It elaborates on the planning methods and technical system for creating integrated urban transit hubs in the core areas of major cities, touching on aspects such as the functional positioning analysis of the hub, passenger flow demand forecasting, overall planning layout, comprehensive development of the hub, underground space planning, and improvements to the surrounding road traffic. The planning and construction of multiline rail transit interchange hubs play a significant role in promoting the integration of stations and cities, invigorating urban development vitality in the area, guiding the transformation of urban transportation development models, and fostering the sustainable development of urban rail transit.

The success of rail transit hubs with three or more intersecting lines heavily depends on their planning and design quality, as these hubs face challenges of high passenger volumes and complex traffic organization. This paper discusses the planning and design practices of the Gangxia North Transit Hub in Shenzhen as a case study. It elaborates on the planning methods and technical system for creating integrated urban transit hubs in the core areas of major cities, touching on aspects such as the functional positioning analysis of the hub, passenger flow demand forecasting, overall planning layout, comprehensive development of the hub, underground space planning, and improvements to the surrounding road traffic. The planning and construction of multiline rail transit interchange hubs play a significant role in promoting the integration of stations and cities, invigorating urban development vitality in the area, guiding the transformation of urban transportation development models, and fostering the sustainable development of urban rail transit.

随着国内轨道交通建设的推进, 城市核心区出现越来越多的轨道三线及以上换乘枢纽, 它们是轨道交通网络中重要的衔接转换节点, 换乘客流量大且交通组织复杂, 其规划设计方案的优劣直接关系到枢纽建设的成败。因此, 在城市核心区科学合理地规划建设多线轨道交通换乘枢纽(以下简称换乘枢纽)是业界普遍关注的焦点问题。2022 年深圳市岗厦北交通枢纽正式开通运营, 因其便利的换乘条件、高品质的候车环境、大气又极具科技感的 “深圳之眼” 造型备受赞誉。 岗厦北枢纽的规划建设是打造站城一体化枢纽,激发片区城市发展活力, 推动城市空间统筹利用领域深化改革先行先试的典范。
中国目前已进入轨道交通快速发展期,随着新线路的不断建设,三线及以上换乘枢纽不断涌现。多线换乘枢纽能够有效增加轨道网络的连通性及乘客出行的便利性, 并且形成重要的交通节点带动片区城市发展 [1] 。但由于换乘枢纽具有车站规模大、客流量大且人流交通组织复杂、线路间换乘方式多样、运营组织协调难度大等特点 [2] ,给前期规划设计和后期工程实施增加了较大困难。
从国内目前开通运营的换乘枢纽来看, 枢纽运营压力均较大。譬如国内第一个建成的 4 线换乘枢纽上海世纪大道站 (见图1),汇聚轨道 $2\text{、}4\text{、}6\text{、}9$ 号线, 车站呈 “丰” 字型布局, 站厅集中换乘, 日均客流约 28.5 万人次, 位居上海市各换乘站首位; 深圳车公庙地铁站也属于 4 线换乘 (见图2), 汇聚轨道 1、7、9、 11 号线,采用两两站厅换乘 $\left( {1/{11}\text{、}7/9}\right)$ 及通道换乘形式, 换乘距离较长, 日均客流约 16.6 万人次。此类型换乘枢纽由于换乘客流量大且交通组织复杂, 高峰期拥堵现象严重。
目前我国某些大城市多线换乘枢纽在规划设计方面仍存在一些不足, 主要体现在枢纽规划布局不合理、 客流组织较混乱、换乘便捷性较差、交通接驳设施不完善、周边道路系统难以支持客流快速集散、枢纽与周边用地综合开发脱节, 未能真正体现站城一体化开发理念等。因此, 有必要深入研究分析换乘枢纽规划方法和技术体系, 打造高效、便捷、站城一体的轨道交通枢纽 [3] ,激发片区城市发展活力,引导城市交通发展模式转型。
换乘枢纽规划设计主要内容包括枢纽功能定位分析、客流需求预测、总体规划布局、交通接驳规划、 枢纽综合开发及地下空间规划、枢纽周边道路交通改善等。为统筹轨道交通枢纽与城市功能融合发展,一般采用交通规划与城市设计相结合的方法开展 [4] 。总体上, 换乘枢纽规划技术流程分为 6 个阶段 (见图3)。
针对枢纽片区开展现状调查和资料搜集整理, 分析存在问题并梳理相关规划条件, 在此基础上综合分析轨道交通枢纽所在城市区位、衔接轨道网络及在综合交通体系中的地位, 提出枢纽承担的城市功能及交通功能。结合枢纽周边城市空间结构及未来交通发展策略进行规划总体构思,明确规划目标及策略,作为枢纽布局、换乘方式、接驳设施及规划设计标准的总体指引。
根据轨道交通线路的线位、竖向标高以及周边道路交通设施、相关开发地块的区位,对枢纽总体空间关系进行研判, 明确不同线路相互间的平面及竖向关系,为后续总体规划布局方案打下基础。
多线轨道枢纽汇聚线路多, 换乘客流量大, 客流组织复杂, 为科学合理地组织各种换乘客流和进出站客流, 必须以枢纽客流预测分析为基础和依据, 确定枢纽和接驳设施规模。具体来说, 即构建城市综合交通模型及轨道交通模型, 对枢纽周边片区道路交通量及轨道客流进行预测, 包括枢纽换乘量及各交通接驳量等, 并对轨道客流性质、客流分布进行科学分析, 确定枢纽车站及接驳设施规模。
枢纽规划布局以轨道交通换乘功能为重点, 以接驳方便、 运行安全高效为目标, 打造客流组织合理、互不干扰、管道化运行的交通系统。枢纽规划布局主要包括轨道车站总体布局、换乘通道布局、出入口及与周边地下空间联系方案、内部人流交通组织方案及接驳设施布局设计等。枢纽规划布局方案的合理性可利用行人客流仿真等技术手段对方案进行模拟评估及优化 [5]
充分考虑枢纽地区的产业关系和空间关系, 以站城一体化开发为原则, 提出枢纽核心区用地综合开发及地下空间规划方案。利用枢纽整合地下空间系统,完善地下空间网络, 并与地面人行系统和景观环境形成良好衔接。构建功能复合、 布局合理、舒适便捷、环境优美的站城综合体, 实现枢纽与城市建设的双赢。
以枢纽建设为契机,对周边片区道路交通网络进行优化改造, 重点围绕枢纽及核心区用地综合开发, 完善片区路网结构及道路交通设施, 改善交通系统条件, 优化交通组织,提高枢纽运行效率。
岗厦北枢纽位于深圳福田中心区东侧深南大道与彩田路交叉口处, 处于深圳东西、南北发展主轴交汇点 (见图4), 是汇集轨道 2 号线、10 号线、11 号线和 14 号线的 4 线换乘车站, 也是深圳地铁快线成网后的第一个枢纽。但由于各条轨道线路所处建设阶段不同, 相关规划和主管部门起初并未按交通枢纽进行规划设计, 导致轨道换乘距离、换乘时间较长且枢纽站城一体化考虑不足。
原 10 号线岗厦北车站设于深南大道与彩田路东北角, 利用通道与 2 号线换乘, 并通过 2 号线南侧过街通道与 11、14 号线换乘(见图5),此规划方案存在的主要问题是未考虑 10 号线与 11、14 号线直接换乘, 大量换乘客流须通过 2 号线站厅, 换乘距离长且对 2 号线车站冲击严重。为此,综合考虑枢纽交通区位、客流规模及乘客出行体验, 重新对该枢纽的轨道换乘关系、总体布局、交通接驳及地下空间规划方案进行审视, 打造四线交汇、集中换乘的综合交通枢纽, “深圳之眼”应运而生。
从城市功能角度分析, 岗厦北枢纽位于福田中心区东西、南北发展轴交汇点, 是城市空间功能组织的核心节点; 从交通功能角度分析, 岗厦北枢纽四线汇集呈 “丰” 字型交汇, 是深圳轨道快线成网后的第一个轨道快线换乘枢纽。岗厦北枢纽的建设, 对于完善福田中心区地下空间系统, 拓展与整合城市发展空间, 激发片区城市发展活力, 助力福田中心区建设成为现代化国际化城市中心具有重要意义。枢纽总体规划构思主要体现在以下两点 [6]
岗厦北交通枢纽西接机场、前海,东联龙岗、坪山,北接龙华、坂田,南连福田口岸,位于城市三条放射轴线的交点, 是轨道客流集散的重要枢纽节点, 其定位为以轨道换乘和片区服务为主,以常规公交、出租车接驳为辅的综合客运交通枢纽。
通过合理化站点、地下空间与地块的一体化空间布局, 引导城市空间有序整合, 打造功能复合的城市公共空间。同时将公园融入枢纽, 以公园连接城市, 关注人文需求, 追求生活品质, 建设一个为市民全方位生活服务的幸福车站 [7]
1)开展交通大数据分析, 预测岗厦北交通枢纽所在片区未来交通需求。充分运用交通大数据分析手段, 构建交通需求预测模型, 预测岗厦北枢纽片区未来客运需求, 为片区交通规划方案提供依据。根据预测, 远期该片区全日机动化出行需求为 51.5 万人次, 往来福田片区的需求最为旺盛, 全日 21.8 万人次, 其次为龙华、坂田、南山、罗湖片区。片区公共交通占机动化出行比重为 70%,其中轨道占到 54.5%。
2)精细化分析枢纽各轨道线路换乘关系, 科学预测枢纽各类交通需求。利用交通需求预测模型, 预测枢纽各轨道进出站客流、换乘客流、集散客流及各交通接驳客流, 为枢纽及各类接驳设施规划布局及规模测算做好量化支撑。根据预测, 全日换乘客流中(见图6(a))11 号线与 14 号线换乘量最大, 10 号线与 11、 14 号线换乘量次之, 2 号线与 11、14 号线换乘量最小; 早高峰换乘客流中(见图6(b))14 号线换乘 11 号线方向最大, 10 号线换乘 11、14 号线方向次之, 2 号线换乘 11、14 号线均较小。
1)“十字”型枢纽轨道布局及换乘方案。规划提出将轨道 10 号线岗厦北站南移, 并与轨道 11 号线、 14 号线车站集中布置, 形成四线十字型换乘枢纽(见图7)。轨道 10、11、14 号线及现状 2 号线共用换乘大厅, 非付费区四面连通; 11 号线与 14 号线采用两岛四线同向同台换乘;10 号线与 11、14 号线采用站台岛侧换乘,2 号线与其他三线站厅换乘。枢纽内部采用管道化客流组织模式, 保证主要客流换乘便捷性, 减少各类行人动线的相互干扰(见图8)。
同时基于枢纽规划设计方案,根据客流预测结果、 客流活动特征、行人仿真参数等, 重点针对枢纽内部排队区域、行走区域、等候区域拥挤度和车站设施设备使用情况等进行仿真评估(见图9), 并提出枢纽设施布局方案和客流组织方案的优化建议。
2)规划预留轨道 11 号线、14 号线过轨运营条件。 深圳轨道四期建设规划方案中提出轨道 11、14 号线各自独立运营, 两线在岗厦北站换乘。为满足大量过轨客流需求, 降低岗厦北枢纽换乘压力及风险, 减少乘客换乘次数, 规划提出弹性预留 11、14 号线过轨运营条件, 高峰时段采用过轨运营组织方案, 平峰时段各自独立运营。
岗厦北枢纽及周边地下空间以深南大道形成城市综合服务轴, 沿服务轴布设枢纽地下空间、深圳之眼地下空间、公共服务空间等。通过人行通道与深南大道北部综合服务功能对接, 实现地下通道发散延伸, 扩大福田中心区地下空间辐射范围。
1) 构筑 “南北融合、东西贯通” 的立体化地下空间系统。福田中心区有南北和东西两条发展轴, 岗厦北站和福田站位于东西轴线上, 水晶岛为两条轴线交汇点, 以岗厦北交通枢纽建设为契机, 打通地下通道, 打破现有岗厦北片区封闭格局, 将岗厦北枢纽与水晶岛、中心区地下空间、福田枢纽、会展中心至购物公园、岗厦站连通,连接主要商业、公共设施,强化四大片区的联系,构筑中心区方格网状的地下空间系统, 完善中心区地下空间网络 [ 8 ] (见图10)。
2)赋予地下空间多元化城市功能, 提升其利用价值。枢纽地下空间集交通枢纽、商业娱乐、艺术展览等功能为一体, 打造全天候地下活力城。同时创建多个下沉广场, 把阳光和空气引入地下, “深圳之眼” 下 11 号线和 14 号线的站台和站厅形成巨大的中空空间, 大大提升乘客的出行体验。
岗厦北交通枢纽以复合一体化空间规划设计为原则, 协调整合枢纽交通、建筑与景观的空间关系, 打造深圳之眼、公园枢纽和幸福车站。枢纽在总图布局上延续深南大道东西轴线南北对称布局, 在形态上与深圳之眼相呼应并形成优美的韵律曲线 [9]
1)枢纽建筑方案设计改变以往轨道车站 “盒子式”封闭车站建筑设计理念, 以轨道换乘节点为中心, 利用枢纽四个象限的下沉式广场, 打造开放式的公共空间, 强调枢纽的包容、开放和活力, 并与地面人行系统和景观环境形成良好衔接。
2) 岗厦北枢纽地面景观设计从交通需求出发, 深入分析枢纽交通流线、周边城市空间、人群使用需求, 延续深南大道 “大道公园” 的景观特色, 营造大气舒朗的大道景观; 结合地形立体变化与枢纽设施消隐设计,营造人文、艺术、生态的城市公园 [ 10 ] (见图11)。
1)优化枢纽核心区路网结构,打通交通微循环。 以枢纽建设为契机,优化枢纽核心区路网结构,改善深南大道主辅路布置及周边道路交通微循环, 为枢纽运行创造良好条件。具体方案为: 压缩深南大道主辅之间绿化带, 将辅路提前到主路旁边; 取消内部联系道路; 将海田路延伸衔接深南大道辅路, 如图12所示。
2) 开展施工期间车辆交通运行仿真, 优化交通疏解方案。岗厦北枢纽工程涉及轨道建设、地下空间开发等内容, 采用明挖法、盾构法、架设钢便桥等方法分阶段施工,施工复杂且周期长。为减少施工期间对深南大道、彩田路等周边片区道路交通的影响, 针对不同施工阶段的交通疏解方案进行车辆运行仿真, 根据仿真评估结果, 优化施工疏解方案, 保证枢纽所在片区交通运行状况良好 [ 11 ]
岗厦北枢纽位于深圳的核心区, 枢纽客流量大, 自开通后即受到广泛关注, 其便利的换乘条件、高品质的候车环境、大气又极具科技感的 “深圳之眼” 造型备受赞誉, 这对引导城市交通发展模式转型, 促进轨道交通可持续发展具有重要意义。
岗厦北交通枢纽运营后全日换乘客流接近 25 万人次,居深圳各换乘枢纽首位(见图13)。枢纽运营后大大提高相关轨道线路沿线片区的轨道分担率,个体小汽车交通出行转移至轨道交通,导致沿线主要片区及重要道路的交通拥堵指数下降, 平均行程车速大幅提升。
岗厦北枢纽公交 ${30}\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 内可达南山科技园、罗湖莲塘等片区, $1\mathrm{\;h}$ 公共交通等时圈有效扩展至深圳机场、 宝安沙井、坪山中心区、盐田中心区等片区;周边片区前往主要对外枢纽的可达性显著提升,公共交通出行时长平均缩短 ${20}\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 以上。
1) 建枢纽就是建城市 [12] ,轨道多线换乘枢纽规划设计应充分利用交通大数据、交通模型及交通仿真等数字化分析手段,通过精细化需求预测支撑枢纽规划设计。
2)枢纽规划设计应因地制宜, 充分考虑各线路功能及换乘关系、用地空间及工程条件, 提出的规划方案应科学合理且工程经济性良好。
3)以枢纽建设为契机,缝合城市,构筑枢纽周边地区完善的地下空间系统, 采用多专业一体化的空间规划设计方法, 打造站城综合体, 提升城市空间组织效能和活力。
岗厦北枢纽是我国大城市核心区轨道多线换乘枢纽交通规划设计的典范,对引导城市交通发展模式转型, 促进轨道交通可持续发展具有重要意义。
