To address the problems of dynamic failure and different services in the reliability analysis of an LTEM (Long Term Evolution for Machines) trainground radio communication system, this study evaluated the reliability of an LTEM trainground radio communication system based on a dynamic Bayesian network (DBN). First, the reliability block diagram, which was constructed by analyzing the LTEM system structure and function, was transformed into a DBN, and the DBN structure and parameter modeling were conducted. Subsequently, the reliability of the LTEM system was obtained and compared based on the forward inference of the DBN. Finally, based on the backward inference of the DBN, the weaknesses of the LTEM system were recognized as a reference for operation and maintenance. The results indicate that while the LTEM system is highly reliable, the building baseband unit and train access unit are vulnerabilities that require attention.

针对 LTEM 车地无线通信系统可靠性分析中存在动态失效及承载不同业务等问题,基于动态贝叶斯网络对 LTEM 车地无线通信系统进行可靠性评估。首先,在分析 LTEM 系统结构和功能的基础上构建可靠性框图,并将可靠性框图转化为动态贝叶斯网络,实现网络的结构学习和参数学习。然后,通过动态贝叶斯网络正向推理得到 LTEM 系统承载不同业务的可靠度并进行比较分析。最后,通过动态贝叶斯网络反向推理得到 LTEM 系统的薄弱环节。研究结果表明:LTEM车地无线通信系统运行100周后,承载CBTC业务的可靠度为0.90317,承载乘客信息系统等业务的可靠度为0.71991;基带处理单元、列车接入单元为系统薄弱环节,需要重点关注。

针对 LTEM 车地无线通信系统可靠性分析中存在动态失效及承载不同业务等问题,基于动态贝叶斯网络对 LTEM 车地无线通信系统进行可靠性评估。首先,在分析 LTEM 系统结构和功能的基础上构建可靠性框图,并将可靠性框图转化为动态贝叶斯网络,实现网络的结构学习和参数学习。然后,通过动态贝叶斯网络正向推理得到 LTEM 系统承载不同业务的可靠度并进行比较分析。最后,通过动态贝叶斯网络反向推理得到 LTEM 系统的薄弱环节。研究结果表明:LTEM车地无线通信系统运行100周后,承载CBTC业务的可靠度为0.90317,承载乘客信息系统等业务的可靠度为0.71991;基带处理单元、列车接入单元为系统薄弱环节,需要重点关注。

To address the problems of dynamic failure and different services in the reliability analysis of an LTEM (Long Term Evolution for Machines) trainground radio communication system, this study evaluated the reliability of an LTEM trainground radio communication system based on a dynamic Bayesian network (DBN). First, the reliability block diagram, which was constructed by analyzing the LTEM system structure and function, was transformed into a DBN, and the DBN structure and parameter modeling were conducted. Subsequently, the reliability of the LTEM system was obtained and compared based on the forward inference of the DBN. Finally, based on the backward inference of the DBN, the weaknesses of the LTEM system were recognized as a reference for operation and maintenance. The results indicate that while the LTEM system is highly reliable, the building baseband unit and train access unit are vulnerabilities that require attention.

随着我国城市轨道交通的迅速发展, 基于城市轨道交通的长期演进(long term evolution-metro, LTE-M) 无线通信技术承载车地通信业务已成为城轨发展建设主流。自郑州地铁 1 号线采用 LTE 技术对闭路电视 (closed circuit television, CCTV)系统及乘客信息系统 (passenger information system, PIS)进行业务承载以来, LTE 技术在轨道交通通信信号领域得到广泛应用 [ 1 ] 。中国城市轨道交通协会技术装备专业委员会发布了基于 LTE-M 系统需求规范 [ 2 ] ,标准化 LTE-M 在轨道交通中的应用, 推动了技术创新, 提升了轨道交通的整体运行效率和服务水平。LTE-M 承载各方面综合业务对确保地铁通信信号系统的高效可靠运行至关重要,因此,开展不同业务情况下的 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统可靠性评估具有重要意义 [ 3 ]
为了提高无线通信系统的可靠性, 在系统设计过程中大多采用冗余技术, 但冗余技术在评估系统可靠性时会带来动态失效等问题, 并且综合系统承载业务很多,不同业务之间设备采用不同冗余技术。因此, 对系统进行可靠性分析时,需要考虑 LTE-M 系统具体的工作过程以及承载的不同业务,解决设备动态失效问题。对 LTE 系统可靠性分析的方法有很多,例如, 可靠性框图(reliability block diagram, RBD)、故障树分析法(fault tree analysis, FTA)、动态故障树(dynamic fault tree analysis, DFTA)、贝叶斯网络(bayesian network, BN)、Markov 模型等方法。其中, 传统的 RBD、FTA 以及静态 $\mathrm{{BN}}$ 方法无法有效应对系统的动态故障分析, 而 DFTA 和 Markov 模型则存在 “空间爆炸” 问题。韩熠等 [ 4 ] 采用 RBD 和 Markov 模型对 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统进行可靠性分析, 计算出的系统可靠性指标能够满足系统使用需求; 虎丽丽等 [ 5 ] 采用 DFTA 对 LTE 系统建立了分析模型, 并采用 Markov 方法和二元决策图(binary decision diagrams, BDD)方法分别计算模型的静态和动态部分, 从而得到整个系统的可靠性指标, 但是该方法仍需更多的实测数据来进一步分析。 现有研究并未针对 LTE-M 系统承载的不同业务来进行可靠性评估。
为解决不同业务承载带来的可靠性模型结构变化及冗余设备存在的动态失效等问题, 本文基于动态贝叶斯网络(dynamic bayesian network, DBN)模型对 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统进行可靠性分析。首先, 对 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统的结构功能进行分析, 建立系统的 RBD 模型; 其次, 根据系统 RBD 模型结合 RBD 转换 DBN 规则,得到系统的 DBN 模型,实现 DBN 结构学习和参数学习; 最后,通过 DBN 正、反向推理, 实现对承载不同业务下的 LTE-M 系统可靠性和薄弱环节分析, 为系统后续管理维护提供依据。
目前,车地无线传输业务主要包括集群语音调度系统、基于通信的列车自动控制(communication based train control, CBTC)系统、PIS、CCTV 系统及其他数据信息传输设备等。基于 LTE 技术的城市轨道交通车地无线宽带网络, 当前阶段主要承载 CBTC、PIS 和 CCTV 业务。各业务的应用需求如 表 1 所示 [ 6 ] 。其中, CBTC 业务对通信技术可靠性要求比 PIS 和 CCTV 等业务高。LTE-M 车地无线通信系统使用同一张网络综合承载具有不同优先级和需求的业务, 解决了无线局域网技术对各业务带来的局限, 同时综合承载多业务优化设备组成、减少设备数量,促进车地无线传输综合承载平台的发展。
LTE-M 车地无线通信系统主要由分组核心网 (evolved packet core, EPC)、基带处理单元(building base band unit, BBU)、列车接入单元(train access unit, TAU)、 射频拉远单元(radio remote unit, RRU), 以及信号骨干网交换机(signal backbone switch, SBS)、无线通信服务器(digital range communication systems, DRCS)、 主交换机(main switch, MS)、LTE 骨干网交换机(LTE backbone switch, LTEBS)等设备组成 [ 7 - 9 ] ,实现地面控制中心和车载控制单元之间的通信, LTE-M 系统组网结构如 图 1 所示。LTE-M 系统与外部的 CBTC、PIS 和 CCTV 系统等设备进行信息交互。其中,承载 CBTC 业务部分采用 A、B 双核心网; 承载 PIS、CCTV 等其他业务采用 $\mathrm{B}$ 核心网 [ 10 ]
$\mathrm{{BN}}$ 是一种有向无环图的概率模型,常用于表达和推理不确定信息。在 $\mathrm{{BN}}$ 中,用有向弧表示各个节点间连接关系; 用概率 $P$ 表示节点间的概率关系 [ 11 ] 。 假设有 $N$ 个节点,离散随机变量 $L =\left\{{{X}_{1},{X}_{2},\cdots ,{X}_{N}}\right\}$ , 根据链式法则得到联合概率分布为

式中, ${P}_{a}\left({X}_{i}\right)$ 为节点 ${X}_{i}$ 的父节点。
$\mathrm{{DBN}}$ 在静态 $\mathrm{{BN}}$ 的基础上引入了时间的概念,不同时间片段节点间的有向边表示其在不同时间的条件关联, 能够有效捕捉变量之间的动态交互, 可以用来描述系统动态失效的问题。在两个相邻时刻的 BN 中, 条件概率为

式中, ${X}_{t}^{i}$$t$ 时刻的第 $i$ 个节点。
对两个相邻时刻的 $\mathrm{{BN}}$ 进行延伸,则可得到在有限时间片段 $T$ 中的动态贝叶斯网络,如 图 2 所示。其联合概率分布为

$\mathrm{{DBN}}$ 的结构学习用于确定模型网络的结构,可以通过转化可靠性框图来实现 $\mathrm{{BN}}$ 节点间的连接。将可靠性框图中的各设备元件映射为 DBN 模型中的各个节点, 得到 DBN 模型的拓扑结构。根据转换规则, 可靠性框图中串联、并联和双机热备等结构对应的 $\mathrm{{DBN}}$ 模型如 图 3 所示,其中,节点 $\mathrm{A}$ 和节点 $\mathrm{B}$ 为设备单元,节点 $\mathrm{S}$ 为系统。串联和并联结构直接添加时间片段间的有向边,完成从 $t$ 时刻到 $t +{\Delta t}$ 时刻的扩展。 相比于串联和并联结构,双机热备结构在 $t +{\Delta t}$ 时刻节点 $\mathrm{B}$ 不仅与 $t$ 时刻节点 $\mathrm{B}$ 有关,还与 $t$ 时刻节点 $\mathrm{A}$ 有关。
确定好系统的网络结构后, 需要进一步确定网络节点的概率参数。DBN 的参数学习用以实现节点间的概率关系分析, 包括根节点的先验概率及叶子节点的条件概率。将可靠性框图中设备单元的失效概率映射为 DBN 中根节点的先验概率, 同时将可靠性框图中设备元件的结构关系映射为 DBN 中的条件概率便可完成数值转化,完成 DBN 的参数学习。假设 $\mathrm{{DBN}}$ 网络节点包括工作状态 $W$ 和失效状态 $F$ 且服从失效率 $\lambda$ 的指数分布。以 图 3 (c)中节点 $\mathrm{A}$ 为例,节点 $\mathrm{A}$$t +{\Delta t}$ 时刻失效的条件概率为

图 4 中,串联、并联结构节点 $\mathrm{S}$ 的条件概率如 表 2 所示。
由于 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统承载 CBTC、PIS、 CCTV 等不同的业务,因此系统的冗余结构也有所不同, 可以分为两类, 一类是承载 CBTC 业务的系统冗余结构, 一类是承载 PIS、CCTV 等业务的冗余结构。 本文将从不同冗余结构入手对 LTE-M 系统进行可靠性框图建模。根据 LTE-M 系统的结构组成和承载业务分析,得到 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统综合业务可靠性框图, 如 图 4 所示。假设设备状态相互独立且失效分布服从指数分布。
承载 CBTC 业务时 LTE-M 系统采用 A、B 双核心网,而承载 $\mathrm{{CCTV}}$$\mathrm{{PIS}}$ 业务时系统只采用核心网 $\mathrm{B}$ 网。根据承载不同业务所涉及的不同冗余结构,本文采用 GeNIe 软件根据系统可靠性框图进行 DBN 建模, 实现结构学习和参数学习。通过 DBN 模型推理, 得到承载不同业务的 LTE-M 系统的可靠度以及各设备的后验概率。
根据 LTE-M 系统承载 CBTC 业务时的可靠性框图及结构学习转换规则得到系统 DBN 模型,如 图 5 所示。其中,根节点对应 LTE-M 系统各个设备单元, 根据设备的冗余结构, 构建 DBN 中间节点, 子节点为 LTE-M。系统各设备的失效率如 表 3 所示, 根据式 (4)以及各设备的失效率可计算出下一时刻设备失效的概率, 完成 DBN 的参数学习。在系统利用 DBN 模型推理时,设置时间间隔 ${\Delta t}$ 为 1 周(168h)。初始时间 $t = 0$ 时刻,各设备完全可靠,根节点先验概率均为 1 。
与承载 CBTC 业务不同, LTE-M 系统承载 PIS、 CCTV 等业务时,只采用核心网 B 网进行业务传输。 相比于承载 CBTC 业务, 承载 PIS、CCTV 等业务的可靠性框图及 DBN 模型中, 只有一个 EPC 和一组 BBU、RRU 和 TAU。承载 CCTV、PIS 业务模型推理过程中, 时间间隔、根节点先验概率等参数设置同承载 CBTC 业务模型一致。
通过 DBN 正向推理, LTE-M 车地无线通信系统的可靠度如 图 6 所示。其中, $\mathrm{M}$ 线表示承载 $\mathrm{{CBTC}}$ 业务, $\mathrm{N}$ 线表示承载 PIS、CCTV 业务。由 图 6 可知, LTE-M 车地无线通信系统在运行阶段具有高的可靠性, 系统的可靠度随着运行时间的增加逐步下降; 当系统运行到 100 周时, 承载 CBTC 业务的 LTE-M 系统可靠度为 0.903 17, 承载 PIS 等业务的 LTE-M 系统的可靠度为 0.71991 ;承载 CBTC 业务系统可靠性高于承载PIS 等业务系统可靠性。通过对不同业务的可靠性分析也验证了 CBTC 信号承载业务在 LTE-M 系统中具有高可靠性优先级。
根据承载不同业务下 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统 DBN, 将模型中子节点的失效概率设置为 1 , 通过反向推理, 得到各设备元件的后验概率, 从而找到系统的薄弱环节。在系统运行 100 周以后, 承载 CBTC 业务的各设备先验概率和后验概率如 表 3 所示。比较各模块设备的后验概率和先验概率, 可以得到各模块设备的重要度。各设备运行 100 周后的后验概率与先验概率差值如 图 7 所示。由 图 7 可知: 承载 CBTC 业务各设备的重要度关注顺序是 TAU、MS、BBU、RRU、SBS 和 LTEBS、DRCS、EPC; 而承载 PIS 等业务设备的重要度关注顺序是 TAU、BBU、RRU、EPC、MS、SBS 和 LTEBS、DRCS。由于承载不同业务所涉及的系统结构不同, 设备的重要度也有所差别。因此, 列车接入单元、基站和主交换机等相关设备, 如 TAU、BBU、 RRU、MS 等为系统的薄弱环节。在系统运营阶段, 需要加强对薄弱环节设备的维护管理。
将根节点 SBS1 的初始失效率从 0 设置为 0.5 , 系统运行 100 周后, 可靠度从 0.90317 降低到 0.86323 。 继续将根节点 SBS2 的初始失效概率从 0 设置为 0.5 , 可靠度降低到 0.63744 。再将 LTEBS1 和 LTESW2 的初始失效概率都设置为 0.5 , 则系统可靠度降低到 0.44989。通过上述分析,本文的 DBN 模型满足文献[ 12 ] 提出的 3 个公理, DBN 模型可用性得到验证。
本文从 LTE-M 车地无线通信系统承载不同业务入手, 基于 DBN 对不同业务下的系统可靠性进行分析, 通过 DBN 的正向、反向推理得到系统的可靠度和薄弱环节。分析结果如下:
1) LTE-M 车地无线通信系统具有高可靠度。系统运行 100 周后, 承载 CBTC 业务的可靠度为 0.90317, 承载 PIS 等业务的可靠度为 0.71991 。
2) 通过对不同业务的可靠性分析, 得到不同业务下系统不同的可靠度和薄弱环节, 以供分业务关注设备。
3) LTE-M 车地无线通信系统的薄弱环节为 TAU、 $\mathrm{{BBU}}$$\mathrm{{RRU}}$ 等。为了提高系统的可靠性,需要更多关注薄弱环节。
本文基于 DBN 模型对 LTE-M 系统的可靠性进行分析,计算结果可供 LTE-M 综合平台搭建提供参考和借鉴。后续研究将以系统可靠性最高和维修成本最低为优化目标, 改进系统维修方式、计划维修次数等参数, 为系统智能维修提供决策方案。
