Traction current return system is an important part of traction power supply system. System failures can damage primary and secondary equipment and potentially disrupt train operations. At present, there is limited research on realtime measurement of traction return current distribution for 25 kV AC power supply system subway. This study presents a synchronous testing methodology for measuring current in individual return cables to study return current distribution patterns and verify limitations in SCADA system monitoring. Based on return paths, the current is divided into three groups: station return, parking lot return, and ground return. The study analyzes the proportion and variation pattern of return current in different paths and compared findings with SCADA return current data. Results indicated that despite significant temporal fluctuations in return current magnitude, the distribution ratio remains stable most of the time, with only occasional variations. The average distribution ratios across different time periods vary by less than 1%. However, the SCADA system fails to accurately reflect return current changes. This research establishes return current distribution ratios through empirical testing, providing reference values for similar substations and directions for improving SCADA system monitoring capabilities.

牵引回流系统是牵引供电系统的重要组成部分,回流不畅可能引起牵引供电系统一、二次设备损坏,影响列车的正常运行。目前暂未有对 25 kV 交流供电制式地铁的牵引回流分配进行实时测量的研究,为了研究 25 kV 交流供电制式的牵引变电所的回流分配规律,验证 SCADA系统对回流电流监测的不足,设计了一种同步测试方法,测量每一根回流电缆的电流,根据回流路径将其划分为车站回流、停车场回流、地回流三组,研究不同路径回流电流所占的比例与变化规律,并与SCADA 回流数据比对。研究发现,尽管回流电流幅值随着时间波动幅度较大,但绝大部分时间内回流分配比例稳定,仅有少数时间有波动,各时间段回流分配比例平均值相差不到1%。而SCADA系统无法真实反映回流电流的变化情况。本项目通过实测得到该牵引变电所的回流比例关系,其测量与分析方法可为同类变电所的回流比例关系提供参考,也为SCADA系统的回流监测改进提供方向。

牵引回流系统是牵引供电系统的重要组成部分,回流不畅可能引起牵引供电系统一、二次设备损坏,影响列车的正常运行。目前暂未有对 25 kV 交流供电制式地铁的牵引回流分配进行实时测量的研究,为了研究 25 kV 交流供电制式的牵引变电所的回流分配规律,验证 SCADA系统对回流电流监测的不足,设计了一种同步测试方法,测量每一根回流电缆的电流,根据回流路径将其划分为车站回流、停车场回流、地回流三组,研究不同路径回流电流所占的比例与变化规律,并与SCADA 回流数据比对。研究发现,尽管回流电流幅值随着时间波动幅度较大,但绝大部分时间内回流分配比例稳定,仅有少数时间有波动,各时间段回流分配比例平均值相差不到1%。而SCADA系统无法真实反映回流电流的变化情况。本项目通过实测得到该牵引变电所的回流比例关系,其测量与分析方法可为同类变电所的回流比例关系提供参考,也为SCADA系统的回流监测改进提供方向。

Traction current return system is an important part of traction power supply system. System failures can damage primary and secondary equipment and potentially disrupt train operations. At present, there is limited research on realtime measurement of traction return current distribution for 25 kV AC power supply system subway. This study presents a synchronous testing methodology for measuring current in individual return cables to study return current distribution patterns and verify limitations in SCADA system monitoring. Based on return paths, the current is divided into three groups: station return, parking lot return, and ground return. The study analyzes the proportion and variation pattern of return current in different paths and compared findings with SCADA return current data. Results indicated that despite significant temporal fluctuations in return current magnitude, the distribution ratio remains stable most of the time, with only occasional variations. The average distribution ratios across different time periods vary by less than 1%. However, the SCADA system fails to accurately reflect return current changes. This research establishes return current distribution ratios through empirical testing, providing reference values for similar substations and directions for improving SCADA system monitoring capabilities.

世界各地的城市轨道交通大多采用直流供电方式, 近年来随着我国城市的发展, 城镇体系不断扩大, 城际间及城市群体间的交通压力不断变大, 为了满足长距离、高速度的交通需求,我国开始建设 ${25}\mathrm{{kV}}$ 交流供电制式的地铁线路 [ 1 - 2 ] 。相比直流牵引供电系统, 交流供电制式地铁有着牵引变电所数量少、列车运行速度快、变电设施少、线路损耗较小等诸多优点 [ 3 - 4 ]
牵引回流系统是牵引供电系统的重要组成部分。 牵引电流从变电所流出, 沿馈线接触网传输并通过受电弓流入机车, 流过牵引电机后, 经回流系统流回牵引变电所,构成一个完整的供电回路 [ 5 ] 。与直流牵引系统不同, 交流地铁线路为了限制钢轨对地的电压, 钢轨在沿线的各车站与接地网通过接地母排进行连接。此外, 由于沿线车站处将钢轨、强弱电电缆支架上的贯通接地体都与车站的主接地网相连, 使得回流的路径变得极为复杂 [ 6 - 7 ]
当牵引变电所回流分配不均时会导致部分导体过载,而另一部分导体没有充分利用的现象 [ 8 - 10 ] 。严重时会导致一些回流导体过热烧损 [ 11 - 12 ] ,还有可能造成沿线钢轨电位过高, 跨步电压增大, 若钢轨为信号轨, 对信号设备的运行安全产生威胁 [ 13 - 15 ] 。牵引回流系统发生故障、回流分配不均的问题近年来逐渐得到重视。
在新线路开通前联调联试时, 需要对运行状态下的线路回流分配情况进行测试, 正式投运后需要监测牵引变电所回流比例实时变化情况, 以判断回流比例是否合格 [ 16 - 17 ] 。目前对回流系统监测的主要手段是通过电力监控系统(SCADA)。城市轨道交通中的电力监控系统贯穿于地铁线路供配电系统的监视和控制部分,是保障地铁供电安全的关键环节之一 [ 18 ]
有研究发现, 列车运行状态下牵引电流变化较快, 同样回流电流也会在几秒的时间内产生上百安培的波动 [ 19 - 20 ] 。而目前已知地铁线路的电力监控系统对回流电流采样频率仅为 $1\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 一次,采样频率过低,可能导致离散信号不足以反映原有电流信号的波形特征, 得到的回流比例会有不小误差, 不能对回流进行有效监测, 无法直观监测回流比例。所以对目前的回流接地系统测试及监测需要进一步改进。
正常情况下,通过大地回流的电流占总回流电流的比例应不超过 50%,否则可能存在其他回路回流不畅的问题, 需要进行排查。实际运行中, 牵引变电所各个回流路径的实时回流比例并不一致, 需要通过对牵引变电所回流接地箱各电缆进行现场测量分析。
本文以某一交流制式地铁线路牵引变电所的回流具体分配测试情况为例, 设计采用一种实时同步的回流测量方法, 并应用该方法测试牵引变电所回流分配情况, 对回流的分配情况、规律及其影响因素进行分析。进一步将实测数据与 SCADA 储存的数据进行对比,验证目前 SCADA 系统在回流接地监测上的不足, 对后续改善接地回流监测系统提供参考。
该牵引变电所属于广州某条交流制式地铁线路, 同一位置有一座共建的停车场及一座列车始发车站, 停车场的列车可以通过始发站加入或退出地铁线路, 从而调节线路上执勤的列车数量。整体牵引回流路径如图1所示。
从实际的地理位置看, 该牵引变电所与停车场和始发车站三点几乎位于一条直线上, 牵引变电所到停车场的距离约 ${250}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,停车场与始发车站距离 ${600}\mathrm{\;m}$
牵引变电所通过 ${27.5}\mathrm{{kV}}$ 的馈线电缆将电能供应到停车场和始发车站,再通过接触网供应给列车。牵引变电所设置有集中回流接地箱,共有 3 组回流电缆, 第一组回流电缆连接到列车始发站的上下行钢轨及回流线, 这一部分回流电流在文中称之为 “车站回流”; 第二组电缆连接到停车场库前的钢轨, 这一部分回流电流称之为 “停车场回流”;第三组电缆与主变电所的接地网连接, 这一部分用于收集如图1所示的通过始发站及其他车站或停车场地网, 以及通过各处钢轨泄漏到大地的电流, 称之为 “地回流”。其中, 车站与停车场的各钢轨之间设有横向连接均衡电流, 设置接地电缆至接地母排将钢轨进行集中接地。
通过对图1进行分析, 可以得到以下几种回流路径: 路径①,车站钢轨 $\rightarrow$ 回流电缆 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所回流接地箱; 路径②,车站钢轨 $\rightarrow$ 吸上线 $\rightarrow$ 车站回流线 $\rightarrow$ 回流电缆 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所回流接地箱; 路径③,车站钢轨 $\rightarrow$ 停车场钢轨 $\rightarrow$ 回流电缆 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所回流接地箱; 路径④, 车站钢轨→停车场钢轨→停车场回流线 $\rightarrow$ 回流电缆 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所回流接地箱; 路径⑤,钢轨 $\rightarrow$ 大地 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所地网 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所回流接地箱; 路径⑥,钢轨 $\rightarrow$ 接地电缆 $\rightarrow$ 车站地网 $\rightarrow$ 大地 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所接地网 $\rightarrow$ 牵引变电所回流接地箱; 其中车站回流为路径①与路径②之和;停车场回流为路径③ 与路径④之和。地回流路径较为复杂, 包括从车站、区间、停车场经钢轨泄漏到大地的电流, 以及从钢轨流到车站接地网, 再通过接地网流入大地的电流。总体来说地回流路径可描述为:地回流为路径⑤与路径⑥之和。
为了获得多根回流电缆的电流实时变化数据, 选用采样率为 4000 次/s 的采集卡对牵引变电所回流接地箱电流进行同步测量。
由于采集卡只有 8 个通道, 多张采集卡才能将全部电缆电流数据采集完全。为了保证各采集卡数据的同步性, 本文利用 GPS 的同步时钟信号发生器进行同步,采集方式如图2所示。
对比测试发现, 当测量点在隧道外, 可以通过天线接收 GPS 卫星信号授时的情况下, 各同步时钟信号发生器之间的误差少于 ${100}\mathrm{{ns}}$ 。在建筑物内部或隧道内无法收到 GPS 卫星信号时, 可提前在露天环境中接收 GPS 卫星信号授时,授时 ${48}\mathrm{\;h}$ 内各同步时钟信号发生器的相对误差少于 ${20\mu }\mathrm{s}$
由于测量前不清楚各电缆的电流幅值和变化范围, 发现互感器变比选择过大将造成信号过度衰减, 影响测量的准确度: 变比选择过小时将造成信号超量程, 测得的波形被削峰。为了避免上述问题, 在进行正式测量前使用万用表确认了待测电缆电流大致波动范围, 根据测量结果和采集卡的输入信号范围选择了合适变比的电流互感器进行采样。变电所内电磁环境复杂, 可能有较大的电磁干扰, 因此互感器至采集卡采用了带屏蔽层的信号线。
由于采样率高、数据量大, 在采集数据存储时需进行分段, 考虑到若分段时间设置过长, 数据存储失败会造成数据损失过多;若分段过短,则不能反映列车启停牵引电流变化引起的回流波动,所以以 ${10}\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 为单位将数据进行分段存储。
观察测得的数据, 发现最终采集到的电流波形, 在正弦波的基础上有一定的杂波。因此在进行数据分析前, 需要对原始数据进行滤波处理。采用汉宁窗函数法设计 FIR 滤波器, 根据回流电流中心频率为工频 ${50}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 的特点,设置带宽截止频率为 ${20} \sim {80}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ ,对测得的数据进行滤波。
将多张采集卡滤波后的数据进行了处理, 得到每个周期的电流有效值随时间的变化波形图, 将各个采集卡的部分数据合并后如图3(a)所示, 发现由于不同采集卡的时钟存在误差, 导致数据波形之间缺乏明显的对应规律, 因此利用 GPS 时间信号进行对时, 对时后的数据如图3(b)所示, 各通道的波形具有相同的变化规律。
通过上文分析可知, 牵引变电所的回流主要由 3 个部分组成: 停车场回流、始发车站回流和地回流, 本节将重点分析各部分的回流比例。
图4为某一时间段 ${10}\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 内主牵引变电所回流实时分配比例的堆积面积, 各时刻各颜色所占长度为各部分回流占比。从图4可以看出, 停车场回流、车站回流和地回流的实时回流占比大部分时间内稳定在回流比例平均值线附近, 仅有少部分时间比例波动较大, 且波动后迅速回到平均值。
因此,以 ${10}\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 为单位将数据进行分段,通过下式可以求得各部分回流的平均值:

式中, $\bar{I}$ 为该时间段回流电流的平均值; $n$ 为该时间段电流周期的个数; ${I}_{mi}$ 为第 $i$ 个周期的电流有效值。采用式(1)可以求得该时间段各回流路径的平均回流电流为 ${\bar{I}}_{\text{车站 }}\text{、}{\bar{I}}_{\text{停车场 }}$${\bar{I}}_{\text{地 }}$ ,总回流的平均值为:
$ {\bar{I}}_{\text{总 }} = {\bar{I}}_{\text{车站 }} + {\bar{I}}_{\text{停车场 }} + {\bar{I}}_{\text{地 }} $
将各部分的回流电流平均值除以总回流电流的平均值可以得到各部分回流电流的平均比例。采用该方法,计算得到图4中平均地回流比例 ${\bar{I}}_{\text{地 }}/{\bar{I}}_{\text{总 }}$ 最高,约占总回流的 ${56.08}\%$ ,平均车站回流比例 ${\bar{I}}_{\text{车站 }}/{\bar{I}}_{\text{总 }}$ 在 27.86%左右,而停车场的平均回流比例 ${\bar{I}}_{\text{停车场 }}/{\bar{I}}_{\text{总 }}$ 约占 16.06%,远小于车站回流和地回流。
为了进一步分析列车运行密度对回流分配比例的影响, 选取高峰与低谷时的回流分配比例进行对比, 如表1所示,其中 17:40:00-18:20:00 为运输高峰时间段,而 14:30:00-15:10:00 为非高峰时间段。从表1中可以看出, 高峰时间段与非高峰时间段的回流分配比例仅有较小的差异, 其中停车场平均回流比例减少 0.3%~0.8%,减少的电流分配到了车站回流到地回流。由此判断列车运行密度对线路的回流分配比例影响很小, 各回流路径的回流比例始终稳定在一个区间内。
通过分析实测数据了解到该线路的具体回流分配情况, 本小节将重点验证 SCADA 监测数据的有效性, 从 SCADA 系统中导出测试当天存储的回流数据, 将实测数据与之对比分析。图5${14} : {03} : {00} - {14} : {13} : {00}$ 时间段 SCADA 数据电流幅值波形与实际回流的幅值波形变化对比, 其中实际回流电流幅值变化波动快且幅值变化大, $1\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 内可以完成幅值从 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ 升值 ${500}\mathrm{\;A}$ 再降低至 ${100}\mathrm{\;A}$ 的变化,从图中可以直观看出, SCADA 的采样数据能反映回流电流一部分变化趋势, 但是因为采样频率仅 1 次/min,其幅值波形特征失真,只有部分趋势吻合, 离散信号不足以反映原有电流信号的波形特征。
通过以上分析发现, SCADA 数据在短时间段内无法反映真实的回流电流变化, 为了进一步验证 SCADA 数据在长时间段内能否反映实际各回流电流整体分配情况,图6将被分析数据时间段延长,对比了 13:50:00- 15:30:00 时间段内回流的实测数据与 SCADA 数据, 使用3.1节中的计算方法得出各回流路径的平均回流占比。 从图6中可以看出, SCADA 数据计算得出的地回流比例要高出实际值的 3%~5%,而 SCADA 数据算出的停车场与车站回流占比都普遍低于实际值的 2%左右。
由此得出, SCADA 数据在长时间段内可以用来衡量一个线路的平均回流占比,但依然有一定程度的偏差, 在短时间内无法起到实时监测的作用。
SCADA 系统仅存储不同路径之间的回流数据, 缺少同一路径下不同回流点之间的电流分配情况, 下面将分析停车场与车站不同回流点的分配比例关系。
停车场有 3 个回流点,其实时分配情况如图7所示。 从图7中可知, 绝大部分时间段里, 停车场 3 个回流点的回流比例稳定, 在少数时间内回流比例有波动, 回流点 1 的波动范围为 ${30}\% \sim {52}\%$ ; 回流点 2 波动范围为 38%~60%,回流点 3 波动范围为 4%~12%。
表2为 4 个不同时间段停车场回流分配比例的平均值。停车场回流点 3 的回流占比较小, 仅占了停车场总回流的 9%左右,停车场回流点 1 与 2 的回流分配比例较为接近且占主要部分,回流点 1 占了约 44%, 停车场点 2 约占 47%。
车站回流分为上行线和下行线两个回流点, 其分配实时比例如图8所示。绝大部分时间段里, 车站上下行的回流比例稳定, 只有在少数时间段内回流比例有波动, 车站上行回流最大时为可达车站总回流的 46%, 最小时仅为 18%;下行回流占比最大时为 82%,最小为 53%。
表3为不同时间段内车站回流分配比例的均值, 从表3可以看出, 车站回流以下行线路为主, 约占车站总回流的 64%左右,下行线路回流占总车站回流的 36%左右。
通过研究可知, 同一回流路径的不同回流点的回流比例差异较大, 可能是不同回流点的回流阻抗存在较大的差异。
为了研究牵引变电所的回流比例实际情况, 改善 SCADA 系统对回流的监测, 设计了一种基于卫星时钟信号的同步测试方法, 测量了某交流供电制式地铁牵引变电所的回流电流, 与 SCADA 存储电流数据对比得到主要结论如下。
1)尽管回流电流的幅值随着时间波动幅度较大, 但已建成的线路中各时间段不同回流路径的回流电流比例的均值较为稳定。不论是高峰时间段还是非高峰时间段, 其各时间段回流分配比例的均值相差很少, 不到 1%。在该线路中, 牵引主所的车站回流的比例稳定,约占 27.5%,停车场回流约占 16.5%, 地回流约占 56%。发现其地回流占比偏大, 可以进一步研究造成地回流偏大的具体原因。
2)观察短时间内的实时分配比例波动, 发现各路径的实时回流占比大部分时间内稳定在回流比例平均值线附近, 仅有少部分时间比例波动较大, 且波动后迅速回到平均值。
3)发现 SCADA 数据无法实时监控回流电流的变化情况, 仅有少部分变化趋势吻合。SCADA 数据计算得出的地回流比例高出实际值的 3%~5%。造成以上偏差的主要原因是 SCADA 系统的采样率偏低, 仅 1 次/min,其电流幅值波形失真,只有部分趋势吻合, 离散信号不足以反映原有电流信号的波形特征。建议地铁增设更有效的牵引回流监控手段。
