In response to the increasing operation and maintenance pressure and efficiency requirements of urban rail transit, a comprehensive management and control platform based on digital twins and multisystem integration is constructed and implemented to achieve intensive and refined operation and maintenance management of subway stations and improve management efficiency and service levels. Through 3D scanning of existing lines, this paper focuses on the development and implementation of an integrated management and control platform based on digital twin technology and multisystem integration, enhancing management efficiency and service quality. Firstly, a digital twin model is constructed to represent the operation of urban rail systems. The study explores model lightweight technology and uses 3D rendering engines to render and optimize large models and large scenes. In addition, this paper studies multisource heterogeneous data fusion technology through data standardize processing to realize the processbased collection and storage of heterogeneous data of various professions. Furthermore, a comprehensive urban rail management and control platform is developed, integrating functional modules to meet the needs of various disciplines. This platform improves the execution efficiency of operation and maintenance tasks by 30%, increases the accuracy of equipment and facility status monitoring to 98%, and increases the success rate of preventive maintenance by 20%. The efficiency of cross-disciplinary data sharing and collaborative work is enhanced by over 60%, resulting in a shortened fault response time, significantly improved accuracy of equipment and facility status monitoring, and enhanced effectiveness of preventive maintenance.

针对城市轨道交通日益增长的运维压力与效率需求,对基于数字孪生与多系统融合的综合管控平台展开研究,以实现地铁车站的集约化、精细化运维管理,提升管理效率与服务水平。首先,通过对既有线路的三维扫描,构建刻画城轨运行的数字孪生模型,研究模型轻量化技术,利用三维渲染引擎对大模型和大场景进行渲染优化;其次,研究多源异构数据融合技术,实现异构数据的流程化收集存储;最后,开发一体化的城轨综合管控平台。研究结果表明:与传统运维模式相比,城轨综合管控平台通过跨专业数据的高效共享,运维任务的执行效率提升30%,设备设施状态监测准确率由原来的 85%提高至98%,预防性维护成功率增长20%,跨专业数据共享与协同工作的效率提升超过60%。采用该平台可以实现缩短故障响应时间,提高设备设施状态监测的准确性,增强预防性维护的效果。

In response to the increasing operation and maintenance pressure and efficiency requirements of urban rail transit, a comprehensive management and control platform based on digital twins and multisystem integration is constructed and implemented to achieve intensive and refined operation and maintenance management of subway stations and improve management efficiency and service levels. Through 3D scanning of existing lines, this paper focuses on the development and implementation of an integrated management and control platform based on digital twin technology and multisystem integration, enhancing management efficiency and service quality. Firstly, a digital twin model is constructed to represent the operation of urban rail systems. The study explores model lightweight technology and uses 3D rendering engines to render and optimize large models and large scenes. In addition, this paper studies multisource heterogeneous data fusion technology through data standardize processing to realize the processbased collection and storage of heterogeneous data of various professions. Furthermore, a comprehensive urban rail management and control platform is developed, integrating functional modules to meet the needs of various disciplines. This platform improves the execution efficiency of operation and maintenance tasks by 30%, increases the accuracy of equipment and facility status monitoring to 98%, and increases the success rate of preventive maintenance by 20%. The efficiency of cross-disciplinary data sharing and collaborative work is enhanced by over 60%, resulting in a shortened fault response time, significantly improved accuracy of equipment and facility status monitoring, and enhanced effectiveness of preventive maintenance.

随着城市化进程的加速, 城市轨道交通网络规模迅速扩张, 其运维管理面临着前所未有的复杂性和挑战 [ 1 ] 。传统的运维模式依赖人力密集型巡检和维护作业,由于缺乏实时监控和精准预测手段,导致检修效率低下、运营成本高昂。过度依赖定期 “计划检/修” 制度不仅导致资源浪费, 而且对于突发故障和渐进性病害的响应能力有限。此外, 各专业部门各自为政,使用独立的信息化系统进行运维管理, 不仅增加了重复建设和维护成本, 还形成了数据孤岛, 阻碍了跨专业数据共享与协同工作, 严重制约了运维决策的科学性和效率。
在此背景下, 本文提出了一种运维管理新模式, 设计并研发基于数字孪生和多系统集成的城轨综合管控平台。通过集成多源异构数据处理技术 [ 2 ] 和物联网、 图像识别、智能传感等数字化手段 [ 3 ] ,实现了设施设备运维从传统的 “计划修” 和 “故障修” 向 “状态修” 和“预测修”的转变。
数字孪生与多系统融合的城轨综合管控平台的整体逻辑架构如 图 1 所示。业务层面向站务、机电、工务等部门收集智慧化需求, 系统层需要考虑火灾自动报警系统(automatic fire alarm system, FAS)、环境与设备监控系统(building automation system, BAS)、自动售检票(automatic fare collection, AFC)系统、自动化办公(office automation, OA)系统和企业资产管理 (enterprise asset management, EAM)等管理系统和生产调度系统的数据传递和信息共享。平台的实施路线以城轨数字孪生模型为载体, 整合城轨分散、割裂和动态的信息烟囱数据, 提供资产、空间、智能化、安全、节能等多维度功能服务[ 4 - 5 ]。
本研究的实施与应用旨在为城市轨道交通行业开发一套智慧运维解决方案。该方案聚焦于提升运维效率和系统可靠性, 通过集成先进的信息技术和数据分析方法, 支持行业的数字化和智能化发展。
数字孪生技术与城市轨道交通业务的融合, 体现了数字化技术在交通领域的先进应用实例。通过建立与实际城市轨道交通系统高度匹配的虚拟模型, 实现物理空间模型的数字化精准映射与实时同步 [ 6 ]
数字孪生技术在城市轨道交通领域应用的融合涉及以下核心组成部分。
物理实体: 包括轨道线路、列车、车站建筑、乘客信息系统等实际存在的物理设施。
数字模型: 根据上述物理实体的几何结构、属性特征及运行状态等信息, 构建出高精度的数字模型。
逻辑模型:围绕数字模型,进一步开发出多种逻辑模型, 例如能耗分析模型、乘客流动预测模型等, 以支持更深层次的数据分析和决策支持。
数据处理: 收集来自各种传感器和系统的大规模数据, 包括但不限于设备健康状况、运营状态、乘客流量、维护记录、能源使用情况及资产信息等。
综上, 城轨综合管控平台通过数据清洗、整合和存储, 利用大数据分析和人工智能算法, 从数字孪生系统生成的数据中提取有效信息, 辅助制定车站运行优化策略 [ 7 ]
数字孪生与多系统融合的城轨综合管控平台, 为支持业务场景需要进行多系统集成及跨系统数据传输。
平台整体的业务采用微服务架构, 各子系统被拆分为独立的服务组件, 通过 API 接口实现服务间的松耦合、高内聚交互,建立基于消息中间件 (如 Kafka、 RabbitMQ)的消息总线, 实现各系统间异步、解耦的消息传递与数据交换。同时, 为支持多源数据的集中存储、查询、分析构建统一的数据湖或数据仓库, 作为跨系统数据汇聚、融合、分析的中心。
研究数字孪生技术和多系统融合技术, 可以为后续平台的研发工作提供理论依据和技术指导实践。通过构建高度仿真的数字孪生模型, 结合多源异构数据的高效处理与分析能力, 在城市轨道交通领域可以实现设备监控、故障预警、智能调度等一系列功能的智能提升。
三维激光扫描技术作为一种构建高精度三维模型的关键工具, 不仅适用于构建可视表面的外模型, 也适用于精细描绘内部结构, 捕捉建筑实体细节, 生成点云数据。在 $\mathrm{{AI}}$ 逆向建模阶段,需将 $\mathrm{{CAD}}$ 图纸、图片、实物的设备规格表等多元信息源作为输入, 原始资料(图纸、文件等)应当清晰,无模糊破损以便正确解读; 格式应当标准化便于识别和处理; 同时, 图纸上的尺寸、材料属性和其他标注信息需要准确无误以保证模型的准确性和实用性。
本文中将扫描后的点云数据转换为建筑信息模型 (building information modeling, BIM) [ 8 ] ,实现根据点云数据重建建筑物几何形状和结构的逆向建模, 将逆向建模得到的模型与现场进行校准, 以确保数字孪生环境与现场生产环境的一致性。逆向建模方法的实现流程如 图 2 所示。首先,使用 $3\mathrm{D}$ 扫描设备采集实际物体或环境的点云数据; 其次, 对点云数据进行清理、对齐和拼接等预处理,以确保数据的准确性和完整性; 再次, 将处理后的点云数据转换为多边形网格模型, 并进行优化和平滑处理, 提高模型质量, 并将生成的模型与现场实际情况进行对比和校准, 确保其准确性和一致性; 最后, 将优化后的三维模型集成到 BIM 中, 添加必要的属性信息, 形成完整的数字孪生模型。
对于标准地铁站而言, 从原始点云数据的清理、 对齐, 到三维模型的构建与优化的数据处理过程需要几天至一周的时间,具体取决于数据量的大小以及使用的软件工具和算法的效率。因此, 综合现场扫描与后期数据处理的时间,创建一个完整、精细的地铁站三维模型可能需要少则几天、多至三周左右的时间。
为了构建数字空间引擎, 提供上层应用服务可调用的中台服务, 本文研究的主要内容包括数模分离工具、模型处理引擎、数据处理引擎、可视化资源库和模型库等,如 图 3 所示。这些组件共同作用, 实现了数据集成、模型管理、数据分析与决策等功能, 支持对建筑信息模型文件的全流程自动化处理, 并提供简洁、统一的软件开发工具包(software development kit, SDK)接口, 以便城轨智慧化升级上层业务平台使用。
在地铁智慧运营系统中, 需要整合多个数据源, 包括地铁站点的位置、环境因素、人员流量、车辆状态和设备状态等多领域信息。基于这些数据, 系统可以进行地铁运营全过程的综合分析和决策, 具体内容如 图 4 所示。本文以多系统集成技术为核心, 实时整合处理客流、设备状态及故障等多源数据资源。在此基础上, 将训练完成的模型部署于智能推理平台, 实现对城轨运营中客流量变化趋势、能源消耗情况的精准预测, 推动实现乘客服务个性化、能效管理精细化以及应急响应智能化。
智慧化解决方案以 BIM 三维可视化为基石, 汇聚现场业务数据, 构建数据中心实现主数据集中管理、 标准接口统一设置和组件协同共享, 整合软硬件系统至统一云平台,提供一站式智慧化解决方案。实现管控平台研发的关键技术路径包括模型优化技术、H5 技术与三维融合技术、设备设施空间拓扑关联技术。
城轨 BIM 模型海量三角面片给三维场景的实时渲染造成了巨大压力。为了提高平台性能, 对模型的优化设计包括 3 部分内容。
1) 模型减面优化。减面优化在最大程度保持原始模型外观特征及视觉保真度的前提下, 大幅减少模型的三角面片数量和顶点数量。网格的简化方法是在模型三角网格中, 寻找并选择合适的边进行合并, 将一条边的两个端点合并为一个新的顶点, 使原本由两点定义的多个三角面被少数的大面片取代, 降低面片总数及顶点数,将原本 ${X1}\text{、}{X2}$ 的顶点替换为 $V$ 连接点, 达到减面的目的, 如 图 5 所示, 通过误差控制策略确保模型几何形状的变化最小化。
2) 细节层次管理。细节层次(level of detail, LOD) 技术是用来控制 BIM 模型的详细程度, 以适应不同设计、施工和运维阶段的需求。BIM 软件的核心特性之一就是参数化建模, 在同一 BIM 模型中, 根据项目的不同阶段, 通过调整模型参数灵活改变 BIM 模型的详细程度和信息深度, 而无需重新构建整个模型。通过参数化和层级化的对象管理, 实现模型的动态调整以匹配不同的 LOD 要求 [ 9 ] 。基于视点与模型之间的距离或者视点的角度和视野, 动态调整模型的几何细节和纹理质量。
3) 相同构件合并。大体量的建筑信息模型通过相同的构建实例化和构件合并来减少内存占用。将相同的构件设计为一个主构件, 每个引用实例共享同一个主构件的数据和属性。这样不仅可以减少内存使用, 还能提高模型的管理效率和加载速度。例如将大量相似的墙体结构或者地板单元整合成更少的统一类型, 同时保留必要的唯一属性标识, 减少数据冗余和内存使用。
为了提升平台可移植性 [ 10 ] ,本平台采用二维操作界面与三维数字孪生场景分离的方式进行平台设计, 采用 $\mathrm{H}5$ 与三维平台融合的方式开发,用户人机交互通过二维 H5 界面进行设计, 如 图 6 所示, 这种方式能够极大提升开发灵活性和可扩展性。整个平台主体部分采用 CS 架构,管理部分采用 BS 架构。客户端管理部分采用基于 VUE3 的前后端分离框架实现, 服务端部分采用基于 SpringCloud 的微服务 [ 11 ] 架构实现,同时支持对接第三方接口(如语音服务、天气信息、客流信息、GIS 信息等)。
深入研究数字孪生模型中各设备构件的部署位置及隶属层级附属关联, 实现自主建立空间拓扑逻辑关系, 空间拓扑关联的核心内容如 图 7 所示, 将空间数据及关联关系代入模型, 在三维场景中就能够直观展示设备间部署关联及逻辑控制关系, 实现定位业务场景基础。通过定义空间关系和连接, 可以确保各个元素之间的数据一致性, 从而减少错误和重复工作, 保持数据和空间的一致性 [ 12 ] ,提升城轨建设的可持续性发展。
平台的整体设计架构包括数据感知层、数据联接层、云平台、大数据平台、智慧化应用和展示层, 整体架构如 图 8 所示。
在数据感知层, 通过建设一套完善的数据采集系统,包括传感器、监控设备等,实时感知工务、供电等终端设备和信号线路的状态。
数据联接层负责将数据从数据感知层传输到其他层进行处理和分析。在数据联接层, 需要建设数据传输和通信网络, 利用边缘计算和云边协同的方式, 确保数据的可靠传输。
城轨云平台作为提升管理一体化平台的核心部分, 通过建设一个高可用、可扩展的云计算基础设施, 构建负载均衡且能够提供计算资源池、网络资源池和虚拟化服务的云底座。
大数据平台是用来对采集到的数据进行存储、处理和分析的核心组件, 创建大数据平台需要建设数据存储系统,如分布式文件系统和数据库,用于存储大规模的数据。还需引入 BIM 中台、数据中台、业务中台和 AI 中台,覆盖模型处理操作、数据治理、机器学习、智慧业务等内容 [ 13 - 15 ]
在智慧化应用层, 需要基于采集的多源数据和搭建的大数据平台和云平台, 借助人工智能技术, 开发城轨智慧化应用, 如设备设施故障预警、能源监管、 车辆智能运维等。
在展示层, 通过建设各种可视化工具和仪表盘, 实时监控城轨各系统的运行状态和各项指标, 设计友好的用户交互界面,方便用户查询信息等进行操作。
本项目在青岛地铁 1 号线天目山路车站试点应用。 打通 BIM 平台与企业资产管理系统、维修管理系统等系统数据接口 [ 16 ] ,实现相关数据互联互通。平台部署在天目山站车控室, 目前正稳定运行。其性能指标满足: 响应时间 $\leq 2\mathrm{\;s}$ ,内存占用 $\leq {50}\%,\mathrm{{CPU}}$ 占用 $\leq {50}\%$ ,显存占用约 $5\mathrm{G}$ ,接口响应 $<{100}\mathrm{{ms}}$ ,吞吐量 $\geq {4000}/\mathrm{s}$ ,稳定帧数 $\geq {30}$ 帧,等保要求满足等保 2.0 二级。
综合管控平台统一集成专业子系统, 包括满足各个专业需求的八大功能模块: 虚拟巡检模块、故障报警模块、客流监测模块、风险管理模块、视频管理模块、设备管理模块、工单管理模块、能耗管理模块。 用户通过不同权限的账号进行登录, 调用各个子功能模块进行运维管控。
1) 虚拟巡检功能。通过摄像头捕捉当前设备外观画面, 分辨工作状态是否异常, 代替传统人工巡检方式。用户可建立巡检计划确定巡检路线, 点击巡检计划内摄像头图标进入场景查看监控范围内实时视频画面, 支持查看摄像头设备信息、维修记录等属性信息。
2) 故障报警功能。当达到计划日期或接收到故障信息时, 系统可在模型中对具体的设备或位置进行闪烁提醒。同时,平台界面将分类分级展示故障状态信息,用户通过点击故障提示即可实现快速精准定位。 此外,系统支持与 $\mathrm{{AR}}$ 穿戴设备结合,通过路径规划功能引导巡检人员快速到达故障位置, 为维修提供直观指导。
3)客流监测功能。通过获取线网运营管理与指挥中心(metro management command center, MMCC) 接口传输的客流数据信息, 平台可以统计客流密度。在车站模型的对应位置上, 平台以颜色色度标记显示分析结果数据 [ 13 ] ,实现以客流热力图形式的实时及直观化展示, 从而提高管理人员的预警处置能力。
4) 风险管理功能。从安全管理系统中, 用户可以获取风险及隐患的相关信息。这些信息在 BIM 模型上对应位置按类型及轻重缓急状态以不同图标、颜色显示, 点击图标就可以展示风险及隐患详情(包括位置、 状态、处置方案、现场信息等)。此外, 系统支持对风险及隐患进行检索, 即通过名称或位置可以查询所有风险及隐患的准确定位及隐患信息。
5) 视频管理功能。对接综合监控系统,通过增加智能摄像头或图形处理器(graphics processing unit, GPU)阵列, 在车站外出入口等关键区域进行乘客行为监测, 对发现的异常行为进行快速响应, 避免突发事故的延迟响应和处置不及时导致的严重事故后果。
6) 设备管理功能。用户可以通过 BIM 模型直接访问和查看设备的详细信息, 包括制造商、型号、安装日期、保修期、维护记录等,拥有这些信息会使定位和检索变得直观且高效。实时监测设备的运行状态, 基于设备的历史数据和实时监测结果, 可以进行健康率评估, 从而提升设备设施的运维效率和资产管理水平。
7) 工单管理功能。对巡检过程中发现的故障通过平台填报后, 支持一键提交至工单系统, 工单详情中包含: 班组、故障编号、故障设备、故障等级、故障位置、问题描述、提交人、提交时间、指派处理人等字段信息, 方便维修人员能针对上报故障快速定位响应。
平台支持按天、周、月展示工单提交列表,同时对工单流转进度(如待确认、处理中、已归档)进行详细明确记录, 帮助运维人员便捷、清晰地追踪事情进展。
8) 能耗管理功能。将站内各类传感器、探测器、 仪表等测量信息与 BIM 模型构件相关联。依靠 BIM 模型可按照区域进行统计分析, 直观发现能耗数据异常区域, 使管理人员有针对性地对异常区域进行检查, 发现事故隐患或调整能源设备的运行参数, 以达到排除故障、降低能耗维持正常运行的目的。
通过集成各专业系统, 可以形成数据互联互通, 提升车站运行效率 [ 17 ] 。基于先进的技术和数据分析手段, 可以为城市提供更智能、高效的交通出行服务, 提升城轨系统的管理水平和运营效益。
平台自 2021 年在青岛地铁投入运行 3 年以来, 借助数字化模型处理技术将建模效率提高了 50%,利用平台的虚拟巡检功能后,能将需要 $2\mathrm{\;h}$ 左右的全站巡检时间调整为 ${30}\mathrm{\;{min}}$ 完成,大大提高了巡检效率,能够辅助站务人员快速响应, 降低隐患排查时间由小时转变在分钟级别内。本次试点项目成功验证了解决方案的可靠性和先进性, 为后续线路甚至线网级的实践提供了经验。
1) 基于数字孪生技术和多系统融合的综合管控平台,通过实时映射、模拟分析及优化管理等手段, 实现了对运营状态的全面感知、精准预测与高效决策, 为既有线的管理效率和运营能力提升奠定了基础。
2) 数字孪生体的构建实现了物理世界与虚拟空间的高度联通 [ 18 ] ,支持复杂场景的模拟与应急处置预案的快速执行。平台在提高运维效率、保障运行安全及优化服务质量方面成效显著。
未来的研究和实践中需要不断优化算法模型, 以提高数据利用的效能, 进一步提升系统的智能化水平。同时, 持续强化信息安全保障机制, 确保数据的安全性和隐私保护。通过技术创新和服务优化, 为城市轨道交通的智能化发展提供更多的可能性和支持。
