In view of the lack of research on rescue scenarios in the operation of metro railway and the inability of the electric multiple unit (EMU) to fully meet the timeliness requirements of rescue, the runaway risk and braking strategy of metro train rescue conditions are studied. Firstly, a longitudinal dynamic model is established for the coupling of multi formation trains and then Beijing New Airport Line is token as an example to analyze the potential risk of train slip caused by the existing urban rail transit operation under rescue scenario. Finally, based on relevant standards, this study analyzes the comfort of passengers under different braking modes during the rescue process. The results show that when coupled at a speed of 5 km/h on a 33‰ slope, the acceleration and jerk rate of the train will reach 10.5 m/s² and 9.9 m/s³ while at holding brake mode, and slip will occur. However, the acceleration and jerk rate of the train at emergency braking mode decrease by 63.1% and 54.7%, respectively, and no slip occurrs. When the coupling speed is reduced to 3 km/h, the maximum acceleration and maximum impact rate are reduced to 2.1 m/s² and 2.4 m/s³, respectively, which means passenger comfort significantly improves. When the train is parked on a slope, due to the braketraction switching process, the holding brake force should reach to 60% or more of the maximum service braking force to ensure that the vehicle will not slide on the maximum slope.

针对市域铁路在运营过程中的救援场景研究缺乏及现有市域动车组能力不能完全满足救援的及时性要求等问题,本文研究了市域列车救援工况的溜逸风险及制动策略。首先,建立多编组列车连挂时的纵向动力学模型;然后,以北京大兴机场线为例,分析在救援工况下现有运营方式可能带来的列车溜逸风险;最后,结合相关标准,分析救援过程不同制动模式下乘客的舒适性。研究结果表明:在33‰坡道上救援车以5km/h连挂时,保持制动模式下列车加速度和冲击率将会达到10.5 m/s²和9.9 m/s³,且发生溜逸,而采用紧急制动模式时,列车的加速度和冲击率分别下降了63.1%和54.7%,未发生溜逸;当救援车连挂速度降低至3km/h后,列车最大加速度和最大冲击率分别降低至2.1 m/s² 和 2.4 m/s³,乘客舒适性明显提高。在坡道停车时,由于存在制动牵引切换过程,为保证在最大坡道上不溜车,列车保持制动力需达到60%最大常用制动力以上。

针对市域铁路在运营过程中的救援场景研究缺乏及现有市域动车组能力不能完全满足救援的及时性要求等问题,本文研究了市域列车救援工况的溜逸风险及制动策略。首先,建立多编组列车连挂时的纵向动力学模型;然后,以北京大兴机场线为例,分析在救援工况下现有运营方式可能带来的列车溜逸风险;最后,结合相关标准,分析救援过程不同制动模式下乘客的舒适性。研究结果表明:在33‰坡道上救援车以5km/h连挂时,保持制动模式下列车加速度和冲击率将会达到10.5 m/s²和9.9 m/s³,且发生溜逸,而采用紧急制动模式时,列车的加速度和冲击率分别下降了63.1%和54.7%,未发生溜逸;当救援车连挂速度降低至3km/h后,列车最大加速度和最大冲击率分别降低至2.1 m/s² 和 2.4 m/s³,乘客舒适性明显提高。在坡道停车时,由于存在制动牵引切换过程,为保证在最大坡道上不溜车,列车保持制动力需达到60%最大常用制动力以上。

In view of the lack of research on rescue scenarios in the operation of metro railway and the inability of the electric multiple unit (EMU) to fully meet the timeliness requirements of rescue, the runaway risk and braking strategy of metro train rescue conditions are studied. Firstly, a longitudinal dynamic model is established for the coupling of multi formation trains and then Beijing New Airport Line is token as an example to analyze the potential risk of train slip caused by the existing urban rail transit operation under rescue scenario. Finally, based on relevant standards, this study analyzes the comfort of passengers under different braking modes during the rescue process. The results show that when coupled at a speed of 5 km/h on a 33‰ slope, the acceleration and jerk rate of the train will reach 10.5 m/s² and 9.9 m/s³ while at holding brake mode, and slip will occur. However, the acceleration and jerk rate of the train at emergency braking mode decrease by 63.1% and 54.7%, respectively, and no slip occurrs. When the coupling speed is reduced to 3 km/h, the maximum acceleration and maximum impact rate are reduced to 2.1 m/s² and 2.4 m/s³, respectively, which means passenger comfort significantly improves. When the train is parked on a slope, due to the braketraction switching process, the holding brake force should reach to 60% or more of the maximum service braking force to ensure that the vehicle will not slide on the maximum slope.

随着轨道交通的发展, 市域铁路在大城市与周边县域的联系中发挥了越来越重要的作用 [ 1 - 3 ] ,北京、上海、成都等多地均已建设了一定规模的市域铁路。市域铁路的车辆制式比较接近动车组,但市域铁路的运营单位为各地地铁运营公司,因此其仍延续地铁车辆的运营策略。由于市域列车和地铁车辆的运营策略存在较大差异,尤其是在救援工况下的具体制动策略还没有得到充分认识。目前, 各地城轨运营单位仍习惯采用城轨运营策略进行市域列车的救援工作, 同时也有相关学者进行了较多分析 [ 4 - 5 ] 。刘铭等 [ 6 ] 结合上海 7 号线,对各种列车的故障救援方案进行了比选和汇总,划分了救援阶段并对不同阶段的选择进行了组合, 得到了一种效率最高的救援模式。李宇辉等 [ 7 ] 针对市域列车早高峰期救援方案进行了分析,对南京 S8 线运营的救援速度、 救援路径进行了优化, 优化后的救援效率提升了 31%。 赵丹丹等 [ 8 ] 研究了不同编组混合运行对列车救援的影响, 以救援时间和运能为目标建立了救援方案模型。
以上相关研究中, 救援方式的特点在于故障车的制动全部被强迫缓解, 成为自由车辆, 让救援车承担全部牵引、制动功能。而市域列车一般采用救援开关将故障车与救援车贯通, 这样可以保留故障车的制动力, 但是在遇到紧急制动不缓解、制动风管漏风等故障时,需要司机下车操作,极大增加故障处理时长。 为了满足城市轨道交通列车高密度运行、低延误率的要求, 最大限度降低故障救援对正线运营的影响, 各地运营单位往往按照城轨救援方式将故障车制动力全部切除。此外, 当故障车出现整列车制动力丢失(如总风泄露等)故障时,所有制动力只能由救援车提供,尤其是在坡道上连挂或者停车时, 会导致两列车整体的制动力不足 [ 9 ] ,从而产生冲击或者溜逸的风险。因此, 为了满足实际中的运营需求, 必须分析列车牵引、制动力完全丢失的工况。针对以上问题, 本文建立了多编组列车的纵向动力学模型, 并针对北京大兴机场线计算了不同连挂速度下列车的冲击力与制动力, 分析了列车在救援时的舒适性和溜逸风险, 最后提出了一种市域列

车救援工况下的保持制动策略。
一列多编组列车可以看成由多个刚体和弹性元件串联而成的质量-刚度-阻尼系统 [ 10 ] ,其示意图如 图 1 所示。
其中, 车体、转向架可以视为刚体, 而车体之间的车钩-缓冲单元以及车体与转向架之间的牵引-缓冲装置是弹簧-阻尼系统, 列车连挂动力学方程为

式中, ${m}_{i}$ 为第 $i$ 节车体的质量; ${k}_{i}$ 为第 $i$ 节车体与第 $i + 1$ 节车体间勾缓装置与转向架连接装置的综合刚度; ${c}_{i}$ 为第 $i$ 节车体与第 $i + 1$ 节车体间勾缓装置与转向架连接装置的综合阻尼; ${x}_{i}$ 为第 $i$ 节车体的位移,刚度乘以位移表示列车所受到的弹性力; ${f}_{\text{brake }}$ 为制动力; ${f}_{\mathrm{w}}$ 为纵向风载荷; ${f}_{\mathrm{i}}$ 为列车重力沿坡道的分力。式(1)是单节车厢在任意工况下的动力学方程, 当列车停放在平直道上时, ${f}_{\mathrm{i}}= 0$ ; 当列车停放在坡道上时, ${f}_{\mathrm{i}}= m\operatorname{gi}(m$ 为连挂后的列车总质量、 $\mathrm{i}$ 为坡道坡度),式(1)考察的是最恶劣的工况, 此时故障车停留在下坡上。
对于两列 8 编组列车连挂的场景, 共有 16 个自由度, 其动力学方程可以写成矩阵形式为

建立连挂列车的动力学模型后, 可利用龙格-库塔法 [ 11 ] 进行方程求解,列车初始状态分别为

式中, ${X}_{0}$ 为连挂列车 16 节车厢的初始位移,均为 0 ; ${\dot{\mathbf{X}}}_{0}$ 为连挂列车 16 节车厢的初始速度,其中前 8 节车厢为被救援列车,初始速度为 0 , 后 8 节车厢为救援列车,初始速度为 ${v}_{0}$ (即列车连挂初速度); ${\ddot{\mathbf{X}}}_{0}$ 为连挂列车 16 节车厢的初始加速度, 均为 0 。
当列车停留在坡道上时, 在重力分力、风力的作用下存在下滑的趋势, 因此需要施加一定的制动力来维持其停放。考虑坡道的重力分力、最大纵向风速引起的下滑力之后,列车残余的制动力 ${F}_{\mathrm{z}}$

式中, ${F}_{\mathrm{z}}$ 为列车的残余制动力; ${F}_{\mathrm{i}}$ 为列车在坡道上受到的重力分力; ${F}_{\mathrm{w}}$ 为列车受到的最大风力。
当列车救援连挂产生的冲击力较大时, 乘客会明显感到冲击带来的不舒适感, 当最大冲击力超过残余制动力时,列车还会发生溜逸的风险,引起运营安全事故。
本文以北京大兴机场线为例进行列车连挂过程的动力学仿真, 列车及环境参数如 表 1 所示。
利用式(2)所对应的微分方程及相关初始条件, 采用数值仿真软件可以计算出在连挂过程中故障车(即 wagon1~wagon8)各节车厢的位移、速度、加速度、 受力随时间的变化曲线。Interface1~interface8 分别为故障列车 8 个车厢的车端连接界面。
图 2 展示了故障车在连挂过程中 8 个车端(车钩+ 缓冲器)的位移和最大冲击力。由 图 2 可知, 最大冲击力发生在两车连挂位置 (interface8)和七、八节车厢连接处 (interface7), 分别达到了 ${653}\mathrm{{kN}}$${626}\mathrm{{kN}}$ , 已经远远超过了制动力 (248.3 kN)。
图 3 展示了当列车以停放制动方式停留在平直坡道且以 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 进行连挂时,故障车各车厢的最大位移。 由 图 3 可知, 故障车在连挂过程中发生了溜逸, 各个车厢的最大位移均超过了 ${1.1}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。如果故障车停留在大坡道上,列车溜逸风险将会进一步提高。
大兴机场线在车辆救援工况下, 故障车采用保持制动停车,救援车以不高于 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 速度在后方与之连挂。连挂后缓解故障车的牵引和制动, 使之成为自由车,由救援车推动运行至车辆段。当在救援过程中停车时, 救援车将自动施加保持制动。
在以上操作场景下, 存在两个风险点: 一是当故障车在最大坡道上停车时, 连挂的冲击力可能会导致乘客舒适度下降, 甚至超过残余制动力而引发溜逸风险;二是运行过程中,由于故障车为自由车,可能存在救援车的保持制动力无法克服在坡道上的下滑力, 同样造成列车溜逸。由于实际救援时, 连挂时的列车速度不能高于 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,因此本文对列车连挂速度分别为 $1\text{、}2\text{、}3\text{、}4$$5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 的工况进行了离散仿真,同时绘制折线图以展示不同连挂速度下列车所受冲击与速度、加速的变化趋势。
当列车以保持制动停放在 33%0 坡道上时,不同连挂速度下故障车所受的冲击力和剩余制动力对比如 图 4 所示。由 图 4 可知,当连挂速度从 $1\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$$5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时, 连挂冲击力均大于列车剩余制动力, 列车将会发生移动, 移动速度及距离如 图 5 所示。由 图 5 可知, 列车以保持制动停留在 33%。坡道进行连挂时,当列车连挂速度达到 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时,故障列车最大速度为 ${3.9}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ , 最大位移为 ${2.02}\mathrm{\;m}$
当列车采用紧急制动停放在 33%。坡道上时, 不同连挂速度下故障车所受的冲击力和剩余制动力对比如
图 6 所示。
图 6 可知,当列车连挂速度不超过 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时, 连挂冲击力均小于列车剩余制动力, 此时故障列车不会发生移动。当列车速度超过 $4\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 后,冲击力大于列车剩余制动力, 列车才会发生移动, 移动速度与距离如 图 7 所示。
图 7 可知,当连挂速度达到 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时,故障列车最大速度为 ${0.8}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,最大位移为 ${0.28}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。相比保持制动, 紧急制动提供的残余制动力更大, 列车溜逸风险显著降低。
在很多故障下(如全列牵引失效、制动不缓解等工况),列车无法自主运行至车站, 需要其他空载列车救援。由于市域线路站间距较长(以北京新机场线为例, 大兴机场距离最近的车站约 ${30}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ ),如果对故障车先进行清客再进行救援, 意味着乘客将在区间步行很长的距离才能疏散到最近的车站, 对乘客疏散和正线运营的影响都很大。因此, 一般均要求救援时按照满载乘客进行救援连挂。
在连挂瞬间,由于列车在短时间内存在较大冲击力的变化,车体可能产生纵向冲动,这种冲动会给乘客带来明显的不舒适感, 根据 EN 13452 中的要求, 列车最大加速度不得超过 ${2.5}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ,最大冲击率不得超过 $4\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{3}$
图 8 分析了当连挂速度从 $1\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 提高到 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ , 故障车分别以保持制动和紧急制动两种模式进行救援连挂时,故障车的平均最大加速度(以 ${120}\mathrm{\;{ms}}$ 的滑动平均窗口统计)。
图 8 可知,当连挂速度从 $1\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 上升到 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时, 相较于采用保持制动模式, 采用紧急制动模式的停放列车加速度均更小,连挂速度在 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时,故障列车加速度分别为 ${5.7}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$${2.1}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ; 连挂速度在 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时,故障列车加速度分别为 ${10.5}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$${4.4}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ; 紧急制动模式下故障列车的最大加速度较保持制动模式分别降低了 63.1%和 58.1%。
不同制动模式下故障车的冲击率如 图 9 所示。由 图 9 可知,当连挂速度从 $1\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 上升到 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时, 相较于采用保持制动模式, 采用紧急制动模式的停放列车冲击率均更小,连挂速度在 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时故障列车冲击率分别为 ${5.3}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{3}$${2.4}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{3}$ ,连挂速度在 $5\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时故障列车冲击率分别为 ${9.9}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{3}$${6.8}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{3}$ 。紧急制动模式的最大冲击率较保持制动模式分别降低了 54.7%和 31.3%。
因此, 当故障车采用紧急制动模式停放在坡道上时,若连挂速度不超过 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,列车未发生溜车,最大加速度为 ${2.1}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ,最大冲击率为 ${2.4}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{3}$ ,均未超过标准 EN 13452 中的要求, 乘客的舒适度较好。
当救援运行过程中列车在大坡道上停车时, 只能通过救援车(AW0)施加制动力,因此需要采用紧急制动停车。当在大坡道上再次启动时, 列车牵引力上升的同时,制动力也会下降。实际列车牵引力上升曲线和制动力下降曲线如 图 10 所示。由 图 10 可知, 当列车缓解制动后, 制动力逐步降至保持制动力, 随着牵引力逐渐上升, 当列车牵引力大于保持制动力后, 保持制动缓解, 制动力逐渐下降至 0 , 而牵引力逐渐上升到最大值。
若制动力下降速度快于牵引力, 则列车的牵引力可能无法克服下滑力导致溜逸。本文实测了大兴机场线列车在不同制动级位下的制动力缓解曲线, 如 图 11 所示。 图 11 中, 40%~70%分别为不同制动级位对应的最大常用制动力的百分数。
图 11 可知, 随着列车的保持制动力不断减小, 列车制动力下降曲线逐渐变快, 残余的制动力也不断变小。因此当保持制动力较小时, 由于牵引力尚未超过保持制动力与下滑力的合力, 列车将会发生溜逸。
图 12 展示了不同保持制动力下编组列车所受牵引力、制动力与下滑力的合力随时间变化曲线。由 图 12 可知,当列车的保持制动力为 ${40}\%$${50}\%$ 最大常用制动力时, 列车在启动过程中将会出现合力小于 0 的情况, 即列车将会溜逸。随着保持制动力增大, 当列车保持制动力超过 60%最大常用制动力时, 列车合力将始终大于 0 ,此时列车在坡道启动时将不会发生溜逸。
随着列车的保持制动力增大, 列车的启动时间也会相应增大, 这是因为列车牵引力需要花费更多时间克服保持制动力。因此, 在现实中, 保持制动力不能太大,建议设置为 60%,以兼顾安全与效率。
根据以上分析, 列车进行坡道救援或救援工程中在坡道停车时, 按照目前常规的救援方式, 可能存在溜车或者影响乘客舒适度的情况。为此, 需要在既有保持制动策略的情况下,新增一种坡道救援工况下的制动模式, 同时规定司机连挂和启动时的操作方法: ①当列车正常运行时,列车采用常规的保持制动策略, 制动力为 40%最大常用制动;②当列车进入救援模式后, 故障车采用紧急制动停车, 且救援车的连挂速度不超过 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 。此时,列车将不会发生溜逸,且对乘客舒适度影响较小;③当列车在救援过程中停车时, 采用 60%最大常用制动为保持制动力, 可以保证在最大坡道上不溜车。列车启动过程中,当牵引力大于 60% 最大常用制动时, 制动系统缓解保持制动, 此时列车在启动过程中不会发生溜逸风险。
通过对市域列车救援工况进行分析, 得出以下结论:
1) 救援工况下列车在大坡道上采用停放制动或保持制动停车时, 被救援车将会存在溜车风险, 且乘客舒适度较差。
2) 列车在运行过程中, 若救援列车在大坡道启动, 由于牵引-制动转换的时间差, 列车会短暂丢失制动力,同样存在短暂的溜车风险。
3) 结合北京新机场线, 本文提出新增一种救援工况下的列车制动模式,同时将连挂速度降低到 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 以下,此时最大加速度下降了 ${63.1}\%$ ,冲击率下降了 54.7%,可以有效避免列车溜逸,乘客舒适度也有效提高。
