }$; 设输入变频系统电压的幅值为${V}_{\text{in }}$,期望输出电压幅值为${V}_{\text{out }}$,采样周期为${T}_{\mathrm{s}};1$ 个采样周期${T}_{\mathrm{s}}$${t}_{\mathrm{u}}$${t}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 这 2 个部分组成,其中${t}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为 1 个采样周期内输入电源电压正波头转化为输出电压的时间,${t}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 为 1 个采样周期内输入网频电压负波头转化为输出电压的时间。则采样周期${T}_{\mathrm{s}}$ 可表示为

该系统控制策略是在 1 个开关周期内使输出电压的平均值实时跟随期望电压波形变化。在高频开关频率下,1 个采样周期内所期望输出电压${v}_{\mathrm{o}}\left( t\right)$ 可近似地表示为

式中:${v}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 为 1 个采样周期${t}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 作用时间内某相输入电源电压的正波头;${v}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 为 1 个采样周期${t}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 作用时间内某相输入电源电压的负波头。结合式(1)及式(2)可得

图1(b)中, 将输入电压周期分成 6 个区段, 每个区段内${v}_{\mathrm{u}}\left( t\right)$${v}_{\mathrm{d}}\left( t\right)$ 的表达式如表1所示。
每个时刻系统的输出电压波形跟随理想电压波形的变化而变化, 故要确保输入电压下边界的绝对值不小于期望电压的幅值, 因此该种控制策略的输出电压幅值${V}_{\text{out }}$ 与输入电压的幅值${V}_{\text{in }}$ 之比为
$\frac{{V}_{\text{out }}}{{V}_{\text{in }}}\leq {0.5}$
三相输入三相输出的频率连续型变频可实现输出电压频率的超频及连续变化, 但是输出电压和输入电压的幅值之比$\leq {0.5}$,为扩大输出电压幅值与输入电压幅值之比, 设计了六相输入三相输出频率连续型的交-交变频系统, 其变频电路及控制规律分别如图1(c)和(d)所示。
图1(d)所示, 六相输入型频率连续的交-交变频原理与三相输入型频率连续的交-交变频原理相似, 不再赘述。二者的区别在于对输入电压划分的 6 个区段内, 输入电压的正波头波形与输入电压的负波头波形不同,因此在每个采样周期内造成了输入电压正波头作用的时间${t}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 和负波头作用的时间${t}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 不同, 6 个不同区段内正波头与负波头及其所作用的时间如表2所示。
依据平均值相等的原则要确保系统输入六相网频电源电压下边界的绝对值$\geq$ 期望电压的幅值,则期望电压的幅值与输入电压的幅值比$q ={0.8667}$
为验证三相输入三相输出和六相输入三相输出频率连续的变频调速系统拓扑结构和控制算法的有效性, 在 MATLAB 仿真环境下建立该调速系统的仿真模型, 如图2所示。三相异步电动机模块直接使用仿真软件中给定的模块, 其参数设置:${U}_{\mathrm{n}}= {380}\mathrm{\;V},{R}_{\mathrm{s}}= {5.32\Omega },{L}_{\mathrm{s}}= {0.026}\mathrm{H},{R}_{\mathrm{r}}= {5.49\Omega }$,${L}_{\mathrm{r}}= {0.026}\mathrm{H},{L}_{\mathrm{m}}= {0.361}{\mathrm{H}}_{\circ }$
${20}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ (三相输入型)和${30}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ (六相输入型)这 2 种频率下的仿真结果如图3所示。图3(a)~(d)分别为三相输入型的三相输入网频电压、U 相输出电压、电机三相定子电流和三相异步电动机转速,图3(e)~(h) 分别为六相输入型的六相输入网频电压、U 相输出电压、电机三相定子电流和三相异步电动机转速。
图3可看出:该系统输出电压由输入网频电压的片段按照设计的规律组合拼接而成; 电机的动态响应速度快, 三相定子电流正弦度较好, 可以实现三相异步电机的稳定运行; 当负载突变后, 转速会有短暂的波动, 稳定运行后速度比较平稳, 满足三相异步电机的带载特性。
通过理论分析、变频电路拓扑结构设计和控制规律推导, 设计出的三相输入型频率连续的交-交变频调速系统如图4所示。该系统以德国 dSPACE 公司研发的 DS1104 单板系统为控制核心[15-16],其主电路主要由网频电源、功率器件、电机组成, 输入三相电源通过电压采集及调理电路对其进行采集调理,并把调理后的输入电压信号通过$\mathrm{A}/\mathrm{D}$ 采样传送到控制器; 控制器对采集的输入电压信号进行判断并划分区域, dSPACE 控制器输出的触发脉冲经硬件保护和驱动电路后对功率器件进行控制。 依据六相输入三相输出频率连续的工作原理, 将其输入三相扩展为六相输入电源即可, 各部分功能类似于三相输入频率连续的交-交变频调速系统, 不再赘述。本文依据设计系统制作了多相输入三相输出频率连续的交-交变频系统实验样机,如图5所示。
三相输入型输出频率连续的交-交变频控制系统可以实现输出电压频率的连续变化, 且输出电压的频率可以超过输入电压的频率;与三相波头连续型阻塞式交-交变频控制系统相比, 三相输入型输出频率连续的交-交变频系统远远的扩大了输出电压频率的范围。为体现三相输入型输出频率连续的交-交变频优势,分别在输出电压频率为${60}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$${35}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 条件下进行实验,实验参数设定见表3,实验结果如图6所示。

图6可以看出, 在 1 个高频斩波周期内, 输出电压的波形是由输入变频系统的网频电压正、负波头片段拼接而成。图6(a)和(b)中示波器的横坐标为$5\mathrm{\;{ms}}$ /格,大致可以看出输出电压的频率分别呈现${35}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$${60}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 的变化趋势,但不能看出经斩控后输出电压的幅值大小。为了更精确地对该种变频控制系统进行研究, 本文将变频控制系统在示波器中显示的波形转换为数据, 利用 MATLAB 软件对示波器中的实验数据进行谐波分析, 结果分别如图6(c)和(d)所示, 可以看出: 当输出电压频率分别为${35}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$${60}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 时,输出电压的幅值均接近给定的${20}\mathrm{\;V}$;变频控制系统输出电压的谐波频段主要集中于开关频率及其附近, 主要为高次谐波; 在保持其他条件不变的情况下, 随着输出电压频率的降低, 输出电压在 0.5 个周期内所包含的高频斩波后的窄脉冲数量增多,输出电压的 THD 含量也随之增大。
六相输入型输出频率连续的交-交变频控制系统同样可以实现输出电压频率的连续变化及基频以上的变化,与三相输入型变频控制系统相比,六相输入型变频控制系统扩大了输出电压与输入电压的幅值之比。六相输入型变频系统的实验参数设置见表4
为体现六相输入型变频系统的优势, 设定其输出电压幅值为${30}\mathrm{\;V}$,实验结果如图7所示。可见六相输入时, 输出电压由输入六相网频电源电压片段组合而成。由图7(a)和(b)可以看出:输出电压波形正弦度较高, 且谐波含量大大减小; 在其他条件不变的情况下, 随着输出电压频率的降低, 输出电压每个周期内所包含的高频斩波的窄脉冲数逐渐增加; 六相输入型输出频率连续的变频系统和三相输入型变频控制系统相同,均可以实现输出电压频率的连续变化, 但三相输入型变频系统输出电压的幅值仅能小于及等于输入电压幅值的$1/2$,六相输入型变频控制系统的输出电压与输入电压幅值之比为 0.87。为了更精确地分析实验结果, 利用 MATLAB 软件中的谐波分析工具对六相输入型变频控制系统的实验波形数据进行分析, 结果分别如图7(c)和(d)所示, 可以看出: 输出电压的幅值均接近于给定的${30}\mathrm{\;V}$,输出电压的谐波频次主要集中于功率器件开关频率及其附近, 同时也验证了六相输入型输出频率连续的交-交变频控制系统的正确性及可行性。
本文给出了 1 种新型频率连续型的交-交变频调速系统,并对其工作原理进行了详细阐述,设计了三相输入型和六相输入型 2 种交-交变频电路拓扑, 仿真和实验波形证明了本文设计拓扑结构的正确性和可行性。此外, 该交-交变频调速系统具有调速范围宽、功率器件较少、调速效果较好和带载能力强等优点, 适合用于中小容量电机连续变频调速领域或用于电机软启动领域, 在工业领域中前景非常广阔。
