The article introduces a case of analyzing and processing abnormal ultrasonic signals in the busbar air chamber of a 330kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS). By locating the amplitude and changing the operating status of the equipment, it is determined that the defect comes from the busbar chamber on the main transformer side. By analyzing the scatter plot and phase amplitude plot of the partial discharge ultrasonic signal, it is believed that the discharge of metal foreign objects at the bottom of the gas chamber is the main cause of the abnormal ultrasonic signal. After inspection of the manhole, it is found that there is a silver white metal sharp substance at the measuring point on the bottom of the tank body, which is generated during the production. This GIS busbar air chamber discharge is a typical case of metal tip discharge treatment, providing reference for the treatment of similar abnormal defects in the future.

The article introduces a case of analyzing and processing abnormal ultrasonic signals in the busbar air chamber of a 330kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS). By locating the amplitude and changing the operating status of the equipment, it is determined that the defect comes from the busbar chamber on the main transformer side. By analyzing the scatter plot and phase amplitude plot of the partial discharge ultrasonic signal, it is believed that the discharge of metal foreign objects at the bottom of the gas chamber is the main cause of the abnormal ultrasonic signal. After inspection of the manhole, it is found that there is a silver white metal sharp substance at the measuring point on the bottom of the tank body, which is generated during the production. This GIS busbar air chamber discharge is a typical case of metal tip discharge treatment, providing reference for the treatment of similar abnormal defects in the future.

气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear, GIS)具有占地面积少、安全、稳定、维护量少等优点,在110~1 000kV电压等级均有应用。然而,部分厂家的制造工艺和品控能力仍有欠缺[1],导致GIS出现内部异物、盆式绝缘子缺陷、绝缘拉杆缺陷、导体接触缺陷、设计缺陷等。据不完全统计,110kV及以上GIS异物放电占故障统计总量的30%,盆式绝缘子故障约占10%。根据用户反馈统计,GIS制造和安装过程中出现问题的概率最高,因此在制造和安装环节加强管控可大大降低GIS故障发生率[2]
青海某水电厂330kV GIS最高运行电压363kV,4号主变高压油气套管末端安装GIS封闭母线和一组隔离开关(以下称T4 GIS)。试验前拆除电缆与隔离开关之间连接导体,试验过程中未涉及电缆部分,试验T4 GIS结构如图1所示,C相母线气室呈Z字型,与A、B相相比,C相气室最长。
T4 GIS位于4号主变上层,通过油气型套管与主变高压侧连接,GIS隔离开关两侧分别为主变和长约600m的高压电缆。根据GB 50150—2016《电气装置安装工程 电气设备交接试验标准》,电缆试验电压为323.9kV。根据DL/T 618—2022《气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备现场交接试验规程》,GIS试验电压为510kV。因此,不能通过电缆对GIS直接进行耐压试验,要从主变侧做工装或在GIS上安装组合式耐压设备。经现场勘察发现,主变做工装后,绝缘距离无法满足外施耐压对空气绝缘裕度的要求,最优选择是在GIS上安装组合式耐压设备[3]。本次耐压试验首次设计使用GIS电压互感器励磁升压完成,将大容量电磁式电压互感器与普通互感器相结合,作为励磁升压设备,运行状态切换为普通电压互感器[4],无需另行拆除。试验电压互感器设计容量为180kV∙A,试验频率为50Hz,安装位置如图1所示电压互感器位置。
由于场地限制,此次试验定制一套试验设备,包括工频试验电压互感器、调压器、灭弧装置、控制器,局部放电测试仪由光纤与控制器进行通信并同步初始相位。按照规程要求,当交流耐压结束后降压至251.5kV时,开展局部放电试验[5]。GIS由气体母线气室、电压互感器、电流互感器、隔离开关、接地开关组成。A、B相GIS局部放电试验时,超声波局部放电背景噪声为2.5mV,放电信号最高幅值分别为3.2mV、3.6mV,略高于背景噪声。在测试过程中,C相母线约5~9s出现一次高达75mV的局部放电信号,从频率相关性分析,存在50Hz相位弱相关性。超声波局部放电信号特征测试结果如图2所示,相位幅值散点图如图3所示。从图3可以看出,在0°~360°相位之间均存在放电信号,呈现较混杂的放电图谱。超声信号最大幅值点多出现在90°~100°与260°~280°,从电压象限分析,处于正弦信号的正负最大值附近,与电气介质击穿形成的局部放电相似[6-8];放电点集中在100°附近,说明GIS内部以较低能量放电为主[9]。根据DL/T 1250—2023《气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备带电超声局部放电检测应用导则》,10~20mV区间放电图谱与自由颗粒放电典型图谱相似,20~80mV区间放电图谱具有悬浮电位典型放电图谱的特征。
为定位最大信号位置,以C相母线GIS第二段绿色盆式绝缘子为原点,水平方向开展探寻式检测。对于水平结构气室,选择底部作为探测点,最终选定9个测试点。C相母线测试点位设置如图4所示。
C相母线水平方向测试数据见表1。从表1可以看出,测试点①~③的信号水平较低,由于主变未投运可直接排除主变侧振动产生干扰影响[10];测试点⑧、⑨的测试值小于测试点⑦,排除试验电压互感器传导振动信号的干扰;最大信号点定位在测试点⑦,位于x轴1 160mm处。C相母线异常部位如图5所示。
为更精确地定位异常部位,从C相母线水平方向测试点⑦取截面,进行轴向圆周测试。测试点⑦水平轴向圆周测点布置如图6所示,测试数据见表2。通过分析圆周测试图谱,放电信号在测点7附近最大,幅值为75.1mV。
在交流耐压试验过程中,电压值依次为:老练净化阶段209.5kV(10min)、251.5kV(5min),耐压阶段510kV(1min)。在老练净化阶段清除GIS内部可能存在的导电微粒或非导电微粒,此时进行局部放电测试,可能会检测到较强的局部放电信号,但多是金属毛刺等微小颗粒在灼烧过程中的放电[11]。为准确分辨出放电缺陷类型,将GIS超声局部放电试验电压提升10%,即276.6kV,使用超声局部放电设备全程监视,有异常情况立即停止试验[12];随着电场强度的增加,微粒放电在相位幅值散点图上的最低放电幅值可能增加,电晕放电的最高放电幅值可能更高[13]。通过观察放电图谱的变化,可更准确地判断放电类型。不同测试电压下测试点⑦局部放电信号测试数据见表3,试验电压与局部放电信号幅值关系如图7所示。提升测试电压后,在276.3kV电压下局部放电信号出现最高幅值618.2mV,提升测试电压后超声波信号特征测试结果如图8所示。从图谱分析来看,异常点放电比较稳定,若为导电微粒放电,则微粒在老练阶段会随电场移动并附着在罐体两侧端部,而该放电部位在罐体中部,因此可排除导电微粒放电[14];升高电压并稳定一段时间后,局部放电信号未消失且有增大的情况,可推断放电异物未被烧蚀[15]
打开异常放电GIS气室底部两个检修孔,经仔细检查发现,罐体底部测试点⑦附近有一银白色尖锐物质,两端翘起,长约3.2mm,最宽部位约0.4mm,取出检查后确认该尖锐物质为金属材料,如图9所示。经排查,在安装过程中未打开此段气室,金属异物为生产或加工过程残留异物。处理金属异物并回装后,重新进行耐压与局部放电试验。该段母线水平方向超声局部放电复测数据见表4,测试结果合格。
由于场地、试验条件限制,部分发电企业未对安装于主变上部与高压电缆之间的GIS开展交流耐压试验。本文案例说明,不论安装在何种位置,均应开展GIS耐压和带电局部放电试验,避免设计、生产和安装过程中产生的缺陷酿成大事故,造成巨大损失。
试验中出现超声局部放电信号异常,而通过特高频测试并未出现异常,可能是因放电点放电能量不高,经过耦合传递到盆式绝缘子上的信号较弱。通过放电频谱和幅值定位及提高试验电压等手段判断出GIS内部存在异常放电点,打开检修孔观察到金属异物是产生超声局部放电信号异常的原因。从整个闭环处理过程和结果来看,超声局部放电检测是有效的、精确的。超声局部放电检测和特高频局部放电检测各有优缺点,应同时采取多种方法进行检测和分析,以确保检测结果的可靠性。
