In order to improve the selectivity and quickness of the metro direct current feeder protection at the same time, a direct current feeder protection scheme based on differential current theory is proposed. The features of the metro direct current feeder, the existing fault recording waveforms, the details of differential protection, the differential communication data transmission mode, the differential data calculation mode, and the feasibility of clock synchronization are analyzed. The existing available technologies are discussed. The feasible implementation methods are given, as well as the device failure mode and the blocking response mode.

为同时提高地铁直流馈线保护的选择性与速动性,本文提出一种基于差动理论的直流馈线保护方案。通过分析地铁直流馈线特点、已有故障波形、差动保护细节、差动通信数据传递方式、差动数据计算方式、时钟同步可行性等,讨论现有可用技术,给出可行的实现方法,以及装置失效方式和闭锁应对方式。

In order to improve the selectivity and quickness of the metro direct current feeder protection at the same time, a direct current feeder protection scheme based on differential current theory is proposed. The features of the metro direct current feeder, the existing fault recording waveforms, the details of differential protection, the differential communication data transmission mode, the differential data calculation mode, and the feasibility of clock synchronization are analyzed. The existing available technologies are discussed. The feasible implementation methods are given, as well as the device failure mode and the blocking response mode.

目前,为应对地铁DC 1 500V供电系统中直流馈线回路发生的短路故障,一般会投入大电流脱扣保护、Imax+保护、Imax++保护、DDL保护、双边联跳保护等直流保护。为躲避机车起动电流冲击,直流保护一般会设置足够大的定值或足够长的延时,再配以双边联跳来保护整个分区。但是,对整个分区而言,上述方法的灵敏性或速动性不足,不能兼顾两种要求。灵敏性反映的是直流保护对远端或非金属性故障等相对小的电流故障的正确响应能力,速动性是指基于故障原理能迅速隔离故障而无需延时以躲过冲击负荷。灵敏性和速动性越高代表保护装置切除故障的能力越强,效果越好。
本文基于交流电网的差动理论,通过分析地铁DC 1 500V牵引供电系统特点,提出一种地铁直流馈线差动保护方案。
在地铁DC 1 500V牵引供电系统中,实际运行时按牵引变电所分区段双边供电,运行过程中的实际负载仅有地铁电力机车(以下简称机车)。馈线短路故障可能发生在机车内部,也可能发生在线路,发生故障时可能无机车或有多辆机车在供电区间。因此,需要考虑多端电流相量和的计算。地铁直流系统运行示意图如图1所示,正常运行时,有

式中: I ˙ 1 I ˙ 2分别为区间两侧保护采集电流; I ˙ cN辆机车采集电流的相量和,当区间无机车时, I ˙ c=0。
由于机车存在内部发生短路的情况,因此 I ˙ c采集点应设置在机车内部负极,以确保仅正确采集正常运行电流。另外,当机车经过图1所示越区开关2131时,机车应有设备感应到离开上一个区间,进入图1所示保护区间(越区开关内);当使用大双边供电时(合越区开关,分本所上网刀),需要考虑扩大保护分区。
从保护装置看来,当馈线发生直流短路时, I ˙ 1 I ˙ 2将从某短路点回流,不再全部从机车负极采集点回流,应有
I ˙ 1 + I ˙ 2 I ˙ c
这就是DC 1 500V直流馈线差动保护的基本实现思路。
根据典型的电流差动保护原理[1-2],可设置差动速断保护和比率差动保护。本文中,差动电流和制动电流公式为

式中:Id为差动电流;Ir为制动电流; I ˙ c n为第n辆机车采集电流。
当保护区间无车辆时,机车提供的电流为0;当保护区间有多辆机车时,需要叠加计算所有机车的电流。根据式(3),随着机车正常负载电流增大,IdIr均会增大,但仅在故障情况下Id迅速增大。机车差动电流与制动电流变化曲线如图2所示,由于冲击电流,机车起动过程可能有一定的差动电流,当正常运行后差动电流会趋于零,因此可以利用此特征区分不太严重的故障电流与机车起动电流,提高保护灵敏性。
另外,因为采样电流、电压、机车状态需要进行通信传输,为避免通信丢帧或干扰脉冲对差动保护计算的影响,可以选取一个时长(如5ms),在通信过程中传输该段时长内电流的积分量,进行差动保护计算时直接通过积分量累加来计算差动电流。此外,也可同步计算采样电流相量和,与上述积分量矢量相加的计算结果进行对比,以确定是否动作于出口。
差动保护的启动判据应综合考虑电流变化量和电流变化率。机车正常起动时,机车处采集的接触网电压约为1 400V,计算电阻约为1~10Ω。如果故障发生在电压采集点附近,由于短路点电阻在0.5Ω 以下,机车采集电压会非常低,可以作为差动保护启动计算开放出口的依据。
差动保护要求通信速率高、实时性好、抗干扰能力强。区间两侧保护需要获取对侧和机车的实时电流,来计算差动电流。当差动电流超过保护定值后,立即出口跳闸,并联跳对侧开关。在电力通信领域,可靠的长距离通信手段为光纤网络[3],因此须在区间两侧保护之间至少安装一组光纤网络。对于可移动的电力机车,需要使用其他通信方式。根据文献[2,4],目前工程中采用的可靠通信方式有电力载波通信和移动无线通信。
电力载波通信在智能家居、远程控制方面有非常多的应用,实用产品如电力猫、远程抄表系统、路灯远程控制系统等,具体标准可参考IEEE P1901《电力线网络宽带通信标准草案:MAC和物理层技术规范》,该标准支持100Mbit/s以上物理层字节率,可满足上述通信需求。移动无线通信技术(如5G专用网络)的延时可低至1ms,国内外各大厂家均有相关成熟产品,可完全满足通信要求,具体可查询5G数字蜂窝移动通信网相关标准,但仍须考虑故障瞬间电磁干扰对通信的影响,不能因故障电磁干扰而丢包。
差动回路通信示意图如图3所示,在区间两侧保护之间使用光纤网络进行通信,在越区开关处安装区间信号收发器,以便为机车提供进出区间确定信号、时钟同步等数据。同时,机车按ms级向区间两侧保护装置发送电流数据。
机车须采集机车处的电压和电流,同步向区间两侧保护上送数据,机车还须与区间两侧保护同步时间和接收是否越过保护区间的信号。因此,参考文献[3]的数据格式,应包含起始标志、时标、序号、电压采样、电流采样、纠错码、校验码数据,共计22B,按TTL(transistor-tansistor-logic)异步串行通信一般格式(起始位+数据位+停止位)计算,每次传输采样共需要220bit。另外,还须在数据传输开始与结束时添加最少1B空闲时间,以确保数据完整性且传输不冲突。差动电流数据对实时性要求高,不应使用重传技术,每帧至少需要240bit。
为获取满足差动电流计算的传输速率,需要利用现有DC 1 500V故障录波进行分析。图4为电流速断保护动作时的电流、电压录波,故障电流最短上升时间约为10ms,保护装置反应时间为5ms,结合直流短路故障电流迅速增加的特点,保护装置反应时间内应有两帧以上的数据上送,以便校验,所以至少每2ms上送一帧数据才能满足直流差动保护计算的需求。按2ms间隔计算,传输比特率至少应达到120kbit/s。
区间两侧保护之间需要传输电压电流采样数据、开关状态、联跳信号、时钟同步信号等,为提高信号传输的可靠性,将最近收到的机车采样数据同时打包传输,以便相互验证数据并防止信号丢失。当区间内无机车或有2辆以上机车时,打包的数据量相应增加。相互传输的数据帧包含起始标志、时标、序号、电压采样、电流采样、遥信联跳信号、N个机车采样打包、纠错码、校验码。
为保证差动保护算法的正确性,必须要求线路各端保护装置的电流采样同步。除了传输数据格式中包含时标和序号,还可以采用采样数据修正法、采样时刻调整法、时钟校正法、参考相量同步法和GPS同步法,具体可参考文献[3,5]。文献[6]提到的自适应差动保护和文献[7]提到的基于故障波头的对时修正都具有较高的参考价值。
GPS/北斗时间同步设备的时间精度一般在1μs之内[8-9],因此具有差动保护功能的装置均须通过时间同步设备将时间精确至1ms以内,具体的GPS应用可参考文献[8-9],机车的ms级时间同步可参考文献[10]中结论。另外,机车在进入差动保护区间时刻,需要通过区间信号收发器与时钟服务器进行同步对时,以保证与区间两侧保护时钟同步。
如果区间两侧保护通信故障,两台保护装置可直接闭锁差动保护。机车进入和离开区间的信号对差动计算非常重要,因此检测机车进出区间信号的发送设备需要加强管理,若设备故障则应立即向保护发送信号,装置收到信号后立即闭锁保护。机车需要以ms级时间与保护通信,若出现通信故障或其他影响差动计算的问题,应立即闭锁差动保护。
在保护区间之间,即越区开关连接处,为确保机车供电的连续性,接触网会有一部分重叠安装。当机车行驶至此处时,两个保护区之间某部分会因机车牵引受电弓短接而连通,这一部分是差动保护动作的死区。此时,应使用前述区间信号发射器来检测机车的进出,保护根据进出信号来确定是否闭锁差动保护。
当前,ms级数据采样、无线通信、GPS同步对时等技术已相当成熟,应用广泛,可以认为使用上述技术研发差动保护设备的总造价不会很高,因此实现地铁牵引供电直流馈线差动保护具有很高的可行性。直流馈线差动保护可有效区分故障电流与机车起动电流,无需配合其他保护,可设0延时,对改变运行方式、非金属性故障、远端故障反应灵敏,可快速切除故障,从而使直流馈线保护兼具选择性、速动性和灵敏性,进而有效提高地铁直流系统的稳定性。目前,在地铁牵引供电领域,尚未有与差动理论相关的讨论、设备或应用案例。因此,后续可以根据本文思路进行相关设备的开发。
