To solve the problem of signal aliasing after sampling in software defined radio (SDR ) , an improved phase-adjusted filtering algorithm is proposed. Based on the second-order RF bandpass sampling front-end with adjustable time delay,an anti-aliasing filter that supports multi-segment filtering is designed, and multiple frequency segments can be flexibly set according to the actual needs,so as to achieve accurate filtering for different frequency bands. Through the simulation verification in MATLAB SIMULINK, the method has better suppression performance than similar filters(38 dB or more) ,and can effectively filter out the required signal without affecting the integrity of other signals,which simplifies the receiving front-end,has strong flexibility and adaptability, and can better support future communication technology and high-density communication connections.

为解决软件无线电(Software Defined Radio,SDR)中采样后信号混叠问题,提出了一种改进的相位调整滤波算法。依托具备可调时间延迟的二阶射频带通采样前端,设计了一种支持多分点分段滤波的抗混叠滤波器,可以根据实际需求灵活设置多个频率分点,从而实现针对不同频段的精确滤波。通过在MATLAB SIMULINK中进行仿真验证,该方法相比同类方法的滤波器抑制效果更佳,达到38 dB以上,并能有效滤除所需信号而不影响其他信号的完整性,简化了接收前端,具备较强的灵活性和适应性,能够更好地支持未来的通信技术和高密度通信连接。

为解决软件无线电(Software Defined Radio,SDR)中采样后信号混叠问题,提出了一种改进的相位调整滤波算法。依托具备可调时间延迟的二阶射频带通采样前端,设计了一种支持多分点分段滤波的抗混叠滤波器,可以根据实际需求灵活设置多个频率分点,从而实现针对不同频段的精确滤波。通过在MATLAB SIMULINK中进行仿真验证,该方法相比同类方法的滤波器抑制效果更佳,达到38 dB以上,并能有效滤除所需信号而不影响其他信号的完整性,简化了接收前端,具备较强的灵活性和适应性,能够更好地支持未来的通信技术和高密度通信连接。

To solve the problem of signal aliasing after sampling in software defined radio (SDR ) , an improved phase-adjusted filtering algorithm is proposed. Based on the second-order RF bandpass sampling front-end with adjustable time delay,an anti-aliasing filter that supports multi-segment filtering is designed, and multiple frequency segments can be flexibly set according to the actual needs,so as to achieve accurate filtering for different frequency bands. Through the simulation verification in MATLAB SIMULINK, the method has better suppression performance than similar filters(38 dB or more) ,and can effectively filter out the required signal without affecting the integrity of other signals,which simplifies the receiving front-end,has strong flexibility and adaptability, and can better support future communication technology and high-density communication connections.

软件无线电(Software Defined Radio,SDR)技术通过软件提升了无线电的多功能性,研究具备高灵活性和广泛采样能力的系统对提升SDR性能至关重要。然而,采样后的信号容易与其他频段的有用信号产生干扰和镜像混叠,影响平台接收多种模式和频段信号的能力。为解决这些问题,目前普遍在优化调整采样率、采样结构设计与模拟域自干扰消除等方面进行研究。在采样率优化方面,通过控制采样率避免干扰信号混叠,并根据频谱特性优化采样,旨在降低数字信号处理阶段的计算复杂度[1-2]。同时,存在一系列研究旨在开发新算法简化频率的选择过程[3-5]。尽管这些方法能避免信号混叠,但需要对信号频谱进行详细分析,且可选的采样率范围受限。此外,选择较低采样率时,设计者需进行复杂的频谱分析和数学计算以确定最优采样率,这可能降低采样精度。这表明,简单地追求低采样频率并不总是最佳的解决方案。在采样结构设计方面,文献[6-7]采用多个ADC策略应对多带通采样挑战,文献[8]通过希尔伯特变换实现二次采样,文献[9]在射频前端加入自干扰消除电路以减少干扰,文献[10-11]利用波束成形技术优化天线阵列方向图,最大化信号接收,最小化干扰。这些基于正交原理的技术虽可在较低采样率下消除信号自身的镜像混叠,但无法解决多信号间的混叠问题。在模拟域自干扰消除上,文献[12]提出了一种不受运放电阻最终值影响的高频衰减滤波器设计,文献[13-14]则专注于通过增益控制实现干扰信号与有用信号的相消。这些方法主要聚焦于模拟前端,但设计灵活性和可重构性不足,通常仅适用于单一信号处理,难以应对多信号环境。为解决这些问题,文献[15]提出相位调整滤波算法并通过FPGA实现,但只能处理两路输入信号;文献[16]设计了高阶带通采样系统(Band-pass Sampling,BPS)以处理三路及以上信号,然而设计复杂,接收机结构繁琐。
本文针对以上不足,改进了相位调整滤波算法,设计了一种支持多分点分段滤波的抗混叠滤波器。该方案通过二阶BPS即可实现对全频谱多路已知频段信号(如LoRa信号的433 MHz和811 MHz频段,ZigBee信号的2.4 GHz频段)的无混叠接收,实现了在0.8~6 GHz频段射频信号的有效采样,无需频繁更改采样频率,简化了采样结构,提高了信号接收的准确性和效率。
利用带通采样理论,当采样率设定为信号带宽的两倍时,可以确保任意带通信号在第一奈奎斯特区间内得到有效恢复。考虑一个带宽为B的射频带通信号Rf),设定采样率fs等于信号带宽的两倍,即fs=2B。定义位于频率范围(n-1/2)fs<|f|<(n+1/2)fs内的信号为索引为n的信号为第n奈奎斯特区域中的信号。在二阶采样系统中,通过两个模数转换器(简称为ADC A和ADC B)实现两路采样通道,分别命名为通道A和通道B。在通道B中人为设定一个采样延迟TΔ,该采样延迟导致两个ADC的采样信号产生相位偏移。定义两路采样信号(正频谱部分)为R+Bf)和R+Af),这两个信号之间满足:
式中:,即索引位置为n的信号正频谱部分经过ADC B后与ADC A采样信号相比产生了的相位差β-n。同理可以得到负频谱即镜像部分相位差为βn图1展示了位于整数位置索引带通信号的频谱图。经过带通采样,信号会映射到频率范围-BfB内。图1还展示了在信号位于整数倍采样位置的情况下,实际接收信号可以位于任意位置。当信号处于非整数倍采样位置,或位于多个不同位置索引的信号同时接收时,采样后在-BfB内会产生混叠。为消除混叠问题,可采用二阶带通采样系统,并通过相位调整滤波器进行处理,从而实现信号的无混叠接收。本文探讨了该方法及其在多路信号处理中的应用,并进一步讨论了其在扩展至n路信号时的适用性。
在之前的研究中[15-16],多个信号需要对应多路接收通道来进行有用信号的分离。本文旨在简化接收前端,采用两路采样通道实现多路射频信号无混叠接收。图2展示了多路信号在[0,fs/2]产生混叠的情况。为在两路采样通道中应对多路信号之间的混叠,将在[0,fs/2]内插入多个频率分点以确定混叠信号的位置从而进行信号滤除。本文将以三路信号为例进行设计。
假设3个信号R0f)、R1f)和R2f)的位置索引分别为n0n1n2。处于不同的位置索引上,二阶带通采样后不同采样通道也相应地存在相位差。[0,fs/2]包含了所有需要被接收的射频信号,令采样后3个信号分别为S0S1S2,采样后信号在[0,fs/2]内产生混叠。采样通道A的频谱分别为R0Af)、R1Af)、R2Af),采样通道B频谱分别为R0Bf)、R1Bf)、R2Bf)。其中采样通道A和B存在如式(1)所示的相位差异,为方便分析,下面仅考虑正频谱部分。

在[0,f1]频率范围中,S0S2发生混叠;[f1fs/2]频率范围中,S1S2发生混叠。为保留S2,设计相位调制滤波器SAf)和SBf)分离混叠信号。在[0,f1]内,S0被滤除,在[f1fs/2]内,S1被滤除,如式(3):
式中:G为由滤波器产生的信号增益。
为方便计算和实现,SAf)选取如式(4)的形式。根据式(1)、(3)、(4),可得SBf)如式(5)所示。
类似的设计可以延伸到更多路信号,在[0,fs/2]内根据信号混叠特性计算并设置不同频率分点fnn=1,2……),在[0,fn],[fnfn+1],…,[fkfs/2]内,设置相应的混叠信号滤除算法,即可实现对多路信号的无混叠接收。
在多路信号输入情况下,恢复信号增益G的形式如式(6)所示:
假设延时TΔ与采样频率fs为固定值,随着输入信号位置索引的变化,G相应也会变化。n0n1变化,n2=10时的G的变化曲线如图3所示,设置TΔ= 2500 ps,fs=100 MHz。由图3(a)可以看出,G的变化曲线仍具有正弦性,故可以设置延时TΔ与采样频率fs,使得在输入信号不同的情况下,避免在对消不感兴趣分量的时候感兴趣成分也被抵消,即G非常小。
图3(a)可知,在某些情况下,G值为0,可能导致感兴趣分量被抵消。由式(6)可知,需要选择TΔfs,使得2πTΔfs≠2kπ,对于任何n2来说,这可以通过选择TΔfs来进行实现。这里取n2为10,设置TΔ=1250 ps,fs=67.5 MHz,再次绘制图形。由图3(b)可知,在更改TΔfs之后,G的值从0变化至1.8,即说明了无论G取何值,在输入信号位置索引n确定的情况下,可以通过调整TΔfs的值来使得恢复信号增益G值满足要求。
在实际采样过程中,两路采样通道会引入除延迟外的相位差,将其定义为θ。补偿后的滤波器如式(7):
在对相位差进行补偿的同时,需要对两路信号的幅值进行补偿。射频信号通过ADC A后,通过幅值计算后得到所需补偿的幅值,在幅值补偿模块中进行处理后,射频信号再进入滤波器中进行对应操作。经过相位补偿与幅值补偿的滤波器能更好地应对实际采样过程中出现的差值问题,从而更好地滤除无用信号。
本小节以3个混叠信号输入为例,使用MATLAB SIMULINK模型进行仿真测试。首先,模拟射频信号生成过程,通过4-QAM调制生成3个不同频段的射频信号,分别设为S0S1S2,最后合成得到混合信号。为构造相位差,将混合信号分别经过两路不同的延时,再采用零阶保持器对经过4000 ps延时后的混合信号进行fs =100 MHz的采样后,进入二阶抗混叠模块进行滤波处理。信号处理流程如图4(a)所示,设计两个直接型FIR滤波器组成抗混叠滤波模块,其中SBf)的幅值-相位响应如图4(b)所示,其中心位置的波谷体现了式(2)中f1的计算结果。输入信号混叠情况不同,所选取的f1的位置也不同。图4(b)中,橙色曲线代表SB2f)的幅值响应,其中中间的拐角体现了滤波器表达式中的分段常数相移。
在仿真测试中,共设置了3组不同的信号参数进行测试。
1)第一组中,输入的三路射频带通信号参数如表1所示。为更好地观察信号抑制效果,未设置频谱重叠,采样后频谱如图5所示。
图5(a)中,从左到右的信号分别为S0S1S2。经过抗混叠滤波模块后,如图5(b)所示,可以看出接收机成功的抑制了信号S0S1且恢复了信号S2。使用相同的方法,亦可以分别抑制S0S2而恢复S1或抑制S1S2而恢复S0,只需由公式(5),修改式中的位置索引即可。抑制效果如图5(c)图5(d)所示。
2)第二组中,输入的三路射频带通信号参数如表2所示。为测试抗混叠滤波器性能,将信号之间的间隔设置得更加紧凑。本组采样后频谱如图6(a)所示;经过抗混叠滤波模块后,如图6(b)、(c)与(d)所示,可以看出接收机成功地抑制了所想滤除的信号而恢复另外两个需要保留的信号,且滤除效果仍显著,体现了算法的有效性。
3)第三组中,输入的三路射频带通信号参数如表3所示。将信号带宽设置为1 MHz,且设置三路输入信号完全混叠。本组采样后频谱如图7(a)所示,可以看出,三路信号在24~26 MHz的频率范围内混叠;经过抗混叠滤波模块后,如图7(b)、(c)与(d)所示,可以看出接收机在混叠严重的情况下,亦成功地抑制了所欲滤除的信号而恢复另外两个需要保留的信号,且能实现最多可达35 dB的信噪比,证明了滤波器算法的可靠性与有效性。
在实际通信环境中,通常伴随着调制信号与LoRa、Zigbee等物联网常见信号,采样后信号混叠影响接收机性能。为进一步验证抗混叠滤波效果,结合实际应用中常出现的混叠情况,分别模拟生成调制正弦信号和LoRa信号以进行抗混叠滤波实验。
1)第一组测试信号参数如表4所示,在上述第一组测试的基础上,在411 MHz处模拟生成一路调制正弦信号,LoRa信号模拟生成在833 MHz处,设置频偏与S2一致。由图8(a)可以看出,调制信号S3处于位置索引n3= 4的位置上,而LoRa信号S4在频率偏置fo=33 MHz的位置与信号S1混叠。
在经过抗混叠滤波模块后,接收信号如图8(b)所示,可以看出,S3被保留,S4也并未受滤波器影响而被保留,与其混叠的信号S1则被滤除。结果显示,滤波后调制信号与LoRa信号都得以保留,证明了滤波器的针对性,只针对式(5)中相应位置索引的信号进行滤除,保留所需要的信号。
2)第二组测试信号参数如表5所示。设置带宽为10 MHz。从图9(a)可以看出,输入的三路信号S0S1S2在11~31 MHz范围内完全混叠,调制信号S3S4分别位于位置索引n3=26和n4=17的位置上,而LoRa信号S5S6在频率偏置fo= 11 MHz、22 MHz的位置,在滤波前信号中与所想滤除的信号S0S1的中心频率一致从而混叠。为了保留输入信号S1S2,根据式(5),分别设置滤波器,滤波后结果如图9(b)所示,可以看出,设计的滤波器只针对相应的位置索引的模拟射频信号进行滤除,与之混叠的调制正弦信号S3S4与模拟生成的混叠LoRa信号S5S6未受影响,进一步证明了滤波器的针对性。
图59可以看出,本文所设计的抗混叠滤波器最高能抑制混叠达40 dB。对在第一奈奎斯特区采集到的带通信号,可以通过执行数字下变频和解调来对信号进行重构与恢复。图10展示了对2.422 GHz信号进行恢复后的星座图,信噪比为38.8 dB。
为了测试不同频偏下抗混叠滤波器的性能,在n0=4、n1=24、n2=9的条件下,测试了频率偏移在[0,fs/2]即0~50 MHz范围内的抗混叠性能。图11展示了本文改善算法与之前未进行分点分段处理的算法[19]的恢复信噪比对比,可以看出,改善算法恢复后的信号可以获得大于38 dB的信噪比,之前算法的恢复信号信噪比低于本文10~15 dB;且在接近fs/2处,恢复信号的信噪比快速下滑,至fs/2处接近为0,证明了利用公式(5)设计的滤波器的有效性。若信号的频率偏置在[fs/2,fs]范围内,即采样后落入[fs/2,fs],则需要重新设计滤波器参数,对式(5)的位置索引n做镜像处理。
为了评估系统性能在不同的n值条件下的变化,实验设计中固定了n0=4,n1=24,同时变化n2的取值范围为1~30,覆盖了0.1~3 GHz的射频信号测试范围。图12所展示的计算结果表明,除了混叠信号本身所处信号索引4、9以及24外,其他位置信号均能有效抑制,信号恢复过程中的信噪比普遍高于38 dB。这说明,在大多数测试条件下,系统能够有效地抑制非目标信号引起的混叠,从而保证了信号恢复的高质量。
本文通过探讨二阶带通采样理论,分析了多频段信号采样引发的混叠问题,并改进了抗混叠滤波算法,设计了一个通用的二阶抗混叠滤波系统框架。该框架旨在过滤混叠信号,提升目标信号的接收质量,并简化系统结构。通过使用二阶带通采样接收机,只需设计两个支持多分点分段的滤波器即可实现多路信号的接收与无用信号的滤除。仿真结果表明,该接收机能够在0.1~3 GHz频谱范围内接收任意带通信号,且混叠抑制效果显著,达到38 dB以上。此外,本文还对实际应用中的混叠情况进行了模拟测试,结果显示,二阶带通采样模块能够有效保留原信号并消除干扰。提出的二阶带通采样前端接收机设计简化了接收数字前端结构,抗混叠性能优越。通过调整滤波器中频率分点的个数与位置,采用固定采样频率即可完成多路信号的接收与滤波处理,降低了接收难度。但由于时间限制,硬件验证尚未完成,未来计划将该方法移植到硬件平台进行实验验证。
