Aiming at the problems of poor working environment and low working efficiency of secondary cable manual threading, this paper proposes a design method of secondary cable auxiliary threading lead mechanism based on the principle of electromagnetic adsorption. Firstly, the principle of electromagnetic adsorption is analyzed, and the structure of traction end, threading end and electromagnetic adsorption are designed. Then, the finite element model of the adsorption device is constructed to analyze the relationship between the magnetic flux density in the inner and outer magnetic poles, the adsorption force and the air gap. The adsorption force of the designed adsorption device is determined to be 77.8N. Finally, the experimental platform is built to carry out related experimental studies such as primitive verification, repeatability and efficiency comparison. The experimental results show that the designed mechanism can work stably for about 12h, and the efficiency is increased by 87.99% compared with the manual threading method.

针对二次电缆人工穿引线工作环境差、工作效率低的问题,本文结合电磁吸附原理,提出一种二次电缆辅助穿引线机构设计方法。首先,分析电磁吸附原理,设计牵引端、穿线端、电磁吸附结构;然后,构建吸附装置有限元模型,分析内外磁极中的磁感应强度大小、吸附力大小与空气间隙的关系,确定所设计吸附装置的吸附力为77.8N;最后,搭建性能测试实验平台,开展原理性验证、重复性、效率对比相关实验。实验结果表明,所设计的辅助穿引线机构能够稳定工作12h左右,比人工穿引线方法的效率提高了87.99%。

针对二次电缆人工穿引线工作环境差、工作效率低的问题,本文结合电磁吸附原理,提出一种二次电缆辅助穿引线机构设计方法。首先,分析电磁吸附原理,设计牵引端、穿线端、电磁吸附结构;然后,构建吸附装置有限元模型,分析内外磁极中的磁感应强度大小、吸附力大小与空气间隙的关系,确定所设计吸附装置的吸附力为77.8N;最后,搭建性能测试实验平台,开展原理性验证、重复性、效率对比相关实验。实验结果表明,所设计的辅助穿引线机构能够稳定工作12h左右,比人工穿引线方法的效率提高了87.99%。

Aiming at the problems of poor working environment and low working efficiency of secondary cable manual threading, this paper proposes a design method of secondary cable auxiliary threading lead mechanism based on the principle of electromagnetic adsorption. Firstly, the principle of electromagnetic adsorption is analyzed, and the structure of traction end, threading end and electromagnetic adsorption are designed. Then, the finite element model of the adsorption device is constructed to analyze the relationship between the magnetic flux density in the inner and outer magnetic poles, the adsorption force and the air gap. The adsorption force of the designed adsorption device is determined to be 77.8N. Finally, the experimental platform is built to carry out related experimental studies such as primitive verification, repeatability and efficiency comparison. The experimental results show that the designed mechanism can work stably for about 12h, and the efficiency is increased by 87.99% compared with the manual threading method.

目前,由于变电站的智能化进程逐步推进[1],我国的城市化进程与电网的发展已形成一种新的矛盾,城市规模越来越大,城区土地资源愈发宝贵,为缓解城市电网建设与土地资源的矛盾,城区电力线路逐渐用电力电缆替代架空输电线路[2-4]。在我国特大型城市的配电网中,架空传输线越来越少,取而代之的是地下高压电缆[5-7]。电缆需求量日益增加,对二次电缆的安装需求也不断增大[8-9]。在实际安装工程中,电缆安装的难点在于二次电缆的穿线引线,存在安装工作空间非常有限、穿引线效率低、工作环境差且通常无照明等问题[10-12],因此亟须设计一种灵活、高效的穿引线机构,以解决上述问题。
在二次电缆穿引线工具设计方面,林海明等[13]发明了一种电力安装用电缆引线装置,该装置通过摩擦滚珠接触电缆安装的管道来减少装置移动时产生的摩擦阻力,同时防止电缆旋转缠绕,便于电缆穿线操作,但工作环境狭小;王圣昌等[14]针对变电站电缆敷设及二次接线工艺进行改进,提出电缆盘驱动装置、滑轨、电缆固定方式等的改进措施,但装置操作过程复杂、工作效率低;王世超等[15]提出一种高效电缆引线器,该引线器由引线螺杆、引线端头及保护套组成,结构简单,自动化程度高,虽然螺杆驱动装置提高了电缆引线器的引线效率,但效率仍较低,且螺杆驱动装置易磨损;罗玉堂等[16]提出一种多功能二次电缆抓取工具的改进方案,实验结果表明,该方案使多功能二次电缆抓取工具具有更广泛的使用范围,可以满足不同场景下的抓取需求,但采用较大夹爪结构导致设备不易携带,降低了工作效率;宋大成等[17]提出一种圆盘式电缆引线器,将电缆卡接在定位圆盘表面后,所设置的卡环可对电缆头起到定位卡接的作用,便于施工人员第一时间找到电缆头,进行引线操作,方便简单,但在使用该机构完成电缆卡接后,电缆头无法外露在表面,不便于工作人员拿取电缆,降低了操作效率。
综上所述,穿引线工具的使用仍存在工作环境差、施工人员操作效率低的问题。为解决上述问题,本文提出一种基于电磁吸附原理的二次电缆辅助穿引线机构。
在由高导磁率特种钢制成的金属圆管内装配电磁线圈,使用移动直流电源供电产生强大磁力,电磁吸附装置线圈产生的磁感应强度为

式中:B为磁感应强度;μ0为真空磁导率;N为线圈匝数;I为电流大小;L为线圈长度。
结合虚功原理,磁感应强度大小主要受电流大小、线圈匝数及空气间隙宽度的影响,因此牵引端电磁吸附装置的吸附力为

式中:F为电磁吸附力;S为磁极表面总面积;$\delta $为气隙宽度。
当线圈匝数和电流大小确定时,式(2)可改写为

应用式(3)时,气隙区域内的磁场分布必须均匀。在正常工作状态下,牵引端圆管式电磁吸附装置与接线端端部的空气间隙非常小,此时可将内、外磁极的磁场看作均匀磁场[18],满足式(3)的应用条件。电磁吸附装置产生的电磁吸附力为内磁极与外磁极的电磁吸附力之和,即

式中:Fin为内磁极产生的电磁吸力;Fout为外磁极产生的电磁吸力;Bδ1为内磁极所对应的磁感应强度;Bδ2为外磁极所对应的磁感应强度;r1为内磁极半径;r2为外磁极内径;r3为外磁极外径。
本文研究的二次电缆辅助穿引线机构主要包括穿线端、牵引端、电磁吸附装置三部分。穿线端负责二次电缆的穿线连接。牵引端用于对穿线端的精确引导,以确保二次电缆能够准确到达目标位置。电磁吸附装置旨在保证穿线端与吸附端满足正常工作吸附要求。
1)穿线端结构设计
穿线端结构示意图如图1所示,主要包括穿线器、发光灯带、万向节和磁金属端头。由于电缆要能随意弯曲且穿孔结构不确定,故选用兼具柔韧性和强度且带有橡胶外层的钢丝材料作为穿线器材料,以便能在各种位置进行穿线,并能避免穿线过程中发生卡塞;设计万向节连接后端与穿线端端头,使穿线端具有足够的自由度,适应不同穿线位置。穿线端端头选用磁金属材料,易于被磁体吸合。针对电缆沟内环境光照不足的情况,在穿线端嵌入发光灯带,以提高环境可见度,便于施工人员查看穿线器的位置。
2)牵引端结构设计
牵引端结构示意图如图2所示,主要包括拨爪、储存槽、内嵌式摄像头、盖板、多级节状可嵌套式手柄。牵引端利用强磁吸附原理,使拨爪在未使用状态下保持直立。当穿线端的电磁铁接近牵引端时,牵引端的电磁铁会自动吸附,导致拨爪向侧后方倾斜,并将穿线端的电磁金属稳固地卡入牵引端的凹槽中,确保穿线端在使用过程中能够牢固地固定在牵引端;内嵌摄像头用于观察电缆沟内部引线状况;储存槽用于储存内嵌式摄像头的DC 24V锂电池供电电源及控制电路;多级节状可嵌套式手柄可调节长度,扩大了工作范围且便于携带和存放。
3)电磁吸附装置结构设计
电磁吸附装置采用电磁吸附的方式,使用牵引端查找并自动连接穿线端头,达到牵引穿线端的目的。牵引端的电磁吸附装置采用圆形吸盘电磁铁,其结构包括铁心、线圈和线圈框架等。铁心由内、外磁极和磁轭构成,励磁线圈绕制在线圈框架上,线圈框架紧固在铁心上。
图3为电磁铁二维剖视图,其中H1为线圈窗口截面高度;H2为磁轭厚度;a为空气间隙宽度。
4)整体结构设计
二次电缆穿引线工具整体结构示意图如图4所示。牵引端通过控制电路来调节电磁吸附装置的磁性状态及其产生的吸力,确保其与穿线端端头的吸附强度相匹配。当达到预设的吸附强度时,穿线端与牵引端对接,从而完成二次电缆穿引线操作。
使用有限元软件对电磁吸附装置进行仿真计算,首先构建装置的几何模型,选择合适的材料和物理场,然后进行网格划分,选择适当的求解器,最后进行后处理。由于电磁吸附装置可以视为二维轴对称几何体,因此可以建立其二维模型,以降低计算复杂度。
通过二次电缆牵引时所需要的工作拉力,可以确定电磁吸附装置相关参数,采用文献[19]中的电磁仿真数据开展相关研究。其中,电磁铁的参数为r1=5mm,r2=7.5mm,r3=9mm,H1=7.5mm,H2=9mm,μ0=1.25×10-8H/m。线圈由直径为0.115mm的铜导线绕制而成,匝数为728,施加直流电压24V。考虑到穿线端中磁金属端头可能由于铁锈等杂质而导致电磁铁与穿线端头间存在间隙,因此设定气隙宽度a=0.1mm,穿线端磁金属端头高度为8mm。基于以上参数构建的电磁铁二维模型如图5所示。
通过控制气隙的宽度,可以得到内、外磁极气隙中的磁感应强度分布,如图6所示。图6反映了内、外磁极气隙中磁感应强度的高度均匀性,这一特性满足式(3)的应用前提。此外,考虑到内磁极表面磁化强度的相对优势,在维持恒定气隙宽度的条件下,内磁极气隙的磁感应强度显著高于外磁极气隙的磁感应强度。
不同气隙宽度下,内、外磁极气隙中平均磁感应强度的变化曲线如图7所示。图7表明,随着气隙宽度从0.1mm逐渐增大至0.5mm,内、外磁极气隙的平均磁感应强度均呈现显著下降趋势,外磁极气隙的平均磁感应强度由0.93T降低至0.19T,内磁极气隙的平均磁感应强度从1.23T减少至0.38T,说明内、外磁极的平均磁感应强度均随气隙宽度的增大而呈现出逐渐减弱的特性。
电磁吸附力与气隙宽度的关系如图8所示。当气隙宽度为0.1mm时,电磁吸附装置的电磁吸附力最大,其值约为77.8N;当气隙宽度增至0.5mm时,电磁吸附力降至最低,约为6N。经过仿真数据分析发现,在气隙宽度从0.1mm增至0.25mm的范围内,电磁吸附力的下降速率较快;在气隙宽度从0.25mm增至0.5mm的区间内,电磁吸附力的下降速率减缓。以上结果表明,当气隙宽度在某一范围内时,电磁吸附装置具备足够的吸附力来实现对二次电缆的有效牵引及精确对接。因此,该电磁吸附装置产生的电磁吸附力可以满足实际应用需求。
利用图7所示内、外磁极气隙平均磁感应强度的仿真数据,结合式(4)进行计算并推导出电磁吸附力的理论值,并将其与仿真结果进行对比。电磁吸附力理论值与仿真值对比如图9所示。
图9可知,电磁吸附力的理论值与仿真值基本一致,表明所构建的电磁吸附装置模型能够准确地反映电磁吸附装置在实际运行时的电磁性能。
二次电缆辅助穿引线机构实物如图10所示,为验证其工作效率,搭建如图11所示性能参数测试实验平台。其中,拉力测量仪用于测量电磁吸附装置的吸附力;高精度恒流电源为电磁吸附装置供电,维持电磁吸附装置的吸附力;功率测量综合测试仪(general purpose measurement, GPM)用于测量和分析电功率,即功率计,它能够测量交流或直流电源的电压、电流和功率等参数;上位机用于监测电磁吸附结构的实时状态,定量测量电磁吸附力、工作时间、工作范围等。二次电缆辅助穿引线机构性能参数见表1
为验证仿真及理论的准确性,对单个电磁吸附装置进行原理性验证实验。在气隙范围0.1mm到0.5mm内进行测量,所得电磁吸附力的仿真值、理论值与实验值对比如图12所示。由图12可知,电磁吸附力的仿真值、理论值、实验值基本一致,验证了仿真与理论的正确性。
为验证二次电缆辅助穿引线机构工作的稳定性,对其进行重复性实验,选定工作次数400次,对电磁吸附装置进行电磁吸附力测试,实验结果如图13所示。
图13可知,电磁吸附力在第350次工作之前基本稳定,自350次之后持续下降,在第386次降至工作所需最低吸附力,其原因为电池电量不足。重复性实验表明,机构在工作次数不大于350时,电磁吸附力能稳定保持工作所需拉力,远高于正常工作所需次数;在工作次数不大于386时,机构能满足工作所需最低要求。该二次电缆辅助穿引线机构具有较好的吸附稳定性。
为验证二次电缆辅助穿引线机构相较于传统穿引线方法在工作效率方面的提升效果,进行效率对比实验。在相同工作量条件下,比较两种方法完成任务所需的时间。
选取220kV双堰变电站和220kV文武变电站作为实验地点,采用传统穿引线方法与二次电缆辅助穿引线机构分别进行4次相同的改造项目,对20根二次电缆进行穿线,确保实验条件一致,排除如人员技能、环境因素等其他变量的干扰。二次电缆穿引线工作现场如图14所示。效率对比实验结果见表2
表2可知,人工穿引线方法所用时间最大值与最小值相差7min,二次电缆辅助穿引线机构所用时间最大值与最小值相差1.7min。人工穿引线所用时间平均值为57.675min,二次电缆辅助穿引线机构所用时间平均值为6.925min,效率提高了87.99%。
针对二次电缆人工穿线工作环境差、工作效率低的问题,本文设计了基于电磁吸附原理的二次电缆辅助穿引线机构,并进行了原理性验证实验、重复性实验和效率对比实验。结果表明,在气隙为0.1mm时,该机构可产生77.8N的吸附力,满足工作需求,并可在连续350次操作内保持稳定;机构将原本平均耗时1h左右的穿线工作缩短至6~8min完成,使工作效率提高了87.99%,减少了工作时间并降低了难度。
