Redundancy is a crucial component of network resilience. To address the current gap in time redundancy consideration when identifying critical stations in rail transit networks, this study proposes a comprehensive approach. First, we develop a timeweighted rail transit network model incorporating Space L and multiline coupling, which accounts for interstation transfer times. Second, we employ node deletion to simulate station disruptions and introduce three metrics: station redundancy index, network redundancy index, and a redundancy evaluation model based on shortest travel time variations. Using the 2024 Chongqing rail transit network as a case study, we compare the results between redundancybased and betweennessbased evaluations. The analysis reveals an average station redundancy index of 0.7998, with 3.87% of stations showing a Kmeans clustering center of 0.2788, indicating lower redundancy at critical locations. Redundancycritical stations are predominantly located near the network periphery along extended lines, while betweennesscritical stations are typically found at multiline interchange points, demonstrating distinct spatial patterns between these two categories. Network performance is more significantly impacted by disruptions at redundancycritical stations compared to betweennesscritical stations, validating the effectiveness of our identification method. This approach provides valuable insights for enhancing the resilience of urban rail transit networks.

冗余性是韧性的重要属性之一。为解决轨道交通网络关键站点识别研究对时间冗余性考量不足的问题,提出考虑站间换乘时间的基于 Space L与多线路耦合的时间加权城轨网络模型;采用节点删除的攻击模式模拟站点中断情景,提出基于最短旅行时间变化的站点冗余性指数、网络冗余性指数及冗余性评估模型;以2024年重庆市轨道交通网络为实例,研究冗余性指数与介数评估结果的异同。结果表明:站点平均冗余性指数为0.7998,冗余性指数 Kmeans 聚类中心为0.2788的站点占比为3.87%,部分站点冗余性较差即较关键;冗余性关键站点主要为向环外延伸较长线路中靠近网环的站点,而介数关键站点主要为多线路交会的换乘站,2组关键站点存在明显差异;相较于介数关键站点中断,冗余性关键站点中断对网络性能影响更为明显且更具针对性,验证了冗余性关键站点识别方法的有效性。

Redundancy is a crucial component of network resilience. To address the current gap in time redundancy consideration when identifying critical stations in rail transit networks, this study proposes a comprehensive approach. First, we develop a timeweighted rail transit network model incorporating Space L and multiline coupling, which accounts for interstation transfer times. Second, we employ node deletion to simulate station disruptions and introduce three metrics: station redundancy index, network redundancy index, and a redundancy evaluation model based on shortest travel time variations. Using the 2024 Chongqing rail transit network as a case study, we compare the results between redundancybased and betweennessbased evaluations. The analysis reveals an average station redundancy index of 0.7998, with 3.87% of stations showing a Kmeans clustering center of 0.2788, indicating lower redundancy at critical locations. Redundancycritical stations are predominantly located near the network periphery along extended lines, while betweennesscritical stations are typically found at multiline interchange points, demonstrating distinct spatial patterns between these two categories. Network performance is more significantly impacted by disruptions at redundancycritical stations compared to betweennesscritical stations, validating the effectiveness of our identification method. This approach provides valuable insights for enhancing the resilience of urban rail transit networks.

城市轨道交通已成为现代大都市生活中不可或缺的交通基础设施。然而,暴雨、设备故障等自然灾害和事故风险偶有发生, 可能导致站点运营中断。党的二十大报告指出, 推动公共安全治理模式向事前预防转型。因此, 通过灾前仿真提前识别关键站点, 为城轨网络应急准备和事前预防提供重要依据。
关键站点识别主要基于静态和动态两个角度 [ 1 ] , 有静态的基于网络拓扑结构 [ 2 ] 和网络功能属性 [ 3 ] 的方法, 还有动态的基于不同攻击模式下网络拓扑变化和功能变化的方法,即韧性分析方法。Bruneau 等 [ 4 ] 将韧性描述为鲁棒性、冗余性、资源丰富性和快速性, 并将冗余性描述为元素、系统或其他分析单元存在的可替代程度。Gu 等 [ 5 ] 认为冗余性是韧性的一部分。Yang 等 [ 6 ] 通过计算每个站点中断下的路线多样性确定最脆弱的地铁站点。 $\mathrm{{Xu}}$ [ 7 ] 采用出行可替代多样性和网络备用容量描述交通网络冗余性。Jing 等 [ 8 ] 将路线冗余性定义为有效路线的数量, 并在进一步的研究中基于冗余性识别地铁网络关键站点 [ 9 ] 。Wang 等 [ 10 ] 研究区域高速公路网络的冗余性, 提出基于可替代路线数量的路线多样性指标。国际上聚焦于交通网络冗余性的研究有限, 国内聚焦于交通网络冗余性的研究极少。崔欣等 [ 11 ] 将城轨网络的拓扑冗余性定义为突发事件下网络中仍然可以保持连通的 OD 占网络中所有 OD 的比例, 将城轨网络的功能冗余性定义为突发事件下可以通过轨道交通完成出行的乘客数占所有乘客数的比例。可以认为, 冗余性即可替代能力。
综上所述, 关键站点识别一直是研究热点话题, 但存在一定的不足之处: 一是, 指标与方法未充分关注站点的时间冗余性, 忽略了站点中断对站间最短旅行时间的影响;二是, 未充分考虑站间换乘时间这一重要因素, 其影响机制与网络模型有待进一步剖析阐明。为此,本研究的主要贡献为: ①提出基于 Space L 与多线路耦合的时间加权城轨网络模型, 进而考虑站间换乘时间;②从时间冗余性的新角度识别中断后所有 OD 对间最短旅行时间变化较大的站点, 即冗余性关键站点;③对 2024 年重庆市轨道交通网络开展实践性研究, 识别并验证关键站点。
将城轨网络建模为复杂网络的方法主要有 2 种: Space P 方法和 Space L 方法。 2 种方法都将城轨站点抽象为网络中的节点,区别在于: 在 Space P 方法中, 2 个站点只要可以通过 1 趟列车直达则存在连边; 而在 Space L 方法中, 只有相邻且有线路连接的站点之间才存在连边。Space P 与 Space L 网络示意如图1所示。
通过 Space P 方法建立的城轨网络连边数量较多。 该方法的优点在于能够考虑换乘因素、可以识别换乘站点, 缺点在于建模步骤繁琐、数据标定量大、无法反映站点中断影响。因此, 该方法常用于评估网络的连通性与可达性。相比之下,通过 Space L 方法建立的城轨网络连边数量较少。该方法的优点在于建模步骤简便, 数据标定量小, 可以反映站点中断影响; 缺点在于未考虑换乘影响, 无法区分换乘站点。因此, 该方法是研究交通网络韧性时常用的网络建模方法。 为满足建模步骤简便、数据标定量小、能够考虑换乘因素、可以反映站点中断影响的城轨网络建模需求, 受多层耦合网络模型启发, 笔者提出基于 Space L 与多线路耦合的时间加权城轨网络模型。
将研究范围内的城轨线路逐一进行建模, 得到城轨线路集合 $L = \left\{ {{L}_{1},{L}_{2},\cdots ,{L}_{m}}\right\}$ ,线路总数为 $m$ 。按照城轨线路顺序, 对节点进行连续编号。例如, 线路 ${L}_{1}$ 的节点编号集合 ${N}_{1} = \left\{ {1,2,\cdots ,{n}_{1}}\right\}$ ,节点数量为 ${n}_{1}$ ; 线路 ${L}_{2}$ 的节点编号集合 ${N}_{2} = \left\{ {{n}_{1} + 1,{n}_{1} + 2,\cdots ,{n}_{1} + {n}_{2}}\right\}$ , 节点数量为 ${n}_{2}$ 。以此类推,可得到城轨网络的节点编号集合 $N = {N}_{1} \cup {N}_{2} \cup \cdots \cup {N}_{m}$$N = \{ 1,2,\cdots , n\}$ ,节点总数为 $n$
基于复杂网络 Space L 方法, 同一线路中 2 个站点若相邻且有线路连接则存在连边。采用邻接矩阵构建该线路的连接模型。线路 ${L}_{i}$ 的有效连边集合 ${E}_{i} = \left\{ {\left( {j, k}\right) \mid j, k \in {N}_{i},{w}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) } > 0}\right\}$ ,其中, ${w}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) }$ 为线路 ${L}_{i}$ 中连边(j, k)的权值,连边若存在则 ${w}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) } > 0$ ,若不存在则 ${w}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) } = 0$ 。借助线路的运行时刻表,以站间最短运行时间标定对应有效连边的时间权值,生成线路 ${L}_{i}$ 的时间加权邻接矩阵 ${\mathbf{W}}_{i} = {\left( {w}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) }\right) }_{{n}_{i} \times {n}_{i}}$ ,用于表示该线路的连接关系。以此类推, 可得到每条线路的有效连边集合与时间加权邻接矩阵。所有线路的有效连边集合 ${E}_{L} = {E}_{1} \cup {E}_{2} \cup \cdots \cup {E}_{m}$ 。将各线路的时间加权邻接矩阵进行拼接,得到所有线路的时间加权邻接矩阵 ${\mathbf{W}}_{L}$ :

式中, ${\mathbf{W}}_{1}$${\mathbf{W}}_{m}$ 为线路 ${L}_{1}$${L}_{m}$ 的时间加权邻接矩阵。
此时所有线路的时间加权邻接矩阵 ${\mathbf{W}}_{L}$ 只是简单拼接而成的矩阵, 不同线路之间尚未产生联系。 因此, 需要进一步对换乘站点进行耦合衔接以构建网络。
许多城轨网络研究将多条线路上的同名换乘站点抽象为 1 个站点, 忽略了站间换乘影响。为在网络中考虑站间换乘的时间因素, 在不同线路的换乘站点之间添加耦合边, 并将耦合边的权值标定至矩阵中。绘制基于线路耦合的城轨网络示意图, 如图2所示。
图2中, 线路 1 与线路 2 存在换乘站点, 在立体空间层面中 2 条线路的同名换乘站点之间通过耦合(换乘)边进行步行换乘并产生客流传递联系, 在平面中 2 条线路呈现耦合网络样式。
对于城轨换乘站点间耦合(换乘)边的权值, 采用乘客同台换乘的平均候车时间进行标定 [ 3 ] 。基于各条线路的运行时刻表, 耦合(换乘)边权值计算式为

式中, ${t}_{jk}$ 为耦合边(j, k)的权值; $j$ 为换乘前的城轨站点, $k$ 为换乘后的城轨站点,2 个站点分属 2 条线路; ${S}_{i}$ 为线路 ${L}_{i}$ 发车时间间隔数据集合; $M\left( {S}_{i}\right)$ 为线路 ${L}_{i}$ 发车时间间隔数据的平均值; $D\left( {S}_{i}\right)$ 为线路 ${L}_{i}$ 发车时间间隔数据的方差。
在所有同名换乘站点间添加耦合边并计算耦合边权值,得到耦合边集合 ${E}_{C} = \left\{ {\left( {j, k}\right) \mid j, k \in N,{t}_{jk} > 0}\right\}$ 。 根据城轨线网实际运营情况, 在所有线路的时间加权邻接矩阵 ${\mathbf{W}}_{L} = {\left( {w}_{jk}^{\left( L\right) }\right) }_{n \times n}$ 基础上,将所有耦合边权值作为矩阵元素, 进行矩阵更新, 得到基于 Space L 和多线路耦合的城轨网络时间加权邻接矩阵 $\mathbf{W} = {\left( {w}_{jk}\right) }_{n \times n}$ 。 例如,耦合边(j, k)的时间权值为 ${t}_{jk}$ ,令矩阵 ${\mathbf{W}}_{L}$ 中的元素 ${w}_{jk}^{\left( L\right) } = {t}_{jk}$
综上所述, 构建基于 Space L 和多线路耦合的时间加权城轨网络模型 $G\left( {N, E, W}\right)$ 。其中, $N$ 为城轨网络节点编号集合, $N = \{ 1,2,\cdots , n\} ;E$ 为城轨网络连边集合, $E = \left\{ {\left( {j, k}\right) \mid j, k \in N,{w}_{jk} > 0}\right\} ;W$ 为城轨网络时间加权邻接矩阵, $\mathbf{W} = {\left( {w}_{jk}\right) }_{n \times n}$ ,用于存储城轨网络连边的时间权值。
当主要或次要路线不可用时, 较短的绕行路线(即不太长的路线) 更有可能被乘客认为是一种合理的替代路线 [ 7 ] 。尽管城轨网络拥有大量的可替代绕行路线, 但从乘客的角度来看, 在站点中断后原最短路线无法通行时, 其更倾向于选择旅行时间最短的绕行路线。 为反映站点中断对所有 OD 对间最短旅行时间的影响, 提出以节点删除后前所有 $\mathrm{{OD}}$ 对间最短旅行时间倒数差的平均值计算站点冗余性值, 计算式为

式中, ${R}_{i}$ 为站点/节点 $i$ 的冗余性值; ${D}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) }$ 为节点 $i$ 删除后前节点 $j$$k$ 间最短旅行时间的倒数差; $\left( {{j}^{\prime },{k}^{\prime }}\right)$ 为节点 ${j}^{\prime }$${k}^{\prime }$ 间的连边; ${E}_{jk}$ 为初始网络中节点 $j$$k$ 间的最短路径连边集合; ${E}_{jk}^{\left( i\right) }$ 为节点 $i$ 删除后的网络中节点 $j$$k$ 间的最短路径连边集合; ${w}_{{j}^{\prime }{k}^{\prime }}^{\left( i\right) }$ 为节点 $i$ 删除后的网络中连边 $\left( {{j}^{\prime },{k}^{\prime }}\right)$ 的时间权值; ${w}_{{j}^{\prime }{k}^{\prime }}$ 为初始网络中连边 $\left( {{j}^{\prime },{k}^{\prime }}\right)$ 的时间权值。
式(3)中, 采用最短旅行时间倒数而非直接采用最短旅行时间的原因在于: 当某一节点被删除后, 网络中的某些 $\mathrm{{OD}}$ 对可能无法到达,这些 $\mathrm{{OD}}$ 对间的最短旅行时间一般被视为无穷大, 此时直接计算最短旅行时间差值存在明显问题。因此,将无法连通的 $\mathrm{{OD}}$ 对间的最短旅行时间定义为无穷大, 而最短旅行时间的倒数则取值为 0 。同时, OD 对间初始的最短旅行时间也采用倒数形式。采用该方法参与计算可以解决不能定量描述无法连通 OD 对间最短旅行时间的问题。在这一计算方法中, 站点冗余性值为负值, 站点中断后所有 $\mathrm{{OD}}$ 对间最短旅行时间变化越大,冗余性值越小, 站点的冗余性越差, 站点越关键。
为更直观地描述站点冗余性, 对站点冗余性值进行归一化处理, 将冗余性值缩放到 0 到 1 的区间内, 继而得到站点冗余性指数, 计算式为

式中, ${Z}_{i}$ 为站点 $i$ 的冗余性指数,取值越小说明冗余性越差即越关键; $\max \left( {R}_{N}\right)$$\min \left( {R}_{N}\right)$ 分别为站点冗余性值集合 ${R}_{N} = \left\{ {{R}_{1},{R}_{2},\cdots ,{R}_{n}}\right\}$ 中的最大值与最小值。
由于城轨网络是由许多站点构成的整体, 因此采用站点平均冗余性指数评估城轨网络整体的冗余性。 网络冗余性指数 ${Z}_{G}$ 计算式为

按照基于 Space L 和多线路耦合的时间加权城轨网络模型的建模步骤, 根据重庆市轨道交通(集团)有限公司官方于 2024 年 4 月 8 日公布的各线路运营时刻表,建立重庆市轨道交通网络模型 $G\left( {N, E, W}\right)$ 。其中,城轨网络节点编号集合 $N = \{ 1,2,\cdots ,{310}\}$ ,城轨网络连边集合 $E = \left\{ {\left( {j, k}\right) \mid j, k \in N,{w}_{jk} > 0}\right\}$ ,城轨网络时间加权邻接矩阵 $\mathbf{W} = {\left( {w}_{jk}\right) }_{{310} \times {310}}$ 。利用 MATLAB, 调用百度地图 API 获取这 310 个站点的经纬度坐标, 使用时间加权邻接矩阵与站点经纬度坐标绘制的重庆市轨道交通网络,如图3所示。
图3可知: 重庆市轨道交通网络呈环放射状, 部分线路向环外延伸的站点数较多、距离较长。
冗余性关键站点是指冗余性指数较低、冗余性较差、中断后所有 $\mathrm{{OD}}$ 对间最短旅行时间变化较大的站点。计算所有站点的冗余性指数, 按照冗余性指数由低到高对站点进行排序, 得到站点冗余性排序。站点冗余性指数分布如图4所示。排序前 15 与后 15 的冗余性关键站点与非关键站点如图5所示。冗余性关键站点见表1
经计算,站点平均冗余性指数即网络冗余性指数为 0.7998 。使用 K-means 聚类算法对站点冗余性指数进行聚类分析, 取聚类数量为 3 。结果显示, 3 个聚类中心为 0.8653, 0.6930 和 0.2788 , 其对应的站点占比为 71.29%,24.84%和 3.87%。可见,站点的冗余性指数分布不够均匀, 部分站点冗余性较差即较关键。
图5表1可知, 冗余性指数较高的非关键站点主要为城轨线路的首末站, 这些站点中断对全网最短旅行时间的影响较小, 其可替代能力较强。相反, 冗余性指数较低即冗余性较差的关键站点主要为向环外延伸较长线路中靠近网环的站点, 这些冗余性关键站点中断使得一定数量的环外站点脱离整个城轨网络, 从而对全网最短旅行时间产生较大影响, 其可替代能力较弱。
介数关键站点是指介数较高的站点, 在网络中发挥着较强的中介作用。站点的介数表示网络中经过该节点的最短路径数量占最短路径总数的比例。由于介数和冗余性指数均基于站点间的最短路径, 存在一定相似性, 因此介数和冗余性指数所识别出的关键站点具有一定可比性。基于时间最短路径计算所有站点的介数, 按照介数由高到低对站点进行排序, 得到站点介数关键排序。站点介数分布如图6所示。排序前 15 与后 15 的介数关键站点与非关键站点如图7所示。介数关键站点见表2
经计算,站点平均介数为 0.0502 。使用 K-means 聚类算法对站点介数进行聚类分析, 取聚类数量为 3。结果显示,3 个聚类中心分别为0.0180,0.0555 和 0.1069 , 其对应的站点占比为 36.13% , 47.74%和 16.13%。这表明,站点介数分布相较于冗余性指数分布更为均匀。
图7表2可知, 介数较低的非关键站点主要为城轨线路的首末站, 与冗余性非关键站点具有一定相似性。介数较高的关键站点主要为多线路交会的换乘站, 与冗余性关键站点存在差异。
表1表2对比可知, 冗余性关键站点与介数关键站点仅有 1 个重复站点,即冉家坝站(200,6)。 该站点编号为 200 , 所属线路为 6 号线, 在冗余性关键站点中排序第 14 , 在介数关键站点中排序第 3 。冉家坝站(200,6)虽然在介数排序中靠前,但在冗余性排序中并不靠前。除该站外, 其余的介数关键站点均未出现在冗余性关键站点中。这表明, 冗余性关键站点与介数关键站点存在明显差异。
尽管这些介数关键站点在最短路径中发挥着重要的中介作用, 但并不意味着它们不可替代。即使这些介数关键站点发生中断, 由于网络的冗余特性, 网络会有新的、旅行时间不高的绕行路径替代该站点所在的最短路径。介数关键站点忽略了站点的可替代能力, 仅基于介数识别关键站点可能会高估一些站点的重要性。因此, 有必要分析 2 组关键站点中断对网络性能的影响, 验证关键站点的有效性。
为验证关键站点的有效性, 分别按照冗余性与介数排序, 对网络采用节点单一删除的攻击模式模拟站点单一中断情景。每次迭代表示 1 个节点被删除, 网络性能随之变化,下次迭代前网络恢复初始状态。采用时间加权网络效率衡量网络性能 $P$ 。其计算式为

式中, ${d}_{jk}$ 为节点 $j$$k$ 间的最短旅行时间。
为便于观测, 将每次迭代后的网络性能除以初始网络性能 ${P}_{0}$ ,得到第 $t$ 次迭代后的网络相对性能 ${P}_{t}^{ * }$ :

式中, ${P}_{t}$ 为第 $t$ 次迭代后的网络性能。
按照站点冗余性排序与介数排序进行节点单一删除迭代, 选取前 100 次迭代结果进行展示, 站点单一中断对网络性能的影响如图8所示。
图8可知: 冗余性排序越靠前的站点单一中断, 使网络性能越低即降幅越大。然而, 介数排序越靠前的站点单一中断, 并不一定使网络性能越低即降幅越大。排序越靠前的冗余性关键站点单一中断使网络性能越低, 大部分冗余性关键站点单一中断对网络性能降幅影响大于相同排序介数关键站点单一中断。这说明,冗余性关键站点中断对网络性能影响更具针对性。 经计算, 前 15 个冗余性关键站点单一中断下的平均网络相对性能为 0.9520 ,前 15 个介数关键站点单一中断下的平均网络相对性能为 0.9742 , 前者明显小于后者。这表明,冗余性关键站点中断对网络性能影响更为明显。
1)在重庆市轨道交通网络中, 冗余性关键站点与介数关键站点存在明显差异。冗余性关键站点主要为向环外延伸较长线路中靠近网环的站点, 而介数关键站点主要为多线路交会的换乘站。
2)所提冗余性关键站点识别方法具备有效性。前 15 个冗余性关键站点单一中断下的平均网络相对性能明显小于前 15 个介数关键站点。冗余性关键站点中断对网络性能影响更为明显且更具针对性。
3)站点中断对网络性能影响的内在机制即站点的冗余性, 对于维持站点中断情景下的网络性能具有重要意义。对重庆市轨道交通系统来说, 建议进一步加强轨道交通成网条件以增强站点冗余性。建议在轨道线路规划、设计和比选阶段,考虑并分析新线开通对站点和网络冗余性的影响, 进而优化线路, 增强网络应对突发事件的能力。
由于重庆市轨道交通网络呈环放射状, 其他城市的城轨网络可能具有不同形态, 不同类型城轨网络的冗余性关键站点可能并不相同, 后续研究可以开展进一步对比验证。不仅如此, 从冗余性的角度论证城轨新线建设的必要性, 也是一个可行的研究新思路。
