At present, multi-level three-phase voltage source inverters are widely applied in high-voltage and high-power electronic equipment. To solve the problem of DC-side capacitor voltage imbalance during the operation of the traditional three-phase voltage source inverter, the inverter structure is optimized in this paper based on the space vector modulation switch DC power supply. The equivalent model of a multi-level three-phase voltage source inverter is established, the space vector modulation algorithm of the 60° coordinate is used to realize the space vector modulation, and the capacitor voltage balance algorithm is used to fully take into account the switching sequence between different vectors, thus realizing the capacitor current balance. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, the proposed method can modulate the multi-level three-phase voltage source inverter, the output line voltage waveform distortion rate is 0.18%, and the voltage fluctuation at the capacitor point can be controlled within 3 V, indicating that this method is superior to the comparison method and has a better application performance.

目前多电平三相电压源逆变器被广泛应用于高压、大功率电子设备中,为解决传统三相电压源逆变器运行中出现的直流侧电容电压失衡问题,基于空间矢量调制开关直流电源对逆变器结构进行优化设计。建立多电平三相电压源逆变器等效模型,利用60°坐标的空间矢量调制算法实现空间矢量调制,利用电容电压平衡算法充分考虑不同矢量间的切换顺序,实现电容电流平衡。实验结果表明,对比传统方法,该方法调制多电平三相电压源逆变器输出线电压波形畸变率为0.18%,电容点电压波动可控制在3V以内,优于对比方法,具有更好的应用性能。

目前多电平三相电压源逆变器被广泛应用于高压、大功率电子设备中,为解决传统三相电压源逆变器运行中出现的直流侧电容电压失衡问题,基于空间矢量调制开关直流电源对逆变器结构进行优化设计。建立多电平三相电压源逆变器等效模型,利用60°坐标的空间矢量调制算法实现空间矢量调制,利用电容电压平衡算法充分考虑不同矢量间的切换顺序,实现电容电流平衡。实验结果表明,对比传统方法,该方法调制多电平三相电压源逆变器输出线电压波形畸变率为0.18%,电容点电压波动可控制在3V以内,优于对比方法,具有更好的应用性能。

At present, multi-level three-phase voltage source inverters are widely applied in high-voltage and high-power electronic equipment. To solve the problem of DC-side capacitor voltage imbalance during the operation of the traditional three-phase voltage source inverter, the inverter structure is optimized in this paper based on the space vector modulation switch DC power supply. The equivalent model of a multi-level three-phase voltage source inverter is established, the space vector modulation algorithm of the 60° coordinate is used to realize the space vector modulation, and the capacitor voltage balance algorithm is used to fully take into account the switching sequence between different vectors, thus realizing the capacitor current balance. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional method, the proposed method can modulate the multi-level three-phase voltage source inverter, the output line voltage waveform distortion rate is 0.18%, and the voltage fluctuation at the capacitor point can be controlled within 3 V, indicating that this method is superior to the comparison method and has a better application performance.

为进一步改善电力系统输出侧电压谐波现象, 通常会采用较大电平改善装置性能, 提升电压等级[1]。由此多电平交换技术得以发展,但电平数量的增多增大了多电平三相电压源逆变器平衡电容电压的难度[2-3]。目前很多学者针对多电平三相电压源逆变器电容电压平衡策略进行研究, 以实现系统高效运转[4]。文献[5]通过增加硬件设备辅助其平衡电压电容,但降低了电压源逆变器使用效率;文献[6]的研究方法具有一定局限性, 无法良好平衡电容电压。
本文基于空间矢量调制开关直流电源的多电平三相电压源逆变器结构, 建立多电平三相电压源逆变器等效模型,将 60°坐标系的空间矢量脉宽调制 SVPWM(space vector pulse width modulation)算法作为研究对象,实现多电平逆变器电容电压的平衡优化。
三电平的逆变电路在结构上相对简单, 无需添加复杂的变压器即可改善输出波形, 提升电压等级,提高电力系统的工作效率[7]。本文系统的三电平逆变器电路拓扑如图1 所示。
图1 可知, 该电路共有 6 个桥臂, 每个桥臂均由 2 个全控性元器件串联而成, 且都反向串联 1 个二极管与直流侧电容连接。为避免电压的高电平直接转换为低电平损坏电路, 本文采用 SVPWM 达到脉宽调制的作用[8],通过${60}^{\circ }$ 坐标系 SVPWM 过调制算法进行空间矢量调制,最后采用电容电压平衡算法考虑不同矢量间的切换顺序, 实现电容电压平衡。
为精准分析空间矢量调制开关直流电源,建立多电平三相电压源逆变器等效模型。利用$N - 1$ 个两电平逆变器组成$N$ 电平逆变器,设置直流电源为恒定状态, 且各个两电平逆变器电压大小均相同。本文建立的等效模型中, 实际逆变器中器件与直流电源、开关并未存在对应状态, 仅具有等效功能。等效模型中全部电压均属于标幺值,设置单个直流电压为等效模型运算过程中的计算基值。
基于开关状态的三相输出电压瞬时值${\mathbf{V}}_{\mathrm{{SS}}}$ 可表示为

式中,${m}_{i}$${v}_{\mathrm{{tw}}i}$ 分别为参考电压整数部分及两电平分量,${m}_{i}= 0,1,\cdots, N - 2$
基于${60}^{\circ }$ 坐标的第 1 大扇区空间矢量如图2 所示。
图2 可知, 根据 3 个最近矢量可实现空间矢量调制。利用${60}^{\circ }g - h$ 坐标系代替$\alpha -\beta$ 正交坐标系, 可得电压相量公式为

式中:${U}_{g}$${U}_{h}$ 分别为${60}^{\circ }g - h$ 坐标系下$g$ 轴和$h$ 轴的电压分量;${U}_{\alpha }$${U}_{\beta }$ 分别为$\alpha -\beta$ 坐标系下$\alpha$ 轴和$\beta$ 轴的电压分量。
利用式(3)可获取${0}^{\circ }\sim {60}^{\circ }$ 不同扇区的判断规则, 据此完成参考电压所在区域的调制[9]。如参考矢量处于$\mathrm{{III}}$ 区,依据伏秒平衡原理得到$g - h$ 坐标系下伏秒平衡式为

式中:${V}_{g}$${V}_{h}$ 分别为$\mathbb{{II}}$$g - h$ 坐标系下$g$ 轴和$h$ 轴的电压分量;${t}_{\mathrm{s}}$${t}_{1}\text{、}{t}_{3}\text{、}{t}_{4}$ 分别为调制周期及相应矢量的作用时间。根据式(4)可得到相应矢量作用时间为

在直角坐标系中求得参考电压的矢量作用时间后, 要分析电压矢量所在区域与其矢量作用时间的关系,但在${60}^{\circ }$ 的坐标系中,矢量作用时间与该电压所在区域并无关系。60°坐标的空间矢量调制算法运算流程如图3 所示, 据此完成空间矢量调制。
多电平三相电压源逆变器实际应用过程中开关周期较短,可通过负载电流近似获取。开关函数与节点电流间的关系函数为

式中:${I}_{k}$ 为开关函数与节点电流间的关系函数;${S}_{\mathrm{a}}$${S}_{\mathrm{b}}$${S}_{\mathrm{c}}$ 分别为多电平三相电压源逆变器中$\mathrm{a}$ 相、$\mathrm{b}$ 相和$\mathrm{c}$ 相的开关函数;${i}_{\mathrm{a}}\text{、}{i}_{\mathrm{b}}$${i}_{\mathrm{c}}$ 分别为$\mathrm{a}$ 相、$\mathrm{b}$ 相和 c 相的电流。
负载电流无法突变, 因此可忽略感性负载造成的误差。电容满足$\Delta {U}_{cj}{I}_{cj}\leq 0$$\mathop{\max }\limits_{{1 \leq j \leq N - 1}}\left\{{\Delta {U}_{cj}{I}_{cj}}\right\}\leq 0$ 时, 可实现多电平三相电压源逆变器电容电压平衡。分析以上条件可知, 电容电压偏差应利用电容电流移动至减小方向。获取相同矢量多个冗余状态影响电容电流的情况, 电容电压平衡受冗余状态影响的表达式为

式中:$\Delta {U}_{c}$ 为电容电压偏差量;${I}_{c}$ 为电容电流。
所需冗余矢量为令$Q\left({{S}_{\mathrm{a}},{S}_{\mathrm{b}},{S}_{\mathrm{c}}}\right)$ 最小的值。设参考矢量所在的三角形中存在$k$ 个输出序列,即${L}_{1}$,${L}_{2},\cdots,{L}_{k};\mathbf{t}= {\left\lbrack {t}_{1},{t}_{2},\cdots,{t}_{m}\right\rbrack }^{\mathrm{T}}$ 为各序列的矢量作用时间, 则有

式中,${L}_{j}$${L}_{j}\left( i\right)$ 分别为输出序列及其中第$i$ 个输出矢量开关状态。由此可得电容电压平衡状态受输出序列的影响函数, 令其满足最小值的序列, 可得序列需满足

上述方法充分考虑了不同矢量间的切换顺序, 实现了电容电流平衡。
为验证本文所提结构对电力系统的改善作用, 依据 Matlab 仿真软件搭建三电平三相电压源逆变器数学模型, 采用空间矢量方法调制开关直流电源。设直流电源电压为${500}\mathrm{\;V}$,稳压分压电容为${4700\mu }\mathrm{F}$,滤波电感为$1\mathrm{{mH}}$,电网相电压为${400}\mathrm{\;V}$,电网频率为${50}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$。首先检验当逆变器功率因数不同时, 调制比分别为 0.55 与 0.65 时电路逆变器电容电压的变化。当逆变器功率因数为 0.55 时, 不同调制比下三电平三相电压源逆变器线电压波形如图4 所示; 当逆变器功率因数为 0.95 时, 不同调制比下三电平三相电压源逆变器的线电压波形如图5 所示。
根据图4图5 的实验结果可以看出, 当多电平三相电压源逆变器的功率因数和调制比均较低时, 电容电压偏差较小; 调制比较高时, 电容电压偏差极为明显。多电平三相电压源逆变器为高功率因数时, 不同调制比下, 电容电压偏差均较小。设置三电平三相电压源逆变器调制比为 1.0 、载波比为 18 时,三电平三相电压源逆变器线电压波形及频谱结果分别如图6图7 所示。
图6图7 的实验结果可以看出, 所研究方法可充分总结多电平空间矢量中电压分布规律, 获取三电平三相电压源逆变器全部冗余开关状态, 利用所获取的冗余开关状态实现三电平三相电压源逆变器中器件负荷及直流电压有效平衡控制。
为更加直观验证所研究方法利用空间矢量调制开关直流电源平衡电容电压的有效性, 获取经过 10 倍衰减后线电压波形测量结果, 将本文方法输出电压波形与传统方法调制的电压波形输出结果进行对比, 线电压及点电压实验波形对比结果分别如图8图9 所示。
图8图9 的对比结果可清晰看出线电压实验和点电压实验的波形对比, 为进一步对比 2 种方法的应用性能, 求出 2 种方法输出线电压波形畸变率, 验证 2 种方法的输出有效率。采用本文方法调制后的三电平三相电压源逆变器所输出线电压波形畸变率为 0.18%,而传统方法调制后输出线电压波形畸变率高达 3.25%,由此可知采用空间矢量调制三电平三相电压源逆变器的开关直流电源可保障三电平三相电压源逆变器电容电压有效平衡。 根据图9 点电压试验波形对比结果可知,传统方法的三电平三相电压源逆变器电容中点电压波动高于${10}\mathrm{\;V}$,而采用本文方法可控制在$3\mathrm{\;V}$ 以内,可见,本文方法可有效控制三电平三相电压源逆变器中节点电压平衡情况。
本文建立了多电平三相电压源逆变器等效模型, 该模型的直流电源开关利用空间矢量实施调制, 获取最优开关状态。采用该方法可有效控制多电源逆变器电容电压, 令功率因数及调制度无法限制多电源逆变器。实验结果验证了空间矢量调制多电平三相电压源逆变器的直流电源开关具有较高的有效性, 可实现多电平三相电压源逆变器运行过程中电容电压的高效平衡。
