To address the issues of reduced network transport capacity and increased operational safety risks caused by large-scale passenger stranding when unidirectional service interruptions occur on urban rail transit lines, a train rescheduling model based on virtual coupling technology is constructed, and the optimization model is utilized to characterize the train rescheduling process under virtual coupling technology. A hybrid two-layer simulated annealing-genetic algorithm is employed to solve the problem. Finally, taking a case of unidirectional disruption in a city's subway line as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified. The results demonstrate that compared with the traditional reverse operation strategy, the reverse operation strategy under virtual coupling technology reduces passenger total waiting time by 16.4%, passenger waiting time at stations by 14.1%, and significantly decreases the number of stranded passengers. Moreover, the flexibility and efficiency of train operation adjustments are substantially enhanced. The findings provide a modeling and optimization approach for train rescheduling under similar operational disruption scenarios.

针对城市轨道交通线路单向运营发生中断时，线网运输能力降低、大面积乘客滞留导致运营安全风险增加的问题，构建基于虚拟编组技术的列车运行调整模型，通过优化模型刻画基于虚拟编组的列车运行调整过程，并结合双层模拟退火-遗传算法进行求解。最后，以某城市地铁线路单向中断为例，对本文提出的策略进行验证。研究结果表明：与传统反向行车列车运行调整技术相比，基于虚拟编组技术的列车反向运行调整策略可使乘客总等待时间减少16.4%，乘客在站等待时间减少14.1%，滞留乘客人数明显减少，列车运行调整的灵活性与效率显著提升。研究结果可为运营中断场景下的列车运行调整提供参考。

针对城市轨道交通线路单向运营发生中断时，线网运输能力降低、大面积乘客滞留导致运营安全风险增加的问题，构建基于虚拟编组技术的列车运行调整模型，通过优化模型刻画基于虚拟编组的列车运行调整过程，并结合双层模拟退火-遗传算法进行求解。最后，以某城市地铁线路单向中断为例，对本文提出的策略进行验证。研究结果表明：与传统反向行车列车运行调整技术相比，基于虚拟编组技术的列车反向运行调整策略可使乘客总等待时间减少16.4%，乘客在站等待时间减少14.1%，滞留乘客人数明显减少，列车运行调整的灵活性与效率显著提升。研究结果可为运营中断场景下的列车运行调整提供参考。

To address the issues of reduced network transport capacity and increased operational safety risks caused by large-scale passenger stranding when unidirectional service interruptions occur on urban rail transit lines, a train rescheduling model based on virtual coupling technology is constructed, and the optimization model is utilized to characterize the train rescheduling process under virtual coupling technology. A hybrid two-layer simulated annealing-genetic algorithm is employed to solve the problem. Finally, taking a case of unidirectional disruption in a city's subway line as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified. The results demonstrate that compared with the traditional reverse operation strategy, the reverse operation strategy under virtual coupling technology reduces passenger total waiting time by 16.4%, passenger waiting time at stations by 14.1%, and significantly decreases the number of stranded passengers. Moreover, the flexibility and efficiency of train operation adjustments are substantially enhanced. The findings provide a modeling and optimization approach for train rescheduling under similar operational disruption scenarios.
