Addressing the critical issue of subway structure leakage in Beijing due to rising groundwater levels, this study focuses on the development of an effective management framework. The work presents a comprehensive prevention and control technology system tailored for the Beijing subway, encompassing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. The investigation begins with pinpointing the diverse factors that contribute to leakage and proceeds to evaluate the risks through both qualitative and quantitative approaches, which apply to different segments and stations within the subway system. Risk levels ranging from A through D have been devised to facilitate targeted emergency and routine leakage management protocols. The resultant strategies accommodate both urgent responses and standard leakage rectification processes. The findings of this research aim to serve as a theoretical and technical groundwork for the management of similar urban subway structures.

针对北京市地下水位上升导致的地铁结构渗漏问题,如何科学合理地对北京地铁渗漏进行治理及防控成为当前研究的关键。从既有地铁结构渗漏风险识别、风险评价和风险应对策略3方面,对北京地铁既有结构渗漏风险防控技术体系进行系统研究与分析。首先,从风险识别入手,对引起渗漏病害的因素进行全方位分析;然后,在风险识别研究的基础上进行风险评价,将地铁渗漏病害按照定性和定量的方法对区间和车站结构进行分类分级,给出渗漏等级A、B、C和D,并提出应急及常规治漏措施;最后,提出相应的渗漏风险应对策略,包括应急处置和一般渗漏治理。研究内容以期为类似地铁结构病害治理体系提供理论参考和技术支撑。

针对北京市地下水位上升导致的地铁结构渗漏问题,如何科学合理地对北京地铁渗漏进行治理及防控成为当前研究的关键。从既有地铁结构渗漏风险识别、风险评价和风险应对策略3方面,对北京地铁既有结构渗漏风险防控技术体系进行系统研究与分析。首先,从风险识别入手,对引起渗漏病害的因素进行全方位分析;然后,在风险识别研究的基础上进行风险评价,将地铁渗漏病害按照定性和定量的方法对区间和车站结构进行分类分级,给出渗漏等级A、B、C和D,并提出应急及常规治漏措施;最后,提出相应的渗漏风险应对策略,包括应急处置和一般渗漏治理。研究内容以期为类似地铁结构病害治理体系提供理论参考和技术支撑。

Addressing the critical issue of subway structure leakage in Beijing due to rising groundwater levels, this study focuses on the development of an effective management framework. The work presents a comprehensive prevention and control technology system tailored for the Beijing subway, encompassing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. The investigation begins with pinpointing the diverse factors that contribute to leakage and proceeds to evaluate the risks through both qualitative and quantitative approaches, which apply to different segments and stations within the subway system. Risk levels ranging from A through D have been devised to facilitate targeted emergency and routine leakage management protocols. The resultant strategies accommodate both urgent responses and standard leakage rectification processes. The findings of this research aim to serve as a theoretical and technical groundwork for the management of similar urban subway structures.

近些年, 在北京地铁运营过程中地下结构渗漏现象大量出现, 其中结构防水质量是问题发生的主要内因,地下水位上升是引发问题的直接外部因素。地铁渗漏点多、面广,严重危害着地铁运营安全和环境安全 [ 1 - 5 ] 。当前,地铁渗漏水的风险防控理论发展落后于运营地铁发展需要, 关于运营地铁渗漏风险的识别、 评价和应对策略在实际工程应用中具有一定的不适用性。因此, 研究既有地铁渗漏风险防控体系具有较强的现实意义。
目前,国内学者主要针对隧道渗漏病害成因及治理进行研究。叶飞等 [ 6 ] 总结了隧道渗漏风险的研究成果, 基于对隧道渗漏水病害的发展原因、过程的分析, 给出了基于泄压理论的抑制渗漏发展及降低风险的方法。刘会迎等 [ 7 ] 从铁路隧道的设计阶段到施工阶段较全面地探究了渗漏水病害的致险因子, 并针对性地提出了抑制渗漏水发展及降低渗漏风险的建议。李鑫[ 8 ] 以某运营期公路隧道的渗漏风险管理为例, 通过实地考察、工程资料研究和利用模糊数学的方法, 研究了渗漏水检测及风险评价指标体系的构建。董飞等 [ 9 ] 基于北京地铁隧道病害检测结果, 通过数学统计, 分别对不同工法隧道病害展开分析, 表明盾构隧道主要病害为渗漏水,其次为空鼓、翻浆冒泥、裂缝、阴湿。 罗鑫 [ 10 ] 指出对隧道病害程度进行恰当分级是科学评价隧道病害状况的重要方面。陈宁威 [ 11 ] 针对南京地铁 1 号线明挖法区间隧道因地基不均匀沉降导致结构变形漏水问题作了原因分析, 提出采用 EAA 环氧灌浆材料治理渗漏的措施。
以上研究重点关注了既有结构渗漏病害的治理与成因探究, 鲜有涉及既有结构渗漏病害的风险防控。 因此, 本文依托北京地铁渗漏病害现场踏勘结果, 对既有结构渗漏的风险识别、风险评价和风险应对策略进行了研究, 同时, 形成一整套既有地铁结构渗漏风险防控技术体系。以定性与定量相结合形式, 建立新的地铁结构渗漏风险等级划分标准, 并根据分类、分级结果, 提出相应的风险应对策略。
车站包括地面站、高架站和地下站, 根据北京市地铁运营有限公司所管辖的 17 条线路中 252 座车站渗漏病害踏勘数据显示, 地下站的渗漏情况明显多于地面站和高架站, 主要类型为湿渍和渗水。病害照片及统计分别如 图 1 ~3
暗挖法隧道渗漏明显多于盾构法隧道,基本为湿渍、滴漏和线流类型。典型病害及统计如 图 4 ~6 所示。
风险识别是轨道交通工程安全风险管理的基础和前提, 针对地铁结构发生渗漏病害的风险, 将其识别为外部环境因素、地铁结构自身因素, 以及针对乘客、职工和设备设施的影响程度。
根据北京市公开资料显示,截至 2022 年底,全市平原区地下水位平均埋深 ${17}\mathrm{\;m}$ 左右,与 2015 年同期对比数据显示,地下水水位上升将近 ${9.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。北京地区地层以砂土和黏性土为主,由于地下水位的上升, 地下结构周边围岩含水量增大, 黏性土层受水位上升影响严重,其压缩模量减小,黏聚力下降,造成土体的弱化;当地下水中存在腐蚀性离子时, 混凝土构件由于其本身的孔隙性质, 水通过孔隙进入后经长期浸泡, 混凝土会在渗透以及腐蚀性离子的共同作用下, 出现掉落脱皮的现象。
邻近工程施工会导致既有地铁结构周边地层的应力状态发生变化,产生扰动,打破应力平衡状态。地下水产生的动水压力作用会使得土层中的松散细颗粒产生悬浮流动作用, 产生流砂作用的同时由于动水压力作用, 可能导致土层中的细小颗粒穿越粗颗粒之间的空隙渗流, 使土体结构破坏, 从而造成既有地铁结构的渗漏。
我国沿海发达地区的大量地铁修建于饱和软土、 黏土地层中 [ 12 ] ,北京地铁部分线路类似,如 11 号线、 19 号线等, 地铁列车振动引起下卧饱和土中孔隙水压力的变化, 直接导致隧道沉降变形, 结构发生破坏, 进而出现渗漏病害, 掏空管片背后土体, 改变结构应力状态, 进一步发生变形, 盾构隧道变形会使管片接缝张开过大,加剧了渗漏水病害的发生。
地铁结构在服役期间随着年代增加和外部受力等作用下发生耐久性破坏, 出现各种病害, 包括渗漏、 裂缝、不均匀沉降等; 并且这些结构病害在相互作用下继续发展, 造成列车运营安全性下降、结构破坏严重和服役寿命减少等问题。
对乘客、职工的影响风险按照地铁结构不同渗漏场景进行归类, 将统计的北京地铁 17 条线路车站的渗漏病害按照站厅、站台、设备区、轨行区、出入口和通道 6 种渗漏场景分类。其中, 渗漏病害发生在设备区、轨行区占比 61.43%,发生在站厅、站台占比 21.50%,其他场景总占比 17.07%。可见渗漏病害对乘客、职工的影响风险主要发生在地铁车站的站厅、站台、设备区和轨行区。
1)接触网。隧道渗漏水成分具有腐蚀性, 导致接触网受到腐蚀, 接触网中汇流排起到的关键作用就是对接触网中的导线进行固定, 由于汇流排耐蚀性差, 同时, 还要承受一定电流, 若受到腐蚀, 会大幅度降低机械性能, 导致列车在行驶时发生脱槽、跳线等问题, 影响正常运营。
2)转辙机。道床结构混凝土若劣化严重,则转辙机基坑周围道床结构局部出现强度低、空隙大、裂缝发育等现象,混凝土自身质量差,造成外界水源侵入。
通过现场勘查分析, 提出了地铁结构渗漏病害风险分类分级原则。按照设备设施类型、与渗漏位置相对关系及对乘客出行影响进行定性分类, 然后, 按照渗漏水流量进行定量分类。
1) 定性分级。①直接造成设备损坏影响运营或乘客出行;②经过一定时间渗漏造成设备损坏影响运营或乘客出行;③设备一定范围内湿度增加,可能造成设备损坏影响运营。
2) 定量分级。潜在的风险主要是日排水量超过水泵排水能力造成区间积水、水漫道床后停运,因此按照排水量等级和水泵配置考虑一定安全储备, 划分为:①每 ${200}\mathrm{\;m}$ 区间隧道日均排水量大于 ${200}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{3}$ ; ② 每 ${200}\mathrm{\;m}$ 区间隧道日均排水量为 ${100}\sim {200}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{3}$ ; ③每 ${200}\mathrm{\;m}$ 区间隧道日均排水量为 ${50}\sim {100}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{3}$ ;④每 ${200}\mathrm{\;m}$ 区间隧道日均排水量小于 ${50}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{3}$
根据对设备和乘客出行的影响程度、渗漏的严重程度将风险等级划分为 4 个等级,即 $\mathrm{A}$ (危险)、 $\mathrm{B}$ (较危险)、C(较安全)、D(基本安全),如 表 1 ~3 所示。
针对渗漏病害影响等级为 A 级与 B 级进行优先应急处置, 采用快速表面封堵处理方式, 待影响等级降低后进行综合治理; 针对渗漏病害影响等级为 $\mathrm{C}$ 级和 D 级的直接采取处置措施。
1)应急处置。影响设备使用及乘客出行时, 采用引流措施;排水量较大时,采用临时封堵措施。
2) 渗漏治理。先治标再治本, 最终以治本为目标, 结构表面引流和封堵是治标措施, 结构背后注浆水下不分散防水材料和修复中间防水层为治本措施; 关注运营设备的安全状态, 防止出现注浆造成道床拱起、 接触网变形和排水沟污染; 治漏材料技术指标满足相关行业规范的最低要求, 聚氨酯材料非应急情况不得用于渗漏治理;提高施工效率,控制时间,满足非运营期天窗点要求, 预留运营设备检查时间, 减少施工天窗点数。
区间渗漏应急处置针对短期内影响设备使用和列车正常运营的渗漏情况, 采取以下措施, 达到渗漏影响等级降低的目标, 如 图 7 所示。
1) 针对线箱盒及控制柜类、设备类等内部有水的情况, 采用临时封堵或接引流管的方式进行处置; 设备上方渗漏时,采取引流或设备遮盖的方式进行处置。
2) 每 ${200}\mathrm{\;m}$ 区间隧道日均排水量 ${100}{\mathrm{\;m}}^{3}$ 以上的区间, 对该区域的渗漏病害部位采取速凝水泥封堵材料等进行临时封堵。
3) 施工缝、变形缝、裂缝和穿墙管等部位渗漏影响设备运行或列车运营, 采用安装接水盒或埋设引流管的措施。
车站渗漏应急处置针对短期内影响乘客通行和站容站貌的渗漏情况, 采取以下措施, 达到渗漏影响等级降低的目的,如 图 8 ~11 所示。
1) 顶板渗漏: 采用拖把清理地面积水, 对于点渗漏问题, 采用水桶盛接, 放警示牌, 及时清理积水; 对于面渗漏问题, 在底部铺设防滑地毯, 周边放警示牌, 安排人定期观察, 严重时安排人员现场值守。后续安装接水槽等将水引至地面排水沟。
2) 侧墙渗漏: 采用拖把清理地面积水, 铺设防滑地毯,距墙 ${40}\mathrm{\;{cm}}$ 处堆放防汛专用沙袋,将渗漏水导流至排水设施内, 渗漏严重部位放置警示提示牌。后续安装接水槽等将水引至地面排水沟。
3) 底板积水: 采用拖把清理地面积水, 铺设防滑地毯,距墙 ${40}\mathrm{\;{cm}}$ 处堆放防汛专用沙袋,将渗漏水导流至排水设施内, 渗漏严重部位放警示牌, 必要时采用警戒带进行围挡,并用吹地机将地面吹干。
4) 自动扶梯及电梯渗漏: 对电梯进行断电停运, 出入口处进行围挡封闭, 电梯养护单位人员配合对控制装置进行防护, 对基坑积水进行抽排。对于严重的渗漏点, 采用速凝水泥或化学堵水材料临时封堵的方式处理。
5) 渗漏水临时封堵: 作业现场围挡→搭设作业平台→清理作业面→速凝水泥封堵(灌注速凝型化学浆液) $\rightarrow$ 清理现场。
1) 遵循 “防、排、截、堵相结合,刚柔相济,因地制宜,综合治理”原则。
2) 治理过程中不得破坏原结构, 堵漏的同时应把永久防水和补强加固统一考虑。
3) 顺序: 先排后堵、大漏变小漏、线漏变点漏、 片漏变孔漏;先高后低,先顶板再墙身、后底板。
4)材料符合《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》(GB/T 50448-2015)和《非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料施工技术规程》(DB11/T 1508-2017)。
1) 线漏及以上治理(见 图 12 )。①衬砌背后填充水泥基灌浆料, 进行止水; ②钻深孔至中埋式止水带背后, 灌注柔性环氧树脂灌浆料; ③清理背水面变形缝, 填塞遇水膨胀橡胶条, 灌注非固化沥青; ④有接水盒且空间允许时, 安装滴水钢片; ⑤背水面采用柔性环氧砂浆封闭,有接水盒时安装接水盒。
2) 滴漏或湿渍治理(见 图 13 )。采用 “弹性有机灌浆料封闭孔隙”的方式进行治理: ①钻深孔至中埋式止水带背后, 灌注柔性环氧树脂灌浆料; ②钻浅孔至中埋式止水带前方, 灌注柔性环氧树脂灌浆料; ③背水面采用柔性环氧砂浆封闭,有接水盒时安装接水盒。
1) 对于废弃的穿墙孔洞, 当渗水量较小时, 可将孔洞内松散混凝土凿除后填充刚性微膨胀防水材料, 表面封堵渗透结晶材料;当渗水量较大时, 先在衬砌背后填充速凝浆液, 待止水后, 再将孔洞松散混凝土凿除填充刚性微膨胀防水材料,表面封堵渗透结晶材料。
2) 对于有预埋管线的穿墙孔洞, 采用 “无机材料填缝+有机材料封闭细小孔隙”治理。采用注浆法或封堵法等对管线和结构接缝进行防水密封, 选用水泥基灌浆料和环氧树脂注浆材料。
1) 线漏及以上治理。①采用注浆方法在结构迎水侧注射灌浆材料封堵水源;②缝内填充刚性防水材料进行填充和止水, 材料强度不低于原结构; ③表面施作修复防水材料。
2) 滴漏或湿渍治理。①缝内填充刚性防水材料进行填充和止水, 材料强度不低于原结构; ②表面施作修复防水材料。
1) 线漏及以上治理。①采用注浆方法在结构迎水侧注射灌浆材料封堵水源;②打设不同深度的注浆孔向缺陷位置填充刚性防水材料, 材料强度不低于原结构;③表面施作修复防水材料。
2) 滴漏或湿渍治理。①打设不同深度的注浆孔向缺陷位置填充刚性防水材料,材料强度不低于原结构; ②表面施作修复防水材料。
针对地铁结构渗漏病害问题,结合现场调研结果, 对北京地铁渗漏病害风险防控体系做了深入研究, 得到以下结论。
1) 车站渗漏统计中明挖法车站渗漏病害最严重, 其中渗水、滴漏情况占比 72.4%;区间渗漏统计中暗挖区间渗漏病害最严重,其中湿渍、渗水和滴漏情况占比 84.4%。
2) 探明了北京地铁结构发生渗漏病害风险的识别因素, 包括外部环境因素、结构耐久性和对乘客、 职工和设备设施的影响程度 3 方面。
3) 提出了一种既有地铁渗漏分类分级方法, 对乘客出行影响、渗漏流量和对设备设施影响做定性分类, 对不同日均排水量进行定量分级。
4) 提出先应急、再治理的技术措施, 将病害分为变形缝渗漏、穿墙孔洞渗漏、施工缝渗漏、裂缝渗漏和混凝土缺陷渗漏 5 种类型, 采用注射灌浆材料和防水材料封堵水源+结构表面涂刷防水材料的方法进行治理。
