This study investigated and analyzed the assembly attitude of prefabricated partition walls on the Shanghai Airport Link Line to ensure high assembly quality within largediameter shield tunnels. Initially, the coordinate system of the partition walls was established. Subsequently, the study examined the assembly attitude under initial assembly errors and errorfree scenarios. It focused on obtaining precise attitude information and the analytical expression of the partition wall's bottom plane equation for each operational condition. The analytical results reveal the following: 1) In scenarios where there are no initial assembly errors or where errors are limited to translation or rotation, the selection of control points and jacking sequences within the regulating system does not affect the assembly quality of the partition walls. The assembly attitude can be effectively managed using the derived expression for the wall's attitude. 2) When initial assembly errors extend beyond simple translation or rotation, precise control of the partition wall's attitude becomes crucial. This involves adjusting the jacking sequences within the regulating system accordingly. Utilizing the obtained expression allows for improved assembly accuracy of the partition walls. 3) The study successfully applied an analytical formula to constructing partition walls, demonstrating favorable engineering outcomes in practical applications.

为控制大直径隧道预制中隔墙拼装质量,基于上海市机场联络线,对其内部预制中隔墙的拼装姿态进行研究和分析。在规定中隔墙坐标系后,分别对中隔墙在有、无初始拼装误差下的拼装姿态进行研究,得到中隔墙在上述工况下的姿态信息及其底面平面方程解析表达。分析结果表明:1)当中隔墙无初始拼装误差或其仅有平动或转动初始拼装误差时,不同控制点位的选取和调节系统千斤顶的顶进顺序不会对中隔墙的拼装控制产生影响,可根据所得中隔墙姿态表达式对其拼装姿态进行控制;2)当中隔墙仅存在平动或转动外的初始拼装误差时,应依据调节系统不同顶进顺序对中隔墙姿态进行单独计算,再依据所得表达式对中隔墙拼装进行控制,提高中隔墙拼装精度。将解析公式应用于中隔墙施工,取得了良好的工程应用效果。

为控制大直径隧道预制中隔墙拼装质量,基于上海市机场联络线,对其内部预制中隔墙的拼装姿态进行研究和分析。在规定中隔墙坐标系后,分别对中隔墙在有、无初始拼装误差下的拼装姿态进行研究,得到中隔墙在上述工况下的姿态信息及其底面平面方程解析表达。分析结果表明:1)当中隔墙无初始拼装误差或其仅有平动或转动初始拼装误差时,不同控制点位的选取和调节系统千斤顶的顶进顺序不会对中隔墙的拼装控制产生影响,可根据所得中隔墙姿态表达式对其拼装姿态进行控制;2)当中隔墙仅存在平动或转动外的初始拼装误差时,应依据调节系统不同顶进顺序对中隔墙姿态进行单独计算,再依据所得表达式对中隔墙拼装进行控制,提高中隔墙拼装精度。将解析公式应用于中隔墙施工,取得了良好的工程应用效果。

This study investigated and analyzed the assembly attitude of prefabricated partition walls on the Shanghai Airport Link Line to ensure high assembly quality within largediameter shield tunnels. Initially, the coordinate system of the partition walls was established. Subsequently, the study examined the assembly attitude under initial assembly errors and errorfree scenarios. It focused on obtaining precise attitude information and the analytical expression of the partition wall's bottom plane equation for each operational condition. The analytical results reveal the following: 1) In scenarios where there are no initial assembly errors or where errors are limited to translation or rotation, the selection of control points and jacking sequences within the regulating system does not affect the assembly quality of the partition walls. The assembly attitude can be effectively managed using the derived expression for the wall's attitude. 2) When initial assembly errors extend beyond simple translation or rotation, precise control of the partition wall's attitude becomes crucial. This involves adjusting the jacking sequences within the regulating system accordingly. Utilizing the obtained expression allows for improved assembly accuracy of the partition walls. 3) The study successfully applied an analytical formula to constructing partition walls, demonstrating favorable engineering outcomes in practical applications.

随着大直径盾构隧道修建技术日益成熟, 采用单洞双线布置形式的隧道愈发常见, 隧道内中隔墙也逐渐往全预制形式发展 [ 1 - 2 ] 。中隔墙是单洞双线隧道的重要构件, 起分割隧道空间作用, 一般为大长细比构件。随着中隔墙逐渐采用全预制形式, 其拼装控制也愈发重要。
学者们对地下结构中装配式构件的施工控制进行了深入研究。杨秀仁 [ 3 ] 对明挖装配式隧道结构的拼装精度控制指标进行研究, 验证了拼装指标的合理性。 陈瑞祥等 [ 4 ] 对预制弧形件穿行式施工设备及拼装姿态进行详细研究, 并取得了良好的施工应用效果。张帅坤 [ 5 ] 对预制弧形件施工设备的组成与设计进行研究, 求解了该设备正逆向的运动方程, 并通过实践解决了整体式弧形件的施工难题。王华 [ 6 ] 、杨成龙 [ 7 ] 等对预制中隔墙的施工设备、拼装技术进行研究, 但未研究预制中隔墙的姿态识别和原理。廖永发 [ 8 ] 对预制中隔墙设备的设计、研发、在不同自由度的控制方式及施工效果进行研究, 但未额外研究中隔墙构件姿态及控制。 郇昊霖等 [ 9 ] 对预制中隔墙在大直径盾构隧道内的运输、翻转、拼装及构件在上述过程的姿态进行研究, 但未研究中隔墙就位后的精调过程。
综上, 可看出目前对内部结构中弧形件、中隔墙的施工设备、设备姿态等内容已有深入研究, 但针对构件自身在施工中的姿态与拼装控制研究仍较少。此外, 由于中隔墙为大长细比预制构件, 若拼装误差较大, 会对施工人员安全带来威胁, 也会影响下部弧形件乃至隧道管片的受力性能, 因此其施工过程中的精调尤为重要。针对当前中隔墙精调过程中拼装控制研究的不足, 本文基于上海市机场联络线, 分析了中隔墙在有、无初始拼装误差下的姿态, 并依据所得姿态表达式进行了施工实践, 为今后预制中隔墙的拼装控制施工提供参考。
上海市机场联络线是国内首个在大直径盾构隧道中采用全预制内部结构的工程, 为单洞双线布置形式 [ 10 ] 。隧道内、外径分别为 ${12.5}\text{、}{13.6}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,管片厚 ${0.55}\mathrm{\;m}$ , 环宽 $2\mathrm{\;m}$ ,隧道断面如 图 1 所示。内部结构中预制弧形件尺寸约为 ${9.5}\mathrm{\;m}\times {2.84}\mathrm{\;m}\times 2\mathrm{\;m}$ ,重约33.5 t [11 ; 预制中隔墙尺寸约为 ${9.6}\mathrm{\;m}\times {0.4}\mathrm{\;m}\times 2\mathrm{\;m}$ (含顶部现浇段高 ${0.4}\mathrm{\;m}$ ),重约 ${21.7}\mathrm{t}$
预制中隔墙底部通过双排 M36 螺栓与下部弧形件连接, 螺栓共计 10 根, 单排 5 根。中隔墙底部设有 ${30}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 间隙,用于消除中隔墙与弧形件间的安装误差。 中隔墙安装完成后利用自密实高强水泥基灌浆料填充螺栓孔及中隔墙底部间隙。中隔墙平面及剖面如 图 2 所示。
中隔墙的姿态及运动轨迹是耦合误差的基础和关键。因此要对上述坐标进行规定, 提供后续分析基础, 具体规定如下:
1) 分析中将预制中隔墙视为刚体, 忽略其自身的微小变形;
2) 分析将通过平行于中隔墙外侧的四个向量, 以代表拼装过程内中隔墙的姿态;
3) 上述四个向量起点位于弧形件顶面, 坐标固定不变; 终点位于中隔墙底面, 坐标可变化;
4) 弧形件顶面四点坐标分别为 ${\mathrm{A}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{1}{}^{\prime },{y}_{1}{}^{\prime },{z}_{1}{}^{\prime }}\right)$${\mathrm{B}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{2}{}^{\prime },{y}_{2}{}^{\prime },{z}_{2}{}^{\prime }}\right)\text{、}{\mathrm{C}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{3}{}^{\prime },{y}_{3}{}^{\prime },{z}_{3}{}^{\prime }}\right)\text{、}{\mathrm{D}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{4}{}^{\prime },{y}_{4}{}^{\prime },{z}_{4}{}^{\prime }}\right)$ ,中隔墙底面四点坐标分别为 $\mathrm{A}\left({{x}_{1},{y}_{1},{z}_{1}}\right)$$\mathrm{B}\left({{x}_{2},{y}_{2},{z}_{2}}\right)$$\mathrm{C}\left({{x}_{3},{y}_{3},{z}_{3}}\right)\text{、}\mathrm{D}\left({{x}_{4},{y}_{4},{z}_{4}}\right)$
中隔墙平动及转动方向如 图 3 所示。
当弧形件顶面平整且与中隔墙完全对中时, 不考虑初始拼装误差的影响。此时弧形件顶面坐标分别为 ${\mathrm{A}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{1}{}^{\prime },{y}_{1}{}^{\prime },0}\right)\text{、}{\mathrm{B}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{2}{}^{\prime },{y}_{2}{}^{\prime },0}\right)\text{、}{\mathrm{C}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{3}{}^{\prime },{y}_{3}{}^{\prime },0}\right)\text{、}{\mathrm{D}}^{\prime }\left({{x}_{4}{}^{\prime },}\right.$ ${y}_{4}{}^{\prime },0)$ ;调节系统千斤顶高度相同且均为 $d$ ,向量 $\overrightarrow{{\mathrm{A}}^{\prime }\mathrm{A}}$$\overrightarrow{{\mathrm{B}}^{\prime }\mathrm{B}}$$\overrightarrow{{\mathrm{C}}^{\prime }\mathrm{C}}$$\overrightarrow{{\mathrm{D}}^{\prime }\mathrm{D}}$ 均为(0,0, d),可看出 $z$ 轴坐标的变化代表了千斤顶的伸长及收缩。而当存在初始拼装误差时, 上述向量不完全一致。
此时以中隔墙底面中点作为原点建立直角坐标系,中隔墙在拼装过程中绕 $Z$ 轴发生旋转,旋转角度为 $\theta$ ,可得旋转矩阵表达式:

中隔墙发生的平动可通过三维平移变化矩阵进行表达, 三维平移变化矩阵表达式:

此时中隔墙各点坐标及变化量可通过旋转矩阵和平移矩阵求解得到。
中隔墙底面平面方程仅需三点坐标即可确定, 因此 图 4 中第 4 个点可作为辅助点, 用以避免结构可能产生的倾覆。如选取 $\mathrm{A}$$\mathrm{\;B}$$\mathrm{C}$ 三点求解中隔墙底面方程时, 可将 D 点作为辅助点。
当无初始拼装误差时,中隔墙底面 ${z}_{0}= 0$ ,依据 图 4 , 中隔墙底面四点坐标分别为 $\mathrm{A}\left({{x}_{0},{y}_{0},0}\right)$$\mathrm{B}\left({-{x}_{0},{y}_{0}}\right.$ , $0)\text{、}\mathrm{C}\left({{x}_{0},- {y}_{0},0}\right)\text{、}\mathrm{D}\left({-{x}_{0},- {y}_{0},0}\right)$ ,各向量分别为:

通过 $\mathrm{A}$$\mathrm{\;B}$$\mathrm{C}$ 的平面法向量:

此时代入任一点的坐标即可求得中隔墙底面的平面方程。该方程可反映中隔墙调节过程中底部点位变化, 且在调节过程中底部各点与调平系统不会产生相对位移。
$\mathrm{B}$ 点进行顶进时,将 $\mathrm{D}$ 点作为辅助点, $\mathrm{A}\text{、}\mathrm{C}$ 点作为不动点进行几何分析; 同理, $\mathrm{C}$ 点进行顶进时,也将 $\mathrm{D}$ 点作为辅助点, $\mathrm{A}$$\mathrm{\;B}$ 点作为不动点进行几何分析。
以调节系统千斤顶的顶进顺序 $\mathrm{B}\rightarrow \mathrm{C}\rightarrow \mathrm{A}$ 为例。当 $\mathrm{B}$ 点伸长量为 $\Delta {d}_{1}$ 时,向量 $\overline{{\mathrm{B}}^{\prime }\mathrm{B}}$ 和因 $\mathrm{B}$ 点调整产生的抬升角度分别如下:

通过平面方程, 可求得中隔墙底部中心坐标, 并得到中隔墙顶部平面中心、角点和底部平面角点坐标, 进而得到 $\mathrm{B}$ 点伸长长度为 $\Delta {d}_{1}$ 时各控制点的运动轨迹。
随后进行 $\mathrm{C}$ 点调整,此时伸长量为 $\Delta {d}_{2}$ ,向量 $\overrightarrow{{\mathrm{C}}^{\prime }\mathrm{C}}$ 和因 $\mathrm{C}$ 点调整产生的抬升角度分别如下:

此外, 中隔墙空间内任一点坐标表达式均可通过式(1)、(2)转换得到。同时上述坐标点距离在抬升过程中会发生微调, 因此顶进过程中调节系统千斤顶的顶进方向要求不能发生变化。其余调节系统千斤顶顶进方式同此, 不再赘述。
不同调节系统顶进时刻中隔墙底面的平面方程表达式可通过上述分析求解, 并得到中隔墙顶进过程中的姿态, 用于控制中隔墙施工拼装。
由于中隔墙与弧形件通过螺栓进行连接(见 图 2 ), 而螺栓孔的间隙会导致中隔墙产生初始拼装误差。相较于无初始拼装误差工况, 中隔墙在平面内产生了平动或转动,姿态发生了变化。
假定中隔墙在拼装过程中较标准拼装点位产生逆时针旋转角度 $\theta$ ,则其在 $x$ 轴方向上分量为 ${x}_{c}$ ,在 $y$ 轴上分量为 ${y}_{c}$ ,如 图 5 所示。将上述条件代入式(1)、(2), 可得到有初始拼装误差下各点位的初始坐标。
在此工况下, 中隔墙会产生 2 种运动模式: 中隔墙仅产生初始平动与转动,调平系统顶进点位不发生变化;调平系统顶进点位发生变化,但调平系统顶进点位的向量方向不产生改变。
按上文 $\mathrm{B}\rightarrow \mathrm{C}\rightarrow \mathrm{A}$ 调平顺序进行中隔墙运动姿态求解。
$\mathrm{B}$ 点伸长量为 $\Delta {d}_{1}$ 时,向量 $\overrightarrow{{\mathrm{B}}^{\prime }\mathrm{B}}$ 和因 $\mathrm{B}$ 点调整产生的抬升角度同式(7)~式(10)。依据初始坐标,可得变换后各向量、平面法向量及平面方程同式(11) $\sim$ 式(15)。
可看出当调平系统点位不变时中隔墙运动姿态与第 3 节一致, 因此该工况后续分析可参考第 3 节, 此处不进行展开。
同样按 $\mathrm{B}\rightarrow \mathrm{C}\rightarrow \mathrm{A}$ 调平顺序进行中隔墙运动姿态求解。由于此时调平系统坐标不再呈现中心对称布置形式, 因此不同调节顺序将对分析产生影响。此时将存在 4 种控制点位选取方式, 需根据不同调整工况逐一进行计算。
在此初始状态下, 各参考点坐标分别为:

通过平面方程, 可求得中隔墙底部中心坐标, 并得到中隔墙顶部平面中心、角点和底部平面角点坐标, 进而得到 $\mathrm{B}$ 点伸长长度为 $\Delta {d}_{1}$ 时各控制点的运动轨迹。
随后进行 $\mathrm{C}$ 点调整,当 $\mathrm{C}$ 点伸长量为 $\Delta {d}_{2}$ 时,向量 $\overline{{\mathrm{C}}^{\prime }\mathrm{C}}$ 和因 $\mathrm{C}$ 点调整产生的抬升角度同式(16) $\sim$ 式(19)。 依据初始坐标, 可得变换后各向量、平面法向量和平面方程:

参照上文,可求得 $\mathrm{A}$ 点伸长长度为 $\Delta {d}_{3}$ 时各控制点的运动轨迹。
通过施工实践, 对前文所提出的中隔墙三维运动解析进行验证。施工过程中主要针对中隔墙转动及中隔墙中线与弧形件顶面中线偏差进行监测。通过前文提出的方法对中隔墙施工过程中的姿态进行了控制, 取得了较好的施工效果。以 191 ~ 200 幅中隔墙为例, 实测数据如 表 1 所示, 实际施工效果如 图 6 所示。
从实测数据及施工效果可以看出, 通过施工过程中中隔墙的姿态分析, 取得了良好的施工效果。
本文基于上海机场联络线工程, 分别对有、无初始拼装误差时中隔墙的拼装姿态及控制方式进行了研究, 推导出了中隔墙姿态在各工况下的数学表达式, 得到了如下结论。
1) 当中隔墙无初始拼装误差或其仅有平动或转动初始拼装误差时, 改变控制点位的选取或调节系统千斤顶顶进顺序并不会对中隔墙的拼装控制产生影响, 因此可不用对中隔墙拼装姿态进行额外分析, 依据所得表达式对中隔墙拼装姿态进行控制即可;
2) 当中隔墙存在除平动或转动外的初始拼装误差时, 应依据调节系统的不同顶进顺序对中隔墙姿态进行单独计算, 依据单独计算所得表达式对中隔墙拼装姿态进行控制, 以更好控制中隔墙拼装质量;
3) 将推导所得中隔墙姿态解析表达式用于中隔墙的施工实践中,取得了良好的拼装控制效果,供后续相似工程参考。
