When a shortcircuit fault occurs between the positive pole of a highvoltage DC circuit for a train and its carbody inside the station in a straddle seat monorail DC traction system, this causes the carbody grounding relay (GR) of all trains inside the station to actuate and the circuit breakers of the train to trip. Meanwhile, this also triggers multiple 64D grounding protection actions and trips the circuit breaker of the DC feeder. The fault results in a loss of power to the DC traction system. It is necessary to identify the faulty train and restore the normal power supply of the DC traction system as soon as possible to reduce the impact of the accident. First, the study analyzed characteristic differences in the amplitude of the grounding current and negative receiving electricity current for a faulty train compared to a normal train when a shortcircuit occurred between the positive circuit and the carbody based on the equivalence model of the DC traction bipolar power supply system for straddle monorail transportation. Second, an identification method for a faulty train is proposed based on a comparison of the grounding current and negative current amplitude. The identification procedure is activated when the grounding current exceeds a predetermined threshold. If the grounding current amplitude is greater than the negative current, the train is identified as faulty; otherwise, it is considered to be in a normal state. The accuracy and effectiveness of this method were validated through MATLAB simulations and field tests. The proposed approach is simple, practical, and highly reliable, providing a strong safeguard for the safe operation of straddleseat monorail systems.

针对跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统正极回路与列车车身发生短路故障危及城市轨道交通的安全运营问题,基于跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统双边供电等值模型,分析正极回路与车体发生短路时故障列车和正常列车接地电流和负极受电电流幅值的特征差异,提出一种基于接地电流和负极受电电流幅值比较的故障列车识别方法,并通过 MATLAB 仿真和现场试验对所提方法进行测试。研究结果表明:即使正常列车的车体接地继电器 GR 等值电阻由750 Ω大幅降至0.75Ω时,故障列车的接地电流幅值始终大于整定值和负极受电电流幅值,本文所提方法能够准确地识别出故障列车,验证了方法的有效性。

针对跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统正极回路与列车车身发生短路故障危及城市轨道交通的安全运营问题,基于跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统双边供电等值模型,分析正极回路与车体发生短路时故障列车和正常列车接地电流和负极受电电流幅值的特征差异,提出一种基于接地电流和负极受电电流幅值比较的故障列车识别方法,并通过 MATLAB 仿真和现场试验对所提方法进行测试。研究结果表明:即使正常列车的车体接地继电器 GR 等值电阻由750 Ω大幅降至0.75Ω时,故障列车的接地电流幅值始终大于整定值和负极受电电流幅值,本文所提方法能够准确地识别出故障列车,验证了方法的有效性。

When a shortcircuit fault occurs between the positive pole of a highvoltage DC circuit for a train and its carbody inside the station in a straddle seat monorail DC traction system, this causes the carbody grounding relay (GR) of all trains inside the station to actuate and the circuit breakers of the train to trip. Meanwhile, this also triggers multiple 64D grounding protection actions and trips the circuit breaker of the DC feeder. The fault results in a loss of power to the DC traction system. It is necessary to identify the faulty train and restore the normal power supply of the DC traction system as soon as possible to reduce the impact of the accident. First, the study analyzed characteristic differences in the amplitude of the grounding current and negative receiving electricity current for a faulty train compared to a normal train when a shortcircuit occurred between the positive circuit and the carbody based on the equivalence model of the DC traction bipolar power supply system for straddle monorail transportation. Second, an identification method for a faulty train is proposed based on a comparison of the grounding current and negative current amplitude. The identification procedure is activated when the grounding current exceeds a predetermined threshold. If the grounding current amplitude is greater than the negative current, the train is identified as faulty; otherwise, it is considered to be in a normal state. The accuracy and effectiveness of this method were validated through MATLAB simulations and field tests. The proposed approach is simple, practical, and highly reliable, providing a strong safeguard for the safe operation of straddleseat monorail systems.

随着我国城市化进程的稳步推进, 城市轨道交通在公共交通系统中的地位与作用越来越重要, 逐渐成为城市公共交通的骨干 [ 1 ] ,保障城市轨道交通安全是保护人民生命财产和维护社会稳定的重要举措。城市轨道交通供电系统是城市轨道交通的能量总供给, 而直流牵引系统是供电系统的重要组成部分, 确保直流牵引系统的安全至关重要。直流牵引系统有走行轨回流和专用轨回流两种方式 [ 2 ] 。采用走行轨回流方式的直流牵引系统易形成杂散电流腐蚀附近的金属结构, 对轨道交通中的电气设备和设施的正常运行造成一定危害 [ 3 ] 。为避免杂散电流的影响,跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统采用专用轨回流方式 [ 2 - 4 ] 。列车正极回路与车身短路也是直流牵引系统中一种严重故障 [ 5 ] ,在走行轨回流系统中会产生很大短路电流, 直流馈线保护能够快速地正确动作切除故障。但是在专用轨回流系统中车身与专用回流轨保持绝缘, 上述故障不会产生大电流, 直流馈线保护不起作用, 致使车身产生高电压, 严重影响到乘客的安全和电气设备的绝缘。针对专用轨回流系统中列车车身产生高电压的问题, 文献[ 6 ] 提出在跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统的列车车身与负极轨之间安装车体接地继电器 $\mathrm{{GR}}$ ,当列车正极回路与车身短路时, GR 动作使列车断路器跳闸, 能够有效地隔离高电压, 因此跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统列车上全部安装了 GR。文献[ 7 ]指出,当列车正极回路与车身短路点位于列车断路器前端时, GR 虽然会动作跳开列车断路器, 但是正极短路故障仍然存在, 此时为了保证列车到站后乘客的安全以及有效地切除故障, 列车上设置接地碳刷, 车站内设置接地带, 直流负极柜负极母线与大地之间设置 64D 接地保护。站内所有列车车身通过接地碳刷与大地接通, 若此时某列车正极回路与车身短路后就会导致站内所有列车 GR 动作跳开列车断路器, 引起全线多处 64D 动作并跳开直流馈线断路器, 导致直流牵引系统失去电源, 扩大了事故范围。为了降低事故影响, 需要尽快排除故障恢复直流牵引系统正常供电。在上述情况下无法快速准确地找出故障列车, 现有做法是轮流试车, 即告警列车全部降弓然后逐一升弓确定故障列车, 该方法虽然能定位出故障列车,但是处理时间长、过程繁琐 [ 8 ] 。 文献[ 9 ]提出了本体差流法,即取消 $\mathrm{{GR}}$ 并增加车载差分电流检测装置, 该方法能准确定位出差流区间内正极回路与车身发生短路的列车, 但是无法定位故障点位于车身差流区间外的列车,而且取消 $\mathrm{{GR}}$ 会导致行驶途中的列车发生上述故障时列车断路器不能跳闸隔离高压。文献[ 10 ]提出了单向导通法, 即在车站接地板与大地之间串接了单向导通装置, 利用其对地正向导通、反向截止的特性锁定站内故障列车,具有一定的实用性, 但是串接的单向导通装置是较易损坏的电子设备, 如果被烧断会导致车站接地板与大地之间失去可靠连接, 从而对乘客的人身安全造成严重威胁。 由此可见, 本体差流法和单向导通法均存在一定的局限性和不足, 因此有必要进行更深入地研究, 提出更可靠的故障列车识别方法。
本文将本体差流法中靠近正极受电靴处的电流互感器挪至列车接地碳刷处, 保留列车 GR, 以跨座式单轨交通直流牵引双边供电系统为基础, 首先给出列车正极回路与车身短路的直流牵引系统等值模型, 并分析故障列车和正常列车的接地电流和负极受电电流幅值特征, 然后提出了一种基于接地电流和负极受电电流幅值比较的故障列车识别方法, 最后通过 MATLAB 仿真及现场测试验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
跨座式单轨交通直流牵引双边供电系统如 图 1 所示, 列车 1 、列车 2 分别位于车站甲和车站乙内, 列车车体与接地碳刷组成一个整体;TA11 和 TA21 分别是列车 1 和列车 2 的接地电流互感器, 而 TA12 和 TA22 分别是列车 1 和列车 2 的负极受电电流互感器; ${i}_{\mathrm{d}1}$${i}_{\mathrm{d}2}$ 分别是列车 1 和列车 2 的接地电流; ${I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}$${I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}$ 分别是流过列车 1 和列车 2 车体接地继电器的电流; ${i}_{\mathrm{f}1}$${i}_{\mathrm{f}2}$ 分别是列车 1 和列车 2 负极受电电流。 $\mathrm{{QF}}1$ 和 QF2 分别是列车 1 和列车 2 的断路器; 64D1 和 64D2 分别是牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 和牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 的接地保护装置。 当列车 1 在高压直流回路 $\mathrm{f}$ 点与车身发生正极短路故障时,会导致全线正极接触轨电位同时下降,接近大地电位, 其对应的直流牵引系统等值模型如 图 2 所示。

图 2 中, ${R}_{1}\text{、}{L}_{1}$ 分别是列车 1 的正极短路点至牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 的正极接触轨等值电阻以及等值电感; ${R}_{2}$${L}_{2}$ 分别是列车 1 的正极短路点至牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 的正极接触轨等值电阻以及等值电感; ${R}_{3}\text{、}{L}_{3}$ 分别是列车 1 负极受电靴至列车 2 负极受电靴的负极回流轨等值电阻、等值电感; ${R}_{4}\text{、}{L}_{4}$ 分别是列车 1 负极受电靴至牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 的负极回流轨等值电阻、等值电感; ${R}_{5}\text{、}{L}_{5}$ 分别是列车 2 负极受电靴至牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 的负极回流轨等值电阻、等值电感; ${R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}\text{、}{R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}$ 分别是列车 1 和列车 2 车体接地继电器 GR 的等值电阻,正常取 ${750}{\Omega }$ [ 4 ] ; ${R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}1}$${R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}2}$ 分别是牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 和牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 接地保护装置 ${64}\mathrm{D}$ 的等值电阻,一般取5$\Omega$ [ 4 ] ; ${i}_{1}$、${i}_{2}$ 分别是牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 和牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 的电源回路电流; ${U}_{\mathrm{s}1}\text{、}{U}_{\mathrm{s}2}$ 分别是牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 和牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 的直流等值电源,一般取1500 V [ 11 ]
文献[ 12 ]指出轨道交通负极回流轨单位长度等值电阻为 ${0.0128\Omega }/\mathrm{{km}},{R}_{3}\text{、}{R}_{4}\text{、}{R}_{5}$ 均不足 ${0.0384\Omega }$${R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}1}\text{、}{R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}2}$ 分别是 ${R}_{4}\text{、}{R}_{5}$ 的 130 倍, ${R}_{4}$ 所在支路、 ${R}_{5}$ 所在支路可按短路处理, 即 ${R}_{4}+ \mathrm{{jw}}{L}_{4}\approx 0\text{、}{R}_{5}+ \mathrm{{jw}}{L}_{5}\approx 0。{R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}$${R}_{3}$ 的一万倍左右, ${R}_{3}$ 所在支路也可按短路处理, ${R}_{3}+ \mathrm{{jw}}{L}_{3}\approx 0$$\mathrm{w}$ 为角频率, $\mathrm{j}$ 为复数符号。 ${R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}1}$${R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}2}$ 并联取等值电阻 ${2.5\Omega }$ ,即 ${R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}1}//{R}_{{64}\mathrm{D}2}= {2.5}$ 。为简便分析计算, 将 ${R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}\text{、}{R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}$${2.5\Omega }$ 等值为 ${R}_{\mathrm{{eq}}}$ , 即 ${R}_{\mathrm{{eq}}}= {R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}//{R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}//{2.5}$ ,最后得到列车 1 正极与车身短路的直流牵引系统简化等值模型, 如 图 3 所示。

其中 ${L}_{2}= \beta {L}_{1},{R}_{2}= \beta {R}_{1},\beta$ 为牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 、牵引变电所 A 至正极短路点的距离之比,一般取值范围在 $9 \sim {29}$
假设列车 1 正极回路与车身短路瞬间不计负荷电流,有 ${i}_{1\left({0 -}\right)} ={i}_{2\left({0 -}\right)},{i}_{1}\text{、}{i}_{2}$ 的计算式为

根据式(1)和式(2),可得 ${i}_{\mathrm{d}1}\text{、}{i}_{\mathrm{d}2}\text{、}{I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}\text{、}{I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}$ ,对应的计算式为

由式(3)可知, ${i}_{\mathrm{d}1}$ 约在 ${400}\sim {600}\mathrm{\;A}$ 之间 [ 9 ] ${0.003}{i}_{\mathrm{d}1},{i}_{\mathrm{d}2}$ 幅值远小于 ${i}_{\mathrm{d}1}$ 幅值; ${I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}1}= {0.003}{i}_{\mathrm{d}1}\text{、}{I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}= {i}_{\mathrm{d}2}$ , 如果再考虑列车 1 和列车 2 的负荷电流 ${I}_{\text{loadl }}$${I}_{\text{load }2}$ (较小),则 ${i}_{\mathrm{f}1}= {0.003}{i}_{\mathrm{d}1}+ {I}_{\text{load1 }},{i}_{\mathrm{f}2}= {i}_{\mathrm{d}2}+ {I}_{\text{load1 }}$ ,可得列车 1 的 ${i}_{\mathrm{f}1}$ 幅值小于 ${i}_{\mathrm{d}1}$ 幅值,而列车 2 的 ${i}_{\mathrm{f}2}$ 幅值大于等于 ${i}_{\mathrm{d}2}$ 幅值。
基于上述分析, 可得列车 1 、列车 2 的接地电流和负极受电电流幅值特征: ①列车 1(故障列车)的接地电流幅值远大于列车 2(正常列车)的接地电流幅值; ② 列车 1(故障列车)的接地电流幅值大于自身负极受电电流幅值, 而列车 2(正常列车)的接地电流幅值小于等于自身负极受电电流幅值。
由 1.2 节可知, 列车 1(故障列车)的接地电流幅值远大于列车 2(正常列车)的接地电流幅值。但是列车 2 车体接地继电器经长时间运行,其等值电阻 ${R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}$ 可能大幅降低,此时两列车接地电流幅值变大且接近, 仅用接地电流幅值进行判断可靠性不高。应对上述情况时, 列车 1(故障列车)的接地电流幅值始终大于其负极受电电流幅值, 而列车 2(正常列车)的接地电流幅值始终小于等于其负极受电电流幅值。基于此, 本文结合两种判据提出一种合理的故障列车识别方法。
首先以列车接地电流幅值 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|$ 作为启动条件,当采集到接地电流 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}}$ 后,比较 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|$ 和启动整定值 ${I}_{\mathrm{q}\mathrm{d}\mathrm{z}\mathrm{d}}$ ,若 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|< {I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ ,则判断列车正常,不启动故障列车识别程序; 若 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|\geq {\mathrm{I}}_{\text{qdzd }}$ ,则启动故障列车识别程序,此时比较 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|$ 和本列车负极受电电流幅值 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{f}}\right|$ ,当 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|> \left|{I}_{\mathrm{f}}\right|$ ,则判断列车处于故障状态,当 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|\leq \left|{I}_{\mathrm{f}}\right|$ ,则判断其为正常状态。因此, 故障列车识别原理分两步, 一是启动识别程序, 二是进行识别判断, 判断式为

由式(4)可知,只有明确 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}}\text{、}{I}_{\mathrm{f}}\text{、}{I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 的具体值才能进行比较判断,其中 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}}$${I}_{\mathrm{f}}$ 可从列车接地碳刷 TA1 处和负极受电靴 TA2 处分别采集,而启动整定值 ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 大小需要详细分析确定。
${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 的选择要保证识别程序不误启动、不拒启动, 故考虑两点,一是 ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 要小于故障列车接地电流最小值 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}1,\min }$ ,确保识别程序不拒启动; 二是 ${I}_{\mathrm{q}\mathrm{d}\mathrm{z}\mathrm{d}}$ 不小于正常列车接地电流最大值 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}2.\max }$ ,确保识别程序不误启动,因此 ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 的取值为
${I}_{\mathrm{d}2,\max }\leq {I}_{\text{qdzd }}< {I}_{\mathrm{d}1,\min }$
在车站内只有一列车并且列车正极回路与车身发生短路, 此时接地电流幅值最小, 等于流过接地保护装置 64D1 和 64D2 的电流之和。64D 承受的最小电压为375 V [ 9 ] ,故 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}1,\min }= 2 \times {375}/5 ={150}\mathrm{\;A}$ 。由 1.2 节可知, ${I}_{\mathrm{d}2\text{.max}}= {I}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2\text{.max}}\approx 2\mathrm{\;A}$ 。为了保证 ${\mathrm{R}}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}$ 可能降低使 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}2}$ 增大,致使列车 2(正常车) 识别程序不能误启动, ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 应基于 ${I}_{\mathrm{d}1,\min }$ 进行取值。由于 ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ 的取值范围偏大,启动灵敏系数可取 1.5,则 ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}= {150}/{1.5}= {100}\mathrm{\;A}$
故障列车识别原理的具体流程可分 4 步:
1) 故障列车识别装置从列车接地碳刷处和负极受电靴处的电流互感器中分别采集接地电流和负极受电电流,计算两者幅值 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|$$\left|{I}_{\mathrm{f}}\right|$
2) 故障列车识别装置实时比较列车接地电流幅值 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|$ 与启动整定值 ${I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ ,若 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|< {I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ ,则识别算法不启动,列车被判断为正常状态。
3) 若 $\left|{I}_{\mathrm{d}}\right|\geq {I}_{\text{qdzd }}$ ,则启动识别算法并进入识别判断环节, 此时若接地电流幅值大于负极受电电流幅值则列车被判断为故障状态, 若前者小于等于后者, 则列车被判断为正常状态。
4) 仅让锁定故障的识别装置将判断结果上传到该列车控制与诊断系统(train control and management system, TCMS), 并基于列车无线通信设备由 TCMS 系统转送至城市轨道交通调度指挥系统, 由轨道交通列车调度员下令检修人员快速完成故障列车维修并恢复运营。
根据 图 1 所示的跨座式单轨交通直流牵引双边供电系统, 在 MATLAB/Simulink 平台搭建对应的仿真模型,直流供电电压为 ${1500}\mathrm{\;V}$ ,牵引变电所 $\mathrm{A}$ 与牵引变电所 $\mathrm{B}$ 之间距离设为 $3\mathrm{\;{km}}$ ,列车 2 位于车站乙并且状态正常, 列车 1 位于车站甲并且高压直流回路正极与车身发生短路故障。仿真参数参考文献[ 6 , 12 ],如 表 1 所示。
为了验证第 1 节所提故障列车识别方法的正确性和有效性, 本文假设在列车 1 高压直流回路正极与车身发生短路故障情况下, 当列车 2 车体接地继电器 GR 等值电阻 ${R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}= {750\Omega }\text{、}{0.75\Omega }$ 时,各进行一次仿真,比较列车 1 和列车 2 的接地电流幅值以及两列车的接地电流和负极受电电流幅值。仿真时刻设为 ${0.02}\mathrm{\;s}$ ,仿真时长设为 0.08 s。
当列车 2 的车体接地继电器 $\mathrm{{GR}}2$ 等值电阻 ${R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}=$ ${750\Omega }$ 时,仿真得到列车 1 和列车 2 的接地电流幅值波形, 如 图 4(a) 所示; 列车 1 的接地电流幅值和负极受电电流幅值波形如 图 4(b) 所示; 列车 2 的接地电流幅值和负极受电电流幅值波形如 图 4(c) 所示。 图 4 中, $I$ 表示电流, $t$ 表示时间。
图 4(a) 可知, 故障前两列车的接地电流幅值约为 $0\mathrm{\;A}$ ,小于 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ ,识别程序不启动,直接判断两列车为正常状态; 在 0.02 s 故障发生后,列车 1 的接地电流幅值增大,大于 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ ,识别程序启动并进入识别判断环节。
图 4(b) 可知, 列车 1 的接地电流幅值远大于负极受电电流幅值, 识别算法判断列车 1 为故障列车; 列车 2 的接地电流幅值约为 $0\mathrm{\;A}$ ,小于 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ ,识别程序不启动, 直接判断列车 2 为正常车辆, 而且由 图 4(c) 可知, 列车 2 的接地电流幅值小于负极受电电流幅值。 基于此, 文中所提方法能精准判断出故障列车。
当列车 2 车体接地继电器 $\mathrm{{GR}}2$ 等值电阻 ${R}_{\mathrm{{GR}}2}=$ ${0.75\Omega }$ 时,仿真得到列车 1 和列车 2 的接地电流幅值波形如 图 5(a) 所示, 列车 1 的接地电流幅值和负极受电电流幅值如 图 5(b) 所示,列车 2 的接地电流幅值和负极受电电流幅值如 图 5(c) 所示。
图 5(a) 可知, 故障前两列车接地电流幅值约为 $0\mathrm{\;A}$ ,小于 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ ,识别程序不启动,直接判断两列车均是正常车;在 ${0.02}\mathrm{\;s}$ 故障发生后,列车 1 和列车 2 的接地电流幅值均增大,大于 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ ,两列车的识别程序均启动并进入判断环节。由 图 5(b) 可知, 列车 1 的接地电流幅值远大于负极受电电流幅值, 识别算法判断列车 1 为故障列车。由 图 5(c) 可知,列车 2 的接地电流幅值不大于负极受电电流幅值, 识别算法判断列车 2 为正常列车。
基于此, 文中所提方法在列车 2 车体接地继电器 GR 等值电阻大幅降低的情况下也能精准判断出故障列车。
为了进一步证明所提方法的正确性和有效性, 本文在某公司车辆基地进行了列车高压直流回路正极与车身短路的现场实验。该公司提供了两辆车, 即车辆甲和车辆乙, 两辆车在负极受电靴处和接地碳刷处均安装 1 台霍尔电流传感器(一次额定电流为 ${350}\mathrm{\;A}$ 、二次额定电流为 ${175}\mathrm{\;{mA}}$ ,额定转换比为 $1 :{1200}$ )。4 台霍尔电流传感器的二次电流通过控制电缆配线至故障录波装置(放置在车辆 $\mathrm{Z}$ 内,采样频率为 ${10}\mathrm{{kHz}}$ )。 正极回路与车身短路故障设置在车辆甲内 $\mathrm{f}$ 点,车辆乙保持正常状态。短路试验电源选择 ${1500}\mathrm{\;V}$ 电压源装置, ${64}\mathrm{D}$ 接地保护装置整定时间取0.3s [ 9 ] ,现场测试接线如 图 6 所示。
现场测试可得车辆甲和车辆乙的接地电流幅值(一次值) 波形如 图 7 所示,两者均大于 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$
车辆甲的接地电流幅值和负极受电电流幅值(一次值) 如 图 8 所示, 前者大于后者。车辆乙的接地电流幅值和负极受电电流幅值(一次值)如 图 9 所示, 前者等于后者。根据第 1 节所提识别原理可准确地判断出高压直流回路正极与列车短路故障发生在车辆甲内, 车辆乙正常。
针对跨座式单轨交通直流牵引系统正极回路与列车车身发生短路故障时如何快速准确地识别故障列车的问题, 本文提出一种基于电流幅值比较的故障列车识别方法, 得到以下结论。
1) 设计了跨座式单轨交通直流牵引双边供电系统模型, 能较好地反映列车的接地电流和负极受电电流实际情况。
2) 针对正常列车的车体接地继电器 GR 等值电阻大幅下降的问题, 提出了接地电流和负极受电电流幅值两种判据, 提高算法的可靠性。
3) 即使正常列车的车体接地继电器 GR 等值电阻由 ${750\Omega }$ 大幅降至 ${0.75\Omega }$ 时,仿真和现场测试结果表明所提方法能够准确地识别出故障列车。
