An integrated spatial finite element model of railbridgepier was developed and validated to investigate the effect of temperature on the interaction between bridges and rails, particularly focusing on smallradius curved bridges used by trams. This study compared and analyzed the bridgerail interaction laws between straight bridges and smallradius curved bridges. It specifically examined the additional expansion force of the rail, lateral forces at the top of bridge piers, and longitudinal forces under overall and local heating conditions. Under overall heating conditions, the research found that smallradius curved bridges experience greater lateral displacement of the steel rail and higher lateral forces at the top of bridge piers compared to straight bridges. Moreover, as the bridge temperature increased, the additional expansion force of the rail also increased. Calculations using overall heating conditions resulted in larger expansion forces and longitudinal forces on the top of piers compared to local heating conditions. Based on these findings, three different fastener arrangement schemes were proposed and evaluated. It was observed that fasteners with lower resistance could effectively reduce the additional expansion force of the rail. However, insufficient longitudinal resistance might increase the risk of rail joint fractures. In conclusion, the study provides valuable insights for designing continuously welded rails on smallradius curved bridges for tram systems, offering guidance on optimizing fastener arrangements to mitigate rail expansion effects while ensuring structural integrity.

为研究温度效应对小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响,以某小半径有轨电车曲线桥为背景,建立考虑无缝线路线形的线桥墩一体化空间有限元模型并进行验证。分析并对比直线桥与小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用规律,研究了整体升温工况与局部升温工况下小半径曲线桥钢轨伸缩附加力、桥梁墩顶横向力和纵向力的大小及其分布规律,提出3种扣件布置方案并从减小钢轨伸缩附加力的角度进行对比。研究结果表明:相较于直线桥,整体升温情况下小半径曲线桥上钢轨横向位移及墩顶横向力均较大;对于小半径曲线桥,整体升温情况下,随着桥梁温度的升高,钢轨的伸缩附加力逐渐增大;采用整体升温工况进行设计检算时,钢轨所受伸缩力及墩顶纵向力与局部升温工况相比结果偏大;相较于铺设常阻力扣件,铺设小阻力扣件可以明显减小钢轨伸缩附加力,但纵向阻力过小容易导致钢轨折断时断缝过大。研究结果可以为有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路的设计提供理论参考。

为研究温度效应对小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响,以某小半径有轨电车曲线桥为背景,建立考虑无缝线路线形的线桥墩一体化空间有限元模型并进行验证。分析并对比直线桥与小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用规律,研究了整体升温工况与局部升温工况下小半径曲线桥钢轨伸缩附加力、桥梁墩顶横向力和纵向力的大小及其分布规律,提出3种扣件布置方案并从减小钢轨伸缩附加力的角度进行对比。研究结果表明:相较于直线桥,整体升温情况下小半径曲线桥上钢轨横向位移及墩顶横向力均较大;对于小半径曲线桥,整体升温情况下,随着桥梁温度的升高,钢轨的伸缩附加力逐渐增大;采用整体升温工况进行设计检算时,钢轨所受伸缩力及墩顶纵向力与局部升温工况相比结果偏大;相较于铺设常阻力扣件,铺设小阻力扣件可以明显减小钢轨伸缩附加力,但纵向阻力过小容易导致钢轨折断时断缝过大。研究结果可以为有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路的设计提供理论参考。

An integrated spatial finite element model of railbridgepier was developed and validated to investigate the effect of temperature on the interaction between bridges and rails, particularly focusing on smallradius curved bridges used by trams. This study compared and analyzed the bridgerail interaction laws between straight bridges and smallradius curved bridges. It specifically examined the additional expansion force of the rail, lateral forces at the top of bridge piers, and longitudinal forces under overall and local heating conditions. Under overall heating conditions, the research found that smallradius curved bridges experience greater lateral displacement of the steel rail and higher lateral forces at the top of bridge piers compared to straight bridges. Moreover, as the bridge temperature increased, the additional expansion force of the rail also increased. Calculations using overall heating conditions resulted in larger expansion forces and longitudinal forces on the top of piers compared to local heating conditions. Based on these findings, three different fastener arrangement schemes were proposed and evaluated. It was observed that fasteners with lower resistance could effectively reduce the additional expansion force of the rail. However, insufficient longitudinal resistance might increase the risk of rail joint fractures. In conclusion, the study provides valuable insights for designing continuously welded rails on smallradius curved bridges for tram systems, offering guidance on optimizing fastener arrangements to mitigate rail expansion effects while ensuring structural integrity.

近年来, 我国交通运输基础设施网络日趋完善, 为了适应大城市的复杂交通线路, 越来越多的有轨电车修建于曲线桥上, 曲线桥上无缝线路的梁轨相互作用机理逐渐成为研究热点。
温度效应对梁轨相互作用具有重要影响 [ 1 - 3 ] ,国内外学者对此进行了广泛而深入的研究: MUBARACK 等 [ 4 ] 提出了一个简化的数值模型来研究温度荷载作用下梁轨相互作用对桥上无缝线路稳定性的影响并进行了验证; $\mathrm{{SU}}$ [ 5 ] 对多跨简支梁桥与 CRTS II 型板式轨道之间的轨道-桥梁相互作用进行了全面的研究, 发现温度效应的影响不可忽视; 闫斌等 [ 6 ] 对一简支梁桥 CRTS II 型板式无砟轨道建模分析发现, 极端温度下, 无砟轨道上、下表面纵向应力差较大, 会引起翘曲变形;冯青松等 [ 7 ] 建立连续梁桥 CRTSIII型板式无砟轨道模型, 分析了桥梁整体升温与不均匀温度荷载下无缝线路的变形, 发现两种工况下钢轨的横向、垂向位移差距明显。
然而, 上述相关研究大部分集中在直线桥梁, 关于温度效应对小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用影响的研究还相对较少。与直线桥不同, 曲线桥上无缝线路的纵向、横向梁轨相互作用是耦合的 [8-10 ,力学行为及相互作用机理更加复杂。已有关于温度效应对曲线桥梁轨相互作用影响的研究也只考虑均匀升降温的情况, 鲜有研究考虑不均匀升温对小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响, 因此, 研究不均匀温度荷载下有轨电车曲线桥上无缝线路的受力特性十分必要。
本文以某有轨电车示范线工程为背景, 利用有限元软件 ANSYS, 基于曲线桥上梁轨相互作用原理, 建立有轨电车小半径曲线桥有限元模型, 分析其在整体升温情况下的梁轨相互作用规律并与直线桥进行对比,研究了整体升温和局部升温工况下有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路轨道的力学特性, 对影响曲线桥上梁轨相互作用的线路纵向阻力进行了探究, 提出 3 种扣件布置方案并从减小钢轨伸缩附加力的角度对其进行了对比。研究结果可以为有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路的设计提供参考。
采用 ANSYS 软件建立曲线桥上无缝线路有限元模型, 模型主要由钢轨、轨下连接刚臂、桥上连接刚臂、主梁和桥墩组成。钢轨和桥梁采用 BEAM4 梁单元模拟, 考虑双线四股钢轨的情况, 主梁建模过程中借助梁格法, 采用纵梁与横梁相互连接的梁格模型; 线路纵向、横向阻力采用 COMBIN39 非线性弹簧单元模拟; 桥墩采用 BEAM4 梁单元模拟, 通过改变墩高和截面参数实现桥墩的纵向、横向刚度的模拟。考虑到无砟轨道道床的强度和刚度远大于扣件, 因此认为道床阻力为无穷大, 有轨电车无缝线路与桥梁之间的线路阻力由扣件提供。 图 1 为小半径曲线桥线-桥-墩有限元模型。
选取文献[ 8 ]中的连续梁桥进行建模并计算, 验证本文所提出的建模方法的正确性。选择伸缩工况进行对比分析,荷载为钢-混连续梁桥升温 ${50}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,简支梁桥升温 30°C,轨温变化为 ${0}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ 。计算结果与文献[ 8 ]中提取结果的对比如 表 1 所示。由 表 1 可知, 相同工况下, 本文所建立的有限元模型与文献模型的计算结果差别很小, 相对误差均小于 5%, 验证了本文建模方法的可靠性和准确性。
本文以某有轨电车示范线工程为背景, 研究温度效应对小半径有轨电车曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响。 该工程共包含桥梁 97 跨, 其中 3 座为曲线桥, 分别为 $\left({{30}+ {45}+ {30}}\right)\mathrm{m}$ 连续刚构桥、 $3 \times {30}\mathrm{\;m}$$2 \times {25}\mathrm{\;m}$ 的连续箱梁桥,最小曲线半径为 ${80}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。选取 $3 \times {30}\mathrm{\;m}$$2 \times {25}\mathrm{\;m}$ 的连续箱梁桥作为研究对象, 建立小半径曲线桥线- 桥-墩一体化模型并进行分析。为更加客观地模拟曲线桥上无缝线路的实际受力和变形状态, 连续梁两侧分别增加 $3 \times {30}\mathrm{\;m}$ 简支梁。此外,为保证桥上无缝线路处于固定区, 考虑路基对无缝线路的约束作用, 桥梁上无缝线路向两侧桥台外路基上各延伸 ${200}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。假定固定支座完全阻止梁伸缩, 不考虑活动支座的摩阻力, 桥梁同一横截面处布置相同支座,曲线段 6、8 号墩顶布置固定支座, 其余位置布置纵向活动支座, 本文的总体分析模型如 图 2 所示。
建模时连续梁桥和简支梁桥均采用等截面梁, 截面形式为单箱单室, 截面尺寸如 图 3 所示。主梁材料采用 $\mathrm{C}{50}$ 混凝土,弹性模量为 ${3.45}\times {10}^{10}\mathrm{\;{Pa}}$ ,泊松比为 0.2,线膨胀系数为 ${1.00}\times {10}^{-5}/{}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$
钢轨采用 U75V 材质的 59R2 槽型耐磨钢轨,弹性模量为 ${2.06}\times {10}^{11}\mathrm{\;N}/{\mathrm{m}}^{2}$ ,泊松比为 0.3,线膨胀系数为 ${1.18}\times {10}^{-5}/{}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ 。钢轨断面面积为 ${7412}{\mathrm{\;{mm}}}^{2}$ ,质量为 ${58.20}\mathrm{\;{kg}}/\mathrm{m}$ ,截面惯性矩为 ${3.2138}\times {10}^{7}{\mathrm{\;{mm}}}^{4}$ ,截面高度为 ${180}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。扣件采用 W-Tram 扣件,间距为 ${625}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ , 不设钢轨伸缩调节器, 全桥及路基布置常阻力扣件, 计算线路纵向阻力取 ${15}\mathrm{{kN}}/\left({\mathrm{m}/\text{轨}}\right)$ ,弹塑性临界位移为 $2\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,扣件横向刚度取 $5 \times {10}^{6}\mathrm{\;N}/\mathrm{m}$
位于简支梁桥与路基接壤处的 1 号和 12 号桥台 (见 图 2 )纵向、横向刚度为 ${300}\mathrm{\;{kN}}/\mathrm{{mm}}$ 、连续梁桥和简支梁桥桥墩纵向、横向刚度均为 ${35}\mathrm{{kN}}/\mathrm{{mm}}$ 。桥墩材料采用 $\mathrm{C}{40}$ 混凝土,弹性模量取 ${3.25}\times {10}^{10}\mathrm{\;{Pa}}$ ,泊松比为 0.2,混凝土线膨胀系数为 ${1.00}\times {10}^{-5}/{}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$
考虑线路的实际情况, 建模时第一联曲线桥与第二联曲线桥在平面内弯曲方向相反,第一联曲线桥的左线钢轨为内线, 第二联曲线桥的右线钢轨为内线。
为研究小半径曲线对线-桥-墩系统的影响, 建立相同跨径的直线桥有限元模型, 对比分析两者的钢轨横向位移与桥墩墩顶横向力, 图 4为直线桥线-桥-墩有限元模型。参照《铁路无缝线路设计规范》(TB10015— 2012) 并结合当地气象参数,取桥梁均匀升温 , 钢轨升温 44.2 C, 计算得到钢轨横向位移如 所示, 桥墩墩顶横向力如表 2所示。
图 5 可知, 小半径曲线桥上钢轨横向位移远大于直线桥, 直线桥上左右两侧钢轨各向两侧偏移, 左线与右线钢轨横向位移呈对称分布, 内外侧钢轨横向位移差距不大, 此外, 钢轨横向位移整体较为平缓,四股钢轨位移皆在 ${0.6}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 左右变化,均匀温度作用下直线桥钢轨不利横向位移的位置处于梁缝以及桥墩相接处,最大值为 ${0.715}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ; 而小半径曲线桥上由简支直线桥到连续曲线桥钢轨横向位移逐渐增大, 随着线路弯曲方向转变, 钢轨横向位移逐渐减小并向另一侧反方向增大, 到直线桥路段后随着线路曲率的减小, 钢轨横向位移逐渐减小。线路最大横向位移达 ${16.37}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,远大于直线桥。
表 2 可知, 直线桥墩顶横向力接近为 0 , 曲线桥墩顶横向力远大于直线桥。在曲线桥梁前半段, 墩顶最大横向力为 ${416.801}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,位于简支梁与连续梁接壤处的 4 号桥墩,而后半段墩顶横向力最大值为 ${540.068}\mathrm{{kN}}$ , 位于第二联连续梁桥中部的 8 号桥墩。
由此可见, 伸缩工况下, 小半径曲线桥的钢轨横向位移及墩顶横向力偏大, 设计时忽略小半径曲线的影响可能会造成钢轨变形过大以及桥墩强度不满足要求。
为研究均匀温度变化对小半径曲线桥上钢轨受力和墩顶受力的影响, 设计 4 种对比工况, 桥梁升温分别取 ${25}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$${30}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$${35}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$${40}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,钢轨升温取 ${44.2}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,温度变化方式均为整体均匀升温。具体工况设计见 表 3
桥梁及钢轨的温度变化主要是受到太阳辐射的影响, 桥梁受到太阳辐射一定角度的影响导致桥梁横向产生升温较高的阳面与升温较低的阴面, 同时由于混凝土导热性能较差, 桥梁内部混凝土热传递效率较低, 使得桥梁阳面与阴面温度变化不均匀的效应进一步加大。因此,在桥梁均匀升温 ${30}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,钢轨升温 ${44.2}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ 的基础上, 再增加 3 个桥梁温差不同的加载工况, 分析局部升温作用下, 温差变化对有轨电车曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响。假设桥面板和右侧腹板直接受到太阳辐射为阳面, 底板和左侧腹板为阴面。具体工况设计见 表 4
图 6 给出了 4 种整体均匀升温工况下曲线桥上钢轨伸缩附加力、墩顶横向、纵向受力的计算结果, 其中钢轨受力结果均取自右线右侧钢轨。
图 6 可知, 随着桥梁温度的升高, 钢轨的伸缩附加力逐渐增大。这是由于桥梁温度上升导致桥梁发生纵向变形, 使得桥梁与钢轨之间的相对纵向位移增加, 进而增大了桥梁对钢轨产生的伸缩附加力。当桥梁温度从 ${25}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ 升高到 ${40}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ 时,钢轨伸缩附加力的最大值增加了 ${109.37}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,增幅为 ${35.05}\%$ ,同时钢轨伸缩附加力的变化幅值增加了 ${150.81}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,增幅为 ${36.40}\%$
此外, 整体升温工况时, 墩顶纵向、横向受力与温度引起的墩顶纵向、横向相对位移有关, 桥梁温度不断升高会导致墩顶纵向相对位移增加, 但不同工况下墩顶的横向相对位移差距不大,因此, 随着桥梁温度的升高, 桥墩墩顶的纵向受力最大值也增加, 而横向受力则没有明显变化。
图 7 给出了 4 种局部升温工况下曲线桥上钢轨伸缩附加力, 墩顶纵、横向受力的计算结果, 其中钢轨受力结果均取自右线右侧钢轨。
图 7 可知, 从工况 1 到工况 4 , 随着桥梁温差的减小,钢轨所受最大伸缩附加力由 ${255.7}\mathrm{{kN}}$ 增大到 ${356.45}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,增加了 39.4%。由此得出,桥梁温差越大, 曲线桥钢轨伸缩附加拉力越小, 相较于局部升温, 整体升温工况下钢轨伸缩附加力较大。
对比工况 1 和工况 4 ,当桥梁不均匀温差由 ${30}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ 减少到0℃,墩顶横向水平推力较大的墩,加1.5.6 7、12 号墩台, 横向水平推力有所减小; 推力较小的墩, 如 $2 \sim 4$$8 \sim {11}$ 号墩,推力有所增加,说明桥梁温度荷载越均匀, 墩顶横向水平推力在各个桥墩上的分配越均匀。此外, 相较工况 1 , 工况 4 墩顶最大横向力减小 6.46%,墩顶最大纵向力增大 49.12%。因此,温度荷载越均匀,墩顶纵向力越大,墩顶横向力在各个桥墩上分配越均匀, 但最大墩顶横向力变化不大。
图 6图 7 可知, 曲线桥中跨跨中以及两端梁缝位置附近的钢轨所受伸缩附加力较大, 与基本温度力叠加后,钢轨纵向力超过 ${900}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,现有研究 [ 12 ] 表明通过在桥上采用小阻力扣件可降低最大附加纵向力, 保证轨道和桥梁结构的安全使用。为探究不同阻力扣件对升温工况下小半径曲线桥钢轨伸缩附加力的影响, 本文在不考虑伸缩调节器的条件下初步设计了 3 种扣件铺设方案,分别为:①全桥及路基上铺设小阻力扣件;②曲线桥上铺设小阻力扣件,两侧简支梁及路基上铺设常阻力扣件;③全桥及路基上铺设常阻力扣件。分析时,升温工况取桥梁升温 ${30}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,钢轨升温 ${44.2}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ , 扣件参数取值参考文献[ 13 ]:常阻力扣件极限荷载取 ${15}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,弹塑性临界位移为 $2\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,小阻力扣件极限荷载取 ${4.6}\mathrm{{kN}}$ ,弹塑性临界位移为 $2\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,两种扣件的线路纵向阻力模型如 图 8 所示, 图 8 中, $r$$u$ 分别表示扣件纵向阻力以及位移大小。
3 种扣件铺设方案在升温工况下曲线桥上钢轨受力计算结果如 图 9 所示。由 图 9 可知, 铺设小阻力扣件可以显著减小钢轨伸缩附加力。方案①曲线桥部分的钢轨伸缩附加力略大于方案②,直线桥部分的钢轨伸缩附加力小于方案②。
另外, 线路纵向阻力过小容易导致钢轨折断时断缝过大,影响轨道的平顺性,加剧列车与轨道间冲击作用, 因此需要对 3 种方案的断缝值进行检算。升温工况下伸缩力最大值均出现在线路里程 ${336}\mathrm{\;m}$ 处,考虑桥梁降温 ${15}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,钢轨降温 ${44.2}^{\circ }\mathrm{C}$ ,假设线路里程 ${336}\mathrm{\;m}$ 处右线右侧钢轨发生折断,折断后的钢轨纵向位移及断缝值计算结果如 图 10表 5 所示。
图 10 可知,采用小阻力扣件的方案钢轨纵向位移较大, 原因是钢轨折断后纵向力得到释放, 折断位置由于钢轨纵向位移出现明显断缝, 小阻力扣件对钢轨的约束作用较小。由 表 5 可知, 方案①的断缝值计算结果最大,方案③的断缝值计算结果最小。
对比上述 3 个方案, 可以发现, 曲线桥上无缝线路铺设小阻力扣件可以明显缓解梁轨相互作用, 减小钢轨伸缩附加力。同时,《铁路无缝线路设计规范》(TB 10015-2012) 中规定: 钢轨断缝值一般不超过 , 困难条件下不超过 ,因此从断缝值的角度考虑, 上述方案中全桥布置常阻力扣件最安全,曲线段布置小阻力扣件其次。当然, 铺设小阻力扣件也可能会引起轨道稳定性变差、钢轨变形增加以及养护困难等问题, 在实际工程确定扣件布置方案时, 应结合钢轨强度稳定性验算结果, 综合考虑制动力、挠曲力等其他附加力对梁轨相互作用的影响。
以某有轨电车示范线工程为背景, 利用有限元软件 ANSYS 建立了有轨电车直线桥与小半径曲线桥线- 桥-墩一体化模型, 分析了直线桥与曲线桥梁轨相互作用的规律, 并分别研究了整体升温和局部升温对有轨电车曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响。在此基础上, 提出了 3 种扣件布置方案并进行了对比, 主要得到以下结论:
1) 整体升温情况下, 小半径曲线桥上钢轨横向位移及墩顶横向力均大于直线桥, 设计时忽略小半径曲线的影响可能会造成钢轨变形过大以及桥墩强度不满足要求;
2) 对于小半径曲线桥, 整体升温情况下, 随着桥梁温度的升高, 钢轨的伸缩附加力逐渐增大; 在本文所分析的工况中, 与整体升温相比, 局部升温不同位置的温差将导致钢轨伸缩附加力与桥墩墩顶纵向水平推力变小;
3) 相较于铺设常阻力扣件, 铺设小阻力扣件可以明显缓解梁轨相互作用, 减小钢轨伸缩附加力, 但纵向阻力过小容易导致钢轨折断时断缝过大。
本文在设计工况时仅考虑了整体升温以及局部升温的情况, 关于温度梯度对小半径曲线桥梁轨相互作用的影响, 将是下一步的研究方向。
