To promote the coordinated development of urban rail transit with urban spatial layout, population and employment distribution, and public service facilities, this paper constructs a multi-dimensional (public transport accessibility level, PTAL) quantification model that integrates urban rail transit and conventional bus services based on a comprehensive urban transportation model. This model is used to systematically evaluate the public transport accessibility within the Dongguan metropolitan area. The study reveals that the current PTAL level in Dongguan is generally low, with average accessibility index ratios for the central urban area, sub-centers, economically strong towns, and ordinary towns recorded at 3.6:0.8:1.2:1. This indicates a spatial pattern characterized by "single-core polarization, small-scale decentralized clusters in peripheral areas, and homogeneous fragmentation in the remaining regions." The findings highlight several issues, including a disconnect between public transport resource allocation and the polycentric structure, a lack of synergy between urban rail transit and bus services, and a mismatch between public transport resource provision and the distribution of population and employment. The research demonstrates that by establishing a network of urban rail transit express lines and strengthening public transport services in underdeveloped areas, the overall public transport accessibility in the metropolitan area could increase by 65.3%. Notably, sub-centers such as Songshan Lake and Binhaiwan could experience an improvement of up to 153.6%, significantly reinforcing the polycentric structure defined as "one primary center, two sub-centers, and six clusters." Furthermore, optimizing bus connections at urban rail transit stations and coordinating the layout of public facilities can enhance the alignment between rail transit resources and the distribution of population and public services. Ultimately, this study provides technical support for establishing an integrated "rail transit+bus" system to advance polycentric development in Dongguan.

为推动城市轨道交通与城市空间、人口岗位和公共设施的协同发展，基于城市综合交通模型，构建融合城市轨道交通与常规公交的多维度（public transport accessibility level, PTAL）量化模型，系统评估东莞市域公共交通可达性。研究发现，东莞现状PTAL水平整体偏低，中心城区、副中心、经济强镇、一般城镇的可达性指数均值比为3.6：0.8：1.2：1，呈现“单核极化，外围小规模分散集聚，其余地区均质断层”的空间格局，存在公共交通资源投放与多中心结构脱节、城市轨道交通和公交未形成合力、公共交通资源供给与人口岗位分布错配等问题。研究表明，通过城市轨道交通快线成网和公交薄弱区补强，可使市域公共交通可达性值提升65.3%，其中松山湖、滨海湾副中心增幅达153.6%，显著强化“一主二副六片”多中心结构；同时，通过城市轨道交通站点公交接驳优化和公共设施协同布局，可提升轨道交通资源与人口、公共服务分布的匹配程度。研究结果可为构建东莞市多中心发展的“轨道交通+公交”一体化体系提供技术支撑。
