To address the challenges posed by traditional opencut methods in subway station construction, such as disruptions, shop demolitions, and relocation of underground pipelines, this study investigates the construction technology of jacking a rectangular tube for a subway station, focusing on the Haibang Station of the Guangzhou Metro Line 3 East extension project. Initially, three different combinations of pipe jacking schemes are proposed, each with unique characteristics tailored to the specific station engineering requirements. Selection among these schemes is based on practical considerations. Subsequently, the study details the section design, selection of jacking equipment, design of pipe sections, and implementation of waterproofing measures for the station. Finally, the feasibility of employing the combined pipe jacking method is validated through theoretical calculations and numerical simulations. The results demonstrate that the construction technology of jacking a rectangular tube for subway stations effectively addresses the challenges associated with underground pipeline integration. It ensures safety and feasibility in subway station construction. This approach offers a promising alternative to traditional methods, potentially minimizing disruptions and optimizing construction efficiency in urban environments.

为了避免传统明挖法建造地铁车站带来的围挡占道、商铺拆迁、地下管线改迁等诸多负面问题,以广州地铁3号线东延段海傍站为工程背景,对矩形顶管暗挖地铁站建造技术进行研究。首先,提出了3种建造车站的顶管组合方案,并总结3种方案的特点,结合车站工程实际给出优选方案;然后,对车站截面设计、顶管机选型、管节设计和防水设计方案进行介绍;最后,通过理论计算、数值模拟、现场监测等手段验证组合顶管法施工的可行性。结果表明:矩形顶管暗挖地铁站建造技术可以用于下穿管线的地铁车站建设,且安全性高、可实施性强。

为了避免传统明挖法建造地铁车站带来的围挡占道、商铺拆迁、地下管线改迁等诸多负面问题,以广州地铁3号线东延段海傍站为工程背景,对矩形顶管暗挖地铁站建造技术进行研究。首先,提出了3种建造车站的顶管组合方案,并总结3种方案的特点,结合车站工程实际给出优选方案;然后,对车站截面设计、顶管机选型、管节设计和防水设计方案进行介绍;最后,通过理论计算、数值模拟、现场监测等手段验证组合顶管法施工的可行性。结果表明:矩形顶管暗挖地铁站建造技术可以用于下穿管线的地铁车站建设,且安全性高、可实施性强。

To address the challenges posed by traditional opencut methods in subway station construction, such as disruptions, shop demolitions, and relocation of underground pipelines, this study investigates the construction technology of jacking a rectangular tube for a subway station, focusing on the Haibang Station of the Guangzhou Metro Line 3 East extension project. Initially, three different combinations of pipe jacking schemes are proposed, each with unique characteristics tailored to the specific station engineering requirements. Selection among these schemes is based on practical considerations. Subsequently, the study details the section design, selection of jacking equipment, design of pipe sections, and implementation of waterproofing measures for the station. Finally, the feasibility of employing the combined pipe jacking method is validated through theoretical calculations and numerical simulations. The results demonstrate that the construction technology of jacking a rectangular tube for subway stations effectively addresses the challenges associated with underground pipeline integration. It ensures safety and feasibility in subway station construction. This approach offers a promising alternative to traditional methods, potentially minimizing disruptions and optimizing construction efficiency in urban environments.

随着全球各国经济、技术的不断进步以及城市地面交通资源的日益紧张, 地铁已经成为国内外大城市必需的公共交通工具 [ 1 ] ,地铁工程相关建造技术也得到了飞速发展 [ 2 ] 。目前,盾构法修建地铁隧道技术已经较为成熟, 通过机械暗挖的方式避免了传统工法的诸多弊端,提高了隧道建造效率和安全性 [ 3 ] 。然而, 地铁车站因其断面大、层数多等特点, 仍然普遍采用传统工法进行建造, 包括明挖法、盖挖法和传统暗挖法 [ 4 ] 。用传统工法修建地铁车站存在诸多弊端,例如明挖法会带来围挡占道、商铺拆迁、地下管线改迁和环境污染等; 盖挖法仅比明挖法缩短了占道时间, 但其他缺点无法规避;传统暗挖法则风险高且工序复杂 [ 5 ] 。 机械暗挖法虽然具有安全、高效等优点, 但在建造地铁车站主体方面的应用较少, 相关技术尚不成熟。
顶管法是常用的暗挖式施工方法之一, 其具有开挖效率高、施工安全性好、周围环境影响小、管节预制装配质量有保证等诸多优点, 已被广泛应用于下穿铁路、道路、河流或建筑物等各种工况的隧道建设 [ 6 ] 。 近年来, 矩形顶管技术不断进步, 相较于圆形顶管, 矩形顶管具有断面利用率更高、适用场景更广、浅覆土适应能力更好等特点, 在国内多个隧道工程中得到应用, 经典的应用案例包括成都市川大停车场下穿人民南路过街通道工程、天津市黑牛城道新八大里地区配套地下工程项目和北京市下穿东六环高速路矩形顶管项目等 [ 7 - 8 ] 。针对结构尺寸较大的地下工程,可以采用结构分割法, 先后使用矩形顶管机开挖紧邻的多个矩形隧洞, 例如郑州市红专路下穿中州大道工程、嘉兴市快速路环线下穿南湖大道隧道工程 [ 6 ] 。此外,结构分割法施工后也可改变支撑结构实现整体结构成型, 该工法已成功应用于郑州市中铁装备集团地下停车库项目建设 [ 9 - 10 ] 。因此,矩形顶管技术建造地铁车站具备可行性。
本文以下穿 3 条大型管线的广州地铁 3 号线东延段海傍站为工程背景, 提出了矩形顶管暗挖施工建造地铁车站方案,结合工程实际阐述了顶管法建造车站的关键技术, 并对施工可靠性进行分析。
广州地铁 3 号线东延段海傍站为换乘站, 且该站设置了站后双折返线,车站总长 ${559}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,标准段宽 ${23.9}\mathrm{\;m}$ , 扩大端宽 ${27.8}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,外包总高 ${14.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。车站覆土厚度约 ${3.0}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,标准段埋深为 ${17.7}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,扩大端埋深为 ${18.7}\mathrm{\;m}$
海傍站为两线换乘站, 为了与既有 4 号线换乘, 站台西端需要下穿 1 根埋深约 ${3.68}\mathrm{\;m}$${\phi 300}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 中石化输油管、1 根埋深约 ${2.86}\mathrm{\;m}$${\phi 762}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 大鹏超高压燃气管、1 根埋深约 ${2.4}\mathrm{\;m}$${\phi 711}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 广州高压燃气管。在车站方案初步设计审查及施工图报建阶段,3 条管线均按照永久改迁考虑, 并已得到规划批复, 施工阶段先期明挖施工车站主体东端 ${432}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,主体西端 ${127}\mathrm{\;m}$ 由于后期管线改迁协调困难, 为了不耽误工期, 将此处变更为暗挖施工, 若采取其他措施, 如变更车站位置等方案,则需要废弃已施工完成的车站结构,造成较大的工程浪费。
海傍站主体西端地质剖面见 图 1 , 由上至下分别为填土层、淤泥层、淤泥质土层、粉质黏土层、残积土层、全风化层、强风化层等。稳定水位埋深 ${0.5}\sim {4.0}\mathrm{m}$ , 淤泥及淤泥质土层较厚, 暗挖通道施工范围大部分位于粉质黏土层、淤泥质土层上。暗挖段穿越地层土层参数较差, 水位高, 且位于高压管线下方, 为降低施工风险,考虑采用顶管机械化暗挖施工。
图 2 所示, 车站主体结构西端从中石化、大鹏燃气、广州燃气三大管线下方穿过, 输油管和燃气管均对地层变化比较敏感, 控制不当容易造成泄漏甚至爆炸, 存在较大的安全隐患。根据《中华人民共和国石油天然气管道保护法》要求,管线周边 $5\mathrm{\;m}$ 范围内严禁动土、承受重载等,且地层沉降控制要求严格。 因此, 考虑目标工期、技术措施和现场施工实际情况等综合因素, 提出采用顶管法施工海傍站主体结构西端下穿三大管线的暗挖段。
截至 2022 年,世界上最大的顶管设备为应用在浙江嘉兴市长水路下穿南湖大道项目的 “南湖号”, 虽然该顶管机断面尺寸宽度高达14.8 m [11 ,但仍小于海傍站下穿三大管线段宽度 ${23.9}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,因此选用水平方向上多个顶管紧邻施工的建造方案。
双洞组合方案是先后用矩形顶管机掘进水平方向上紧邻的两段隧洞, 两段隧洞的断面共同组成地铁车站断面。双洞组合方案又分为双洞独立方案和双洞连通方案, 如 图 3 所示, 前者所用管节为常规钢筋混凝土管节, 两隧洞空间独立, 人员无法直接穿行, 需依靠车站主体明挖段实现建筑功能;后者所用管节为型钢+混凝土组合管节,主要工序为:①全断面分左右两幅分别顶进;②顶进完成后对两断面处顶板上、底板下一定范围内土体进行加固;③对混凝土部分管片进行支撑, 拆除型钢部分; ④支模浇筑中间梁柱体系, 最终形成单柱双跨结构。
三洞组合方案是先后用矩形顶管机掘进水平方向上紧邻的三段隧洞, 三段隧洞的断面共同组成地铁车站断面,如 图 4 所示。类似双洞连通方案,该方案所用管节为型钢+混凝土组合管节, 主要工序为: ①全断面分三幅分别顶进; ②顶进完成后对相邻断面处顶板上、底板下一定范围内土体进行加固;③对混凝土部分管片进行支撑, 拆除型钢部分; ④支模浇筑中间梁柱体系, 最终形成双柱三跨结构。
对以上方案进行汇总, 方案对比如 表 1 所示, 双洞组合方案中的双洞独立方案可行性较高, 施工难度最小。该方案主要问题在于其不能满足左右线人员流通的功能,但考虑到顶管施工段长度仅为 ${52.8}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,占车站主体总长约 1/10, 左右线人员流动可通过车站主体明挖段进行, 综合目标工期、技术措施、成本造价和现场施工实际情况等综合因素, 选用双洞组合方案中的双洞独立方案建造海傍站。
地铁车站顶管段仅施工站台层,宽度为 ${23.9}\mathrm{\;m}$ , 高度为 ${8.1}\mathrm{m}$ 。根据 2.3 节结论,采用双洞独立组合方案进行设计, 将大矩形断面分为左右两个相同的小矩形断面。为降低施工风险, 两洞之间间距不宜过近, 取 ${1.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,每个断面外包尺寸为 ${11.3}\mathrm{\;m}\times {8.1}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,利用相应尺寸的矩形顶管设备先后掘进两个小断面隧洞, 隧洞顶板与三大管线的最小垂直距离约 ${6.2}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,满足要求。顶管段横断面如 图 5 所示。
车站建造所用设备为大断面泥水平衡矩形顶管机,如 图 6 所示,该设备外包尺寸为 ${11.3}\mathrm{\;m}\times {8.1}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,重 ${523}\mathrm{t}$ 。刀盘设计采用中心圆形大刀盘+两边矩形摆动刀盘组合的形式, 可以在淤泥及淤泥质土层中做到全断面开挖, 大大减小了盲区面积, 提高设备掘进的效率及安全性。此外, 该设备也可以通过旧机改造的方式, 应用在其他尺寸类似的矩形断面地下工程中, 降低摊销费用。
管节设计结构形式为矩形圆倒角 C50 预制钢筋混凝土管节,结构外尺寸为 ${11.3}\mathrm{\;m}\times {8.1}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,壁厚为 ${0.8}\mathrm{\;m}$ , 环宽 ${1.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,内部净空宽度 ${9.7}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,高度 ${6.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,抗渗等级为 $\mathrm{P}{10}$ ,每节管节质量约 ${108}\mathrm{t}$ 。管节共有两种, 每片管节均设有吊装孔、打泥孔、减摩注浆管、浆液置换管, 两种管节顶底板注浆孔和减摩注浆孔交替布置。顶进施工时, 两种管节交替排列施工。矩形管节之间纵向连接采用承插式 $\mathrm{F}$ 型接头。
由于工程中所用管节断面尺寸和质量过大, 不满足管片厂预制加工后再运至现场的运输条件, 若采用管节分块预制方案, 则需要考虑受力合理、大小均匀、 接头位置和接头防水等多个影响因素, 因此选择在现场预制加工管节, 现场预制场景如 图 7 所示。
管节为承插式, 承口用钢套环, 插口外侧密贴两道楔形橡胶圈, 插入承口后橡胶圈被压缩, 贴紧钢套环, 形成第 1 道防水体系。在管节承口端管壁中上部位置开槽,嵌入多孔型三元乙丙橡胶密封垫。在两管节接口处设置嵌缝槽,迎土面采用聚氨酯密封胶填缝, 背土面待浆液置换完成后采用双组份聚硫密封胶填缝。最后,顶管完成顶进后,通过设置在管节中部的二次注浆孔,对管节周边的触变泥浆进行浆液置换, 固结通道。以上共形成 4 道防水体系。
由于顶管施工过程中, 顶管机和管节共同向前推进, 与上方土体的接触面积随之增大, 管节所受到的总摩阻力同步增大, 当摩阻力大于土体之间的约束力, 上方土体则会随顶管和管节推进发生破坏, 这种现象被定义为整体背土效应 [ 12 ] 。背土效应是矩形顶管设备在施工中所面临的关键问题, 直接影响到掘进施工的安全性。整体背土效应表示为

式中, ${F}_{\mathrm{f}}$ 表示管节正上方土体受到总管节摩阻力; ${F}_{\mathrm{u}}$ 表示管节正上方土体单侧剪切极限约束力; ${F}_{\mathrm{s}}$ 表示管节正上方土体单侧剪切滑移约束力; $R$ 表示前端土体极限抗力, 具体计算公式如下:

式中, ${\gamma }^{\prime }$ 表示管节上方土体有效重度; $d$ 表示上覆土体厚度; $L$ 表示顶管顶进长度; $b$ 表示管节顶部宽度; $\mu$ 表示管土摩擦系数; $C$ 表示管土黏聚力; ${c}^{\prime }$ 表示有效黏聚力; $K$ 为黏性土侧压力系数经验值; ${\varphi }^{\prime }$ 表示有效内摩擦角; ${K}^{\prime }{}_{P}$ 表示按有效应力强度指标计算的朗肯被动土压力系数。
根据地质勘查报告中岩土参数取值: ${\gamma }^{\prime }= {9.4}\mathrm{{kN}}/{\mathrm{m}}^{3}$ , ${\mathrm{c}}^{\prime }= {10}\mathrm{{kPa}},{\varphi }^{\prime }= {7}^{\circ },\mu ={0.25}, C = 0$ 。由式(7),式(8)计算得: $K ={0.83},{K}_{PP}^{\prime }= {1.28}$ 。结合实际工况, $d ={9.75}\mathrm{\;m}, L =$ ${54}\mathrm{\;m}, b ={11.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,计算得: ${F}_{\mathrm{f}}= {13981.2}\mathrm{{kN}},{F}_{\mathrm{u}}= {7723.8}\mathrm{{kN}}$ , ${F}_{\mathrm{s}}= {20025.3}\mathrm{{kN}}, R ={8954.4}\mathrm{{kN}}$
将计算结果带入式(1),式(2)可知,先行管顶进不满足背土效应破坏条件。此外, 先行管顶进仅扰动了后行管上方土体的单侧剪切滑移约束力, 对后行管上方土体的地层参数值几乎没有影响, 即使公式(2)中仅计算一侧土体的剪切滑移约束力, 依然不满足破坏条件, 因此本工程在左、右顶管顶进过程中均不会发生背土效应破坏。
本工程中顶管下穿三大管线是重难点问题, 在埋深相同的条件下, 由于顶管设备和管节顶跨度较大, 开挖横断面尺寸增大后, 会加大对上方管线的影响, 因此分析顶进过程中地下管线变形和应力变化十分必要。
根据地勘报告和工程条件建立数值模型。模型长 ${45}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,宽 ${72}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,两条顶管隧洞断面高 ${8.1}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,宽 ${11.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ , 间距 ${1.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,顶部覆土深 ${9.75}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。地层主要为素填土 1-2、淤泥 2-1A、淤泥质土 4-2B、粉质黏土 5N-2、全风化粉砂岩 6、强风化粉砂岩 7-3。地质参数参照《海傍站详勘阶段岩土工程勘察报告》, 具体参数如 表 2 所示。模拟顶管施工过程, 在隧洞顶部采用管幕支护, 管节周围设置注浆层。
管线变形及应力云图如 图 8 所示, 由数值模拟结果可知, 顶管施工过程中, 地表土体最大隆起量为 ${8.6}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,最大沉降为 ${1.1}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ; 大鹏燃气管道最大竖向变形为 ${5.45}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ;成品油管道最大竖向变形为 ${5.43}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ; 广州燃气管道最大竖向变形为 ${5.02}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。在最大、最小主应力方面,大鹏燃气管道分别为 ${7.56}\text{、}- {9.02}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ ; 成品油管道分别为 ${10.26}\text{、}- {10.00}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ ; 广州燃气管道分别为 ${11.68}\text{、}- {14.32}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ 。以上管线变形、应力结果均在可控范围之内。
为进一步控制顶管顶进对地层沉降及地下管线的影响, 可采取以下措施: ①控制土仓压力、调整触变泥浆黏度和比重, 避免掌子面失稳, 加强出渣管理, 适当减少出渣量;②及时监测,加强施工管理;③调整泥水平衡设定值;④保证同步注浆系统(触变泥浆) 工作正常, 适当加大注浆量; ⑤顶管姿态预调整, 对顶管姿态进行及时修正和纠偏,遵循 “量小、勤纠” 的原则;⑥端头加固。
顶管施工始发、接收过程中端头加固的质量不佳可能会导致始发、接收时出现坍塌、突泥、涌水,严重影响施工安全。因此, 需严格设计端头加固方式, 以满足顶管始发端头止水、加固需求。
顶管始发和接收井端头由于受管线距离较近的影响, 地面加固条件有限, 因此采用井内加固并结合部分地面加固的形式。在管线保护距离(5m)范围之外与端头墙之间采用三轴旋喷桩对端头进行地面加固, 三轴旋喷桩采用 $\phi$ 600 mm@450 mm 形式,旋喷垂直加固底部为隧道底以下 $3\mathrm{\;m}$ ,桩体顶部加固至隧道顶部以上 $3\mathrm{\;m}$ 范围。井内加固采用全方位高压喷射工法(Metro Jet System–MJS 工法), MJS 桩径 ${1500}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,拟采用 P.O42.5 级普通硅酸盐水泥, 水泥掺量 40%。按照水灰比 1:1 制备水泥浆液,水泥浆液要在喷浆前制备好, 且搅拌时间不得少于 $5\mathrm{\;{min}}$ ,但不得超过 $2\mathrm{\;h}$ ,喷浆过程中加强浆液比重检测,控制泥浆比重为 ${1.5}\pm {0.02}\mathrm{\;g}/{\mathrm{{cm}}}^{3}$ , MJS 水平加固在始发井和接收井处沿顶管掘进方向加固长度约 $8\mathrm{\;m}$
为进一步减少顶管掘进施工对上部管线造成的影响, 以及降低进、出洞时的破洞风险, 在顶管施工前, 采用管幕支护辅助施工, 管幕设置于顶管拱部, 采用 ${\phi 402}\mathrm{\;{mm}}\left({t ={14}\mathrm{\;{mm}}}\right)@{450}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。端头加固与管幕施工顺序为: 三轴旋喷桩加固 $\rightarrow$ 大管幕施工 $\rightarrow$ MJS 水平加固。
顶管法施工采用预制钢筋混凝土管节进行支护, 减小隧洞开挖对周围土体、管线的影响。作为隧洞的永久衬砌结构, 管节的拼装过程直接关系到隧洞的防水性和安全性, 进而影响地表沉降和地下管线。
由于顶管在顶进过程中掌子面阻力较大, 尽管设备掘进了较长里程, 在拼装新管节时, 顶推系统油缸回缩后, 机头和管节就会一起后退, 机头和前方土体失稳, 易引起机头前方的土体坍塌, 影响地下管线安全。因此, 在前基座上安装一套如 图 9 所示的止退系统, 防止设备和管节回退, 从而使地面沉降量明显减少,以减小对地下管线的影响。
由于管节断面尺寸和质量较大, 在运输过程中翻身环节易发生磕碰损坏, 导致管节衬砌的安全性和耐久性降低,因此需要设计安全可靠的管节翻身架。管节翻身架安装在始发井西边缘, 场地硬化时预埋地脚螺栓及钢板, 预埋的 16 块钢板呈三角形布置, 采用 M24 高强螺栓固定。垂直吊具与管节两侧的 6 个吊装孔连接, 垂直吊具与管节同时翻转, 垂直吊具两侧的旋转杆插入翻身架上,完成翻身,如 图 10 所示。
每环预制管节布置了注浆孔 16 支,压浆孔 18 支, 在顶管掘进时有效做好压注触变泥浆填充管节外周空隙, 以控制地面沉降和减少顶进阻力, 进而避免对地下管线产生较大扰动。
本工程由 2 条并行顶管通道组成, 通道之间净距为 ${1.3}\mathrm{m}$ ,施工时易产生以下问题: ①顶进过程中产生的侧压力易对邻近已成型通道产生影响, 引起相邻管节发生变形和位移, 甚至造成破坏; ②已成型通道四周土体受相邻顶管顶进施工时再次扰动, 易引起地面及管线沉降叠加,造成周边环境破坏 [ 13 ] 。因此密贴顶管顶进条件下控制地面及管线沉降, 确保相邻管节结构安全是本项目的重难点。
为减小近距离施工对已成型通道及地面沉降的影响, 顶管施工前, 在顶管顶部设置一排钢管管幕, 通过管幕进行掌子面注浆, 从而改善围岩的物理力学性质, 增强围岩的自承载能力。在掘进过程中, 根据监测数据和地表沉降情况, 及时调整顶管掘进参数和注浆参数, 确保地表沉降控制在设计和规范要求范围内。 注浆必须遵循 “先压后顶、随顶随压、及时补浆” 的原则。注浆施工质量应采用以压力控制为主, 注浆量控制为辅的原则进行控制。同时掘进过程中还要严格控制泥水仓压力和出渣量等技术参数、防止地表沉降出现超限的情况。此外, 掘进过程中通过轴线偏差控制技术和轴线滚转控制技术对顶管姿态进行控制和调整, 以确保顶管密贴施工的安全。隧道掘进完成后, 及时采用水泥浆进行置换或压密施工过程中注入触变泥浆, 减小隧道贯通后的地表沉降和运营过程中的变形。在管节预制的过程中, 预埋压力传感器, 施工过程中实时监测地层压力, 当出现压力偏差较大时, 及时通过管节上预留的注浆孔注入触变泥浆进行调整,直至左右侧压力平衡为止。
按照《城市轨道交通工程监测技术规范》(GB50911-2013)要求, 对本工程地表隆沉和管线沉降进行监测。测点沿管道布置,间距 。用冲击钻在地表钻孔, 然后放入长 、直径 的圆头钢筋, 四周用水泥砂浆填实。对各监测点编号,并作好标记与保护, 以防外力破坏监测点, 影响监测结果的真实性, 局部的管线沉降累计值变化趋势如图 11所示。
3 条管线监测点累计控制值按 ${20}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,累计预警值按 ${16}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,变化速率控制值按 $3\mathrm{\;{mm}}/\mathrm{d}$ (连续 2 d), 变化速率预警值按 $2\mathrm{\;{mm}}/\mathrm{d}$ (连续 2 d)。地面沉降监测点累计控制值为 ${30}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,预警值按 ${24}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。地面隆起累计控制值按 ${10}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,预警值按 $8\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。根据监测数据显示: 在管线沉降方面, 左线累计隆起最大点为 GXCSY3-1,累计隆起 ${2.51}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,单天最大变化速率点为 GXCSY3-2,变化速率 ${0.31}\mathrm{\;{mm}}/\mathrm{d}$ ; 右线累计沉降最大点为 GXCRQ1-2,累计沉降 ${3.81}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,单天最大变化速率点为 GXCRQ2-3,变化速率 ${0.34}\mathrm{\;{mm}}/\mathrm{d}$ 。在地面沉降方面,左线累计隆起最大点累计隆起 ${2.4}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ , 单天最大变化速率点的变化速率 ${0.40}\mathrm{\;{mm}}/\mathrm{d}$ ;右线累计沉降最大点累计沉降 ${5.7}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,单天最大变化速率点的变化速率 ${0.45}\mathrm{\;{mm}}/\mathrm{d}$
由监测结果可知, 管线沉降和地面沉降数据均在可控范围之内, 未发生预警情况。这也证实了顶管法施工下穿管线的地铁车站是安全可行的。
矩形顶管暗挖施工建造地铁车站技术的成功应用, 为复杂工况下机械暗挖建造地铁车站提供了新思路。本文以广州地铁 3 号线东延段海傍站为工程背景, 对矩形顶管暗挖施工建造地铁车站技术进行研究, 主要结论如下。
1) 由于车站断面尺寸较大, 顶管法施工需采用断面分割、顶管密贴施工的方式, 研究方案包括双洞组合方案和三洞组合方案。结合本工程实际, 顶管施工段仅占车站全长的 $1/{10}$ ,为保证施工工期和施工安全, 选择双洞组合方案中双洞独立的形式, 依靠车站明挖段实现建筑功能。
2) 管节设计结构形式为矩形圆倒角钢筋混凝土管节, 采用现场预制加工的方式, 管节间设置 4 道防水体系, 保证了顶管段结构的防水性能。
3) 顶管顶进过程中, 由于管节与上方土体的接触面积增大导致摩阻力增大,可能产生整体背土效应。 根据本工程实际参数, 对总管节摩阻力、管节上方土体单侧剪切极限约束力、管节上方土体单侧剪切滑移约束力、前端土体极限抗力进行计算并带入整体背土效应判别式可知, 不会发生整体背土破坏。
4) 采用数值模拟的方法, 对顶进过程中管线受到的影响进行分析, 结果表明, 管线的竖向变形和最大、 最小主应力均会受到影响, 但均在可控范围内, 可在施工中采用调整压力值及泥浆比重、调整泥水平衡设定值、同步注浆、姿态预调整等措施进行预防。
5) 施工过程对地面及管线沉降进行监测, 并对监测数据汇总分析。监测结果显示, 左右线顶进过程中地面沉降和管线沉降均未出现预警情况, 采用顶管法施工下穿管线的地铁车站安全可控。
海傍站作为顶管法建造地铁车站的实践项目, 达到了预期的施工效果, 为今后顶管法建造地铁车站工程提供了案例支撑。此外, 下一步研究可以尝试将结构分割转换工法引入到地铁车站建设中, 结合双洞组合方案和三洞组合方案, 进一步开展矩形顶管暗挖施工建造完整地铁车站的研究。
