Addressing the challenge of shallowburied box tunnel machine passing under significant risk sources, this study takes the closerange underpass of the expressway by the underground passage box tunnel machine at Sanyuanqiao Station of Beijing Subway Line 12 as the background. Numerical simulation was used to precisely model the roadbed pavement structure layer of the expressway and simulate the entire construction process of the underpass. The ground surface deformation patterns caused by the box tunnel machine under the expressway were analyzed, and a parameter sensitivity analysis was conducted on construction parameters such as the support pressure at the pipe head, ground loss, and grouting pressure during the pipe jacking construction. Finally, video monitoring was used to monitor and verify the settlement of the expressway. The results show that the ground surface deformation caused by shallowburied box tunnel machine can be summarized into three stages: slight surface uplift, rapid surface settlement, and final settlement stabilization. Changes in ground loss and grouting pressure are the most sensitive to settlement variation. The established numerical model can reflect the basic patterns of surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction, as indicated by onsite video monitoring data. The maximum settlement of the highway surface meets the control standard of ≤15 mm.

针对浅埋矩形顶管下穿重要风险源问题,以北京地铁12号线三元桥站地下通道矩形顶管近距离下穿高速路工程为背景,采用数值模拟对高速路路基路面结构层进行精细化建模,并模拟下穿施工全过程;分析矩形顶管下穿高速路的地表变形规律,并对顶管施工中机头支护压力、地层损失、注浆压力等施工参数进行敏感性分析;最后采用视频监测对高速路沉降进行监测及验证。结果表明:浅埋矩形顶管施工引起的地表变形规律可以概括为地表轻微隆起、地表迅速沉降和沉降最终稳定3个阶段;地层损失和注浆压力变化对沉降量的变化最为敏感;由现场视频监测数据可知,建立的数值模型能够反映顶管施工对地表变形的基本规律,高速路面最大沉降满足≤15mm的控制标准。

针对浅埋矩形顶管下穿重要风险源问题,以北京地铁12号线三元桥站地下通道矩形顶管近距离下穿高速路工程为背景,采用数值模拟对高速路路基路面结构层进行精细化建模,并模拟下穿施工全过程;分析矩形顶管下穿高速路的地表变形规律,并对顶管施工中机头支护压力、地层损失、注浆压力等施工参数进行敏感性分析;最后采用视频监测对高速路沉降进行监测及验证。结果表明:浅埋矩形顶管施工引起的地表变形规律可以概括为地表轻微隆起、地表迅速沉降和沉降最终稳定3个阶段;地层损失和注浆压力变化对沉降量的变化最为敏感;由现场视频监测数据可知,建立的数值模型能够反映顶管施工对地表变形的基本规律,高速路面最大沉降满足≤15mm的控制标准。

Addressing the challenge of shallowburied box tunnel machine passing under significant risk sources, this study takes the closerange underpass of the expressway by the underground passage box tunnel machine at Sanyuanqiao Station of Beijing Subway Line 12 as the background. Numerical simulation was used to precisely model the roadbed pavement structure layer of the expressway and simulate the entire construction process of the underpass. The ground surface deformation patterns caused by the box tunnel machine under the expressway were analyzed, and a parameter sensitivity analysis was conducted on construction parameters such as the support pressure at the pipe head, ground loss, and grouting pressure during the pipe jacking construction. Finally, video monitoring was used to monitor and verify the settlement of the expressway. The results show that the ground surface deformation caused by shallowburied box tunnel machine can be summarized into three stages: slight surface uplift, rapid surface settlement, and final settlement stabilization. Changes in ground loss and grouting pressure are the most sensitive to settlement variation. The established numerical model can reflect the basic patterns of surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction, as indicated by onsite video monitoring data. The maximum settlement of the highway surface meets the control standard of ≤15 mm.

矩形顶管以其断面利用率高、施工效率高、不影响城市交通等特点, 在城市主要干道、地下人行通道、 地铁、综合管廊等项目中得到了广泛的应用 [1 - 3] 。顶管穿越区域多位于重要道路和地铁隧道等重点地段, 其产生的地层变形必然对周边建筑产生复杂影响 [4] 。为此, 开展此类顶管施工过程中地层变形规律的研究, 对于提升其在城区复杂环境下的适应能力具有重要的现实意义。
目前, 关于矩形顶管施工对周边环境的影响已有大量研究。理论解析方面: $\mathrm{{ZHOU}}$[5] 基于随机介质理论和修正 Verruijt 解,建立矩形顶管施工地面沉降预测模型; 许有俊等 [6] 运用 Mindlin 弹性理论解、随机介质理论及分层总和法, 系统地研究了矩形顶管施工扰动引起的地表沉降变形特性; 韩仲慧等 [7] 对 Peck 公式进行了改进, 相比于传统的 Peck 公式可以更准确地描述矩形顶管施工引起的地表变形规律; 张志伟等 [8] 推导得到矩形顶管掘进期间地表隆沉位移解析解, 经与实测结果进行对比分析, 发现所提方法可预测矩形顶管在软土地层掘进引起的地表隆沉变形规律。数值模拟方面:邓婷等 [9] 以小应变刚度粒子间应变本构关系为基础, 利用数值模拟软件研究软黏土地层中矩形顶管施工时的地层变形; 郭延辉等 [10] 以楚雄一攀枝花天然气管道穿越高速工程为例, 采用数值模拟方法, 研究顶管施工过程中顶管结构、管涵围岩和高速公路路基路面的变形规律与力学特性; 张文瀚等 [11] 以杭一甬高速公路顶管为研究对象, 采用数值模拟方法, 研究顶管顶进过程中机头支护压力、地层损失、注浆状态等因素对路基变形的影响, 并提出减小其变形的方法。现场实测方面: SHEN 等 [12] 和 SUN 等 [13] 通过监测顶管施工中的地表沉降、地层横向位移、超孔隙水压力和土压力, 总结环境影响和施工参数之间的关系; 程伟峰等 [14] 对矩形顶管下穿高速公路引起的地表变形进行全周期的监测, 对施工过程中不同位置、不同施工阶段的观测资料进行统计和分析; 银英姿等 [15] 依托内蒙古理工大学地下过街通道工程, 整理分析实测路基变形数据, 对砂土地层顶管施工过程中路基沉隆规律及影响范围进行初步研究。
以北京地铁 12 号线三元桥站地下通道矩形顶管近距离下穿高速路为背景, 采用数值模拟软件对高速路路基路面结构层进行精细化建模, 模拟矩形顶管下穿高速路施工的全过程, 分析矩形顶管施工对高速路路面变形的影响规律, 并对支护压力、地层损失、注浆压力等因素对地表变形影响进行参数敏感性分析, 最后结合现场视频监测结果对数值模型进行验证, 为本工程施工及类似工程提供参考。
图1所示,本文研究范围为换乘厅至 $\mathrm{E}1$ 出入口顶管工程, 该段隧道下穿首都机场高速公路, 路宽为 ${33.6}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,路基路面结构层厚度 ${83}\mathrm{\;{cm}}$ 。隧道长度为 ${40.528}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,坡度为 ${2.37}\%$ ,顶部埋深为 ${3.8} \sim {4.8}\mathrm{\;m}$
项目场地范围内, 顶管通道自上而下主要穿越杂填土 ${\text{①}}_{1}$ 层、粉细砂 ${\text{③}}_{3}$ 层、粉质黏土 ${\text{③}}_{1}$ 层、粉细砂 ${\text{④}}_{3}$ 层、粉质黏土 ${\mathfrak{S}}_{4}$ 层、粉细砂 ${\mathfrak{S}}_{2}$ 层,相关土层物理力学性质参数如表1所示。
通道施工采用土压平衡顶管机。该机长 ${5.234}\mathrm{\;m}$ , 开挖断面尺寸为 ${6.94}\mathrm{\;m} \times {4.92}\mathrm{\;m}$ 。顶管施工主顶系统配置 ${200}\mathrm{t}$ 油缸 16 个,总推力 ${3200}\mathrm{t}$ ; 顶进管节为 27 环,选用长 ${1.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ 、厚度为 ${0.45}\mathrm{\;m}$ 的钢筋混凝土预制管节,尺寸为 ${6.9}\mathrm{\;m} \times {4.9}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,管节混凝土强度等级为 C50, 顶管机及管节如图2所示。土舱压力值是顶进施工的主控参数, 根据计算, 本工程土舱压力理论设置范围为 ${0.06} \sim {0.08}\mathrm{{MPa}}$ 。土舱内土体改良使用膨润土浆液,配合比如下: 膨润土 98 kg、黏土 392 kg、水 ${812}\mathrm{\;{kg}}$ 、高分子聚合物 ${0.5} \sim 1\mathrm{\;{kg}}$ 。管外触变泥浆的配比通常为水:膨润土=(4~5):1,膨润土:掺合剂= $\left( {{20} \sim {30}}\right) : 1$ ,水:膨润土:纯碱:羧甲基纤维素 (CMC)=400:100:20:20。顶管始发井端头需对土体进行注浆加固。
顶管顶进过程中各推进参数依表2取值, 实际推进过程中应根据试验段推进情况及各监测数据的反馈及时调整推进参数。
本文采用有限元分析软件 ABAQUS 建立矩形顶管下穿机场高速的三维模型, 如图3所示。模型尺寸为 ${45}\mathrm{\;m}$ (长) $\times {50}\mathrm{\;m}$ (宽) $\times {40}\mathrm{\;m}$ (高),共划分 73222 个节点, 68330 个单元。
土体的属性假定是各项同性、连续且各部分保持均匀,所以采用实体单元(C3D8R)进行模拟,本工程所在场地土层为粉土和粉砂, 而 Mohr-Coulomb 塑性模型主要用于单调荷载下颗粒状材料, 因此土体采用 Mohr-Coulomb 塑性模型, 因结构未进入地下水, 土体建模采用总应力法进行分析。
顶管管片也为各项同性且连续均匀的理想材料。 在模拟过程中采用实体单元(C3D8R)进行模拟, 用控制周围土体的位移来模拟顶管机机头的支撑作用。
目前已有的数值模拟工作提供了基本的模拟思路, 但未能对受影响的高速路进行精细化建模, 文中的高速公路采用实体单元(C3D8R)进行模拟, 路面总厚度为 ${0.83}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,其中面层为 ${0.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ 厚沥青混凝土,基层为 ${0.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ 厚水泥稳定碎石,路基为 ${0.23}\mathrm{\;m}$ 厚粉质砂土。其中路基和基层采用 Mohr-Coulomb 塑性模型, 面层采用弹性模型, 详细计算参数如表3所示。
顶管顶进始发面为 ${xoy}$ 平面,模型上表面不设边界条件, 不限制任何方向位移; 模型四周四个面限制其法向位移, 底面限制其水平和竖直两个方向位移, 位移边界条件如式(1)所示。

式中, ${\left. {u}_{x}\right| }_{x = 0}$$x = 0\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $x$ 方向位移, ${\left. {u}_{x}\right| }_{x = {50}}$$x = {50}\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $x$ 方向位移; ${\left. {u}_{z}\right| }_{z = 0}$$z = 0\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $z$ 方向位移, ${\left. {u}_{z}\right| }_{z = {45}}$$z = {45}\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $z$ 方向位移, ${\left. {u}_{x}\right| }_{y = 0}$$y = 0\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $x$ 方向位移, ${\left. {u}_{y}\right| }_{y = 0}$$y = 0\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $y$ 方向位移, ${\left. {u}_{z}\right| }_{y = 0}$$y = 0\mathrm{\;m}$ 平面的 $z$ 方向位移。
土体挖去后,在开挖面上施加大小为 ${\sigma }_{t}$ 的支护压力; 顶管向前顶进一节后, 在管节外表面与土体内表面施加大小为 ${\sigma }_{g}$ 的注浆压力; 针对管土之间的空隙, 本文在地层损失空隙位置建立一定厚度的三维实体注浆层(等代层), 即泥浆和土层混合层, 为各项同性且连续均匀的理想材料。等代层厚度 $\delta$ 按断面设计尺寸进行计算和选取。模拟过程中使用场变量使材料的弹性模量降低至 $3\mathrm{{MPa}}$
本模型共顶进 15 步,每次顶进 $3\mathrm{\;m}$ ,模拟步骤如下: ①进行自重应力平衡计算, 得到初始状态的应力场;②利用生死单元法模拟土体开挖, 每次开挖长度 $3\mathrm{\;m}$ ;③利用位移控制法,在整个管节上施加 $z$ 方向位移, 距离为管节纵向长度; 顶管与土体之间的相互作用采用主-从面接触来实现, 以顶管周围土体为主面, 顶管外部面为从面, 接触形式采用法向硬接触, 切向罚函数;④重复步骤②~③直至顶管顶进贯通。具体设置如图4所示。
图5为顶管穿越高速路过程中顶管机开挖到不同位置的地层沉降计算云图。
在顶管正上方等距布置 5 个断面 (见图3(b)), 图6为顶管中轴线正上方结点在顶管穿越高速路整个过程中的沉降变化(结点位置见图3)。顶管施工是一种动态的过程, 顶管正上方结点的位移随顶管机头的推进而不断改变。从图6可以看到, 当顶管到达结点所在断面前, 由于支护压力、注浆压力和土的摩擦作用, 使路基前方产生了一定的隆起, 随后在顶管施工过程中, 这个结点的变形由隆起转变为下沉, 当开挖面刚好经过这个结点所在断面时, 其沉降速度最快, 主要是因为顶管机与管节的尺寸不完全相同, 导致管节与周围土层之间产生了超挖间隙, 土的自重使土填充因超挖而产生的空隙, 且新注入的浆液压缩模量仍然偏小, 致使周边土向空隙接近。当掌子面离开结点所在断面一段距离后, 地面沉降逐渐变得平缓。各点的沉降量最大值发生在顶管机头离开测点水平距离约 ${2.5D} \sim {3D}$ 以上 ( $D$ 为顶管高度),并趋于平稳。
由以上分析可以看出, 高速公路在顶进期间, 其变形呈现出先抬升、后下沉、最终稳定的特点, 不同断面的横向变化规律都相似, 所以只需根据断面 3 的地面沉降数据分析沉降横向分布规律。图7是断面 3 在顶管穿越高速路过程中的地表沉降变形规律 $\left( {D}_{p}\right.$ 表示开挖面距测点的水平距离)。
图7可以看到, 沿隧道轴线方向的地面沉降最大,离隧道轴线 ${5.6}\mathrm{\;m}$ 之外,地面沉降基本不变。结果表明, 该模型的计算结果与 Peck 公式及有关文献中的数值计算结果吻合,且其影响范围约为 ${1.6B}(B$ 为顶管宽度)。
图8为监测点 1-3(与图3节点 1-3 对应)、2-3(与图3节点 4-3 对应) 在顶管穿越高速路过程中的竖向位移变化, 从图中可以明显看出, 测点的竖向变形规律与图6的规律是一致的。
图9为监测断面 1 模拟沉降值与实测值对比。数值模拟及实测对应地表最大变形均出现在顶管中轴线上方(无顶管中轴线上方的监测数据, 最大变形由画图软件拟合得出), 有限元模拟数据与实测数据相差较小, 沉降曲线形态基本一致, 建立的数值模型可以较好地反映出顶管施工引起的地层扰动。现场监测值略大于模拟值的原因可能是车站周围附属结构换乘通道 $\mathrm{D}$ 段、 $\mathrm{E}$ 段的施工及实际地层土体参数并不均匀。
支护压力过大或过小会使前方土体达到极限平衡状态,土体产生破坏,支护压力 ${\sigma }_{t}$ 分别设为 60、150、 ${240}\mathrm{{kPa}}$ 进行计算,其他参数不变,地表沉降变形计算结果如图10图11所示。
图10可以看出, 随着支护压力的增大, 在顶管推进过程中前方的隆起及穿越后沉降的发展均有增大趋势。从图11可以得出, 支护压力的改变对沉降槽宽度的影响不大。
将环向空隙,也就是模型中的等代层厚度 $\delta$ 设为 ${10}\text{、}{20}\text{、}{30}\mathrm{\;{cm}}$ ,用于模拟地层损失的变化,地表沉降变形计算结果如图12图13所示。如图12所示, 开挖面前的隆起量随厚度的增加没有明显的改变, 而顶管通过后的地面沉降量则明显增加。如图13所示, 随着等代层厚度的增加, 横断面沉降值也呈增加趋势, 因此, 地层损失的改变对顶管穿越后的地表沉降有很大影响。
为研究注浆压力对顶管施工引起的土体变形影响,分别以 ${\sigma }_{g}$${30}\text{、}{45}\text{、}{60}\text{、}{75}\text{、}{90}\mathrm{{kPa}}$ 进行模拟, 地表沉降变形计算结果如图14图15所示。
图14所示, 开挖面前方的土体沉降值随注浆压力的增加而没有明显改变, 而顶管通过后的地面沉降则明显降低。如图15所示, 随着中注浆压力的增大, 横断面沉降值也呈减小趋势, 且变化较大, 说明地表最大沉降对注浆压力十分敏感。如果黏质粉土砂土地层上覆土厚度为 $3 \sim 5\mathrm{\;m}$ 的情况下进行矩形顶管施工, 建议注浆压力保持在 0.045 ~ 0.075 MPa,此时既能有效减小土体沉降, 又不会造成过大的隆起。
目前已有的现场监测工作大多采用人工监测, 存在人工成本高、监测结果不精准、不连续的问题。本方案采用基于摄影测量法的位移监测技术, 通过计算监测点与基准点在同一个 CMOS 传感器上成像的像素坐标差的变化, 反映被测物体点的位移情况, 是一种非接触式的高精度长期位移监测解决方案。本方案通过 “亚像素算法”,弥补相机分辨率的不足,使得像素精度提升了近百倍。系统工作时, 包括观测站、监测点和参考点。观测站即传感器本身, 监测点标靶与参考点标靶在同一个画面成像, 计算监测点与参考点的相对像素关系如图16所示。
地面沉降监测点平面布置如图17所示。顶管始发、 接收洞门处布置一排测点,每个横断面布置 6 个测点, 依据近密远疏的原则布置, 最外侧位于结构外沿不小于 1 倍埋深。
现场视频监测主要监测地表沉降, 监测流程为将 7 号点标定为基准点,程序自动 ${24}\mathrm{\;h}$ 监测 1-1、1-2、 1-3、1-4、1-5、1-6 各点相对于 7 号点的沉降位移量。
测点 1-3 在顶管穿越高速路过程中的竖向位移变化见图8。高速路监测断面 1 地表沉降如图18所示。 从图中可以明显看出监测断面 1 的沉降槽规律与图7的规律一致。结果表明:在顶管机通过测点前,地表出现了小于 $1\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 的平缓隆起;当顶管机通过测点时, 开始出现连续沉降。顶管机掌子面超过监测断面约 ${12}\mathrm{\;m}$ 时,测点 1-3 最大沉降为 ${7.72}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$
本文基于 ABAQUS 三维数值模拟研究矩形顶管顶进施工对上覆机场高速的影响, 结合北京地铁 12 号线三元桥站顶管工程实测数据, 对模型进行了验证, 并利用数值模型探讨了顶管施工中机头支护压力、地层损失、注浆压力等施工参数对高速路路基变形的敏感性。主要结论如下。
1)浅埋矩形顶管施工引起的地表变形规律可以概括为地表轻微隆起、地表迅速沉降和沉降最终稳定 3 个阶段。掌子面距离测点约 $5\mathrm{\;m}$ 时,隆起达到最大值。掌子面通过测点后, 沉降迅速增大直至最终稳定。
2)各测点的沉降量最大值发生在顶管机头离开测点水平距离 ${2.5D} \sim {3D}$ 以上 $(D$ 为顶管高度); 矩形顶管施工引起的沉降槽其分布曲线类似正态分布, 这与 Peck 公式基本一致, 垂直于顶管穿越方向的影响范围在 ${1.6B}$ 左右 $(B$ 为顶管宽度)。
3)在一定范围内,顶管施工中支护压力、地层损失及注浆压力等敏感因素对地表沉降值的变化均有一定影响, 但基本趋势和分布情况不变, 其中地层损失和注浆压力的变化对沉降量的变化最为敏感。
4)由现场视频监测数据可知, 建立的数值模型能够反映顶管施工对地表变形的基本规律。高速路路面最大沉降满足 $\leq {15}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 的控制标准。应利用好现场视频监测的 ${24}\mathrm{\;h}$ 监测数据,密切关注由于接头漏浆、局部超欠挖、纠偏等因素导致的地表变形, 动态调整顶管机的土舱压力、顶进速度、同步注浆量等掘进参数。
