This study comprehensively summarizes the testing scheme and results of a laddersleeper ballastless track in urban rapid rail transit for safety, stability, and vibration reduction performance compared with an ordinary ballasted track at a maximum speed of 220 km/h on the National Railway Test Center Circular Line in 2023. The test used eight CRH380AJ comprehensive inspection units, including the safety and stability of the wheelset derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, wheelrail lateral force, vertical and lateral dynamic displacement indicators of the rail and sleeper, vertical and lateral vibration characteristics of the rail, and vibration reduction performance of the roadbed surface at a distance of 3.5 m from the centerline of the line. The test results for these indices were lower than the limits of the corresponding standards and close to those for the existing ballasted track. The test results show that the safety, stability, and wheelrail vibration characteristics of the laddersleeper ballastless track in urban rapid rail transit can satisfy the requirements of the line at a speed of 220 km/h. According to different weighting methods, the average vibration reduction of the laddersleeper ballastless track compared with an ordinary ballasted track in urban rapid rail transit can reach 3.35.1 dB and 4.46.8 dB. The test results provide a reference for urban rapid rail transit and intercity railway track vibration reduction technologies.

总结分析2023年在国家铁道试验中心环行线完成的最高时速220 km/h条件下,市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于普通有砟轨道的安全性、平稳性及减振效果等测试方案及测试结果。测试列车为8辆编组 CRH380AJ综合检测车,测试指标包括:脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力等安全性及稳定性指标,钢轨及轨枕垂、横向动态位移等变形指标,钢轨垂、横向振动加速度等振动特性指标,以及距线路中心线3.5m处路基表面的减振效果等。测试结果表明:市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道的各项指标均低于相关规范标准限值,且与有砟轨道相近,表明市域快轨梯形轨枕在安全性、稳定性及钢轨振动特性方面可满足220 km/h 速度级应用要求;市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于普通有砟轨道的减振效果按不同计权方式分别为3.3~5.1 dB、4.4~6.8dB。本次测试成果可为市域快轨及城际铁路轨道减振技术应用提供借鉴与参考。

总结分析2023年在国家铁道试验中心环行线完成的最高时速220 km/h条件下,市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于普通有砟轨道的安全性、平稳性及减振效果等测试方案及测试结果。测试列车为8辆编组 CRH380AJ综合检测车,测试指标包括:脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力等安全性及稳定性指标,钢轨及轨枕垂、横向动态位移等变形指标,钢轨垂、横向振动加速度等振动特性指标,以及距线路中心线3.5m处路基表面的减振效果等。测试结果表明:市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道的各项指标均低于相关规范标准限值,且与有砟轨道相近,表明市域快轨梯形轨枕在安全性、稳定性及钢轨振动特性方面可满足220 km/h 速度级应用要求;市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于普通有砟轨道的减振效果按不同计权方式分别为3.3~5.1 dB、4.4~6.8dB。本次测试成果可为市域快轨及城际铁路轨道减振技术应用提供借鉴与参考。

This study comprehensively summarizes the testing scheme and results of a laddersleeper ballastless track in urban rapid rail transit for safety, stability, and vibration reduction performance compared with an ordinary ballasted track at a maximum speed of 220 km/h on the National Railway Test Center Circular Line in 2023. The test used eight CRH380AJ comprehensive inspection units, including the safety and stability of the wheelset derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, wheelrail lateral force, vertical and lateral dynamic displacement indicators of the rail and sleeper, vertical and lateral vibration characteristics of the rail, and vibration reduction performance of the roadbed surface at a distance of 3.5 m from the centerline of the line. The test results for these indices were lower than the limits of the corresponding standards and close to those for the existing ballasted track. The test results show that the safety, stability, and wheelrail vibration characteristics of the laddersleeper ballastless track in urban rapid rail transit can satisfy the requirements of the line at a speed of 220 km/h. According to different weighting methods, the average vibration reduction of the laddersleeper ballastless track compared with an ordinary ballasted track in urban rapid rail transit can reach 3.35.1 dB and 4.46.8 dB. The test results provide a reference for urban rapid rail transit and intercity railway track vibration reduction technologies.

我国自 2005 年开始引进的城市轨道交通高等减振轨道结构——梯形轨枕, 在经过引进、消化、吸收、 再创新等一系列过程后, 在北京、上海、广州、深圳、 南京、西安、郑州等 20 多个城市的轨道交通中已有数百千米的成功应用,运营线路最高速度达到 ${120}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ , 减振效果及运营状态良好 [ 1 ]
2017 年,国家铁道试验中心环行线铺设了 ${360}\mathrm{\;m}$ 梯形轨枕无砟轨道,进行了多次安全性、平稳性、钢轨振动特性及减振效果等测试, 最高测试速度达到 ${176}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,测试结果良好 [ 2 ] 。该段线路自 2017 年正常使用至 2022 年底, 因环行线全面提速改造而拆除。我国 2022 年新投运的 ${1085.17}\mathrm{\;{km}}$ 城市轨道交通运营线路中,市域快轨线路占比 19.57%,呈上升趋势 [ 3 ] 。截至 2022 年底, 超过 22 座城市开通运营市域铁路, 其中最高时速达220 km/h[4]
为适应市域快轨建设提速的减振需求 [ 5 ] ,研究梯形轨枕在更高速度条件下的运行状况及振动特性, 2022 年底全面提速改造的国家铁道试验中心环行线铺设了针对市域快轨设计梯形轨枕无砟轨道试验段共计 ${264}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,试验段两端衔接普通有砟轨道,梯形轨枕无砟轨道与普通有砟轨道之间的过渡段长度为 ${30}\mathrm{\;m}$ (含在试验段内)[6] 。本文针对梯形轨枕无砟轨道在更高速度下的安全性、稳定性及减振效果是否满足相关规范标准限值要求的问题, 对梯形轨枕无砟轨道与普通有砟轨道做了详细的测试方案并进行相关指标的对比分析。
梯形轨枕无砟轨道试验段位于环行线国铁大环的西南角(见 图 1 ),大环线的线路及轨道条件如下。
1)曲线半径 ${1432.39}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,线路坡度 ${0.3}\%$
2)曲线超高 ${220}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ (包括梯形轨枕轨道在内的大环南段),理论平衡速度为 ${163.4}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,最高试验速度 ${220}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 时,对应的欠超高达到 ${178.7}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。为确保测试列车的安全性, 整个环行线曲线内轨均设置了防脱护轨。
3) ${60}\mathrm{\;{kg}}/\mathrm{m}$ 钢轨,无缝线路,梯形轨枕无砟轨道采用 WJ-8A 型扣件,扣件间距 ${0.6}\mathrm{\;m}$ ; 普通有砟轨道段采用弹条 II 型扣件及III型预应力轨枕, 道砟最小厚度 ${350}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,曲线外侧砟肩设堆高(见 图 2 )。
根据环行线最高速度 ${220}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 的要求,梯形轨枕进行了针对性设计。
1) 外形尺寸。梯形轨枕主体结构由左右预应力混凝土纵梁及 3 根联结钢管组成,铺设长度 $6\mathrm{\;m}$ ,实际枕长 ${5.8}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,相邻枕之间设 ${0.2}\mathrm{\;m}$ 枕缝。为适应 WJ-8A 扣件的安装要求,梯形轨枕单侧纵梁宽设计为 ${680}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ , 左右纵梁外侧各设一个沿纵梁方向长 ${400}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 、横向宽 ${200}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 的限位凸台,包括限位凸台在内的梯形轨枕总宽 ${2600}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。根据轨道结构高度条件,纵梁厚设为 ${220}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 。市域快轨单块梯形轨枕自重约 ${4.5}\mathrm{t}$ (见 图 3 )。
2) 减振垫刚度。梯形轨枕每侧纵梁下均匀布置 6 块聚氨酯减振垫, 为控制市域快轨钢轨垂向动态位移不大于 ${2.5}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,中部及两端减振垫刚度分别为 ${18}\mathrm{{kN}}/\mathrm{{mm}}$$9\mathrm{\;{kN}}/\mathrm{{mm}}$ 。试验段两端与普通有砟轨道之间的过渡段包含 5 块梯形轨枕, 设置了 3 级过渡刚度。
环行线市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道断面如 图 4 所示。
试验列车为 8 节编组 CRH380AJ-2818 高速综合检测车,长度为 ${203}\mathrm{\;m}$ ,轴重 ${14}\mathrm{t}$ 。试验速度 ${40}\sim$ ${220}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,速度级差为 ${20}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ ,共 10 个速度级,为节省篇幅,本文仅给出 ${120}\sim {220}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 的数据。
测试指标包括安全性和稳定性、轨道位移、振动加速度及减振效果等,参考规范及限值见 表 2
整个大环线的线路条件均一致, 故选取 3 个典型断面进行对比测试, 其中梯形轨枕无砟轨道枕中和枕端位置断面各 1 个, 普通有砟轨道断面 1 个(见 图 5 ~6)。
列车运行安全性及稳定性指标根据测得的轮轨垂、横向力计算而得, 测试断面安全性指标最大值如 表 3 所示, 梯形轨枕轨道脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力均远小于相关评判标准限值, 且与有砟轨道相比基本持平 [ 3 ]
本次测试在试验专用轨道进行, 因轨道条件限制, 曲线欠超高 ${178.7}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 高于设计规范限值,并且设置了防脱护轨, 试验顺利完成且各测试指标数值均满足标准限值。实际工程中考虑到风险, 应按设计规范限值设置。
各测试断面钢轨位移最大值如 表 4 所示, 梯形轨枕无砟轨道内外轨横向位移均不大于 $1\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,动态轨距扩大量最大值不大于 $1\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,因梯形轨枕无砟轨道减振需求, 其钢轨垂向位移大于有砟轨道, 其他指标基本持平, 但均小于相关评判标准限值。
梯形轨枕位移最大值如 表 5 所示, 梯形轨枕无砟轨道枕中和枕端位置纵梁垂向位移、横向位移均在规范限值以内。
各测试断面钢轨振动加速度最大值如表 6所示, 数据中的最大值远小于梯形轨枕无砟轨道枕中和枕端位置钢轨垂向加速度、横向加速度最大值参考《客货共线铁路工程动态验收技术规范》(TB 10461-2019) 中规定的最大值 ,且与有砟轨道相比,互有高低, 总体基本持平。
图 7 所示的振动加速度频谱特征对比图可知, 梯形轨枕无砟轨道在距线路中心线 ${3.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ 处路基表面的垂向加速度级明显小于有砟轨道。
梯形轨枕无砟轨道与有砟轨道减振动效果对比如 表 7 所示, 市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于有砟轨道减振效果, $1 \sim {80}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 频段 $\mathrm{Z}$ 计权振级的最大差值 ${\Delta V}{L}_{\text{zmax }}$${3.3}\sim {5.1}\mathrm{\;{dB}};1 \sim {200}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 频段 $\mathrm{Z}$ 计权振级的均方根的差值 ${\Delta V}{L}_{\mathrm{{za}}}$${4.4}\sim {6.8}\mathrm{\;{dB}}$ ,平均插入损失(减振效果)分别为 ${4.0}\mathrm{\;{dB}}$${5.4}\mathrm{\;{dB}}$
对国家铁道试验中心环行线最高 ${220}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 条件下,市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道及普通有砟轨道的安全性、平稳性、钢轨振动特性及减振效果等实测结果进行分析, 得到结论如下。
1) 列车以最高速度 ${220}\mathrm{\;{km}}/\mathrm{h}$ 通过梯形轨枕无砟轨道时, 脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力和轮轨垂向力等安全性和稳定性指标远小于相关评判标准限值, 与普通有砟轨道相比持平或略低。
2) 梯形轨枕无砟轨道因减振特性而引起的钢轨垂向位移相对于有砟轨道增加较多;测得梯形轨枕的内轨低速条件、外轨高速条件下的垂向位移因曲线未平衡超高过大而相对较大,最大值达到 ${2.24}\sim {2.45}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ , 但内外轨垂向位移平均最大值为 ${2.19}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,仍满足相关标准限值。
3)市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道的钢轨横向位移中,内外轨横向位移均小于 $1\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,动态轨距扩大量最大值 ${0.99}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ ,虽然相对于有砟轨道动态轨距扩大量最大值 ${0.48}\mathrm{\;{mm}}$ 增加了一倍,但绝对值仍处在较低水平。
4) 市域快轨梯形轨枕枕中和枕端钢轨垂横向加速度值远小于限值 ${5000}\mathrm{\;m}/{\mathrm{s}}^{2}$ ,与普通有砟轨道相比, 互有高低, 总体基本持平, 表明梯形轨枕无砟轨道的钢轨振动抑制能力良好。
5) 在距离线路中心线 ${3.5}\mathrm{\;m}$ 处的路基位置,市域快轨梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于有砟轨道减振效果, $1 \sim$ ${80}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 频段 $\mathrm{Z}$ 计权 ${\Delta V}{L}_{\text{zmax }}$${3.3}\sim {5.1}\mathrm{\;{dB}};1 \sim {200}\mathrm{\;{Hz}}$ 计权 ${\Delta V}{L}_{\mathrm{{za}}}$${4.4}\sim {6.8}\mathrm{\;{dB}}$ ,考虑到普通有砟轨道相对于普通无砟轨道已具有 $5\mathrm{\;{dB}}$ 或以上的减振效果 [ 9 ] ,可认为按市域快轨相关技术标准设计的梯形轨枕无砟轨道相对于普通无砟轨道的减振效果可望达到 ${10}\mathrm{\;{dB}}$ 左右,这也与相关研究 [ 10 - 12 ] 的结论相吻合。
本次国家铁道试验中心环行线的测试成果, 可为市域快轨及城际铁路新线设计时的轨道减振技术应用提供借鉴与参考,也有待未来实际应用线路更多的验证。
