In response to the maintenance needs of bridge bearing defects, existing bearing replacement methods all require jacking up the bridge to complete the bearing replacement, significantly impacting bridge structural safety and traffic operations. This study designs and manufactures a “lowmeltingpoint alloy bidirectional heightadjustable forcemeasuring bridge bearing, leveraging its bidirectional heightadjustable characteristics to develop a technology for replacing bridge bearings without jacking up the bridge. Against the backdrop of practical engineering applications, a comparison is made between the "bridge bearing replacement technology without jacking up the beams” and the existing “bridge bearing replacement technology with jacking up the beams." Utilizing this technology, bridge bearing replacement can be achieved without jacking up the superstructure, effectively avoiding stress changes in the bridge structure caused by jacking and enhancing maintenance efficiency and safety. Additionally, this technology is easy to operate, has minimal impact on traffic operations, and possesses broad applicability and promotional value.

针对桥梁支座病害维修需求,现有支座更换方法都需要顶升桥梁来完成支座更换,对桥梁结构安全及交通运营产生较大影响。本研究设计并制造了一种低熔点合金双向调高测力桥梁支座,利用其双向调高的特性,研发了不顶升桥梁更换桥梁支座的技术。在实际工程背景下,将不顶梁更换桥梁支座技术与既有顶梁更换支座技术进行对比。利用该技术在桥梁支座更换过程中,无需顶升桥梁上部结构即可完成支座更换,有效避免了桥梁结构因顶升产生的应力变化,提高了维修效率和安全性。同时,该技术操作简便,对交通运营影响小,具有广泛的适用性和推广价值。

针对桥梁支座病害维修需求,现有支座更换方法都需要顶升桥梁来完成支座更换,对桥梁结构安全及交通运营产生较大影响。本研究设计并制造了一种低熔点合金双向调高测力桥梁支座,利用其双向调高的特性,研发了不顶升桥梁更换桥梁支座的技术。在实际工程背景下,将不顶梁更换桥梁支座技术与既有顶梁更换支座技术进行对比。利用该技术在桥梁支座更换过程中,无需顶升桥梁上部结构即可完成支座更换,有效避免了桥梁结构因顶升产生的应力变化,提高了维修效率和安全性。同时,该技术操作简便,对交通运营影响小,具有广泛的适用性和推广价值。

In response to the maintenance needs of bridge bearing defects, existing bearing replacement methods all require jacking up the bridge to complete the bearing replacement, significantly impacting bridge structural safety and traffic operations. This study designs and manufactures a “lowmeltingpoint alloy bidirectional heightadjustable forcemeasuring bridge bearing, leveraging its bidirectional heightadjustable characteristics to develop a technology for replacing bridge bearings without jacking up the bridge. Against the backdrop of practical engineering applications, a comparison is made between the "bridge bearing replacement technology without jacking up the beams” and the existing “bridge bearing replacement technology with jacking up the beams." Utilizing this technology, bridge bearing replacement can be achieved without jacking up the superstructure, effectively avoiding stress changes in the bridge structure caused by jacking and enhancing maintenance efficiency and safety. Additionally, this technology is easy to operate, has minimal impact on traffic operations, and possesses broad applicability and promotional value.

桥梁支座作为桥梁上部结构与下部结构之间的关键连接部件, 承担着传递荷载、适应变形以及隔震减震等多重功能。其工作状态对桥梁的整体结构安全和使用寿命有重大的影响。
然而在实际使用过程中, 桥梁支座常常遭受各种病害的侵袭,如安装方向错误、脱空、破损及转角超限等。这些病害轻则影响桥梁的正常使用, 缩短其使用寿命, 重则直接威胁桥梁的结构安全。在铁路桥梁 [ 1 - 4 ] 、城市轨道交通桥梁 [ 5 - 6 ] 以及市政公路桥梁 [ 7 - 10 ] 中,病害支座的更换案例屡见不鲜。周攀等 [ 7 ] 对浙江省近十年完成支座更换的公路桥梁进行调查研究, 浙江地区桥梁支座病害的发生率为 20%~30%,且总体呈现快速增长趋势。因此, 病害桥梁支座的更换已成为桥梁养护工作中不可或缺的重要环节。
现有的桥梁支座更换方法以顶升桥梁上部结构的操作为核心。首先, 需要将桥梁上部结构顶升至一定高度, 以取出病害支座并安装新支座。随后, 通过落梁操作使新支座承压继而进入工作状态。这一方法遵循了公路行业规范《公路桥梁支座和伸缩装置养护与更换技术规范》(JTG/T 5532-2023) [ 11 ] 中的相关规定,即 “支座更换应通过桥梁顶升设计后方可实施”。 同样, 北京市地方标准《城市轨道交通桥梁支座更换技术规程》(DB11/T 1168-2015) [ 12 ] 也强调,支座更换的专项设计应包括总体方案、桥梁顶升设计、轨道防护设计等多个方面。
然而在实际操作中, 桥梁顶升过程不仅复杂, 而且存在诸多安全隐患。由于梁部结构荷载巨大, 动辄几百乃至几千吨, 顶升和落梁过程不仅技术难度高, 而且可能引发严重的安全问题。特别是在轨道交通运营线路上(如城市轨道交通、高铁等),顶梁操作更为复杂和困难。通常只能在每日短暂的运营窗口期内进行, 且需解锁多种设备设施, 如轨道扣件、接触轨、 伸缩缝等,并需在工作完成后及时恢复 [ 1 - 6 , 12 ] 。若采用不解锁轨道扣件的方式顶升桥梁, 为确保轨道结构安全,会显著增加顶升工程量及设计工作量。此外, 当待更换支座位于梁端时, 一般要同步顶升梁缝两侧两个梁端, 为此还需建立梁轨模型以验算桥梁及轨道扣件的安全性。
因此, 探索和研究一种无需顶升桥梁即可实现支座更换的新方法, 对于提高桥梁养护效率、降低工程风险具有重要意义。
在桥梁运维领域, 通过顶梁完成支座更换是标准的技术手段。然而, 顶梁过程不仅技术复杂, 还伴随着显著的风险, 并可能中断交通运营。为了避免这些弊端,需要改进以顶梁为核心的常规支座更换技术。
现有的支座更换技术需要通过顶升桥梁来释放支座承担的竖向荷载以取出病害支座。随后通过 “落梁” 使新支座承压以进入工作状态。因此, 即便 “顶梁”操作技术复杂且存在风险, 却是无法规避的核心过程。
为了突破这一技术局限, 需要一种具有双向调高功能的支座产品。在支座更换过程中, 只需在病害支座邻近位置设置临时支撑, 再通过调低病害支座的方式, 将其安全取出。随后将新支座置入并调高至工作状态, 从而在不顶升桥梁的情况下完成支座更换。
为实现这一技术思路, 本研究开发了一种具备双向调高功能的球形钢支座。该支座采用低熔点合金作为液压介质。通过升温使合金熔化, 并以其作为压力介质驱动支座伸缩;再经降温使合金固化,以确保支座能够稳定承压。运用这项技术, 更换支座不再需要 “顶梁”操作。
低熔点合金双向调高测力支座基于低熔点合金的低温熔化特性而设计。通过调节合金的配方,可在 50~200°C的范围内设定其熔点。熔融后的液态合金作为压力介质, 通过注入或抽出支座调高腔, 实现支座的升降调节。低熔点合金在达到熔点后能迅速熔化, 并在低于熔点时快速固化,因此能够实现支座的快速、 反复调高和调低。此外, 这款支座还具备精确测定支座反力的功能,为桥梁设计及维护提供精确数据。
支座的结构设计包含以下关键部件以实现调高功能(见图1):调高腔(其内预置低熔点合金)、合金注射孔以及加热管(用于插入加热棒以熔融调高腔内的合金)。
当合金被熔化后, 使用专用高压泵将液态合金注入调高腔以实现支座的调高, 或抽取调高腔内的合金以实现支座的调低。
低熔点合金双向调高支座已通过相关产品检测及认证, 并获得住建部科技与产业发展中心的评估认可 [ 13 ] 。该支座已在市政及轨道交通桥梁上得到应用。
图2中红色支座为病害支座, 下文将详述如何实现不顶升桥梁更换该病害支座。
在病害支座旁的桥梁预留顶升位置(通常为设计预留)构筑垫石, 并安置临时双向调高支座。支座顶部与梁底间净距控制在 $8 \sim {10}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ (见图3)。
若桥梁设计中未预留千斤顶顶位, 则依据现场实际情况由设计复核, 判断能否在病害支座旁设置临时双向调高支座。若不可行, 则在病害支座前侧腹板下方设置单根临时钢管柱(钢管柱柱脚支撑在桥梁承台上),用以支撑临时双向调高支座。
利用支座底板上的加热孔对支座进行升温, 当温度略高于合金熔点并保持稳定后, 通过支座底板上的注入孔注入高压液态合金。该液态合金由专用高压装置驱动。随着合金的注入, 支座逐渐升高, 直至支座上座板与梁底紧密贴合。同时, 通过专用测力装置测量支座反力,当达到计算反力时停止打压,待合金凝固后,用密封螺栓锁紧注入孔(见图4)。
在临时双向调高支座提供稳定支撑后, 进行病害支座的拆除工作。根据病害支座的类型, 可采用不同的拆除方案。
1)若病害支座为低熔点合金双向调高支座, 通过升温熔化内部合金, 再利用专用打压装置抽出液态合金,调低支座高度 $8 \sim {10}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 后取出支座。
2)若病害支座为普通盆式支座,利用金刚绳锯在支座下方垫石上进行水平切割,切口高度 $8 \sim {10}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ , 随后取出病害支座。
拆除支座后, 需对垫石上表面进行平整并清理螺栓孔(图5)。
将新的双向调高支座安放到位, 重复步骤 4.2 中的升温、注入高压液态合金的过程,直至新支座与梁底紧密贴合,并通过测力装置确认其反力达到计算反力(图6)。
最后,对临时双向调高支座进行升温,熔融内部合金, 利用专用打压装置抽出液态合金, 调低支座高度 $8 \sim {10}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 后取出,完成支座更换(图7)。
在某城市轨道交通桥梁中, 一处支座的转角超出了允许限值。如图8图9所示, 红色圈示区域即为需要更换的病害支座。
以此工程为背景, 从支座更换工序(见表1)、综合比较 (见表2)两个方面对两项技术作详细对比。
通过对比可见, 采用 “不顶梁更换支座技术” 能显著简化支座更换工艺。该技术避免了梁部结构的顶升, 从而彻底消除了对桥梁结构的影响, 避免了对桥面设施的扰动, 尤其对于弯坡斜桥, 更是彻底消除了顶升过程中可能产生的梁部位移风险。
综上所述, 采用低熔点合金可调高支座实现 “不顶梁更换支座” 技术, 具备以下显著优势。
1)该技术无需顶升桥梁, 不改变桥面高程, 操作简便、安全可靠。
2)在更换过程中, 桥上交通可保持通畅, 对桥梁运营影响极小。
3)该技术实施过程无需额外占用土地(或少量占地),显著减少了市政、交通、水务等部门的协调与审批工作。
4)实施周期短, 有效降低了工程造价。
基于产品创新研发的 “不顶梁更换桥梁支座技术”是桥梁运维领域的一项技术创新, 具有一定的适用性和推广价值。
