Electric heavy truck charging and swapping stations are developing rapidly, and battery charging strategies have an important impact on station-side operating costs and user battery swapping experience. How to meet the daily battery swapping needs of electric heavy trucks while minimizing station-side operating costs and shortening user battery swapping waiting time is a key research direction. First, a certain electric heavy truck charging and swapping station is taken as the experimental object, and statistical analysis methods are used to obtain user battery swapping needs at different times of the day. Secondly, a charging strategy optimization control model is proposed with the goal of reducing station-side battery charging costs and life loss costs. Combined with battery swapping demand and time-of-use electricity prices, a genetic algorithm is used to solve the charging rate matrix and charging cut-off voltage of the battery charging compartment at different times of the day. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified through experimental examples, which also provides reference for its wide application in actual charging and swapping stations.

电动重卡充换电站快速发展,电池充电策略对站端运营成本和用户换电体验具有重要影响。如何在满足电动重卡用户日常换电需求的同时,最大限度地降低站端运营成本并缩短用户换电等待时间,是一个重点研究方向。首先,以某电动重卡充换电站为研究对象,使用统计分析方法,得到一天内各时段的用户换电需求;其次,提出以降低站端电池充电成本与寿命损失成本为目标的充电策略优化控制模型,结合换电需求与分时电价,使用遗传算法对一天内不同时段电池充电仓的充电倍率矩阵、充电截止电压进行求解;最后,通过算例验证了模型的有效性,也为其在实际充换电站的推广应用提供了参考。

Electric heavy truck charging and swapping stations are developing rapidly, and battery charging strategies have an important impact on station-side operating costs and user battery swapping experience. How to meet the daily battery swapping needs of electric heavy trucks while minimizing station-side operating costs and shortening user battery swapping waiting time is a key research direction. First, a certain electric heavy truck charging and swapping station is taken as the experimental object, and statistical analysis methods are used to obtain user battery swapping needs at different times of the day. Secondly, a charging strategy optimization control model is proposed with the goal of reducing station-side battery charging costs and life loss costs. Combined with battery swapping demand and time-of-use electricity prices, a genetic algorithm is used to solve the charging rate matrix and charging cut-off voltage of the battery charging compartment at different times of the day. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified through experimental examples, which also provides reference for its wide application in actual charging and swapping stations.

电动汽车作为新能源技术领域的一项关键成果,其技术的持续革新对于应对交通运输行业日益严峻的能源消耗问题发挥着至关重要的作用[1]。在我国能源结构转型与环境保护战略框架下,推动电动汽车相关技术的深入发展,不仅是优化能源配置、促进能源结构多元化的关键举措,更是实现国家“碳达峰”与“碳中和”长远目标的核心策略。在新型电力系统快速发展的背景下,电动重卡作为重型运输领域的绿色转型先锋,其发展进程与基础充换电设施的完善更加密不可分[2]。合理规划电动重卡充换电站的充电策略,对于最大限度提升站端服务能力与降低运营成本,加速电动重卡的普及与应用,促进电力系统转型,具有深远的意义[3-4]
充换电站充电调度方法研究受到了国内外众多学者的广泛关注,佟晶晶等[5]基于分时电价提出电动汽车智能充电调度策略,将充电成本最小化和负荷方差最小化作为目标函数进行求解寻优,但未充分考虑站端运营等情况。SACHAN等[6]采用区域全局最优调度策略,该算法过度依赖调度周期内充电负荷数据的预测,容易产生误差。谭维玉等[7]采用动态分时电价的充电站有序充电策略,实现了对电网侧“削峰填谷”,但是该策略未充分考虑用户的换电需求,并在充电时间内形成了新的充电“次高峰”。熊虎等[8]采用Voronoi图划分充电站服务范围,提出了电动汽车充电需求分布预测方法,但未考虑充换电站集中充电、统一配送及自动换电的场景,且易陷入局部最优解。程飞等[9]提出了以电网削峰为目标的电动重卡换电站调度策略,有效减少了电网高峰时段的换电站总充电功率,实现了电网削峰,但是该策略针对电网侧,未考虑站端侧的情况。综上所述,目前关于电动重卡充换电站运营体系中电池充电方面的研究尚存在不足,无规划充电行为导致的站端换电业务等待时间长、运营成本高,甚至处于亏损状态的问题较为普遍。
针对充电策略缺乏系统性、前瞻性的安排,往往依据即时需求进行被动响应这一问题,本文提出一种综合考虑服务能力与运营成本的电动重卡充换电站充电策略优化控制模型。首先基于实际充换电站历史数据,采用统计分析方法得到用户换电需求期望;然后建立以降低站端日均综合成本为目标的优化模型,考虑充电机位约束、充电倍率约束和电池裕度约束;最后给出实际算例并使用遗传算法(genetic algorithm, GA)进行求解,以验证该模型的有效性。
电动重卡充换电试点站包含充电仓、换电机器人与轨道、换电车辆通道、智能操作终端、监控工作站、电源机柜等重要部件。其中,充电仓配备7个常规充电机位,1个换电中转机位,外部配备变压器专供充电仓进行充电作业。
运营期间,常规充电机位用于给乏电电池充电,换电中转机位作为换电电池中转位置,存放车辆换下的乏电电池,并且单个充换电站配备有若干块专用换电电池。
换电过程为:电动重卡驶入换电车辆通道开始身份认证与车辆定位,再由智能操作终端选择合适的电池和机位开始换电操作;换电机器人将车辆乏电电池取下,放置在中转机位后,从常用充电位中选择一个充电完毕的电池,更换至车辆中,然后,车辆驶出换电车辆通道,整个过程结束。上述过程全程在监控工作站的监督控制下完成,电动重卡充换电站平面结构与部件分布如图1所示。
基于运营期间电动重卡换电站用户换电信息的统计,建立电动重卡在一天不同时段的换电需求期望值预测模型。设定矩阵C为电动重卡换电次数统计矩阵,换电统计时间从当天早晨06:00开始,持续到次日早晨06:00,共计24h。期间划分为若干个时段,矩阵C具体定义为

电动重卡充换电站充电策略优化控制模型综合考虑一天不同时段用户的换电需求期望与分时电价,以最小化站内总充电成本与总电池寿命损失成本之和为目标函数,即

2)充电倍率约束为

3)同一时间段,最大充电机位约束为常规充电机位个数。
鉴于遗传算法在解决复杂优化问题时所展现出的隐含并行性和全局最优自适应搜索能力,本文采用遗传算法对电池充电倍率 x c ( i , j )和充电截止电压 v c进行优化,旨在提升充电策略优化控制模型的求解性能,进而最小化站内总体充电成本与电池寿命损失成本之和[11]。使用遗传算法求解充换电站充电策略优化控制模型流程如图2所示。
具体步骤如下:
1)由前述方法建立电动重卡充换电站用户换电需求模型、充电策略优化控制模型,所述充电策略优化控制模型包括充电策略优化目标函数和约束条件。
2)随机初始化种群,确定种群规模N,交叉概率Pc,变异率Pm。初始化个体样本,个体采用二进制编码,每个个体由充电倍率 x c ( i , j )和充电截止电压 v c组成。
3)选取适应度函数并计算个体的适应度值,适应度值根据电池充电和电池寿命损失成本的总和Lb+Lc的值进行分配。根据个体的适应度值从大到小对个体进行排序,设SP为选择压力,第i个个体适应度计算公式为

4)进行迭代计算,当达到预设的迭代次数时,输出最优充电策略。
5)根据所述最优充电策略对所述充电策略优化目标函数进行求解,得到最优电池充电成本和电池寿命损失成本。
以中国某地区实际电动重卡充换电站参数为算例参数进行策略验证[12]。该充换电站服务的电动重卡群体为48辆,站内电池与电动重卡均配备相同型号的电池,额定容量W=300kW∙h,额定充电功率Pn=240kW,最大充电功率不能超过额定充电功率的两倍。站内配置常用运营电池数量57块,常规充电机位7个,中转充电机位1个,充电机位功率下限Pmin=0,充电机位功率上限Pmax=480kW,单次换电时长约为8min。
选取该站30天内的用户换电数据作为实验数据,代入1.2节用户换电需求预测模型,计算各时段换电需求,结果如图3所示。
站端采用分时电价从电网侧购电,并依据该价格对电池充电。站端分时电价策略见表1
根据收集的用户换电需求信息及参数配置,代入第2节的充电策略优化控制模型,计算此情形下的目标日均综合成本和各时段日均综合成本,并与不采用优化控制方法进行充电的成本做对比。图4为各时段充电倍率优化结果,图5为在最优充电倍率的情况下,各时段电池裕度与换电需求。
图4图5可以看出各充电机位在一天不同时段采取的最优充电倍率,各时段内电池供给(达到充电目标的电池数量)能够满足用户的换电需求。根据上述最优充电策略对目标函数进行求解得到站端日均综合成本为21 159.90元,与不使用优化控制方法的总成本35 916.72元相比,降低了41.09%。优化前后各时段站端成本对比如图6所示。
图6可知,在满足约束的前提下,站端在各时段的日均综合成本均有效减少。
为了全面评估本文提出的基于遗传算法的充换电站充电策略优化控制模型的有效性,进一步引入差分进化(differential evolution, DE)算法、粒子群优化(particle swarm optimization, PSO)算法和模拟退火(simulated annealing, SA)算法3种常用的优化算法进行对比。这些算法各具特色,在解决复杂优化问题中均有广泛应用,通过横向求解对比能够更全面地反映模型性能[13-15]
DE算法通过差分变异、交叉和选择操作来更新种群,适用于全局搜索。在实验中,设置种群大小为800,变异因子为0.6,交叉概率为0.8,最大迭代次数为150。
PSO算法模拟鸟群觅食行为,通过粒子间的信息共享和迭代更新来寻找最优解。实验中,粒子数量设为800,惯性权重采用线性递减策略,初始值为0.9,随着迭代次数逐渐减小到0.4,加速常数均为1.5,最大迭代次数同样为150。
SA算法基于金属退火过程,通过温度逐渐降低和概率接受较差解的方式探索全局最优。实验中,初始温度设置为500,降温速率为0.98,接受概率计算公式中的温度随迭代次数递减,迭代次数设为1 000。
各算法在相同的实验条件下运行,即使用相同的用户换电数据、分时电价信息和参数配置,对充换电站的充电策略进行优化[16]。实验结果主要关注目标函数值、收敛速度、解的稳定性。不同算法的求解结果见表2
表2可以看出,遗传算法获得的目标函数值即日均综合成本最低,较其他算法降低了3.31~8.35个百分点。
实验中,收敛速度方面,遗传算法和粒子群优化算法在初期展现出较快的收敛速度,能够在较少的迭代次数内接近最优解。差分进化算法虽然收敛速度稍慢,但能在中后期保持稳定的改进。相比之下,模拟退火算法依赖概率接受机制,收敛速度较慢,且易陷入局部最优[17]
解的稳定性方面,遗传算法在多次运行中能够保持解的稳定性。差分进化算法和粒子群优化算法也表现出一定的稳定性,但模拟退火算法由于随机性较大,解的波动性较大。
本文以某电动重卡充换电站为研究对象,结合换电需求与分时电价,提出了充换电站充电策略优化控制模型,并使用遗传算法求解,通过对比分析,证明了本文所提模型的有效性。
1)注重站端侧的服务能力和运营成本,基于运营期间电动重卡充换电站用户换电信息的统计,建立了用户换电需求预测模型,得到一天不同时段用户的换电需求期望值。
2)满足用户换电的基础需求,用户不用等待电池充电过程,提出并使用遗传算法求解充电策略优化模型,有效减少了电池总的充电成本和寿命损失成本,降低了站端运营支出。
3)采用实际电动重卡充换电站的参数配置与采集的真实数据进行分析,为站端的运营管理提供了一种新的思路和方法,具有理论价值和实际推广应用意义。
