As subway construction in China continues, the network operation mode of subway emerges, and more transfer nodes are created. Due to planning and other factors, the earlierbuilt subway lines did not reserve future transfer access conditions. Thus, when new lines are built, the existing stations often undergo transfer transformation and upgrading along with the new stations. Among the key tasks involved, the communication transmission system transformation and upgrading is crucial. The communication system is the traffic nerve of urban rail, which consists of public security communication system, civil communication system, and special communication system. It supports the information exchange between the control center and the stations and vehicles, and provides stable communication service for passengers. This paper examines the communication room transformation and communication capacity expansion requirements resulting from the transfer station transformation under the existing line operation conditions, and proposes the enhanced MSTP construction scheme for public security transmission system and the backbone transmission system OTN construction scheme. Xitucheng Station of Beijing Metro Line 10 intersects with the newly built metro Changnan Line, and the transfer station changes in building structure and function have raised new requirements for the communication system equipment deployment and upgrade. This paper applies the design scheme to the transfer project, verifies the rationality of the proposed scheme, and the research results offer an application reference scheme for the communication system upgrade of the existing station transfer transformation.

地铁已形成网络化运营模式,换乘节点越来越多。因为规划等原因,建设较早的地铁线路没有预留后期换乘接入条件。因此,在新线建设过程中,往往伴随着新建站带来的既有车站换乘改造和升级。其中,通信传输系统的改移和升级建设是重点工作之一。通信系统是城市轨道的交通神经,包括公安通信系统,民用通信系统和专用通信系统等,支持控制中心与车站、车辆的信息往来,并为乘客提供稳定的通信服务。针对在既有线运行条件下,换乘站改造带来的通信设备改移以及通信扩容需求等问题进行方案探讨,提出公安传输系统增强型 MSTP 建设方案和骨干传输系统 OTN 建设方案。以北京地铁10号线西土城站为例进行方案设计,10号线西土城站与新建地铁昌平线南延(简称昌南线)相交,换乘站建筑结构及功能的改变,对通信系统的设备升级、机房部署等都提出了新的要求,本文将设计方案应用于该换乘项目,验证了所提方案的合理性,研究成果以期为其他既有站换乘改造的通信系统升级提供参考。

地铁已形成网络化运营模式,换乘节点越来越多。因为规划等原因,建设较早的地铁线路没有预留后期换乘接入条件。因此,在新线建设过程中,往往伴随着新建站带来的既有车站换乘改造和升级。其中,通信传输系统的改移和升级建设是重点工作之一。通信系统是城市轨道的交通神经,包括公安通信系统,民用通信系统和专用通信系统等,支持控制中心与车站、车辆的信息往来,并为乘客提供稳定的通信服务。针对在既有线运行条件下,换乘站改造带来的通信设备改移以及通信扩容需求等问题进行方案探讨,提出公安传输系统增强型 MSTP 建设方案和骨干传输系统 OTN 建设方案。以北京地铁10号线西土城站为例进行方案设计,10号线西土城站与新建地铁昌平线南延(简称昌南线)相交,换乘站建筑结构及功能的改变,对通信系统的设备升级、机房部署等都提出了新的要求,本文将设计方案应用于该换乘项目,验证了所提方案的合理性,研究成果以期为其他既有站换乘改造的通信系统升级提供参考。

As subway construction in China continues, the network operation mode of subway emerges, and more transfer nodes are created. Due to planning and other factors, the earlierbuilt subway lines did not reserve future transfer access conditions. Thus, when new lines are built, the existing stations often undergo transfer transformation and upgrading along with the new stations. Among the key tasks involved, the communication transmission system transformation and upgrading is crucial. The communication system is the traffic nerve of urban rail, which consists of public security communication system, civil communication system, and special communication system. It supports the information exchange between the control center and the stations and vehicles, and provides stable communication service for passengers. This paper examines the communication room transformation and communication capacity expansion requirements resulting from the transfer station transformation under the existing line operation conditions, and proposes the enhanced MSTP construction scheme for public security transmission system and the backbone transmission system OTN construction scheme. Xitucheng Station of Beijing Metro Line 10 intersects with the newly built metro Changnan Line, and the transfer station changes in building structure and function have raised new requirements for the communication system equipment deployment and upgrade. This paper applies the design scheme to the transfer project, verifies the rationality of the proposed scheme, and the research results offer an application reference scheme for the communication system upgrade of the existing station transfer transformation.

中国经济高速发展, 带动全国地铁大规模建设, 地铁网络化运营日渐成熟, 同时伴随着地铁线网中的换乘节点越来越多 [ 1 ] 。由于规划或实际条件限制等原因,早期建设的线路较少考虑到后期换乘,因此,在新线建设过程中, 往往伴随着因新建线路交叉带来的既有车站换乘改造和升级 [ 2 ] ,包括站台结构改造、综合监控等设备改造、机房改造和一些换乘功能改造等 [ 3 - 4 ] 。其中,通信传输系统的扩容、升级改造也是既有站改造建设工程的重点之一。
通信传输系统在城市轨道交通的建设过程中起重要作用, 它关系到民用信息、专用信息和公安信息的传输。与这些信息相对应的 3 类城市轨道交通通信系统为民用通信系统、专用通信系统和公安通信系统 [ 5 ] 。 民用通信系统的应用场景为电信运营商与轨道交通的合作,可以为乘客提供可靠且高质量的通信服务。专用通信系统为轨道交通的管理应用和指挥行车提供服务。公安通信系统使公安通信网延伸于轨道交通。通信传输系统在轨道交通建设与发展过程中十分重要, 这不仅在以上的三类通信系统中得以体现, 还在一些具体的轨道交通运营业务上体现, 比如车站里的自动售检票、地铁上的视频播放和及时的站点播报等。因此, 如果通信传输系统在运行过程中出现问题, 可能会导致重要信息的丢失, 从而严重影响城市轨道交通安全。
既有站与新建站换乘改造工程, 首先对通信系统提出了扩容要求。伴随着物联网、大数据及 5G 通信新技术的应用, 对地铁通信系统的速率、传输带宽等也提出了升级要求, 因此, 对既有站通信传输系统的升级改造方案设计尤为重要。本文针对这一需求, 探讨既有站通信传输系统升级改造的核心需求及主要应用技术问题, 并就换乘站改造带来的通信设备改移以及通信扩容需求进行探讨, 提出公安传输系统增强型 MSTP 建设方案和骨干传输系统 OTN 建设方案。并以北京市新建昌南线与既有 10 号线西土城站形成的换乘站的通信系统升级改造进行方案应用。方案实现了在不影响既有线运营前提下,按照升级改造需求,设计了通信系统扩容改造方案, 包括通信系统安装调试方案、系统倒切方案以及因为系统改造带来的通信机房迁移方案。该实际工程案例验证了本文所提方案的合理性, 为未来各类既有站换乘改造的通信系统升级工程提供参考。
作为城市轨道交通重要的基础网络之一, 公安传输系统负责公安通信系统中的各个子系统的统筹协调。该系统负责的业务为: 运行控制中心与公安分局、 车站警务站、公安分局和派出所之间的传输, 包含公安计算机网络、公安无线、公安电源、公安电话和公安视频等子系统业务 [ 6 ]
地铁民用通信系统延伸了运营商的地面通信服务,将其引入地铁范围内,以便乘客在地下空间也可以享受到与地上空间无差异的通信服务。作为其基础网络, 传输系统不但为后续新增的业务预留了资源, 还为各系统网关和基站提供传输通道[ 7 ]。
在地铁建设中, 既有线与新建站构成的换乘站结构各异, 但通信系统的升级改造设计因秉承与既有站一致的原则, 从而可以保证系统建设的一致性和兼容性, 也可以保证既有站在升级改造中能正常运营和系统顺利倒切。
1) 换乘站互联互通需求。分析新建站的互联互通具体需求, 从换乘站出入口、站台、换乘通道、扶梯、 付费区、安检机售票区等关键区域的视频传输要求, 电话线、电缆、配电等管路改造要求, 广播等系统升级要求等多需求出发, 以新建站与既有站互联互通为目标,对通信系统扩容和升级开展需求对标设计。
2) 多业务应用需求。改造要满足多种业务应用需求, 包括: 支持车站控制室、公安安全室、主备控制中心、派出所等关键区域的视频监控业务需求; 满足换乘通道改造带来的付费区变化、出入口增加等的通信业务应用需求; 支持广播网管系统升级改造后新增设备的网管需求; 支持民用机房、公安机房、安全门控制室、步梯、扶梯等改扩建或者新增区域的视频监控通信需求;支持无线传输需求。
3) 技术需求。虽然在城市轨道交通建设过程中, 提出了各种可参考的通信系统改造升级方案, 但是随着通信技术的发展, 产品也在不断升级迭代中, 从早期的同步数字体系发展为近期轨道交通通信系统中应用的多业务传送平台(multi-service transport platform, MSTP)。如广州地铁 14 号线就采用了增强型 MSTP [ 8 ] 。 MSTP 具有多业务支持能力, 同时实现时分复用技术 (time-division multiplexing, TDM)、异步传输, 是一个可以实现以太网业务接入和传递的可靠、灵活的综合数据传送平台。
增强型 MSTP 综合传输平台改进了传统模式下的 MSTP, 支持 TDM 管道和分组数据硬管道的灵活配置, 实现了多业务平行隔离、完全物理隔离的综合传送。OTN (optical transport network, 光传输网络)作为光纤传输技术, 带宽大, 具备光层调度能力, 而且对电层业务的兼容性很高 [ 6 - 8 ] ,解决了多业务、高带宽、可靠性和网络平滑演进等需求, 是民用通信传输系统的最佳选择。
北京市新建昌南线西土城站与既有 10 号线西土城站形成换乘, 该站位于北土城西路、知春路与西土城路交叉路口南侧, 车站沿西土城路东侧辅路南北向设置。与呈东西走向的既有站构成换乘关系。两站通过两条 ${8.3}\mathrm{\;m}$ 净宽的双向换乘通道实现换乘,换乘通道由昌南线西土城站的地下一层站厅层小端, 连接至 10 号线地下二层站厅层的付费区。换乘平面如 图 1 所示。
10 号线西土城站为两端三层明挖中间单层暗挖的端进式 ${10}\mathrm{\;m}$ 岛式车站,车站规模小,在前期建设中没有预留换乘条件, 而且目前仅在东西端厅分别设置了 1 组楼扶梯(一部上行扶梯与一部 ${2.2}\mathrm{\;m}$ 的楼梯),设施通行能力有限, 不能满足车站预期客流量。因此, 在换乘站设计中, 重点涉及 3 部分改造内容, 具体如 图 2 所示。换乘通道与 10 号线交界处, 侧墙开洞, 对应位置站内房间需要改移;10 号线西土城站站厅站台楼梯数量不足, 增加楼梯, 对应位置站内房间需要改移;因换乘需要, 10 号线西土城站站厅清空, 改为付费区,闸机、安检移至各出入口地面厅或地下厅,对应出入口改造。
结构上的改造带来了车站设备系统升级改造, 主要包含以下系统:通风系统;给排水及消防;安检系统;动力照明及供电;站台门系统;自动售检票系统; 综合监控系统;火灾自动报警系统;环境与设备监控系统;电梯以及通信系统等。
通信系统是各类系统数据和信息传输的通道, 因此, 上述换乘方案对三类通信系统的升级改造带来具体的需求, 包括对专用通信系统的改造需求, 涉及话务系统、时钟系统、综合监控、广播、CCTV、自动售检票系统、综合布线、网络既有系统改造升级;对公安及民用通信系统技术提出升级扩容需求。
因为既有站新增换乘口, 原有设备机房拆除带来了公安通信机房和民用通信机房的改移和通信设备移设及新设, 包括重新敷设原通信机房引入及引出的线缆, 并对通信桥架进行改移及新设等工作。
1) 专用通信系统改移涉及的主要内容:①其他设备移设引起的通信终端设备的改移及新设; ②出入口改造引起的通信终端设备的改移及新设;③既有闸机、 售票机、安检机等改移引起的通信终端设备的改移及新设; ④售票亭拆建引起的通信终端设备的改移及新设, 以及车站专用电话值班操作台软件调整; ⑤新增楼梯、换乘口及垂直电梯改移引起的通信终端设备的改移及新设;⑥新增摄像机引起的专用视频监控系统及公安视频监控系统扩容。
Step1: 拆除站台门设备室内的 AP 箱; 抽出线缆并做好标记, 各点位电源线及主电源线重新敷设至专用通信设备室, AP 箱利旧安装至通信机房内, 然后完成线缆成端及测试(不需要根据土建进度决定, 可以优先完成迁移)。优先敷设到新公安机房的线槽, 至于各个出入口的新线槽、线管敷设需要根据土建进度决定。
Step2: 二次结构完成后拆除站内利旧摄像机、广播; 抽出线缆并做好标记, 各点位电源线、网线重新敷设至新点位;同时完成新增摄像机、广播的线缆敷设;安装对应点位的摄像机、广播,成端完成及测试(根据土建进度决定)。
Step3: 拆除 B、D 两个出入口及东侧站台电话分线箱, 抽出线缆并做好标记; 待土建二次结构完成后, 各个点位的线缆重新敷设至改移后的分线盒;成端完成及测试(根据土建进度决定)。
Step4: 拆除时钟, 抽出线缆并做好标记; 重新从专用通信设备敷设电源及控制线至新点位,安装时钟, 完成及测试。
地铁 10 号线建成于 2008 年, 作为北京第二条环形地铁线路, 客运量居北京地铁线路之首。为了保障线路正常运行, 在既有站改造过程中, 地铁在该站甩站运行。因此, 通信系统的设备改移(安装调试、系统倒切等)不能影响整体线路正常通信需求 [ 9 - 10 ] 。同时, 车站通信传输设备使用年限较长, 部分设备已停产, 部分设备老旧,已经影响了通信系统的后期使用 [ 11 ] 。考虑到当前通信技术的发展和 $5\mathrm{G}$ 业务要求,在此次通信系统升级改造过程中,有必要升级技术,预留 $5\mathrm{G}$ 业务的接入能力。因此提出公安传输系统增强型 MSTP 建设方案和骨干传输系统 OTN 建设方案,并新增一套 5G 系统满足换乘站人流热点区域的大容量通信需求 [ 12 ]
根据通信机房电源端口分布、业务端口规划、直放站内设备配置、机房线缆分布、线缆规格型号和线缆敷设等要求建设条件, 设计公安机房内配分布如 图 3 所示, 民用机房内配分布如 图 4 所示。
待新建公安及民用通信机房施工完成后,通信机房内线缆桥架、配电箱、线缆敷设等就可以进行改移和设备升级工作。考虑到换乘站改造不能影响既有线路的运行, 所有设备拆迁改移必须在窗口期快速开展, 首先,设备停启测试 $3\mathrm{\;{min}}$ ,测试确定设备电源已全部断开后, 进行线缆、设备拆除移设。具体移除及通信恢复工作执行步骤如下:
Step1: 光缆熔接盘整体移至 ODF 机柜下, 拆走 ODF 机柜安装到新机房, 新机房 ODF 柜新增 ODF 子框(老机房旧 ODF 子框占用,新机房需新设 ODF 子框, 并提前熔接完成), 需要提前将新敷设电缆室移至新公安机房主干光缆成端并完成线缆测试。
Step2: 提前完成无线机柜、网络机柜、视频柜及配套电源柜安装。安装完成后接地组网完成, 接上正式电源, 各系统分路电源成端完成并加上正式电源。 系统中各个数据线需要缆成端, 以确保各个系统可以正常运行, 即移设一台调好一台。
Step3: 各建设小组做好光缆倒接配合工作, 确保上挂。下挂站及控制中心、运营商机房设备运行正常后, 电缆间切断原有光缆进行有业务光缆倒接, 同时进行设备端口倒接。
Step4: 倒接完成后, 各相关车站及机房确认无故障,完成倒接工作。最后进行线缆整理,贴标识。
本文针对既有站换乘节点改造带来的通信系统升级和设备改移等进行方案研究, 讨论了公安、民用和专用通信系统升级和通信设备的改移方案, 并提出了增强型 MSTP 和 OTN 建设方案,新增 5G 系统满足换乘站人流热点区域通信需求。基于北京昌南线西土城新建站与 10 号线既有线换乘具体工程应用案例进行了探讨。
在既有站换乘通信系统升级改造中, 需要面向换乘改造通信具体需求进行方案设计, 不仅要选择安全可靠且成本适宜的方案, 也要紧跟新技术发展, 能够支持未来的通信业务需求和技术承载、支持和扩展。
