Bidirectional substations have advantages in regenerative braking energy utilization of urban rail transit because of their controllable output voltage, capability of unity power factor operation, and bidirectional energy flow. Due to voltage sensor errors and line parameter inconsistencies, the two converters in the substation generate significant unbalanced currents. While increasing the converter output current feedback coefficient can reduce the current difference between converters, it consequently intensifies the output voltage fluctuations of the substation. On the basis of droop control strategy based on converter output current feedback, a droop control strategy based on substation output current compensating voltage command value is proposed by adding a voltage compensation term proportional to substation output current. The results show that this strategy can improve the current balance between converters and reduce the fluctuation degree of substation output voltage. Finally, the simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the example analysis is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

双向变电站因具有输出电压可控、可实现单位功率因数运行及能量双向流动的特点,在城市轨道交通再生制动能量利用方面颇具优势。电压传感器的误差及线路参数的不一致,会导致变电站中的两台变流器产生较大的不均衡电流,而增大变流器输出电流反馈系数,可减小变流器间的电流差,但变电站输出电压的波动程度会因此加剧。在基于变流器输出电流反馈的下垂控制策略的基础上,增加正比于变电站输出电流的电压补偿项,提出一种基于变电站输出电流补偿电压指令值的下垂控制策略。通过并联系统输出外特性曲线,分析了电压补偿项对电流均衡和降低电压波动的机制,并给出了补偿系数的取值范围。结果表明,该策略可在提升变流器间电流均衡的同时,降低变电站输出电压的波动程度。在MATLAB/Simulink 中搭建仿真模型,进行算例分析,验证本文所提策略的有效性。

双向变电站因具有输出电压可控、可实现单位功率因数运行及能量双向流动的特点,在城市轨道交通再生制动能量利用方面颇具优势。电压传感器的误差及线路参数的不一致,会导致变电站中的两台变流器产生较大的不均衡电流,而增大变流器输出电流反馈系数,可减小变流器间的电流差,但变电站输出电压的波动程度会因此加剧。在基于变流器输出电流反馈的下垂控制策略的基础上,增加正比于变电站输出电流的电压补偿项,提出一种基于变电站输出电流补偿电压指令值的下垂控制策略。通过并联系统输出外特性曲线,分析了电压补偿项对电流均衡和降低电压波动的机制,并给出了补偿系数的取值范围。结果表明,该策略可在提升变流器间电流均衡的同时,降低变电站输出电压的波动程度。在MATLAB/Simulink 中搭建仿真模型,进行算例分析,验证本文所提策略的有效性。

Bidirectional substations have advantages in regenerative braking energy utilization of urban rail transit because of their controllable output voltage, capability of unity power factor operation, and bidirectional energy flow. Due to voltage sensor errors and line parameter inconsistencies, the two converters in the substation generate significant unbalanced currents. While increasing the converter output current feedback coefficient can reduce the current difference between converters, it consequently intensifies the output voltage fluctuations of the substation. On the basis of droop control strategy based on converter output current feedback, a droop control strategy based on substation output current compensating voltage command value is proposed by adding a voltage compensation term proportional to substation output current. The results show that this strategy can improve the current balance between converters and reduce the fluctuation degree of substation output voltage. Finally, the simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the example analysis is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

自 1993 年上海运营首条商业化城轨线路以来, 我国的城市轨道交通行业迅猛发展, 逐渐演化为以地铁为骨干、融合磁浮交通等多种交通方式的综合发展格局 [1] 。从 2017 年至 2023 年,我国城轨线路数量从 165 条增长至 338 条,总里程数从 ${5033}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ 增长至 ${11222.54}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ ,线网规模成倍增长 [2 - 3] ,随之而来的庞大的耗电量给城轨运营公司带来了高额的运营成本。
在城轨牵引供电系统中, 常采用 24 脉波二极管整流桥进行电能变换。目前, 城轨列车普遍采用再生制动为主、空气制动为辅的制动方式。由于二极管的单向导电性, 再生能量只能在直流牵引网中予以利用。 若无法被充分吸收而在牵引网中滞留, 易造成网压抬升, 进而导致车载设备过电压, 威胁列车的安全稳定运行。此外, 若网压超过再生制动的电压阈值, 则再生制动失效,再生能量的产量减少 [4]
若将二极管整流桥替换为双向变流器以构成双向变电站, 则可将再生能量逆变回交流中压环网进行利用 [5 - 7] 。因双向变流器具有输出电压可控、能量双向流动、功率因数校正等特点, 在城轨中颇具应用前景 [8] , 也是未来牵引变电所的发展方向。
基于变流器输出电流反馈的下垂控制策略是城轨中双向变流器的主流控制方法。该策略有利于列车间能量交互 [9 - 10] ,提升再生能量的利用率; 逆变时,还可降低变流器的峰值电流。
双向变电站通常由 2 台参数一致的双向变流器并联组成, 因此, 站内变流器的均流控制尤其重要。常规的变流器均流控制策略有以下 3 种。
1)集中控制策略。该策略通过集中控制器采集并联体系的输出电流并计算电流均值, 然后通过电流总线将电流均值传输至各单体的控制环中, 以此实现各单体的输出电流均衡。该策略的成功实现依赖于集中控制器, 因此, 系统可靠性较低。
2)主从控制策略。主从控制策略的提出旨在增强集中控制策略的系统可靠性 [11 - 12] 。该策略通过在并联系统内部指定一主变流器, 同时将集中控制逻辑内嵌于主变流器的控制架构, 从变流器则依据主变流器的输出电流动态调整自身输出电流。该策略的运行能效与主变流器的稳健性息息相关, 一旦主变流器故障, 将引发并联系统整体失效。
3)分散控制策略 [13 - 14] 。该策略亦为集中控制策略的延伸, 通过采集平均电流信号并以模拟信号的形式将其传输至电流总线, 各单体从电流总线上获取平均电流信号并与其输出电流作比较。该策略中, 各变流器单体地位一致, 系统可靠性强。但由于平均电流是以模拟信号的形式进行传输, 易受电磁干扰。
基于变流器输出电流反馈的下垂控制策略无法同时实现变流器间的均流和降低变电站输出电压的波动程度。因此, 本文将在基于变流器电流反馈的下垂控制策略的基础上增加正比于变电站输出电流的电压补偿项,以实现在减小变流器之间电流差的同时,减小变电站输出电压的波动。
目前, 城轨用双向变流器的拓扑可分为两电平与三电平 2 种。与两电平拓扑相比, 三电平变流器因开关器件的电压应力较小、交流侧电压电流的波形畸变率较低、功率等级更高 [15] ,更适用于高压大容量的场合,在城轨领域中备受青睐。
在三电平拓扑中, 二极管钳位型三电平四象限变流器因控制简单、可靠性强, 得到广泛应用。
中点钳位型三电平四象限变流器的拓扑如图1所示。图中, ${e}_{p}\left( {p = A\text{、}B\text{、}C}\right)$ 为三相交流电压, ${i}_{p}(p = A\text{、}B$$C)$ 为三相交流电流, ${I}_{\mathrm{o}}\text{、}{I}_{\mathrm{{dc}}}$ 分别为变流器输出侧的滤波前电流与滤波后电流, ${I}_{C1}\text{、}{I}_{C2}$ 为电容电流, ${U}_{\mathrm{{dc}}}$ 为变流器的输出直流电压。 ${L}_{p}\left( {p = A\text{、}B\text{、}C}\right)$ 为三相滤波电感, ${S}_{Ai}$${S}_{Bi}$${S}_{Ci}\left( {i = 1,2,3,4}\right)$ 分别为 $A$$B$$C$ 三相桥臂的功率开关器件 IGBT, ${D}_{n}\left( {n = 1,2,3,4,5,6}\right)$ 为钳位二极管, ${C}_{1}\text{、}{C}_{2}$ 为直流侧滤波电容。 ${\mathrm{O}}_{1}\text{、}{\mathrm{O}}_{2}$ 分别为交流侧与直流侧的电压参考点, $A\text{、}B\text{、}C$ 为三相桥臂的中点, $\mathrm{P}\text{、}\mathrm{\;N}$ 分别为直流电压的正极与负极。 下文分析变流器的工作原理及构建其数学模型时, 公式中的变量含义均与图1中的含义一致。
假设网侧三相交流电压为理想的三相电压源, 输出侧直流电压恒定。则每相桥臂均有 3 种工作状态, 在每种工作状态下, 均有 2 个 IGBT 同时处于导通状态。以 $B$ 相为例,若 ${S}_{B1}\text{、}{S}_{B2}$ 导通,则 $B$ 点与 $\mathrm{P}$ 点为等电位点, ${U}_{B\mathrm{O}2} = {U}_{\mathrm{{dc}}}/2$ ; 若 ${S}_{B2}\text{、}{S}_{B3}$ 导通,则 $B$ 点与 ${\mathrm{O}}_{2}$ 点直接连接, ${U}_{B\mathrm{O}2} = 0$ ; 若 ${S}_{B3}\text{、}{S}_{B4}$ 导通,则 $B$ 点与 $\mathrm{N}$ 点为等电位点, ${U}_{B\mathrm{O}2} = {U}_{\mathrm{{dc}}}/2$

基于三相静止坐标系, 在交流侧分析各电气量之间的关系。根据电感两端的电压与电感电流之间的关系可得变流器交流侧的数学方程为:

式中, $L$ 为三相滤波电感的值,即 ${L}_{A} = {L}_{B} = {L}_{C} = L$
由式(7)可知, 在三相静止坐标系下, 三相正弦电气量之间完全解耦。而时变的正弦信号不易控制, 因此, 基于三相静止坐标系的数学模型设计变流器的控制器较为复杂 [3] 。而 Park 变换可将三相静止坐标系下的三相正弦量转化为 ${dq}$ 同步旋转坐标系下的两相直流量,降低控制难度。
$A$ 相电压过零点作为电网同步角的起点,定义 $d$ 轴的相位与电网同步, $q$ 轴超前 $d$${90}^{ \circ }$ 构建 ${dq}$ 同步旋转坐标系,如图2所示。
${ABC}$ 三相静止坐标系到 ${dq}$ 同步旋转坐标系的坐标变换矩阵记为 ${\mathbf{T}}_{3\mathrm{s} - 2\mathrm{r}}$ ,则该变换矩阵的表达式为:

对式(7)进行 Park 变换,可得变流器在 ${dq}$ 同步旋转坐标系下的数学模型:

式中, ${e}_{d}\text{、}{e}_{q}\text{、}{i}_{d}\text{、}{i}_{q}\text{、}{u}_{d}\text{、}{u}_{q}$ 分别为 ${abc}$ 坐标系下三相电网电压、三相电网电流以及变流器三相桥臂中点电压变换至 ${dq}$ 坐标系下的值; $\omega$ 为电网角频率。
在实际中, 常用锁相环对电网同步角进行锁定。 在锁相环运行至稳定状态后,基于图2${dq}$ 轴的位置以及对电网同步角的定义可知, ${e}_{q} = 0$
四象限变流器的闭环控制电路可分为直流电压外环、交流电流内环以及 PWM 调制 3 部分。本文中, 直流电压外环采用基于变流器输出电流反馈的下垂控制策略, 交流电流内环控制器的结构根据式(9)进行设计, PWM 调制部分则采用正弦脉宽调制(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation, SPWM)策略。
综上,可得在 ${dq}$ 同步旋转坐标系下四象限变流器的闭环控制电路,其拓扑如图3所示。图中, ${U}_{0}^{ * }$ 为变流器的空载电压指令值; $k$ 为变流器的输出电流反馈系数; ${U}_{\mathrm{{dc}}}$ 为变流器输出电压的采样值; ${I}_{\mathrm{{dc}}}$ 为变流器输出电流的采样值; ${i}_{q}{}^{ * }$ 为无功电流指令值; ${i}_{d}\text{、}{i}_{q}$ 为三相交流电流 ${dq}$ 分量的采样值; ${m}_{d}\text{、}{m}_{q}$ 为调制波的 ${dq}$ 分量; ${e}_{d}$${e}_{q}$ 为电网电压的 ${dq}$ 分量; ${m}_{a}$${m}_{b}$${m}_{c}$ 为三相调制波。PI 为电流内环的 PI 控制器, ${\omega L}$ 为解耦因子。
在本文的研究中, 希望变流器工作在单位功率因数的状态, 即与电网不存在无功功率的交互。因此, 在控制器中, 设置无功电流指令值为 0 , 即
$ {i}_{q}^{ * } = 0 $
在双向变电站中, 通常有 2 台变流器, 其交流侧经变压器隔离后并联, 直流侧直接并联。双向变电站中变流器的组合方式及控制回路示意图如图4所示。 其中, Converter1 与 Converter2 为双向变流器, 均选用图1所示的拓扑结构, 并采用图3所示的控制策略。 Line1 与 Line2 为变流器输出端至并联点之间的线路。
在工程应用中, 常选用完全一致的器件及控制参数以确保 2 台变流器的均衡出力。但由于制造工艺的限制, 2 台变流器难以保持完全一致。在变流器的输出特性较 “硬” 时,细微的差别会降低变流器之间的电流均衡性能。
由于电压传感器存在误差, 即便在空载电压指令值 ${U}_{0}^{ * }$ 相等的情况下,2 台变流器的实际空载电压也会产生细微的差别。图5呈现了在变流器的实际空载电压不等、输出电流反馈系数相等的情况下, 2 台变流器的输出特性曲线。图中, ${k}_{1\mathrm{s}}$${k}_{2\mathrm{s}}$ 为较小的变流器输出电流反馈系数,满足 ${k}_{1\mathrm{s}} = {k}_{2\mathrm{s}} = {k}_{\mathrm{s}};{k}_{11}\text{、}{k}_{21}$ 为较大的变流器输出电流反馈系数,满足 ${k}_{11} = {k}_{21} = {k}_{1};{U}_{\mathrm{o}1}\text{、}{U}_{\mathrm{o}2}$ 为变流器的实际空载电压。定义经变流器直流侧流出的方向为电流的参考方向。于负载而言, 若消耗功率, 则规定其功率为正值,并将其称为牵引负载;若发出功率, 则规定其功率为负值, 并将其称为制动负载。
在带有相同牵引负载的情况下, 变流器输出电流反馈系数为 ${k}_{\mathrm{s}}$ 时,2 台变流器的电流差为 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{ts}}}$ ; 若将变流器的输出电流反馈系数增大至 ${k}_{1}$ ,则变流器的电流差减小为 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{tl}}}$ 。可以发现,增大变流器的输出电流反馈系数, 可以减小 2 台变流器之间的电流差, 提升并联系统中各单体间的均流性能。在带有相同制动负载的情况下亦是如此,当变流器输出电流反馈系数从 ${k}_{\mathrm{s}}$ 提升至 ${k}_{\mathrm{l}}$ ,其电流差从 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{bs}}}$ 减小至 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{bl}}}$ ,变流器间的电流均衡性得到提升。
但是, 随着变流器输出电流反馈系数的提升, 在带牵引负载时,变流器输出电压从 ${U}_{\text{dcts }}$ 降低至 ${U}_{\text{dctl }}$ ; 在带制动负载时,变流器输出电压从 ${U}_{\text{dcbs }}$ 提升至 ${U}_{\text{dcbl }}$
因此, 增大变流器的输出电流反馈系数, 提升了电流均衡性, 但使得变流器的输出电压远离空载电压。 在城轨中, 因牵引负荷剧烈波动, 牵引变电站输出电压的波动范围亦随之增大。若变电站的输出电压超出了牵引供电系统允许的电压波动范围, 则列车的安全稳定运行会受到影响, 列车的再生制动也会因网压抬升而受限。
由于变流器输出端至并联点之间存在线路电阻, 因此, 变流器的实际输出电流反馈系数为控制电路中的输出电流反馈系数指令值与线路电阻之和。由于 Line1 与 Line2 存在差异, 因此, Converter1 与 Converter2 的实际输出电流反馈系数亦存在差异。图6呈现了在实际输出电流反馈系数不等、空载电压相等的情况下, 2 台变流器的输出特性曲线。
可以发现, 若将变流器的输出电流反馈系数从 ${k}_{1\mathrm{s}}$${k}_{2\mathrm{s}}$ 增大至 ${k}_{11}$${k}_{21}$ ,带牵引负载时,变流器电流差从 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{ts}}}$ 降低为 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{tl}}}$ ,输出电压从 ${U}_{\mathrm{{dcts}}}$ 降低至 ${U}_{\mathrm{{dctl}}}$ ; 带制动负载时,变流器电流差从 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{bs}}}$ 降低为 $\Delta {I}_{\mathrm{{bl}}}$ ,输出电压从 ${U}_{\text{dcts }}$ 抬升至 ${U}_{\text{dctl }}$ 。增大变流器输出电流反馈系数, 提升了变流器间的电流均衡性, 也加剧了变流器输出电压的波动。
通过上文的分析可以发现, 若选择较小的变流器输出电流反馈系数, 则电流均衡性较差; 若提升变流器的输出电流反馈系数, 可提升变流器间的电流均衡性, 但会使得变流器的输出电压水平偏移其空载电压。 即基于变流器输出电流反馈的下垂控制策略无法兼顾变流器单体间的均流与变流器的输出电压水平。
通过第 2 章的分析可知, 为确保站中的 2 台变流器保持良好的电流均衡性能, 需选用较大的变流器输出电流反馈系数 $k$ 。同时,为缓解增大的 $k$ 值引起的变电站输出电压剧烈波动的问题, 需进行电压补偿。 引入电压补偿后, 变流器的下垂特性可表示为:
$ {U}_{\mathrm{{dc}}} = {U}_{\mathrm{o}}^{ * } - k{I}_{\text{con }} + {\Delta U} $
式中, ${U}_{0}^{ * }$ 为变流器的空载电压指令值; ${I}_{\text{con }}$ 为变流器单体的输出电流; ${\Delta U}$ 为电压补偿项。
在带牵引负载时, 变流器的输出电压严重跌落, 需抬升其输出电压,此时, ${\Delta U} > 0$ ; 而在带制动负载时, 变流器的输出电压严重抬升, 需降低其输出电压, 此时, ${\Delta U} < 0$
另外, 在带牵引负载时, 变电站对牵引网提供电能, 输出电流为正值; 而在带制动负载时, 牵引网中的电能经变电站逆变回电网, 变电站的输出电流为负值。即在负载的状态相同时, 变电站的输出电流与对电压补偿项 ${\Delta U}$ 的需求符号一致。
基于此, 本文研究了一种基于变电站输出电流补偿的下垂控制策略, 即令电压补偿项为:

式中, $m$ 为电压补偿系数,取正值; ${I}_{\text{sub }}$ 为变电站的输出电流, 即变电站中各变流器的输出电流之和。
引入电压补偿项后, 变流器的闭环控制电路如图7所示。
假设运行至稳态,各变流器之间的电流完全均衡。 此时, 变电站电流与变流器电流之间的关系为:

式中, $n$ 为 1 个变电站中变流器的数量; 在双向变电站中, $n = 2$
因此, 对于采用基于变电站电流补偿的下垂控制策略的变流器而言, 其输出特性可表示为:
$ {U}_{\mathrm{{dc}}} = {U}_{\mathrm{o}}^{ * } + \left( {{nm} - k}\right) {I}_{\text{con }} $
为确保系统运行于稳定的状态, 需回避正反馈环节的存在。因此, 对式(14)进行分析可得电压补偿系数 $m$ 与变流器的输出电流反馈系数 $k$ 之间的关系为:
$ m < \frac{k}{n} $
为验证第 3 节中研究的基于变电站电流补偿的下垂控制策略的有效性, 在 MATLAB/Simulink 中搭建双向变电站的仿真模型进行验证。仿真中, 2 台中点钳位型三电平四象限变流器并联组合成双向变电站。 系统仿真参数见表1
图8为变流器的空载电压不等时的仿真结果。实际中, Converter1 与 Converter2 的实际空载电压不相等是由电压传感器的误差造成的。仿真时,设置 ${U}_{o1}{}^{ * } =$ ${1600}\mathrm{\;V}$${U}_{\mathrm{o}2}{}^{ * } = {1598}\mathrm{\;V}$ ,以产生变流器的实际不相等空载电压, 模拟电压传感器的误差造成的影响。
图8(a)、(b)呈现了在补偿系数 $m = 0$ 的情况下, $k =$ ${0.02}\text{、}{0.06}\text{、}{0.12}$ 时,变电站的输出电压与变流器输出电流的波形。随着 $k$ 值从 0.02 增加至 0.12,变电站的电压分别为 ${1579}\text{、}{1543}\text{、}{1499}\mathrm{\;V}$ ,变流器的电流差分别为 ${64}\text{、}{30}\text{、}{15}\mathrm{\;A}$ 。由此可知,变流器输出电流的均衡性逐渐提升,但变电站输出电压逐渐跌落。
图8(c)、(d)呈现了在输出电流反馈系数 $k = {0.12}$ 的情况下, $m = {0.01}\text{、}{0.03}\text{、}{0.05}$ 时,变电站的输出电压与变流器输出电流的波形。随着补偿系数 $m$ 从 0.01 增加至 0.05,变电站的输出电压分别为 1511、1550、 ${1576}\mathrm{\;V}$ ,变流器的电流差分别为 ${15}\text{、}{14}\text{、}{15}\mathrm{\;A}$ 。由此可知, 补偿项可在不降低电流均衡性的同时抬升变电站的输出电压, 且补偿系数越大, 抬升效果越好。
图9为变流器的输出电流反馈系数不等时的仿真结果。实际中, Converter1 与 Converter2 的实际输出电流反馈系数不相等是由变流器输出端至并联点之间的线缆不对称造成的。仿真中, 设置 2 台变流器的输出电流反馈系数不相等,即令 ${k}_{2} = {k}_{1} + {0.005},{k}_{1} = k$ ,以模拟不对称线缆造成的影响。其中, ${k}_{1}\text{、}{k}_{2}$ 分别为 Converterl 以 Converter2 的输出电流反馈系数。
图9(a)、(b)呈现了在补偿系数 $m = 0$ 的情况下, $k =$ ${0.02}\text{、}{0.06}\text{、}{0.12}$ 时,变电站的输出电压与变流器输出电流的波形。随着 $k$ 值从 0.02 增加至 0.12,变电站的电压分别为 ${1578}\text{、}{1542}\text{、}{1494}\mathrm{\;V}$ ,变流器的电流差分别为 ${61}\text{、}{26}\text{、}{13}\mathrm{\;A}$ 。由此可知,变流器输出电流的均衡性逐渐提升, 但变电站输出电压逐渐跌落。
图9(c)、9(d)呈现了在输出电流反馈系数 $k = {0.12}$ 的情况下, $m = {0.01}\text{、}{0.03}\text{、}{0.05}$ 时,变电站的输出电压与变流器输出电流的波形。随着补偿系数 $m$ 从 0.01 增加至 0.05,变电站的输出电压分别为 1513、1546、 ${1581}\mathrm{\;V}$ ,变流器的电流差分别为 ${24}\text{、}{29}\text{、}{26}\mathrm{\;A}$ 。由此可知, 补偿项可在不严重恶化电流均衡性的同时抬升变电站的输出电压, 且补偿系数越大, 抬升效果越好。
通过上述 2 组仿真对比试验可知, 第 3 节中研究的基于变电站输出电流补偿的下垂控制策略, 可在维持或不严重恶化变流器间电流均衡的同时, 补偿变电站的输出电压, 且补偿系数越大, 抬升变电站输出电压的效果越明显。与理论分析结果一致, 证明了本文所提出的策略有效。
本文针对双向变电站在城市轨道交通应用中存在的变流器间电流不均衡与输出电压波动问题, 提出了一种基于变电站输出电流补偿的改进下垂控制策略, 并得出如下结论:
1)通过建立并联变流器系统的数学模型, 理论分析了电压传感器误差和线路参数不对称对电流均衡性的影响机理;
2)在基于变电站输出电流补偿的下垂控制策略的基础上,通过引入动态电压补偿项,有效解决了电流均衡和电压稳定之间的调节矛盾;
3)最后通过仿真试验, 验证了基于变电站输出电流补偿的下垂控制策略, 可在维持变电站中各变流器单体之间良好的电流均衡性能的同时, 补偿变电站的输出电压, 降低变电站输出电压的波动范围, 验证了该策略的有效性。
